#1 Personally I think in addition to whatever time you get for counterfitting visa's you should also serve time for every crime committed by one using your counterfit visa. Someone gets a life sentence and they used your visa to get into the country, well that's a life sentence buddy. Suck it up.

Such a move would reduce the number of opportunist.

#2 I always thought counterfeiting would be the one crime I'd be interested in. I mean the Feds have been doing it for years, how bad could it be?
