#4 These aren't first-line. Although the Israelis will sell to almost anyone, they aren't selling Herons or Heron TPs to the Russians. The Russians usually want one and a set of drawings

Three things:

1) Don't count on your money chickens before they hatch;
2) Get your money up front;
3) Make sure you don't mind if it ends up on Chinese drawing boards, in Iranian factories and Hebollah's hands.
