Well I think I know what needs to be done here, after 2 years of being told what.
Skip tracing - using her phone, everyone she has been in contact with over the last 2 weeks, and everyone they have been in contact with, and one more layer of who they have been in contact with, must quarantine at home for 2 weeks, no income.
To come out of quarantine, 5 consecutive negative tests; only 1 test per day. A positive test resets the quarantine time. No income.
Once a day, all infected must log onto social media, 2 masks to prevent spread via internet, and state, "Thank Joe for The Vaccine, or else it would be worse than this." Failure to recite may result in deplatforming. Quarantine timer resets until deplatforming timer expires. No income.
All pets must be euthanized. Quarantine timer does not begin until this is accomplished.
Daily urine tests to affirm no unapproved vitamin or dietary supplements are being ingested.

[Front Page] I'm just back from Florida where I had the great honor of speaking at a "Club 45" event that had two speakers: myself and former President Donald J. Trump. Thousands of tickets sold out in 20 minutes. We had a wild, raucous, standing-room-only crowd inside the ballroom of the Palm Beach Airport Hilton.
The main themes of the back-to-back speeches of Trump and myself were A) the possibly rigged, stolen 2020 election and B) the purposeful destruction of America that is being carried out by Joe Biden, who I believe to be the illegitimate president of the United States, and his radical handlers.
I pulled no punches. I described Joe Biden as a "old, weak, feeble, brain-dead sock puppet with dementia, hiding in the basement with a mask and diapers." As a bonus, he's also the most corrupt politician in history, and owned lock, stock and barrel by China and the Chinese Communist Party.
I described the Democrat Party as, "A party of evil, radical, communist, fascist, racist, Godless, America-haters who can't figure out which bathroom to use... and who believe people are like frogs... and they can change their sex on an hourly basis."
I told the crowd, "We are in a war between good and evil. This is a battle of normal all-American patriots versus confused, bizarre, mentally ill weirdos who are drunk with power... and want to enslave us, ban us, censor us, brainwash us, ruin our careers and destroy our country.
This deal is dangerous for our democracy. Billionaires like Elon Musk play by a different set of rules than everyone else, accumulating power for their own gain. We need a wealth tax and strong rules to hold Big Tech accountable.

[LSOZI] Here at LSOZI, we are going to take off every Wednesday for a look at the old steam/diesel navies of the 1859-1946 time period and will profile a different ship each week. These ships have a life, a tale all of their own, which sometimes takes them to the strangest places. — Christopher Eger Just adding this memory hole piece 'from a friend' to the Moskva story.
[Breitbart] Mexican authorities stopped a human smuggling attempt featuring a passenger bus to move 54 migrants toward the Texas border.
The case took place over the weekend in Altamira, Tamaulipas, where state police officers had set up a joint checkpoint with federal authorities.
Police found 54 migrants, including 13 underage teens and children, a statement from the Tamaulipas government revealed. The migrants were identified as being from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Cuba. Authorities also detained the driver, a woman, and another man who were Mexican nationals.
The Mexicans were turned over to federal authorities for an investigation into human smuggling while the migrants were given to the National Migration Institute to determine their legal statuses.
The detention comes days after Tamaulipas signed an agreement with Texas to step up counter-smuggling efforts in Mexico — a core income stream for the Gulf Cartel. Tamaulipas State Police confirmed several enforcement actions in recent days. The agreement followed a brief use of secondary checkpoints operated by Texas at the expense of international commerce delays.
[Breitbart] The Alameda County Narcotics Task Force conducted the biggest drug bust in the county’s history, seizing 90 pounds of fentanyl Friday that authorities said have a street value of $4.2 million, according to the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office.
Lt. Ray Kelly, a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office, said detectives found a fentanyl manufacturing lab last week after serving two search warrants in Oakland and Hayward in the California Bay Area.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported on the operation, which involved enough fentanyl to kill millions of Americans:

I'm unaware of any treaties limiting defensive actions of an invaded nation to their own soil.
And once the weapons are handed off, you don't really get a say in how they're used. It certainly never bothered Russians in their century of arming every revolutionary crackpot and despot they could find.

Black Lives Matter PAC ended the 2022 quarter with $19,750 in the bank
This was after raising $80,000 and spending $116,000 during the first quarter, according to a filing submitted to the Federal Election Commission on Friday
A substantial chunk of that money - $45,000 - went to Bowers Consulting Firm, a company run by BLM board member Shalomyah Bowers

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Gee, he doesn't look like a spy.
Alexei Saab
... age 45, he was also known as Ali Hassan Saab, Alex Saab, and Rachid. Until his 2019 arrest he worked as director of information technology for a Morristown, New Jersey energy company, supplementing his income as an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College. He joined Hezbollah in 1996, soaked up all sorts of advanced spy & sabotage training, and by 2003 was collecting information about potential targets in the US, which proved no barrier to his naturalization in the fateful year of 2008. There is also the small matter of marriage fraud...
allegedly worked for Hezbollah's Islamic Jihad Organization
...not the same as the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, which operates in Israel and the Palestinian Territories, financed by Iranian money...
as a spy
Investigators allege he planned to carry out attacks on famous U.S. landmarks if Iran were to be bombed and would photograph his potential targets
The naturalized US citizen worked as a software engineer in New Jersey by day and as a terrorist operative by night, officials allege
He faces numerous charges including conspiracy, supporting a foreign terrorist organization, citizenship application fraud and more
Saab has pleaded not guilty to all charges and is currently on trial in NYC
He is also facing a marriage fraud charge for allegedly marrying a co-conspirator in 2012 under false pretenses. Saab's lawyer did not contest that charge.
The most serious charge carries a maximum potential penalty of 25 years in prison, though the charges collectively carry potential penalties of over 100 years in prison.

He entered legally in 2000, Chealing Chomotle4158, then applied for citizenship in 2005, according to various articles in the Rantburg archive. Several Hezbollah/IJO operatives came to the U.S. at about the same time.

