[PJ] The emails purported to be Hunter Biden’s on that abandoned laptop have been verified by one recipient. They’re real and they’re spectacularly damning, according to Tony Bobulinski, a former business partner of Hunter Biden.
Another email begs for answers from Joe Biden’s vice-presidential running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris. Fox News reports:
A list of "key domestic contacts" for a joint venture involving Jim and Hunter Biden and now-bankrupt CEFC China Energy Co. included former Vice President Joe Biden’s current running mate Sen. Kamala Harris, among other prominent Democrats, Fox News has learned.
An email exclusively obtained by Fox News, with the subject line "Phase one domestic contacts/ projects" and dated May 15, 2017, Biden’s brother, Jim Biden, shared a list of "key domestic contacts for phase one target projects."
The email is unrelated to the laptop or hard drive purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s son.
Jim Biden is the Democratic nominee’s brother.
It’s a shame the media won’t stir itself to cover this. Or, when they do, they’ll spin it faster than a NutriBullet.
Because it looks for all the world like the whole Biden family trades on Joe’s long and mediocre career in politics, with Hunter as the tip of the lucrative spear.
And they don’t care at all about who they trade with, including the communist oligarchy that rules China.
Here is the actual email. Mr. Bobulinski is one of the cc’d recipients, along with Hunter Biden and two others.
The Biden camp has not responded to it in any way. Joe himself remains under his self-imposed lid until after tonight’s final presidential debate, which will be moderated by a journalist with longstanding Democratic ties. Harris has yet to hold any sort of press event. The malevolent media have not clamored for one.
Sen. Harris is specifically named in the email, along with several other prominent Democrats and one Republican.

Though Ho pleaded not guilty, the jury found enough evidence to convict him. Since he was deemed guilty on seven out of eight charges and each charge comes with imprisonment of 5 to 20 years, Ho could end up in jail for a long time. Ho will be sentenced on March 15, 2019.

It’s very clear that Sullivan wants to drag this out as long as possible, even though prosecutors have petitioned to drop the case and now Flynn has received a full pardon. There is no other reason for this than to exact some personal vendetta on Flynn, an animus which has been clear for a long time. He’s forcing both Flynn and the DoJ to waste money and time on a case that is now entirely moot. Maybe Sullivan just doesn’t want to be the only person to lose to Sidney Powell in 2020, but his judgment has clearly become entirely warped, and the abuse of his authority should embarrass the other justices on the DC Circuit.

[TheHill] A woman suspected of being a Chinese intelligence operative allegedly targeted several local and national politicians in the first half of the last decade, including Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), according to a report from Axios.
The woman, Fang Fang or Christine Fang, reportedly specifically attempted to curry influence with Bay Area politicians from 2011 to 2015, including participating in fundraising for Swalwell’s 2014 reelection campaign, according to the publication.
She is not believed to have obtained any classified information, but "there were some really, really sensitive people that were caught up," a senior U.S. intelligence official told Axios. Foreign nationals are barred from donating to campaigns and Federal Election Commission records show no indication she donated to Swalwell.
A spokesperson for Swalwell said the California congressman had already cooperated with federal investigations into Fang.
"Rep. Swalwell, long ago, provided information about this person — whom he met more than eight years ago, and whom he hasn’t seen in nearly six years — to the FBI," Swalwell’s office said in a statement to Axios. "To protect information that might be classified, he will not participate in your story."
Swalwell reportedly received a defensive briefing from the FBI as they accelerated their investigation into Fang. He reportedly immediately cut ties to her and is not accused of any wrongdoing in connection with her alleged activities, a current U.S. intelligence official told Axios.
Fang, who reportedly helped place at least one intern in Swalwell’s office, is believed to have overseen subagents through such efforts, many of whom did not realize they were part of the operation. She left the country in 2015 amid the investigation.
She also reportedly attempted similar influence operations on other Bay Area politicians, volunteering for Rep. Ro Khanna’s (D) failed 2014 campaign.
Khanna’s office has said he did not receive an FBI briefing like Swalwell’s and that her name does not appear in records of the 2014 campaign staff. Fang has been photographed with several California politicians, including Swalwell, Khanna, then-Rep. Mike Honda (D) and Rep. Judy Chu (D).
Over a three-year period, two officials told Axios she also had romantic relationships with at least two Midwestern mayors. At least two sexual interactions between Fang and elected officials were allegedly recorded during FBI surveillance, according to Axios.

