Nah. Psychology 101. Addressing those among us who have had a non hoity toity job like doing AP security or something non glamourous such as serving the general public--we need stuff to talk about in the employee lounge. If anything, a hermaprodite or tranny and the ensuing gossip later would KEEP employment UP.

I don't think so. No Arab government lasts for long without a brutal secret police. And even non-Arab Iran only fell because the Shah told his secret police to back off and not be so vicious. It was interpreted as weakness.