He should've crossed over illegally from Juarez. The Feds would never have known he was here.
[FoxNews] Governing for Impact's internal memo says they have implemented more than 20 of their federal agenda items.
A secretive group backed by millions of dollars from liberal billionaire George Soros is working behind the scenes with President Biden's administration to shape policy, documents reviewed by Fox News show.
Governing for Impact (GFI), the veiled group, boasts in internal memos of implementing more than 20 of its regulatory agenda items as it works to reverse Trump-era deregulations by zeroing in on education, environmental, health care, housing and labor issues.
"Open Society is proud to support Governing for Impact's efforts to protect American workers, consumers, patients, students and the environment through policy reform," Tom Perriello, executive director of Soros' Open Society Foundations, told Fox News Digital.
Hungarian-born U.S. investor and philanthropist George Soros has been bankrolling liberal causes across the globe for years.
"Their work gives voice to people often overlooked in a regulatory environment too often dominated by corporate interests," he continued. "Our support for Governing for Impact's work is publicly available on our website and we are transparent about our enthusiasm for their victories for American workers and families."
GFI, however, works to remain secretive. It is invisible to internet search engines like Google (an unrelated "Govern for Impact" is the only group that appears in a search). No news reports or press releases appear on its existence outside of a mention of its related action fund in a previous Fox News article on the $1.6 billion Arabella Advisors-managed dark money network, to which it is attached.
But as the group attempted to conceal its operations, it sought talent on Harvard Law School's website, which was discoverable. The posting, which no longer appears on the site, was for legal policy internships.
The Harvard advert said the group was established to prepare the Biden administration for a "transformative governance" and that it had produced "more than 60 in-depth, shovel-ready regulatory recommendations" for dozens of federal agencies.
The listing also contained an email address ending in "@governingforimpact.org," which is the group's website that can only be accessed by those who know the URL.
According to its website, Rachael Klarman, a Harvard Law School grad, steers the group. Her father, Michael Klarman, is a professor at Harvard Law and also has ties to progressive advocacy groups. He is an advisory board member of the left-wing dark money judicial group Take Back the Court. Last year, Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-RI, invited him to testify before Congress on dark money's "assault" on the judiciary system.
GFI's site contains dozens of legal strategy memos for shaping executive orders and regulations in the educational, environmental, health care, housing and labor realms.
The memos generally do not identify their authors. Some show partnerships with outside groups such as The National Student League Defense Network, the Center for Law, Energy and the Environment at Berkeley Law School and the Economic Policy Institute.
"Many of the proposals on this site focus on how the new administration could unwind the previous administration's harmful regulatory legacy, but GFI continues to take on new policy projects at all levels of government," the site states.
GFI, meanwhile, is not a stand-alone nonprofit. Instead, the New Venture Fund, a nonprofit incubator managed by the D.C.-based consulting firm Arabella Advisors, fiscally sponsors it. This setup allows GFI to avoid filing tax forms with the IRS.
The group's attachment to the Arabella-Advisors dark money network, which raised $1.6 billion in anonymous donations in 2020, is not discoverable from public records. The New Venture Fund does not report GFI as a trade name in its D.C. business filings.
However, GFI's links to the New Venture Fund are discoverable in George Soros' Open Society Foundations (OSF) grant database. A search of the database shows that Soros nonprofits sent $12.98 million to GFI and its related action fund in 2019 and 2020.
The Foundation to Promote Open Society awarded $5.53 million to GFI. Meanwhile, the Open Society Policy Center sent $7.45 million to GFI's action fund. The Sixteen Thirty Fund, also managed by Arabella Advisors, fiscally sponsors the action fund.
[Newsweek] The aftermath of the Ukrainian village Novotoshkivske being almost completely destroyed by Russian forces has been captured in images shared online.
Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai confirmed that Russian forces had seized Novotoshkivske on Monday, while noting that the village had been largely destroyed. The destruction included multiple residential buildings, educational facilities and "all hospitals," according to the Ukrainian state-run news agency Ukrinform. A video released to social media on the same day appeared to show buildings in the village either entirely reduced to rubble or severely damaged.
"The town of Novotoshkivs'ke has been severely bombed, almost leveled, by Russia," Emil Filtenborg, a Danish journalist who was shot and wounded during the early days of the war, commented while sharing the video. "If it interests anyone, this is in fact Novotoshkivs'ke. #UkraineWar"
[Newsweek] Trade officials in the United Kingdom have announced a new ban on exporting technology to Russia that could be used to spy on Ukrainians.
The U.K.'s Department for International Trade on Monday announced the latest trade sanctions against Russia following a meeting between British and Ukrainian officials. The ban is part of a broader effort by western powers to prop up Ukraine as the Russian invasion enters its two-month anniversary.
The new ban restricts electronics from being exported to Russia, particularly technology that could be used to intercept or monitor communications and could be used "to repress the heroic people of Ukraine," according to the department.
"The UK will continue to do everything in its power to support Ukraine's fight against Putin's brutal and unprovoked invasion and help ensure the long-term security and prosperity of Ukraine and its people," International Trade Secretary Anne-Marie Trevelyan said in a statement.
[Newsweek] A Russian locomotive reportedly derailed in the Bryansk region last Friday, when Russian media reported that the engine, which was running with no wagons behind it, fell off the tracks.
The Russian Telegram channel "Insidious Track" reported that subscribers had signaled the incident in the Bryansk region, which allegedly happened in the stretch between Zhukovka and Kletnya. The channel reports that the vehicle was a diesel locomotive registered TChE Bryansk.
The railway the locomotive was reportedly traveling on is the same line used by Moscow to send equipment and ammunition to Russian troops in Ukraine.

