[BEE] MENLO PARK, CA - Facebook has hired the fierce warrior Drax the Destroyer as its new Head of Satire Detection to help the company and users at large distinguish between satire and fake news, the social network announced at a press conference Friday.
The notorious literalist will comb through viral stories rapidly spreading across Facebook and flag stories as satire or fake news using his impressive ability to properly interpret the subtle meaning of metaphors, allegory, and satire.
"No satire goes over my head. My reflexes are too fast. I would catch it," Drax said to a crowd of reporters at Facebook headquarters. "I am very excited to work with this company. Now, where is the book filled with human faces for me to start combing through with this comb that was mentioned?" When Drax's handlers explained that Facebook is actually just a website, he nodded sagely. "Ah, a location filled with the webs of deadly spiders. Where are they, so I may kill them?"
He then spotted a cobweb in the corner and lept at it savagely, crying out, "METAPHOR!" as he stabbed the "website" to death.
At publishing time, Drax had flagged every news story and satire article on Facebook as fake news after taking every single one of them 100% literally. The company was said to be "very pleased" with his performance so far.

[RedState] The RAND Corporation is a non-profit firm that conducts Department of Defense research. They recently surveyed 1,000 veterans from all demographics. The results of the survey found that there was no evidence that veterans were more likely to support or be a member of groups labeled as extreme, than any other Americans. The impetus for the study appears to be the supposed number of veterans who were at the Capitol on Jan. 6, and soon following, a number of Democrat lawmakers pressured Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to call for a “stand down” of the military for 60 days in order to root out the suspected white supremacists and extremists throughout all branches of the military. In 2022, House Democrats still insisted that “Empirical evidence suggests that individuals with military backgrounds have become increasingly involved with violent extremist plots and attacks in recent years.”
Todd Helmus is a senior behavioral scientist at RAND, and he is also the study’s lead author. He said about the study:
Given the anecdotal information about extremist group recruitment preferences and their active targeting of veterans, we would have assumed that these reported prevalence rates would be higher. Those initial reports spurred a lot of fear and concern. But no one’s actually looked at the numbers.
Here are the numbers those Democrat lawmakers get for their assumptions: RAND looked at the support and participation by vets for several groups. Of those groups, there was one percent support for white supremacists, 4.2 percent for the Proud Boys, five percent for black nationalist groups, and 5.5 percent for Antifa. The study also looked at support for things like QAnon and Great Replacement Theory. Veteran support for QAnon was at 13.5 percent and Great Replacement Theory at 28.8 percent. What’s more interesting, is when the numbers of veterans that support these groups are compared to the general public. Antifa support runs as high as 10 percent, and white supremacist groups as high as seven percent. QAnon support was below the general population, and Great Replacement Theory was about equal. Could Democrats be hunting extremists in all the wrong places?

What they are talking about is the J6 "pipe bomber," the person who planted the phony pipe bombs in Washington DC, presumably to enhance a domestic terrorism narrative.
The scenario is clearly one of the more transparent points highlighting how a political FBI doesn’t want to know things that run against the interests of the highly political FBI. The investigators previously tracked the bomber to a ’MetroRail SmartTrip’ Card, and then to an identified vehicle via CCTV monitoring. However, for some curiously odd reason, the FBI still has not arrested the individual.

It seems reasonable to view the explosives as a psyop component of the overall J6 "insurrection" cover story. What the authors of the overall OPLAN to create a justification for the hyper-partisan, punitive show trial of the J6 "insurrection" failed to consider was the massive number of video systems throughout the Capitol complex. It appears the devices were intentionally inert, but planted as valuable props for the anticipated show trials. Finding the individual who planted those "pipe bombs" would lead right back to the authors within some part of the Swamp.
Proof of what the J6 trial was really meant to do, chill any future public assembly to seek redress of grievances in Washington, can be understood now that we learn the DoJ is seeking 25 year terms for those found guilty. Perhaps the most egregious overcharging display in reent memory.

I remember on Tucker Carlson awhile back he showed captured footage of the Jan 5th hoodie guy walking around and placing the bomb while talking on the phone. Tucker explained that in this area of surveillance it's very easy to identify the guy because of him being on the phone, pinpointing the exact time and location. Tucker was questioning why he was never identified at the time.
Whatever happened to that? Was there no more reported on this due to suppressing his reporting? I'm really not a conspiracy theorist, but this makes one wonder what side our government is on with the current idiots in charge.
I couldn't find the link to his old show talking about this, it's probably buried or deleted somewhere

The FBI and DOJ higher-ups are obstructing justice.
[Daily Caller] Oligarchical societies are unstable societies, as they arise when powerful elites no longer care about the common good and instead pursue their own self-interest. While oligarchs can manipulate the will of the people for some time, the people historically wise up once the abuses become too much to bear.
The revolt of the common people is what oligarchs most fear and they will mobilize all of their political and financial resources to keep it from happening. While this dynamic has been recorded for thousands of years, it is no less relevant to American society today. Modern American oligarchs — who made their billions on Wall Street or in Silicon Valley — will do all that they can to maintain their position under the status quo.

In that case, it’s the tax evasion investigation into Hunter Biden and all the cash he’s accumulated with Joe Biden from shady government access deals. The US attorney for Delaware, David Weiss, was reportedly nearing a decision on whether to charge the crackhead son of the president—and these developments were happening despite reports that the attorney’s office lacked the manpower and resources to comb through the mountains of evidence.
Now, to further kneecap this probe into Hunter, the entire IRS task force looking into the matter was dissolved this month. This action occurred when the Durham report was released that exposed the FBI for greenlighting a Russian collusion investigation without solid evidence. It created a little media frenzy, but it was the perfect cover to pull this action, which did not escape the House Oversight Committee under Rep. James Comer (R-KY):
"On the same day that the Durham Report exposed how the federal government weaponized its power to advance the Russia collusion hoax, we now have learned that the federal government once again may be abusing its power to retaliate against a whistleblower who alleges the Biden Administration is obstructing justice by blocking efforts to charge Hunter Biden for federal violations," Comer said in a statement on Tuesday that noted the somewhat interesting timing of the alleged axing of an entire team that's spent years investigating Hunter Biden's tax filings.
Spencer wrote about a second whistleblower coming forward yesterday, a member of the task force that was dissolved. Both whistleblowers allege that their investigations into the Biden family were slow-walked, with the intention for the entire matter to be swept under the rug. The second whistleblower was interviewed by CBS News, where he alleged pervasive interference from the Biden DOJ in the case, which contradicts sworn testimony from Attorney General Merrick Garland that no such actions were happening under his watch with this investigation (viaCBS News):
