A statement issued by NDS on Monday states that Mullah Nazir S/O Khair Mohammad, Zain-ul-Abadin S/O Sharaf-ud-din and Mullah Rawzatullah S/O Khal Mohammad were arrested red handed with bombs, Kalashnikov, Pistol and ammos.
According to the statement Mullah Rawzatullah wanted to carry out the suicide attack in the mosque.

[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Three mediators who were trying to end fighting between two rival Taliban groups have been killed in the clash in southern Zabul province.
General Mirwais Noorzai, police chief of Zabul province said that fighting between two rival groups of Taliban increases in the jurisdiction of Khak-e-Afghan and Arghandab districts.
Noorzai further said that fresh festivities have left five faceless myrmidons from both sides killed in Khak-e-Afghan District.
According to Noorzai, when fighting between the supporters of Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour and the ones following Mullah Mansour Dadullah continues to rage then local elders try to mediate.
"Three community elders were killed while mediating," he said.
Taliban infighting began following the rifts within the leadership of the hard boy group over the appointment of new Supreme Leader.
One group pledged allegiance to Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour after he was announced as the replacement for Mullah Omar ... a minor Pashtun commander in the war against the Soviets who made good as leader of the Taliban. As ruler of Afghanistan, he took the title Leader of the Faithful. The imposition of Pashtunkhwa on the nation institutionalized ignorance and brutality in a country already notable for its own fair share of ignorance and brutality... at the end of July but another group containing Mullah Mansour Dadullah, Mullah Abdul Manan and some other notorious commanders opposes him.
This group wants Mullah Omar's son Mullah Mohammad Yaqoub to be the successor to his father.

If they aren't going to unite to drive out ISIS, they might as well make themselves useful by killing each other off. A pity about the local elders, though.
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Five coppers have been martyred in their security post in Shah Joy District of southern Zabul province.
Wazir Mohammad Jawadi, governor of Shah Joy District said that the incident took place last night.
He said dead bodies of five coppers were found in the security post in Kajarkhil area while two other coppers have been disappeared.
Jawadi further said that it is yet unknown whether this was an insider attack or the two coppers have been kidnapped by Taliban after martyring five in the security post.
According to Jawadi, weapons have also gone missing from this post.
Taliban have not yet commented on the report.
More than 30 soldiers have lost lives in similar attacks in southern Afghanistan since last one month.

The Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU), declared as a terrorist organization by the United States, announced earlier last month that the group is part of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group.

The allegiance by IMU to ISIS terrorist group comes shortly almost two weeks after the death of the Taliban supreme leader Mullah Mohammad Omar was confirmed.
IMU issued a statement earlier this month demanding clarification from the Taliban regarding Mullah Omar ... a minor Pashtun commander in the war against the Soviets who made good as leader of the Taliban. [DAWN] An air attack has killed at least 11 Afghan coppers in the volatile and opium-rich southern province of Helmand ...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... , officials said on Monday, in the latest apparent case of "friendly fire".
An interior ministry front man said the strike on Sunday was carried out by NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all.... forces but another ministry official could not confirm who was responsible.
NATO said in a statement it conducted no air strikes in Helmand on Sunday.
Afghanistan's own air force also has the capability to carry out aerial bombardments, but both the force and the defence ministry declined to comment.
"Eleven counter-narcotics police were killed and four others were maimed in an air strike carried out by international forces in Garmsir district of Helmand province," deputy interior ministry front man Najib Danish told AFP.
A front man for the counter-narcotics police at the interior ministry confirmed the toll but could not say who carried out the attack.
Helmand, the heartland of the global opium trade, is one of the biggest flash-points in the 14-year Taliban insurgency that erupted after a US-led invasion brought down their regime in 2001.

The dead bodies of Ugandan soldiers under African Union mission for Somalia (AMISOM) have been displayed by militants of Al Shabaab on Monday. The militants also paraded heavy weapons, ammunitions and battle-wagons that were seized from Ugandan soldiers during the attack on their military base in Somalia.
The attack happened in 1st September after heavily armed Al Shabaab gunmen have launched an attack on AMISOM military camp in the town of Janaale. The raid reported to have killed at least 50 African Union peacekeeping troops from Ugandan contingent, according sources who spoke to Shabelle Media in Mogadishu.
The attack was claimed by Al Shabaab insurgents, saying it killed over 80 AMISOM soldiers in revenge for massacred civilians by Ugandan soldiers in the coastal town of Marka town.
The Uganda government has denied that 50 of its soldiers under AU mission for Somalia have been killed in the attack but said only 11 soldiers were killed by Al Shabab in the raid on their military camp.

[Ynet] Egyptian security officials say an army officer and a conscript have been killed and five soldiers injured when their armored vehicle was hit by a roadside kaboom in the restive northern part of Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.
The officials, who spoke under condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to speak to news hounds, said the kaboom took place Monday morning in the Taweel al-Amir area south of Rafah and that the injured were taken to the military hospital in el-Arish.