For quite similar reasons, the Moscow to Vladivostok 5700 miles Trans-Siberian RR could have also been a High Value Target (HVT). Can't remember for whom, or the specific bridges and tunnels however.
[The Burning Platform] Neither NATO nor Russia is telling us what really happened with the Moskva, the legendary admiral ship of the Black Sea fleet.
NATO because in theory, they know. Moscow, for its part, made it clear they are not saying anything until they can be sure what happened.
One thing is certain. If the Russian Ministry of Defense finds out that NATO did it, they will let loose all the dogs from Hell on NATO, as in "asymmetrical, lethal and fast".
On Moskva’s location: it was positioned near one of 3 drilling rigs, used for monitoring a whole sector of the Black Sea with hydrophones and NEVA-BS radar, the most westward one, BK-2 Odessa, approximately 66 km northeast from Snake Island. The whole thing was integrated in the regional monitoring systems. As in everything, literally, was monitored: ships, low flying targets, smaller echoes, even the bobbing head of an unsuspecting swimmer.
So there was a quite slim chance that anything — not to mention subsonic Neptune missiles and Bayraktar drones — could have slipped through this aerial net.
So what could have possibly happened?
It could have been some kind of underwater drone, released either from some sneaky sub, or by a SBS team, coming from the western coast, with a stopover at Snake Island. Then that drone somehow managed to drill itself through the Moskva’s hull from below — and exploded its payload inside.
What follows comes from a top source in Brussels: serious, trustworthy, proven record spanning nearly two decades. Yet he may be just spreading disinformation. Or bragging. Or that may be rock solid intel.
Before we start, we should point out it’s hard to believe the Neptune/Bayraktar fairytale angle. After all, as we’ve seen, the Russian fleet had established a multidimensional surveillance/defense layer in the direction of Odessa.

The Russians clearly believe it was done by Neptune missiles -- the next day they bombed the plant where they're made, despite leaving if untouched up to that point.

I'm assuming no alien involvement rules out a Tucker Carlson segment.
If this theory is true what are the odds that
the deadly March 3rd aircraft crashes in Romania were caused by Russian foul play and that the Moskva strike was NATO's retaliation?
#8
I don't understand the desperation to enlarge this story. The Moskva was operating near the coast; the Ukrainians had a decent idea where it was. The drones they licensed were reported -- by Russia -- as "harassing" the Moskva before the explosion. The next day the Russians struck a munitions plant they had previously ignored -- the very one that makes the Neptune missile.
The only open questions are: what happened to the Moskva's own active defenses, what happened to its escorts and their defenses, and what happened to the Moskva's damage control.
I guess spinning conspiracy theories attracts eyeballs, but it doesn't enlighten anyone. Just the opposite, in fact.

The USS Stark got hit despite its sensors and defense. The missile came in the one blind spot and its active defenses were not turned on until it was too late.
I suspect a similar round of incompetence happened on the Moskva.

Well, given the Russian Army's various failures, is it too outlandish to think the Navy might also have screwed the pooch?
#18
In reading the full article from Burning Platform, several points it makes seem relevant. While not defining the number of drones initially involved in the precursor attack, it does suggest they caused significant physical damage to onboard antenna arrray leaving the ship "half=blind". Additionally, it suggests that the missile strike may have used external (possibly NATO) guidance to avoid using the internal missile guidance radar, thus reducing the warning time onboard Moskva to as little as 45 seconds. If the CIC was overwhelmed with damage control or sensor input overload, it may explain the failure of CIWS to prevent the Neptune impacts. To me, it seems these make the Ukrainian story reasonable, when added to the reasonable possibility of drone attack on sensor arrays onboard. But I'm not a alumnus of Canoe U so I look to others for thoughts more maritime.
#20
Active Defense Fail could be simply a chain of 'Unfortunate Events' such as corrupt manufacturing practices, failure to properly maintain the onboard arsenal and just bad training... All properly documented (AKA 'paper over') as being in "good working order" by the officers involved.
#22
Some conspiracy mongers were worked up that A P-8 had been in the area. I don't know if it was there at the time of the event, but if so, it would have seen things. But it's not an AWACS. It can't direct things. Not non-US made weapons things, at any rate.

Usually anti-ship missiles fly out to a programmed location before they search. Ships don’t change locations far or fast. I could be wrong. I have not studied the Neptune.
Keeping damage control parties trained with people rotating in and out in a conscription situation would be difficult. Not sure the Russian Navy would be up to that readiness challenge. The Soviets used to just anchor and rust.

If the Moskva put to sea shorthanded, you can toss their readiness and damage control standards right out the window.

Good article at Burning Platform!
Just thinking out loud... Perhaps the reason the Russians are not saying anything is because they know NATO was responsible/complicit and now is not the time to respond.
Also, why isn't JTOL (Just Thinking Out Loud) a standard internet acronym?
#27
Perhaps the reason the Russians are not saying anything is because they know NATO was responsible/complicit and now is not the time to respond.
I don't think so. Already Russian internal propaganda is already framing this war as one between Russia and the NATO "Infrastructure" and I doubt for one minute that Putie-Pie wouldn't scream bloody murder if NATO helped sink the Moskva.
For me that plants this firmly into Russia knowing that the crew was short handed and not trained and incompetent. Either a mishap or not being able to stop two anti-ship missiles is enough of a black eye for Russia not to respond.
#29
Keep in mind the Moskva doesn't function equivalently to an aegis destroyer; it doesn't have 360 degree coverage of the airspace around it with a phased array radar, and the close-in weapons don't have their own search radars the way the phalanx system does on an American ship. (Oh, and all those have failed on American ships before). Based on the descriptions I read, it had the same radars etc. it had back in the 80's. Which weren't up to standard with an old western AEGIS sysem built then. I think the "We could surveil everything in the area" argument is inaccurate.
#30
Moskva is an old ship from 80's. If the attack was with Neptune it should have still downed a couple of them, albeit not knowing radar and weapons status in the ship
Still it is clear they did not know what attacked them. The radar directors are all in default position so it appears there was no defence engaged.
#31
I'm thinking back on the Falklands war when the General Belgrano got hit by a torpedo? and could have survived except the water-tight doors couldn't be sealed because they had year after year of paint on them without anyone ever chipping the paint off first. From what I've seen of the Russian land forces that kind of thing seems very possible.
#32
Neptue is roughly equivalent to a US Harpoon missile, some say its basically a copy with modern electronics due to access to western tech. Also it appears a nearly identical missile, named the Kumsong 3, has been seen being tested in North Korea as far back as 2014.
I believe it is also a sea skimmer, and uses Inertial nav and then a terminal acvtive radar homing for the final attack.
It doesnt require a conspiracy for these to have been effective. Look to the FAA accident reports and the "swiss cheese" model of root cause analysis.
First off, if the missile took a dog-leg course in to come from an unexpected azimuth, one designed to avoid most detection, that would account for the lack of timely defensive actions. The fleet also demonstrated poor security (see the Russian landing ship destroyed in port_prior to this), the primary threat orientation axis wat likely focused toward the coast, and the presence of a Bayraktar TB2 in the area (possibly as a spotter) being a big distraction as well (to the wrong axis), add to thtat the demonstrated poor command and control capabilities of Russian command and staff (meaning the distraction would have drawn too much attention away from other threats until too late), and the Russian reputation for poor maintenance in peacetime, and absolutely terrible damage control capability...
You don't need a conspiracy at all. Just luck and timing to sink the Moskva. Its not one of those things the Ukrainian could depend on, like an Alpha Strike from a carrier group, but it's one of those "keep throwing stuff until something gets thru" moments that can happen in a war.
The article is full of far less probable and sensational fantasy tales. Sometimes the truth is rather simple and obvious if one looks at all the available data.

