province"] IN SCS = CHINA QUIETLY BUT FIRMLY OVERTLY T-E-L-L-I-N-G, N-O-T ASKING, THE PHIL + VIETNAM [ASEAN, NAM] THAT THE SCS IS "NOT THEIRS" FROM NOW ON. ANY + ALL CURRENT, FUTURE CLAIMS WILL BE DEALT THRU THE PLA ANDOR ITS CIVIE SUB-ENTITIES.

IOW, don't physically or politically challenge, oppose, or otherwise denigrate China's territorial claims unless you are de facto willing to militarily fight for it. SHUT UP, BUTT OUT + STAY OUT OF CHINA'S TERRITORIES, OR FIGHT!

Lest we fergit, 9-11 + WAR FOR OWG-NWO = WAR FOR ANTI-STATUS QUO = ... IFF YOU DON'T GET OUT OF THE WAY NICELY VOLUNTARILY, YOU WILL BE PHYSICALLY FORCED OUT THE WAY, VIOLENTLY ANDOR MORTALLY AS PERTINENT.
