So moderate Muslims are rewarded with an opportunity for school Da'wa after a massacre committed by non-moderate Muslims.

Islam is, among other things, a totalitarian political ideology. The veil is a symbol of said ideology. By wearing the veil she is in fact telling the "people in the street" that she wants to impose a political system on Britain where the "people in the street" would be 5th or 6th class slaves.