The terror module was also allegedly involved in 2010 blasts in Ambala and at Kali Mata Mandir in Patiala. All other associates of Patialavi were arrested in 2010 by the Punjab Police, AGTF Deputy Inspector General Gurpreet Singh Bhullar said in a statement on Sunday.
Patialavi has been evading arrest for the past 12 years by using different identities and hideouts, said police. "Patialavi, disguising himself as a 'granthi' was presently staying in a gurudwara at Kharagpur in West Bengal and was not using any communication device," said Bhullar.
Different identification cards on West Bengal address have been recovered from his possession, Bhullar said.
Bhullar said Patialavi, a resident of Butta Singh Wala village in Patiala, was declared a proclaimed offender in a case registered under the Explosive Substances Act and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act at the Machhiwara cop shoppe.
He said AGTF teams led by Assistant Inspector General Gurmeet Singh Chauhan and Deputy Superintendent of Police Bikramjit Singh Brar arrested Patialavi from near a gurudwara at Lali village in Dera Bassi.
[Rudaw] A civilian house in a village in Duhok province was hit with a mortar bomb late Monday, the owner told Rudaw. It is not clear who fired the explosive but the village has seen heavy festivities between The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire... and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) for months.
Sulaiman Omar, the owner of the house, told Rudaw’s Hayder Doski late Monday that his house was hit by a mortar that fortunately only caused material damage. His home was unoccupied as the family only visit on Wednesdays in order to take care of their farm.
"If we were at home, we would definitely sit in the front yard - exactly where the bomb hit - we could have died," Omar said.
The village has been hit with tens of bombs in recent days due to intensity of PKK-Turkey conflict, Rudaw has learnt.
It is not clear who fired the bomb but Turkey has been blamed for most of the bombings in the past.
Ankara often targets the PKK positions at home and in the Kurdistan Region. It launched a fresh military operation against the group in Duhok province last week.

They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) attacks in northeastern Iraq, state media reported early Monday, as the terror group continues to pose a threat to the country's security.
Alleged ISIS holy warriors launched an offense on the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF, or Hashd al-Shaabi in Arabic) in Sayed Bahloul area in Khanaqin’s Hamrin district, "damaging a thermal camera" before the force confronted the fighters, the Iraqi news agency said.
The PMF also thwarted another assault near al-Sad residential compound in the Hamrin district, injuring two ISIS krazed killers.
ISIS seized control of swathes of Iraqi land in 2014. The group was declared territorially defeated in 2017 but it continues to carry out bombings, hit-and-run attacks, and abductions across several provinces.
The recent offense comes amid Iraq’s ongoing Solid Will operation, which aims to eliminate ISIS from its west. Around 12,000 PMF fighters alongside several other forces have partaken in the operation.
Two ISIS suspects were killed on the third day of the operation, Security Media Cell said in a tweet on Monday.
ISIS remnants are particularly active in parts of northern Iraq that are disputed by Erbil and Baghdad, including in the provinces of Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... Diyala, and Salahaddin.
Five alleged prominent ISIS members were arrested across several provinces on Saturday, with multiple stockpiles of equipment seized.
In its propaganda magazine on Thursday, ISIS claimed to have conducted 28 attacks in Iraq from April 14 to April 20, killing and injuring 51 people.

[Rudaw] A Kurdish shepherd was kidnapped by suspected Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) members in Garmiyan administration’s Kifri district on Monday, a Peshmerga commander confirmed to Rudaw, days after another relative of the shepherd was kidnapped and later released by the holy warrior group.
Sarwat Rashid, a 45-year old father of four, was kidnapped while herding his sheep in Kifri’s Duraj area on Monday by two gunnies suspected of being ISIS members, according to Jamal Warani, commander of the Peshmerga forces 144 brigade.
"This afternoon, in Duraj area, located between the Peshmerga and ISIS, the shepherd [Rashid] was kidnapped by two armed ISIS members on his way home," Warani told Rudaw.
Shallaw Ako, the shepherd’s nephew from his mother’s side, told Rudaw that earlier this month another of his uncles from his father’s side was kidnapped by ISIS members on April 1.
Shepherd Farhan Yasin was released for a ransom of 25 thousand dollars on Saturday, according to Ako, after the holy warrior group initially requested 150 thousand dollars.
"Last year, ISIS members killed an uncle and a cousin of mine," he added.
Four Arab shepherds from Salahaddin province’s Tuz Khurmatu district went missing on the morning of April 7, with the district’s officials quickly assuming that they had been kidnapped by ISIS members. Three of the men were released later in the day, casting doubt on the legitimacy of their ISIS abduction claims.
[Rudaw] A Ottoman Turkish court Monday sentenced leading intellectual and rights defender Osman Kavala to life in jail on highly controversial coup plot charges that had already seen him locked up without a conviction for more than four years.
The panel of three judges also sentenced seven other less prominent defendants to 18 years in jail each on charges of aiding the attempt to topple the government.
The judgement is almost certain to attract a chorus of condemnation from The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

