I retrospect it was too soft.

This vermin's "sex" fantasy is pretending as much as he can get away with (legal or not, use LA legal "connections" for deals) to murder black men.

That sounds possibly the most racist thing I can think of bar actually murdering them, and it looks to me like he murdered two.

#8 In July of last year, prosecutors declined to file charges against Buck in the death of Moore. According to a coroner's report, Buck's apartment was full of drug paraphernalia, including 24 syringes containing brown residue, five glass pipes with white residue and burn marks, a plastic straw with possible white residue, clear plastic bags with white powdery residue and a clear plastic bag containing a piece of crystal-like substance.
Gemmel Moore, 26, was found dead at Buck's West Hollywood apartment on July 27, 2017.

Moore's death initially was ruled an accidental methamphetamine overdose, but the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office re-opened the investigation after writings in Moore's journal implicated Buck in his drug use.

Think a GOP Donor would (or should) get away with that?

Ok, sounds like we all agreed that the death was a tragedy and any punishment be meted out accordingly. The rest sounds like the lawyer is talking out of both sides of his mouth at the same time.
