#1 Sorry, wrong person for the job. Unable to take criticism. Unable to provide answers. Her answer is 'fok it I quit.' She's now wounded and at some point, will turn on the boss. She needs to go.

Two men can have a 'knock down-drag out', call each other worthless SOB's, but at the end of the day have a beer and start tomorrow anew. It's a fairly well established gender difference. Just my observation over the past six decades or so, but I could be wrong.

#2 At least attempt to meet your bosses clear objective. Why anyone would be surprised or unprepared to be criticized by a man who had a successful TV show firing people for not meeting expectations is a bigger concern Nielsen.

#3 I seldom (not saying it never happened) went into a staff meeting NOT knowing I had an arse chewing coming. She's out of touch with the Chief of Staff, her boss, and possibly the mission. There should be no such staff meeting surprises. She was unprepared.

#9 We need big spooky guns on the border.

In a city park in a border state saw shattered pieces of a grill and a head light laying around the base of a tree along with two fresh reciepts of remittances to Guatemala. The tree was 50 yards from a big WWII sherman tank sitting in front of a National Guard facility as a monument or something. When the Guatemalan was cutting through the park and when his headlights lighted up that tank he made a hard right and crashed into a tree.

I put another notch on that old WWII tanks' gun barrel sitting in front of that Natińal Guard building.