[Garowe] For the second time in less than a week, the al-Shabaab ...... al-Qaeda's tentacle in East Africa... bully boyz on Monday targeted a senior security officer within Somalia, in the group's strategy to disorient the safety of government officials within the federal republic of Somalia.
According to police reports, the al-Shabaab bully boyz planted an Improvised Explosive Device [IED] within Banadir junction in Mogadishu, leaving three people dead, among them two soldiers and a civilian.
Sources indicate the blast targeted Somali military Gen Mohammed Hashi shortly after leaving the Villa Baidoa army base. SNA officer was maimed in the kaboom on his convoy in Mogadishu, Somalia on Monday morning.
Al-Shabaab has stepped up terrorist attacks in the capital at a time when the country is in a difficult election period. It's not clear why the bully boyz targeted General Hashi but for years, the bully boyz have often targeted senior government officials, military officers, and innocent civilians.
Last week, the bully boyz also targeted police chief General Abdi Hassan Mohammed Hijar at Lido beach in Mogadishu, in an attack that left six civilians dead. The officer was not armed at the time of the attack and was leading a number of politicians in a meeting.
Most of the suicide kabooms targeting government officials have often taken place within Mogadishu, one of the most protected cities in the country. The bully boyz have been trying to disrupt the electioneering process within the country.
The opposition has been accusing the government of colluding with the bully boyz to disrupt the electoral exercise in Somalia, a claim which Villa Somalia terms "untrue". Insecurity incidents have intensified in the city, triggering questions about security.
The committee in charge of elections of the speaker has since moved the exercise to the Afisiyoni tent, citing recent incidents targeting the parliament building and the ATMIS headquarters within the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu.
Military officers have borne the brunt of the al-Shabaab attacks, with the bully boyz often targeting their bases in the country. The African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... Mission Forces have not been spared either, with the bully boyz attacking Kenya Defense Forces [KDF] bases at El-Adde and Kulbiyow a few years ago.
[Garowe] Access to the Halane Base Camp will be limited in the next three days, the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... Transition Mission in Somalia [ATMIS] has announced, which will allow security forces to conduct operations within the heavily fortified facility.
The Halane Base Camp plays host to several diplomatic missions and the United Nations ...an idea whose time has gone... within Mogadishu. This camp is viewed as one of the most protected areas within the federal republic of Somalia, which is struggling to contain the al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... threat.
Just a few weeks ago, al-Shabaab turbans attacked the facility leading to the death of at least ten people, main foreigners working in Somalia. The security threat triggered questions about the safety of foreigners and other senior government officials.
In a communique dispatched to the press, ATMIS, which is also facing serious internal challenges, noted that the facility will be out of bounds from April 25 to April 28, to allow security forces to conduct "operations within the surrounding areas".
The decision, ATMIS adds, was arrived upon consultation with Prime Minister Mohammed Hussein Roble, noting that the exercise will be done "safely and without interference". Insecurity has rocked the Somali capital Mogadishu in recent weeks with al-Shabaab heightening attacks.
Last week, the turbans attacked Lido beach in Mogadishu where a number of politicians and Police chief Major General Hijar were holed up in a meeting. So dire was the attack that a number of security analysts questioned why security forces within the compound were not armed at the time of the attack.
Despite the closure of the facility, ATMIS said, operations within the busy Aden Adde International Airport will go on uninterrupted. However, it was a brave man who first ate an oyster... activities within Air Force Hangar will be extremely limited to allow security teams to put a number of things in order.
The closure coincides with elections of the Speakers of the Lower House and Senate which have been scheduled for April 26th and 27th within. Afisiyoni tent within Halane Base Camp. The committee responsible for the elections moved them from Villa Hargeisa due to security concerns.
After the elections, politicians from the bicameral house will elect the president of the federal republic of Somalia. Outgoing President Mohammed Abdullahi Farmajo is battling to defend his seat but he has been under persistent attacks for allegedly "interfering" with the polls.
Farmajo is facing stiff opposition from former Presidents Sharif Sheikh Ahmed and Hassan Sheikh Mohamud along with former PM Hassan Ali Khaire and Wadajir party leader Abdirahman Abdishakur Warsame who was elected to the Lower House recently.
[BenarNews] At least six people were maimed when a homemade bomb went kaboom! aboard a passenger bus in a region of the southern Philippines where Moslemhard boyz and gangs are active, the military said Monday.
The Sunday morning bombing occurred as the Mindanao region and the rest of the nation were under tight security ahead of a general election in two weeks. It was the first such attack in the region since a 5-year-old died in a bomb explosion aboard a bus in January.
In Sunday’s explosion, the bomb went off on the Rural Transit bus while the vehicle was stopped on a highway in Parang town, Maguindanao province, en route to Dipolog city, authorities said.
The attack took place about 1 km from the police headquarters of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Moslem Mindanao, said Lt. Col. Joseph Macatangay, the local chief.
"We are investigating the incident," he told news hounds. "The victims are recuperating in the hospital."
Local hard boyz linked to the bully boy group known as Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. (IS) may have carried out the bombing, said Lt. Col. John Baldomar, front man for the Army’s 6th Infantry Division, which has jurisdiction over the area.
"We are looking into all angles of possible motives. It could be terrorism, extortion or business-related," Baldomar told BenarNews.
Macatangay said the bus had stopped on the roadside for breakfast, when the blast occurred in its rear section. Pictures posted on social media showed police and bystanders carrying victims from the bus.
Witnesses said a man wearing a black jacket got off the bus before the earth-shattering kaboom that destroyed a right-side window, according to authorities.
Police ordnance experts later defused a second improvised bomb found inside the bus, Macatangay said.
Regional military commander Maj. Gen. Juvymax Uy condemned the attack.
"I call on all residents of Central Mindanao to cooperate with the government in identifying those responsible for this attack in order for us to preempt and thwart similar attacks against our communities and forces," Uy said.
No one has grabbed credit, but similar bombings in the past have been blamed on IS-linked murderous Moslems, according to officials.
Possibilities distilled from the rest of the article: Daulah Islamiyah and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters group (BIFF).
[IsraelTimes] The Erez Crossing with the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip will reopen tomorrow, the military’s liaison to the Paleostinians says.
The pedestrian crossing between Israel and the coastal enclave was shuttered over recent rocket attacks on southern Israel.
With it reopening, some 12,000 Paleostinians with work permits can again enter Israel.
The Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories says the move depends on "maintained security stability in the region."

