#1 Uh, uh, either a new CO whom didn't do too well at chart-reading/navigation class(es); or else the PLAN wants to copy the Russ Navy example of keeping ocean-going fleet tugs along???

#4 If I'm the skipper of that ship, I don't think I'm in such a hurry to be rescued. Got a feeling the Chinese navy won't just let him "retire" like over here.