Ayouba Sangare, an Ivorian, was responsible for the cell's logistics and authorities discovered large quantities of weapons, ammunition and grenades during a search of his house, according to the statement.
The army said the cell was behind attacks on the lodgings of personnel from Mali's U.N. peacekeeping mission, MINUSMA, and a police post in Bamako, as well as a gendarme base in Baguineda just outside the capital.
Islamist fighters, some with links to al Qaeda, seized the northern two-thirds of Mali in 2012. A French-led military intervention scattered them the following year, but remnants of the insurgency continue to carry out attacks.
The MLF recruits mainly among central Mali's marginalised Fulani ethnic minority. Security experts fear that the rise of a jihadist group among the Fulani, whose 20 million members are spread across West and Central Africa, could regionalise the violence.

Jets belonging to a Saudi-led coalition killed at least 20 people at a wake in northern Yemen on Sunday, local tribesmen said, as warplanes pounded Houthis and other forces behind a missile strike that had killed dozens of Gulf Arab soldiers.
The air strikes targeted troops loyal to former president Ali Abdullah Saleh, an ally of the Houthis, across the country and hit a Houthi base in what had been the Al Imam University, a religious school in northern Sanaa, locals said.
But residents said the deadliest strike was in Al Jouf province north of Sanaa, where warplanes hit a wake for a local who had been killed by Houthi gunfire, in what was apparently an accidental strike by the coalition.
A spokesman for the coalition could not immediately be reached for a comment.
In Sanaa, residents said buildings had been levelled as explosions rang through the night and morning before stopping around noon. There were unconfirmed reports of two deaths.
The Al Sabeen maternity and children's hospital said it had been damaged, with patients trapped inside, and appealed to international organisations to help evacuate them.
The Saudi-led coalition says it does not target civilian facilities. But on Saturday, at least 27 members of two families were killed in Sanaa by air strikes targeting Houthi positions in the city, according to hospital officials.

Two other Isil fighters were killed in the attack on the Syrian city of Raqqa on 21 August. One of them, Ruhul Amin, 26, was also British, Mr Cameron said.The Prime Minister said that a third Briton, Junaid Hussain, 21, was killed by a separate US Arclight airstrike.
Mr Cameron said the targeting of Khan in the Isil stronghold of Raqqah was justified on the grounds of "self-defence", as he and Hussain were actively involved in orchestrating a number of plots to attack "high-profile public commemorations" over the summer.
Cameron also said police and security forces had thwarted at least six terror attacks inside Britannia in the last 12 months.

And in July, police arrested a Spanish woman on the Canary Island of Lanzarote suspected of recruiting pre-teen girls and teenagers of both sexes to send to areas controlled by the Islamic State.
Spanish authorities believe the woman maintained contact with Islamic State hard boyz in Syria, including a controller who gave her orders for recruiting girls and arranging their travel to Syria.
More than 100 people from Spain are suspected of having joined jihadist fighters in Iraq and Syria and authorities fear they may return to launch attacks.

[Jihad Watch] While the world is consumed with horror over the plight of the refugees now flooding into Europe, it is useful to remember these threats that were made just six months ago.
"Islamic State militants are planning a takeover of Libya as a "gateway" to wage war across the whole of southern Europe, letters written by the group's supporters have revealed.
The jihadists hope to flood the north African state with militiamen from Syria and Iraq, who will then sail across the Mediterranean posing as migrants on people trafficking vessels, according to plans seen by Quilliam, the British anti-extremist group.
The fighters would then run amok in southern European cities and also try to attack maritime shipping.
The document is written by an Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) propagandist who is believed to be an important online recruiter for the terror in Libya, where security has collapsed in the wake of the revolution that unseated Colonel Gaddafi in 2011.
The group has already established Libyan-based cells, who on Sunday released a video showing a mass beheading of 21 Egyptian Christian guest workers.
The video, which prompted Egypt to launch retaliatory bombing raids on Isil positions in Libya, included footage of a khaki-clad militant pointing a bloodstained finger northwards, declaring: "We will conquer Rome, by Allah's permission."
The Isil propagandist, who uses the alias Abu Arhim al-Libim, describes Libya as having "immense potential" for Isil. He points out with relish that it is awash with weapons from the Libyan civil war, when large quantities of Col Gaddafi's arsenals were appropriated by rebels. Some of those weapons came from Britain, which supplied the Gaddafi regime with machine guns, sniper rifles and ammunition during his final years in power, when he was seen as an ally against Islamist terrorism.
Mr Libim also points out that Libya is less than around 300 miles from parts of the nearest European mainland.

[Hurriyet Daily News] Five suspected members of the far-left terrorist organization the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party (MLKP) have been detained in an anti-terror police operation in Istanbul.
The five suspects were detained for carrying out illegal acts after officers from the Istanbul Police Department's Counterterrorism Unit raided multiple locations in Istanbul's Sultangazi district on Sept. 6, the state-run Anadolu Agency reported.
Two unregistered pistols, several Molotov cocktails and documents related to the terrorist organization were seized in the raids.
The detained suspects were taken to the Istanbul Police Department building in Istanbul's Fatih district.
The raids came about a month after two suspected members of the MLKP were detained in Sultangazi in early August in an anti-terror police operation in which over a dozen suspects linked to the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the outlawed Revolutionary People's Liberation Party-Front (DHKP-C) were detained.