Russia already can't replace the hardware it has lost and even if the war ended today, the tech embargo would stay and it will be very, very hard for Russia to get its modern weapons replaced.
"Navy to fly in year's supply of crickets, mealworms and mice to feed shrikes under $3.8M grant."
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says the US aim is to make Russia so weak it can't invade another country again
Interesting. So Haitians jumping our border are.....?
OK, so Going Green is hot, its wow, its pop, its now! Airships. Electric powered airships. But can you string power cords and rely one sunny days? No. So one large mother ship. Coal powered. Producing steam. Generates electricity for smaller airships which separate for action. Yup, straight steam punk. Get a high ranking official, triple masked, large gold sprocket to chair the position, and a special kind of Admiral to run Xem Birthing Ship Ship.

Boy, Lloyd, I wish I had a nickel for every time Russia "invaded" another country. I might, well, have a nickel.
Too bad Lavrov didn't go to the UN Security Council and show off a vial of something. A "slam dunk" sure would have helped. I guess he didn't read Powell's book.

Tell me, after the Afghanistan withdrawal, does anyone believe anything Lloyd Austin says? Can you say credibility problem?
This has nothing to do with Russia invading other countries. You wanna talk about invading other countries? Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Ukraine and most likely others that we never even heard about. The Biden AdministrationDeep State wants to be free to go around the world telling people who can run their countries and who can't. And now they're going after Russia so they can put Hunter on the Gazprom board of directors at $1 million a month.
Does anyone seriously believe that Joe Biden gives a rat's ass about democracy in Ukraine after what happened in our own 2020 election? I don't. This is all about American hegemony brought about by Javelin missiles...because they think Russia is so weak they can do it on the cheap. Maybe they're right about Russia being weak but if they are then how is Putin a threat to Poland? I think it's more like America being a threat to Russia.

you can kiss your trademarks and patent’s rights. Russia and China will now going to benefit
With regard to Russia, Western companies have been manufacturing their products in local factories with local staffs since the 1990s, so if the locals could do it on their own they already would be; with regard to China, where Western factories have been operating almost as long, the key difference is between being able to manufacture a thing and choosing to manufacture it up to Western standards— that’s a cultural issue, not a knowledge one.
And for your own information, my dear Thanks to the cia Ukraine Is Novorossiya Now, the idiom is you can kiss XX goodbye. Not that that would be a change in China’s behaviour since President Nixon went to China, so the West’s response is already firmly established.

You need to "wake up," he tells the minister.
Another man is meanwhile seen telling Fayyad that his mother "has no electricity" and that "a massacre happened in Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... " whereas he was "having a drink."
A female activist meanwhile tells the minister that she was interrogated at a State Security center along with other female activists due to his "corruption."
This is not the first time Fayyad has been intercepted by activists at a restaurant since he was appointed as minister. He is often seen at public places without bodyguards.

as Skid notes, Shanghai's lockdown is probably the worst case senario
but about a dozen other cities in China are various lockdowns
China is proactively crippling it's own economy. The Shanghai index is down about 20% in 2022 (as compared to the NYSE which is down about 4% in that time period) and China's main street economy is probably down 40%.

China is proactively crippling it's own economy.
To be fair, we did so first — they’re just catching up. It does make me wonder, though: if their population has already passed the inflection point, what benefits them by killing off more faster? Rebalancing with fewer old and less robust? Or is this “Après moi, le déluge”?

They do seem to be going nutty over there. Pretty much everyone else is done with the Covid thing. Makes me wonder if there is something here we don't know about, some little tidbit that makes it all clear.
but my theory is that the Chinese ruling class, which is almost all 50+ and mostly 60+ (Xi Jinping is almost 70) thinks extreme quashing of the virus protects them (that is the ruling class)
come to think of it, this may also apply in lesser degree to the USA ruling class

