National Felon League lineman Ray McDonald arrested again
[AP] SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) -- NFL lineman Ray McDonald has been arrested for the second time this week.

The Santa Clara Police Department said the former San Francisco 49ers defensive end was arrested Wednesday for violating a restraining order by being at a residence in Santa Clara.

The restraining order was issued after a domestic violence incident Monday in Santa Clara in which the 6-foot-3, 290-pound McDonald allegedly broke down a bedroom door to get to his former fiancee and their infant.

Soma victim wife's bank account emptied
[Hurriyet Daily News] A bank employee has reportedly embezzled 196,000 Turkish Liras in donation money from the account of a Soma victim's wife.
According to the internet, 1 Turkish Lira = US $0.37845, so 196,000 TRY = US $74,176.20, if I keyed that into my calculator correctly.
The perpetrator emptied the bank account of Meryem Gul, the wife of Ali Gul, who lost his life in the country's deadliest mine disaster in the Soma district of the Aegean province of Manisa last year on May 13, in which 301 miners died. The account had been deposited with some 196,000 liras collected as a donation.

The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) granted 176,000 and 20,000 liras to Gul in two separate donations to help the family pay the victim's accrued debts. She later deposited the total amount to a bank in Soma with the company of her uncle-in-law.

In March, a rumor swirled that an officer working in the bank had been emptying several bank accounts, including those of miners and their families. Gul rushed to the bank to check if her account was among those subjected to fraud and the bank authorities discovered Gul's money had also been embezzled.

Gul said her husband had been a miner for 13 years and the Soma disaster left her widowed with her two children. "I was going to use that money for my children. Now we have nothing," she said, in tears.

Although the bank authorities said she would be refunded the total amount lost and they would investigate the incident, she did not hear from the bank about her money. She filed a complaint in mid-May to the Soma District Governorate and the governorate sent a complaint to the Soma Public Prosecution Office.

Speaking to daily Hurriyet on behalf of the governorate, Soma Governor Bahattin Atci said they had sent the complaint to the Soma Public Prosecution Office and an investigation launched on the matter was ongoing.

"As far as we heard from the bank authorities, the total amount of money embezzled from the emptied accounts will be returned to the account owners. Authorities also said the suspect has been fired from the bank," Atci added.

The wife of another Soma victim also said she figured some 1,000,000 liras had disappeared from her account, which she discovered after a halt in her regular payments.

Regime asserts dominion over creeks, streams, wetlands, ditches ‐ even big puddles
[Wash Times] President Obama's administration on Wednesday claimed dominion over all of America's streams, creeks, rills, ditches, brooks, rivulets, burns, tributaries, criks, wetlands -- perhaps even puddles -- in a sweeping move to assert unilateral federal authority.

The Environmental Protection Agency
, along with the Army Corps of Engineers, says it has the authority to control all waterways within the United States -- and will exercise that authority.

Marine Court-Martialed for Refusing to Remove Bible Verse
A United States Marine was convicted at a court-martial for refusing to remove a Bible verse on her computer -- a verse of Scripture the military determined "could easily be seen as contrary to good order and discipline."

The plight of Lance Corporal Monifa Sterling seems unbelievable -- a member of the Armed Forces criminally prosecuted for displaying a slightly altered passage of Scripture from the Old Testament: "No weapon formed against me shall prosper."

Sterling, who represented herself at trial, was convicted February 1, 2014 in a court-martial at Camp Lejune, North Carolina after she refused to obey orders from a staff sergeant to remove the Bible verses from her desk.

She was found guilty of failing to go to her appointed place of duty, disrespect toward a superior commissioned officer, and four specifications of disobeying the lawful order of a noncommissioned officer.

#5  The reason Christians enlist in the United States military is to fight and die to protect the Constitution of the United State of America that protects their basic fundamental rights of Freedom of Religion and Free Speech.

After 50,000 young men and women died in S. Vietnam the godless scum of America handed S. Vietnam back to communism.

After sending thousands of our young men and women to an early end to their lives in Afghanistan and Iraq recently the godless scum bags of America handed those areas back to Islamic barbarians.

When the godless scumbag officers in the United States Military who are now no different from the Nazi officer corp or the Imperial Japanese Rikugun Shōi cease and desist from attacking our young men and women who excise their constitution right to Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech in regards to Freedom of Religion, anyone abused by those officers needs to stand up to those officers.

The United States of America has only succeeded in WWII and liberating S. Korea. Every war since then where godless ignorant Americans have sent their sons and daughters off to die and told them to STFUP on the way to the grave yard and then order a retreat via electoral fiat need to STFUP.

Bangladesh
RAB busts students' gang of kidnappers
[Dhaka Tribune] Members of Rapid Action Battalion busted a gang of kidnappers, all private university students, and rescued two victims in and near the capital on Monday.

"A team of RAB 1 conducted a drive in Joydebpur area of Gazipur on Monday evening and tossed in the slammer
Book 'im, Mahmoud!
eight members of the gang," Kamrul Hasan, operation officer of RAB 1 and an assistant police superintendent, told the Dhaka Tribune yesterday.

