[Breitbart] House Committee on Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) announced Monday that a total of nine Biden family members may have profited from the family’s international business schemes.
Nine potential members profiting from the family business is six more than Comer had previously disclosed.
Through the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs), Comer discovered in March that a Biden associate received a $3 million wire transfer from a Chinese energy company, DEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie Biden, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer.
In a press release, Comer said further review of the SARs at the U.S Treasury has revealed a growing number of Bidens involved in the schemes. SARs “often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud,” according to a 2020 Senate report.
“Thousands of pages of financial records related to the Biden family, their companies, and associates’ business schemes were made available to members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability,” Comer said Monday. “The Biden family enterprise is centered on Joe Biden’s political career and connections, and it has generated an exorbitant amount of money for the Biden family.”
“We’ve identified six additional members of Joe Biden’s family who may have benefited from the Biden family’s businesses that we are investigating, bringing the total number of those involved or benefiting to nine,” Comer said.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Monday he has identified "six additional members" of the Biden family who "may have benefited" from Biden family business dealings and vowed to continue to investigate whether those dealings pose a "national security threat."
Comer, R-Ky., and members of the committee, including Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene, R-Ga., visited the Treasury Department Monday to view financial records related to the Biden family and their past business associates as part of their investigation.
"Thousands of pages of financial records related to the Biden family, their companies, and associates’ business schemes were made available to members of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, which confirm the importance of this investigation," Comer said in a statement Monday afternoon.
"The Biden family enterprise is centered on Joe Biden’s political career and connections, and it has generated an exorbitant amount of money for the Biden family," Comer said.
After reviewing documents, Comer said the panel has "identified six additional members of Joe Biden’s family who may have benefited from the Biden family’s businesses that we are investigating, bringing the total number of those involved or benefiting to nine."
"The Oversight Committee will continue to pursue additional bank records to follow the Bidens’ tangled web of financial transactions to determine if the Biden family has been targeted by foreign actors and if there is a national security threat," Comer said, vowing to "soon provide the public with more information about what we’ve uncovered to date."
He added: "The American people need transparency and accountability, and the Oversight Committee will deliver much needed answers."
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The viewing of the additional financial documents came after the Treasury Department last month notified Comer that it would give the committee "in camera access" to suspicious activity reports (SARs) related to Hunter Biden and the Biden family’s foreign business deals.
The Treasury Department declined to comment on the matter, however, in past letters, the agency has noted this is law enforcement-sensitive data and protected by Bank Secrecy Act.
Last month, Fox News Digital reported that members of the Biden family received more than $1 million in payments from accounts related to Hunter Biden business associate Rob Walker and their Chinese business ventures in 2017, according to financial records subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee.
Those records were obtained after the committee subpoenaed Bank of America, which revealed that "at least three family members" received lucrative payments from a bank account belonging to Walker. That account is labeled as "Robinson Walker, LLC," and one of the family members is Hallie Biden, the widow of President Biden’s son Beau.
A spokesperson for Hunter Biden's legal team confirmed the payments last month, but stressed that the accounts "belonged to Hunter, his uncle and Hallie – nobody else."

According to Clinton, those who broke away from long-held beliefs on Second Amendment issues faced consequences.
“It is not rational that we should have a dramatically higher death rate among school-aged children because of gun violence than any other country in the world,” Clinton added. “And you know, a lot of people get mad about this thoughts and prayers. But if you believe that you have to — if you believe you are compelled to let kids die in order to keep your freedoms, that’s sort of the way this debate is.”

Two of Correa's attackers struck a plea deal with Manhattan prosecutors and one has already been let off on time served - Mary Saunders pleaded guilty to a completely manufactured charge of assault with a shoe and sentenced to one year time served.
The stench of hypocrisy from Democrats is sickening.

In a refreshing show of unity, Republican senators from various points along the GOP ideological spectrum are agreeing with Cotton. One of the first was conservative Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.):

Victims of violent crime in Manhattan on Monday cast much of the blame on District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his policies, during a GOP-led House hearing in New York City on the matter.
"Repeat offenders are plaguing New York City," said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan. "Our plan this Congress, has been to include field hearings in some of our greatest cities to analyze and highlight how soft on crime policies hurt families, hurt communities, hurt small business owners. ... What better place to start than New York City where videos of violent, senseless attacks appear almost daily."
Democrats on the committee, as the have since the hearing was announced, continued to try to portray it as politically motivated, particularly since Bragg earlier this month filed a 34-count federal indictment against former President Trump.
"I am a willing participant," Madeline Brame, whose son was murdered roughly five years ago, said loudly in response to such accusations.
She also testified Bragg has left "all types of criminal elements free to do what they want, when they want, however they want, to whomever they want with no consequences, no deterrence."
Her son, Army Sgt. Hason Correa, was killed in a 2018 stabbing in New York City, and Brame argues Bragg botched the prosecution of his attackers.
"When Alvin Bragg came into office, he was handed a strong, trial-ready murder case and gang assault case against all four of the [accused], where this brutal savage homicide was captured on video.
"As soon as he took office, the case immediately began to unravel. He dismissed – completely dismissed – gang assault and murder indictments against two of the defendants clearly [seen] on video."
New York Rep. Jerry Nadler, the committee's top Democrat, was among those who accused Jordan of "doing the bidding of Donald Trump."
He also said committee Republicans "designed this hearing to intimidate and deter the duly elected district attorney of Manhattan, who has been doing the work his constituents elected him to do."
Committee member Rep. Matt Gaetz, a Florida Republican, argued that district attorneys with progress polices, particularly in major U.S. cites, and whose election campaigns were at least in part funded by progressive billionaire mega-donor George Soros, are too soft on crime, which included lighter punishments for violent offenders.
"Increasingly, George Soros is putting in upwards of $40 million to elect 75 DAs to be able to engage in these downgrades," Gaetz said. "And by the way, not only are they downgrading the violent things, they can't even win the cases they try."
He also said Bragg has "earned a reputation for caring more about the perpetrators of crime than the victims."

