What does it mean? Was Vlad afraid Ukraine, under the influence of multi-culti EU types, would allow immigration from cat box countries to the Crimea? Dunno. But it's something to consider.

As for Vladimir, it sounds like a comment that was intended for domestic consumption. Makes him sound all macho and heroic.