[DAWN] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... 's military announced Monday that 16 soldiers were killed and six others maimed in a Kurdish rebel attack against troops in southeast Turkey a day earlier.
The attack was the deadliest assault on Turkish troops since renewed fighting between the rebels and Turkey's security forces erupted in July, shattering a fragile grinding of the peace processor.
Rebels of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) on Sunday detonated roadside improvised bombs near the village of Daglica, in the mainly-Kurdish Hakkari province which borders Iran and Iraq, targeting soldiers who were traveling in a convoy on a mission to clear the area of mines and explosives.
Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said on Monday the rebels first fired on the soldiers and later detonated the bombs.
He said the troops were on a mission to clear the rugged terrain in Daglica of mines and explosives.
Daglica, just a few kilometers from the Iraqi border, is a main crossing point for the rebels to launch attacks on Turkey from bases in northern Iraq. Turkish security forces have frequently come under attack in this region.

[DAWN] TIMERGARA: A tehsil councillor belonging to the Qaumi Watan Party, Mohammad Umar, was bumped off by masked motorcyclists outside his house at Kotigram area in the jurisdiction of Ouch cop shoppe of Lower Dir on Sunday.
Mr Umar, who was also a former tehsil nazim ...small time big shot, the chief elected official of a local government in Pakistan, such as a district, tehsil, union council, or village council... , was standing near his house when two motorcyclists wearing masks approached and opened indiscriminate fire on him. He died instantly. The two soon fled from the scene.
The Ouch police started the paperwork but haven't done much else against three suspects, including Shah Room and his nephews Tajdar and Shahab of Ouch, on the complaint of Hazrat Umar, brother of Mohammad Umar. The victim is said to have an old enmity with the accused family and he had been acquitted by a Timergara court in a murder case last year.

The car was part of a wedding party coming from Talash to Barorai, Chakdara. Talash police have registered the case.

They woman and her son were transferred to the hospital immediately, the officer added.

[ALMANAR.LB] Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi's convoy came under sniper fire Monday but he was unharmed, a ministry front man said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, which joint operations front man Brigadier General Yahya Rasool said took place in the western outskirts of the town of Baiji, 190 km (120 miles) north of Baghdad.
Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has said the battle over Baiji and its refinery, Iraq's largest, is critical to the fight against ISIL terrorists.
Obeidi was in Baiji as part of a field visit to Salahuddin province. He earlier inspected troops at Camp Speicher, a former U.S. military base, and later toured Tikrit, a ministry statement said.
"The minister is well and safe," Rasool told Rooters. He said a guard had been lightly injured in the attack.

[EN.ZAMANALWSL.NET] Islamic State fighters have seized the last major oilfield under Syrian regime control during battles over a vast central desert zone, Rooters said on Monday.
The Jazal field was now shut down and festivities were ongoing east of Homs, with casualties reported on both sides, the Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, without giving dates or more details.
Syria's army said, according to Rooters, it had repulsed an attack in the same area but did not mention Jazal or comment on how much of the country's battered energy infrastructure remained under its sway. It said it killed 25 fighters, including non-Syrian jihadists.
"The regime has lost the last oilfield in Syria," said the Observatory, which tracks war through a network of sources on the ground.
Commentators on social media said fighting had surged in the last two to three days and the rebels had taken the oilfield on Sunday.
Jazal is a medium-sized field that lies to the north west of the rebel-held ancient city of Palmyra, close to a region that holds Syria's main natural gas fields and multi-million-dollar extraction facilities.
The army, which has been fighting to retake the city and surrounding areas since they fell in May, had managed to secure the oil field's perimeter in June.
The Observatory also said U.S.-led coalition bombing raids in areas in the krazed killer's de facto capital of Raqqa had killed at least 16 krazed killers, including five foreign jihadists.

[EN.ZAMANALWSL.NET] Syrian rebels have killed 10 Syrian regime soldiers in a counterattack on their post in the embattled town of Zabadani near the Lebanese border, activists said Sunday.
In retaliation regime army has extended fierce bombardment on Zabadani town, about 45 km (30 miles) northwest of the capital Damascus, as the 70-day-old offensive seems without an end yet.
Activists said army has targeted rebels bastions with 20 surface-to-surface missiles and 14 barrel bombs.
The regime army backed by Lebanese Hezbollah militia has also targeted Madhaya, the town that hosts thousands of Zabadani's displaced amid lack of aid and basic needs.
Rebels of the strategic town urged their counterparts near Damascus to send reinforcements and ammunition as well to escalate attacks to relieve pressure on them.
Hezbollah bandidosmurderous Moslems and Bashir al-Assad army have controlled most of Zabadani city after intense aerial bombardments and heavy artillery fire on rebels hideouts.