Jordan believes that Morrell played a crucial role in coordinating the effort to dismiss the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation, while Shapiro was involved in coordinating how the story was presented to the legacy media. "It’s becoming increasingly clear that Morrell and Shapiro were key players in this whole saga," Jordan stated.

Aided by two Obama-era witnesses, congressional investigators led by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan have developed the first evidence that a letter from security experts that falsely dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation during the 2020 election had ties to Joe Biden's presidential campaign.
Jordan told Just the News he expects to release a report from the House panel on weaponization of government later this month that lays out out evidence and the players behind the letter, which many Republicans now say was a consequential interference in the last presidential election.
"It was all done with politics, and it looks like there was some some real connections with the Biden campaign," Jordan said during an interview late last week on the John Solomon Reports podcast, declining to be more specific because there are more witness interviews being conducted this week.
For most of the last two years, the letter from 51 national security officials has been portrayed as an organic effort from the intelligence community to raise concerns that the emergence of Hunter Biden's laptop in fall 2020 could be tied to a foreign power. The laptop has since been proven authentic, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has said it did not involve a foreign disinformation campaign.
But before the letter was debunked, it was used to censor stories online in the New York Post, Just the News and other outlets in what has been described by former President Donald Trump, Jordan and many others as an interference in the election that kept voters from understanding influence peddling allegations surrounding the Biden family.
Jordan said his investigators have derived valuable information from transcribed interviews from two former CIA officials from the Obama era: former acting Director Mike Morrell and Nick Shapiro, a former adviser to ex-Director John Brennan.
"It seems to me that one of the key players here was Michael Morell, that he was one kind of coordinating this, working this together," Jordan said. "And then there are a few other folks. We have talked to Nick Shapiro. Mr. Shapiro, I think, was the one kind of coordinating the outreach to the legacy media and how they wanted this story presented."
Morell currently works as a contributor at CBS News. A spokesman for CBS News did not immediately return an email seeking comment from Morell or the network.
Shapiro, who worked as former President Barack Obama's national security spokesman before rising to deputy CIA director under Brennan, did not immediately respond to a request for comment at his consulting firm.
Jordan said the specific ties to the Biden campaign will be divulged in the interim report after additional transcribed interviews are completed.
[Gateway] Democrat Senator John Fetterman (PA) on Monday returned to Capitol Hill looking disheveled and confused after a prolonged absence during which he received treatment for severe depression.
Fetterman, 53, spent two months at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center receiving treatment for clinical depression.
The dazed and confused Senator looked like a slob as he arrived to Capitol Hill.
This is the same guy who was supposedly sponsoring bills from a psych ward.

Bragg has been under fire since taking office in January 2022 and announcing that his office would not prosecute many non-violent mostly peaceful crimes and would reduce some felonies to misdemeanors.

"However, it's easy to be generous with someone else's money... it is not constructive to demonize youth who have otherwise been starved of opportunities in their own communities."
He continued: "Our city must work together to create spaces for youth to gather safely and responsibly, under adult guidance and supervision, to ensure that every part of our city remains welcome for both residents and visitors."
Johnson, 47, added that it is his goal as mayor to "improve public safety and make Chicago livable for everyone."
Two nights of unrest, which were organized on social media, saw packs of out-of-control teens clash with cops, brawl with one another, vandalize property, and break into and set cars on fire.
One video showed several youngsters jump and dance atop a city bus.

As things heated up in Grant Park, they also heated up on the convention floor. The peace plank was defeated, a huge blow to the peace delegates and millions of Americans who wanted the Vietnam War to end, and the delegates erupted into chaos.
In the words of one delegate, “We were desolate. All of the work that we had done, all of the effort we had made had, it seemed to us, come to naught…our hearts were broken.”
By nightfall, a standoff had ensued in front of the Hilton between thousands of angry protestors and thousands of police officers. No one knows who or what triggered the first blow, but soon police began clearing out the crowd, pummeling protestors (and innocent bystanders) with billy clubs and using so much tear gas that it reportedly reached Humphrey some 25 floors up as he watched the bedlam unfold from his hotel room window.

Fetterman hasn’t voted in the chamber, where Democrats have a razor-thin majority, since Feb. 15. Few major legislative decisions, however, have come before the Senate in the weeks he was away. Senators have spent almost all their time on confirmation votes, mostly on noncontroversial nominees who have enough support to advance even without Fetterman.

Fetterman left the hospital March 31 and returned home to Braddock, Pa., where his wife, Gisele, shared updates of him spending time with the family and enjoying Easter.
His staff released a letter from doctors at Walter Reed that described his depression as in remission. It also provided new information on Fetterman’s physical health.

This week, Biden announced a plan to open Obamacare and Medicaid rolls, both subsidized by American taxpayers, to nearly 600,000 illegal aliens currently enrolled in DACA — the program created by former President Obama, via executive order, that has shielded more than a million illegal aliens from deportation through the years.
Becerra, whom Breitbart News reported has long reviewed opening taxpayer-funded health coverage options to illegal aliens, will oversee the scheme — proposing a federal rule by the end of this month which, if finalized, would make DACA illegal aliens eligible for Obamacare and Medicaid.
"Of the nearly 580,000 DREAMers who arrived in this country as children and currently have DACA protections, an estimated 34 percent do not have health insurance coverage ... [this] rule would change that," Becerra said in a statement.
