#3 You want a tested method. Fine. That plastic bag covering your clothes from the cleaner. Note the warning - keep out of hands of children. That's cause they have been known to put it on their heads and slowly suffocate. So slowly they don't even realize the danger. Obviously, not cruel.

#5 @#3 You'd be fighting for breath in the plastic bag because of the CO2 buildup. The idea is to be able to exhale CO2, but not intake oxygen or much CO2. You'd simply quickly pass out with no pain.