Earlier this week, Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
That lawsuit asked the Supreme Court to order state legislatures in Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, and Pennsylvania to displace "tainted" election results in those States and choose their own slate of electors.
In other words, Paxton is asking that Republican state legislatures in those four states — which have been called for Joe Biden — be allowed to choose their own slate of electors, presumably to hand the election to President Donald Trump in January.
Late on Tuesday evening, the U.S. Supreme Court ordered the four states to respond to the lawsuit from Paxton by Thursday, December 10.
[RS] NY-22 is a U.S. House race in New York that is currently in dispute. The Republican challenger leads the Democrat incumbent by an unofficial count of just 12 votes. Meanwhile, a judge is waiting to rule on other disputed ballots. That includes 55 ballots ’found’ that were revealed a week ago. Of those, 11 were cast by unregistered voters and will presumably be tossed.
Those 55 ballots were described as "early votes" so they could break for the Democrat given typical early voting trends. But as I shared in my last write-up on it, we just don’t know because the sample size is so small. They could conceivably break for the Republican.
Regardless, there is some new information to be shared on the NY-22 race, and I’ve gotten myself in a bit of trouble trying to cover this race in the past so I’m going to be very careful what I say here. This is what Fox News is reporting now about 12 more votes being found.

The yacht boasted a state-of-the-art steering system, an "extensively modified inside" featuring a "quite open and bright" galley and salon area, a lazarette "laid out perfectly" for scuba equipment, and a utility room with a "spacious work area for Mr. Ossoff," according to the release. While it's unclear how much Ossoff's father paid for the yacht, a similar model is listed by Florida Yachts International for $1.3 million.

In July, separate versions of the bill won more than two-thirds support in both chambers. The date for the Republican-controlled Senate has not been set yet.
Oh. Then the question of passing it is — at this point, at least — moot. Perhaps Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is waiting to see who won the presidential election.
Trump emphasized his opposition to the bill earlier Tuesday.

Trump has several complaints about the bill.
It does not call, as he wants, for the abolition of a law known as Section 230, which grants social media firms protection from liability for third-party content carried on their platforms. Trump has railed against the law repeatedly and says giants like Facebook and Google are biased against him.

[NYP] ATLANTA — Georgia’s governor is again telling lawmakers that he won’t call a special session to overturn Georgia’s election results and appoint 16 presidential electors who would support Republican President Donald Trump instead of Democratic president-elect Joe Biden.
Republican Brian Kemp issued a joint statement Sunday with Republican Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan, saying it would violate state law for the General Assembly to name electors instead of following the current state law that calls for the governor to certify electors after results are certified.
"Any attempt by the legislature to retroactively change that process for the Nov. 3rd election would be unconstitutional and immediately enjoined by the courts, resulting in a long legal dispute and no short-term resolution," the two said in their statement.
Trump and Kemp spoke by phone hours before Trump held a rally on Saturday in Valdosta. The president asked Kemp to order the legislative session and the governor refused. According to a tweet from the governor, Trump also asked him to order an audit of absentee ballots from the presidential race in his state. Kemp has said he can’t do that because he has no authority to interfere in the electoral process on Trump’s behalf.
Trump on Sunday tweeted more unproven allegations that Georgia’s election was fraudulent, blaming Kemp and Duncan for inaction.

[NYP] Attorney General William Barr is considering resigning before President Trump leaves office next month, according to multiple reports citing sources familiar with his thinking.
The two men had a "contentious," lengthy meeting inside the West Wing on Tuesday, a person familiar with the meeting told CNN.
The meeting came after Barr, 70, said in an interview with the Associated Press Tuesday that the Justice Department had not uncovered evidence of widespread election fraud — comments which angered the president.

I visited two large gun shops today near Woodstock, GA. Inventories are way down. Ammo shelves empty.
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Approximately 566,958 people voted absentee in Wayne County, where bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... is located, in the 2020 general election. 2060 appear to have been dead.
The Secretary of State published the data of who those specific people were, their home address, and their birthdate.
The Gateway Pundit took that data, and ran it through a simple "deceased suppression" service provided for a fee by the Lorton Data Services company.
The result was that 2,060 names came back as people who are recorded as having both been dead, and having submitted an absentee ballot.
There may be errors in the data. There could be people with the exact same name living at the same address who are erroneously included in the data. People could have died after mailing in their absentee ballot a week before election day. But according to the Lorton service, that situation should be very rare. The Lorton officials said that they cross-check their data with obituaries and the Social Security death index.
This does NOT INCLUDE, people who voted in-person, and does NOT INCLUDE, people who voted absentee in the rest of Michigan. It also suggests, if accurate, that there may have been a systemic campaign underway to cast ballots even among people who were deceased.
The data also suggests that Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson did very little to remove dead individuals from voter applications and from the Michigan voter file.

