#5 lg, I understand what you're saying and I have little time for courts on this sort of issue eventhough I'm a libertarian at heart.
But when he says "Make this title worth it, and be good a Muslim." and the title in question is terrorist and the intent is to kill unbelievers that needs to be brought out.
Take him to court and get these sentiments on the record and out in public, it doesn't matter if he gets off the charge.
If some white militia leader comes out and says all whites should kill blacks how long do you think he'd be on the loose?

#6 I believe the threat of violence has to be imminent to be a crime. So his "be a terrorist" speech is legal, because jihadis take time to have their work accidents, but responding to him with "lynch the bastard" would be criminal if it were said in front of an angry crowd with him present.
