#1 let them enjoy the bounty of Allan. Every time the West tries to help with vaccines they spread the paranoid theory that we are trying to sterilise them or give them AIDS so let them just sort it out themselves for a change.

I'm sure if they supplicate enough to Allan he might grant a miracle