It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... , passed instructions to local cell members.
The Shin Bet security service said Monday that it recently foiled an attempt by the Gaza-based Paleostinian Islamic Jihad terror group to enlist residents of the West Bank to commit attacks against Israeli targets.
The agency said several Paleostinians from the Jenin area — including Yasmin Shaaban, a 40-year-old mother of four — were detained for planning a bombing attack against Israeli farmers in the area.
It accused Islamic Jihad operatives in Gaza of directing the cell to build bombs to use in an attack. Footage released by the agency allegedly showed the members testing out an bomb that was shaped similarly to a rocket.
Shaaban was accused of passing information between Islamic Jihad members in Gaza and members of the cell in the West Bank. Her interrogation led to the arrest of seven others, who were allegedly part of the cell, the Shin Bet said.
According to the agency, Shaaban was an Islamic Jihad operative who was previously placed in durance vile Into the paddy wagon wit' yez! for involvement in planning a suicide kaboom, under the direction of members of the terror group in Gaza.
On April 20, Shaaban was formally indicted in the case. Five others have also been indicted since, over what the Shin Bet said were "serious security offenses."
Among those charged is Muhammad Yassin, a Paleostinian from the town of Deir Abu Da’if, accused of recruiting several others from his town, who were also detained.
The agency said that in recent years it had identified "constant" attempts by Gaza-based terror groups to recruit Paleostinians in the West Bank for attacks.
"This is systematic and extensive activity that is being driven by organizations, including the Islamic Jihad organization, in order to destabilize the entire region," the Shin Bet said.
The Jenin area has been seen as a major hotspot for terror in recent months. Two perpetrators of recent attacks — Ra’ad Hazem, who killed three Israelis in Tel Aviv, and Diaa Hamarsheh, whose shooting spree left five dead in Bnei Brak — hailed from Jenin and its environs.
Israeli troops entering Jenin and the surrounding villages have increasingly been caught in shootouts in recent months. Although the Paleostinian Authority launched an operation in the governorate last year to restore order, analysts say Ramallah increasingly holds little sway in the area.
Earlier this month, Israeli troops attempted to arrest a team of turbans near Jenin on their way to carry out an attack. Three Islamic Jihad members were killed in the ensuing firefight and four Israeli soldiers were maimed.
Yuriy Ignat, a Ukrainian air force spokesman, said Russia lost three airplanes, three cruise missiles and four UAVs.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin
[ColonelCassad] 1. Mariupol.
The humanitarian corridor did not work as expected. It is obvious that Ukraine is not capable of negotiating. Slow fighting continued in the northeastern part of Azovstal. According to the mayor of Mariupol, it will not be restored. And here is the plant. Ilyich and Azovmash will.
2. Zaporozhye.
On the line Vasilievka-Orekhov-Gulyaipole without changes. The Russian flag was raised in Vasilievka. To the east of Gulyaipole - fighting. The Armed Forces of Ukraine celebrate the advance of the RF Armed Forces by 7-10 km. The main advance is between Gulyaipole and Velikaya Novoselka. The pace of progress is low.
3. Ugledar.
Serious fighting in the area of Novomikhailovka and Velikaya Novoselovka. There is no significant progress.
4. Marinka.
There is no significant progress in the village, as before, positional battles are going on near the waste heap.
5. Avdievka.
In the industrial complex of Avdievka, there are no changes. The battles for Novoselka-2 are intensifying. The DPR army will clearly seek to cut the Konstantinovka-Avdievka highway. In the direction of New York, no change.
6. LPR.
Fighting in the outskirts of Rubizhne and on the outskirts of Severodonetsk. In Popasna, the LPR army has a small advance in the city center. Just now they took Novotoshkovskoye, where a powerful fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was located.
7. Izyum.
The troops continue to advance towards the Barvenkovo-Slavyansk highway. The fighting is going on in the area of the villages of Kurulka and Pashkovo. The village of Zarechnoye was taken, after which a direct exit to Krasny Liman was opened. The enemy is trying to strain the open flank of the advancing group by attacking from the west and claiming to occupy the village of Zavody to the west of Izyum.
8. Kharkov.
Positional battles to the north and east of the city. Attempts to advance in the direction of Goptovka ended with heavy losses for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Shelling of the village of Nekhoteevka on the territory of the Russian Federation is noted. The battles here are mostly positional in nature.
9. Nikolaev.
The parties do not conduct an active offensive, being engaged in the accumulation of forces. In the tactical confrontation in the settlements between Kherson and Nikolaev, the front line moved somewhat towards Nikolaev. Attempts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack from Novovorontsovka were reflected. Gauileter of Krivoy Rog says that the Russian Armed Forces are preparing an attack on Krivoy Rog.
10. Odessa.
Without changes. The enemy does not rule out the possibility of a landing and continues to strengthen the defense of the city, although part of the forces had previously been transferred to the Nikolaev region. Through the Odessa region, Ukraine continues to receive fuel and lubricants from Moldova and weapons from NATO countries.

[Korrespondent] 23:20 The invaders launched an attack on Krivoy Rog, Arestovich said. According to him, on April 25, the Russians shelled the territories in the area of the Zelenodolsk community, the settlements of Novopavlovka, Novovorontsovka, Trudolyubovka, Knyazevka and a number of others.
23:13 Thanks to humanitarian corridors in Ukraine, about a million people were saved, Vereshchuk said. In addition, according to her, thanks to the exchange, 250 military and civilians were released from Russian captivity.
23:11 Lavrov, after stating that "the risk of nuclear war is real," said that "nuclear war is unacceptable, this is Moscow's principled position."
23:09 Zelensky said that Russia had used more than 1,100 missiles against Ukraine in two months, "a countless number of bombs, artillery." “Part of Ukrainian cities and communities were destroyed right to the stone. But they didn’t achieve anything. And they won’t achieve anything,” the president said.
23:07 Zelensky: "Russia wants to play a fake "referendum" somewhere on our land? Even if they try, it will be as shameful as everything else that was "created" in Moscow to occupy Ukraine."
In his evening address, the president also said that as of this time, 931 settlements have already been de-occupied: "Many more cities and communities are under the temporary control of the Russian army. But I have no doubt that it is only a matter of time before we liberate our land" .
23:00 Lavrov said that the war to Ukraine "will end with a treaty, but its parameters will be determined by the stage of hostilities during which it will be concluded."
22:57 Zelensky: "In two months of hostilities, 9,781 defenders of Ukraine were awarded state awards. The title of Hero of Ukraine was awarded to 142 of our defenders. Ukrainians and Ukrainian women have shown massive readiness to defend the state. Ukrainians and Ukrainian women of any age, any property status, any education are the same stood in defense of the state. This war became a truly popular one for Ukraine. And it showed that throughout our territory - from east to west, from north to south - the Ukrainian idea is equally strong, equally popular."
22:53 Lavrov said that "the real position of Kiev is determined in Washington, London and other Western capitals," but Russia still continues to contact Zelensky's team. He also once again intimidated the world with the threat of nuclear war, noting that "the risk of nuclear war is real, this danger should not be underestimated."
According to the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, in the updated version of the treaty handed over to Ukraine, Russia "took into account Kyiv's remarks, but has not yet received a response to its proposals."
22:50 The Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council reports that the Russian Federation may be planning provocative explosions on the dam of the Karlovsky reservoir near Donetsk. So, in several Telegram channels, information appeared that "in the village of Karlovka (ORDO), nationalist battalions mined the dam of the Karlovsky reservoir."
At the same time, citing the Russian Defense Ministry, the propagandists report that "in the event of a dam blowing, six settlements with a total population of more than ten thousand people will be in the flood zone."
Such information stuffing can be an information-psychological operation of the occupiers, but the possibility of implementing such a plan cannot be completely ruled out.
22:47 As a result of today's shelling of five railway stations, one employee of Ukrzaliznytsia was killed and four were injured, said the head of the company Alexander Kamyshin.
22:43 Intensive use and loss of weapons by Russia in Ukraine, combined with tough Western sanctions, will limit the military power of the Russian Federation for many years. More about this in the material The collapse of the Russian army.
22:15 In the Donetsk and Lugansk directions during the day on April 25, the military personnel of the Joint Forces group successfully repelled six enemy attacks. Air defense units in the sky of the Ukrainian Donbas shot down two aircraft and three Orlan-10 UAVs.