"The members of the team rescued two hostages from the gang's den and seized six mobile phones and a microbus," Kamrul said.

Based on the information given by these eight arrested persons, RAB picked up the gang's ninth member, who is a woman, in the capital's Uttara.

Seven of the arrestees are Shahin, 26, Tariqur Rahman, 22, Md Roki alias Jibon, 20, Abu Tareq, 25, Sanjay Roy, 23, Al Amin, 22, Sabrina Kabir alias Moumita, 20, all students of the Uttara-based International University of Business, Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT).

The other two are Sheikh Shahin, 23, student of Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (Duet), and Md Kaiyum, 24, student of Uttara University.

The two rescued victims are Shimon Miah, 28, and his cousin Md Saddam, 24. Shimon is an expatriate Bangladeshi living in Singapore and is originally from Kaliganj of Gazipur. He came to visit Bangladesh on May 5 and was kidnapped on Monday.

RAB officials said that Shahin, believed to be the leader of the gang, used his girlfriend Moumita to lure Shimon into a trap. Moumita called up Shimon and tried to build a relationship.

On Monday, Moumita fixed a date with Shimon; they met near the Agriculture Research Centre in Gazipur at around 11:30am. Shimon took his cousin Saddam with him.

Soon, the kidnappers, in the guise of detective police, came to the area and picked up Shimon and Saddam. They blindfolded them, snatched Tk4,500, a gold chain and a ring and took them to their den inside the Bhawal forest.

The kidnappers told Shimon to call up his brother, who also lives in Singapore, and ask for Tk5 lakh as ransom, or else they threatened to sever his limbs.

When they were torturing the hostages, a female worker of a nearby mango forest noticed the incident and informed other locals who then informed the Porabari camp of RAB. Then the drive was conducted, said RAB official Kamrul.

Kamrul said they are trying to find out whether the gang was involved in any other kidnapping. He also said the process of filing a case against the kidnappers was underway.

RAB: 2 arrested in Garo rape case
[Dhaka Tribune] Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) members in separate drives have nabbed
Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw!
two suspected criminals for their involvement in the recent gang-rape of a Garo woman inside a moving microbus in Dhaka.

The arrestees are Ashraf alias Tushar, 35, and microbus driver Zahidul Islam Lavlu, 26.

However,
we can't all be heroes. Somebody has to sit on the curb and applaud when they go by...
the RAB officials earlier told the Dhaka Tribune that three people have been arrested.

RAB legal and media wing Assistant Director Major Maksudul Alam said: "A team of RAB conducted a drive in Kolapara upazila of Potuakhali district and held Tushar at around 1am on Wednesday."

Later, based on Tushar's information, the RAB members arrested Lavlu from the Gulshan 1 area at around 5:25am, he said.

The law enforcers also seized the mircobus, which was used in the crime, from the capital's Banani area.

Five unknown criminals forcefully took the 21-year-old Garo woman inside a grey-coloured microbus while she was waiting at the Biswa Road bus stand for a bus on May 21.

The criminals, including the driver of the microbus, violated her on the running vehicle and threw her out of it in Uttara.

Later, a case was filed with Vatara cop shoppe in this regard.

The silent missile that can destroy enemy electronics with microwave PULSES: Air Force confirms terrifying new weapon
According to Foxtrot Alpha, once integrated into JASSM, Champ will be a 'first day of war' standoff weapon.

Because it can be launched by both bombers and fighters, Lockheed's Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile, or JASSM, is an ideal platform for Champ.

'The capability is real ... and the technology can be available today,' said Major General Thomas Masiello, the Air Force Research Laboratory.

'That's an operational system already in our tactical air force'

In 2012, aircraft manufacturer Boeing successfully tested the weapon on a one-hour flight during which it knocked out the computers of an entire military compound.

During Boeing's experiment, the missile flew low over the Utah Test and Training Range, discharging electromagnetic pulses on to seven targets, permanently shutting down their electronics.

#8  For #7

Depends is the answer. If the Israeli version can be carried by a fighter and the S-300s are close to the target area they may not be a big threat.

However, if there are S-300s all along the fighter's path in overlocking fields of radar coverage and fire paths and dispersed over several target areas then they can still be a major threat.

Saint Louis University removes '€˜racist' statue of Catholic priest praying over Native Americans
[Wash Times] Saint Louis University has removed a statue depicting a prominent Jesuit missionary praying over two Native Americans following pressure from faculty and staff who complained it represented white supremacy.

The statue featuring Fr. Pierre-Jean De Smet stood in front of Fusz Hall for more than 60 years until its removal last Wednesday. Its new home will be inside the private Catholic university's art museum, a building just north of campus, The College Fix reported.

"In more recent years, there have been some faculty and staff who have raised questions about whether the sculpture is culturally sensitive," Clayton Berry, SLU's assistant vice president for communications, told St. Louis Magazine. "Hearing that feedback, the decision was made to place the piece within the historical context of a collection that's on permanent display in our SLU Museum of Art."

The De Smet statue has long been the target of criticism by students who believe it symbolizes white cultural dominance and slavery.
But what about the 'Gateway Arch' which depicts the invasion route of evil white colonists ?