Fox News hosts pressed Gingrich to explain how Abrams supposedly stole the election. The former speaker noted that there were 1.2 million unverified absentee ballots in the 2020 election, a mere 0.3 percent of the total, while in 2018, 3.5 percent of the absentee ballots were thrown out. "The difference is three times Biden’s margin," he noted.
"The agreement the secretary of State made with Stacey Abrams was crazy," Gingrich said. He mentioned the election-night surveillance video presented before the Georgia State Senate Judiciary Committee that allegedly showed at least four suitcases of ballots being pulled out from under a table after election supervisors had told party poll watchers to leave the room at the State Farm Arena in Fulton County, Georgia. Lead Stories claimed that the video only showed election workers counting ballots that had already been checked while party poll watchers were present, but the video has still caused an uproar.
"I have never seen an election that was this blatantly disorganized and this blatantly in favor of being stolen," Gingrich lamented.
He insisted that Republicans must turn out to vote.
"I think they will probably keep both seats Republican," the former speaker predicted. Yet he urged, "Every person who’s worried about the future of the country from a conservative standpoint has to go vote."
"That’s the number one challenge, it’s not the debates or the arguments, it’s getting people to vote in this runoff," Gingrich said. "The key to a Republican victory is to have more votes than the Left can steal."

[FOXNEWS] Seattle’s first-term Mayor Jenny Summer of Love Durkan ...Democrat Maress of Seattle, who allowed a chunk of the downtown of her city to be turned into an autonomous combat zone... announced on Monday that she won’t seek reelection. This almost ensures the unthinkable: Seattle will drift even further to the left.
The news didn’t come to me as a shock. I have been hearing rumors for the last couple weeks that Durkan was reconsidering reelection after being rendered powerless by a City Council that repeatedly stands in her way. After the last Council election, she was left with a majority of members who would never be her political allies.
At the same time, the mayor faced daily political pressure from the city’s most vocal and fringe activists, pressuring her to adopt their dangerous plans, including defunding the police.
She attempted to curry their favor, allowing the notorious "Summer of Love" to continue with the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ).
We all know how that went. She hired a former pimp to offer her some ’street cred’ but the streets decidedly distrust the figurative version of "the man."
If Durkan had a council to support her, she could withstand activist pressure and lead the city. But the Council is with the activist community. And Durkan hasn’t been able to lead.

With the current mayor now on her way out, the city will become even more unbearably progressive.
Durkan was as close to a mainstream Democrat that could be elected by Seattle residents and still be popular enough to have a shot at reelection. But since she took office in 2016, the political environment witnessed a tectonic shift after the election of President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... Since then, progressive and socialist activists have become more urgent in their political fights. They saw a country turn away from their political beliefs, towards a man they loathed. Not only was Trump brash, but he was also the epitome of everything they hated about capitalism: a system that lets a white man gain power.

[WashingtonExaminer] Noncitizens are embedded in North Carolina jury and voting pools, raising new questions about the integrity of elections, according to an immigration reform group.
The Immigration Reform Law Institute on Monday said it had uncovered examples of noncitizens, and likely also illegal immigrants colonists, in the pools in Charlotte, North Carolina, and other key areas dating back to 2012.
Working with the Voter Integrity Project, IRLI conceded that the numbers were not enough to overturn election results but point to the lack of "political will" by government officials to clean up their rolls.
Voter Integrity Project co-founder Jay Delancy said, "The fact is that every state has mountains of evidence that would make it easy to get noncitizen voters off the rolls and possibly deported. But so far, all parties have lacked the political will."
In North Carolina, potential jury members are picked from voter rolls and motor vehicle department registrations. During the study period, some 6,000 noncitizen names were found in one county.
"Delancy and VIP co-founder John Pizzo began analyzing the state’s voter rolls in 2012. The pair obtained jury records from the Clerk of Courts in Wake County, the state’s second most populous county at that time, and discovered that, during a three-year window of time, roughly 6,000 prospective jurors disqualified themselves by notifying to the court that they were not U.S. citizens," said the group in its report.
"This was not the end of their discovery. Delancy and Pizzo then compared these names to the voter rolls, uncovering a total of 532 registered voters who had informed the court that they were not U.S. citizens. VIP’s investigative work had found that, of this group, 130 participated in an election at least once before being disqualified," it added.
For the latest presidential election, they found dozens on the rolls.
"In Mecklenburg County, the state’s second most populous county which includes metropolitan Charlotte, a total of 51 individuals were removed from the jury pool list because of non-citizenship between October 28, 2019 to July 7, 2020, the county’s Jury Office confirmed to IRLI. The Cumberland County Clerk of Superior Court, which operates in the state’s fifth most populous county, revealed that 18 potential jurors were removed for non-citizenship between October 1, 2019 to July 7, 2020. And lastly, Forsyth —- the state’s fourth most populous county -- reported a total of 16 potential jurors removed for non-citizenship from December 19, 2019 to October 6, 2020."

But that doesn’t explain why relatively few major right-wing policy demands have advanced at any point in the 11 consecutive years that Netanyahu has now been prime minister. Indeed, he is often excoriated on the right for failing to reform the judicial appointments process, for holding back settlement construction and for seeming to consistently prefer left-leaning coalition partners to right-leaning ones — Labor’s Ehud Barak in 2009, Yair Lapid and Tzipi Livni in 2013, and so on.
