Can I say that Russia crossed my redline?

I do redlines for my office.

I really agree with Inigo, a redline doesn't mean what his excellency thinks it means.

#4 So Russia agrees to sell missile systems, construction equipment, and grain to Iran in exchange for oil. The head scratcher here is, why does Russia want Iranian oil? Like the market isn't flat and they can't sell their own at good price.
In some universe somewhere this makes sense. (I think what we're seeing here the extent of Russian spite. And being the first in the door with Iran.)