21:43 In the Donetsk region, the curfew will begin an hour later - at 20:00, said the head of the OVA Pavel Kirilenko. He also said that active hostilities are taking place in the Limansky community, including for the city of Liman. 47 people have been evacuated from the city today.

21:25 The Russians carried out a provocative shelling of the Sumy region from the territory of the Russian Federation, there were no victims, said the head of the OVA Dmitry Zhivitsky.
21:23 Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki confirmed that Warsaw handed over to Ukraine T-72 tanks, which were previously reported. In return, the UK is sending Challenger 2 tanks to Poland.
21:18 Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, every sixth resident has become an internally displaced person, according to the UN. Thus, the number of IDPs exceeded 7.7 million people. People need cash, medicines, transportation, stress the organization.
21:16 The UK estimates the losses of the Russian army in Ukraine at about 15 thousand people, Defense Minister Ben Wallace said during a speech in Parliament: "Along with the number of dead, there are losses of equipment, and in general, a number of sources suggest that to date, destroyed or captured "More than 2,000 armored vehicles. Of these, at least 530 tanks, 530 armored personnel carriers and 560 infantry fighting vehicles. Russia has also lost more than 60 helicopters and fighter jets. The offensive, which should have taken a maximum of a week, is already going on for many weeks."
21:11 Explosions in the unrecognized "Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" are a planned provocation of the Russian special services, Ukrainian intelligence says. On April 25, at about 5:45 pm, a series of explosions thundered - they occurred in the premises where the offices of the local "Ministry of State Security" and the "branch" of the Russian FSB are located. ..we're on the tab for everyone else in NATO. Either get out all together or 'so what?'. At what point do you look'em the eye and respond likewise. They'll keep using the threat against everything and anything as long as you flinch.

I think this is a good move. Now, what about Moldova? Not exactly a power move, but since Putin has already said "They are Next" I would put a stick in his eye. Don't get suckered into sending troops or 'rebuilding' these nations, but make the line clear.

Russia pulled out the nuke card early and keeps waving it around. At this point, it is clear that is the only card they have left.
This needs NATO to pull a Tombstone move where they state, "You die first get it? Your counterstrike might kill our side but not before I turn you, your family, your generals and their family and your oligarchs and their family into radioactive dust. Get it?"

One might get the idea that Russia fears fighting the Finns.
The army defends the national territory and its military strategy employs the use of the heavily forested terrain and numerous lakes to wear down an aggressor, instead of attempting to hold the attacking army on the frontier. With an arsenal of 700 howitzers, 700 heavy mortars and 100 multiple rocket launchers, Finland has the largest artillery in western Europe (Pictures at link). Homeland defence willingness against a superior enemy is at 76%, one of the highest rates in Europe
They paid their own way and developed an effective military. I doubt they will become a drain like the Germans and Frnech.
[IsraelTimes] Security forces also find 800,000 Jordanian dinars in cash on suspect caught near West Bank settlement.
Israeli security forces arrested on Monday morning a Paleostinian man suspected of smuggling guns into the West Bank from Jordan, confiscating two dozen handguns, the military and police said.
According to the Israel Police, 24 handguns and 800,000 Jordanian dinars ($1.1 million) in cash were found in a bag carried by the 29-year-old from Jericho, near the settlement of Argaman, close to the border with Jordan.
Soldiers operating surveillance cameras spotted the suspect approaching the border from the Jordanian side overnight, the military said. Police said officers set up an ambush in an open area near the settlement and waited for the suspect to cross the border.
Law enforcement officials have previously indicated that guns smuggled in from Jordan are likely to have been sold to Arab Israelis, for both criminal and terror purposes.
The value of the handguns seized on Monday was estimated at some NIS 1 million ($305,000), police officials said.
The IDF and police have stepped up efforts to halt smuggling attempts along the Jordanian border in recent months, but officials have admitted that success has been limited thus far.
Unlike Israel’s other frontiers — with Egypt, Lebanon Hezbollahstan ...Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. ... and Syria — its border with Jordan is largely open, often without significant fencing, and is relatively unguarded, making it an easy location for large-scale smuggling.
The police on Monday said its Northern District was "spearheading" the effort to counter smuggling attempts from Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and areas of the West Bank under the Paleostinian Authority.
Earlier this month, some 30 firearms apparently smuggled over the Jordanian border were seized.
Authorities have increasingly sought to crack down on the unmitigated spread of illegal weapons in the Arab Israeli community, which have been used to carry out record-breaking numbers of murders in recent years.
According to the Abraham Initiatives, a non-government group lobbying against violence in the Arab community, 125 Arabs — an all-time record — were killed in Israel in 2021 as a result of violence and crime. Since the beginning of this year, another 25 have been killed in incidents of violent mostly peaceful crime.

You know what would really be stupendous? That he escapes. Then disappears.
Then his body be found in a paleo neighborhood with a Y incision. And when he's opened up they find firing pins, springs, slides and triggers inside him. And roll of paper in his mouth saying 'Here's your motherfcukin' guns.'

[KavkazUzel] A court in Essentuki sent a man suspected of banditry and an attack on the Russian military in the Shelkovsky district of Chechnya into custody for two months.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 30, 2020, it became known about the detention in Chechnya of two alleged participants in the attack on the Russian military in 1999 - Aslanbek Idalov and Salambek Idalov. In July 2021, their case went to court .
The attack of militants led by Shamil Basayev and Emir Khattab on a convoy of Russian troops took place on October 4, 1999. According to security officials, several terrorist groups ambushed near the Chervlennaya railway station in the Shelkovsky district, killing 15 federal soldiers and injuring 28 more.
A petition for the detention of Gakaev R.D., whom the security forces consider to be a participant in the attack on the military in the Shelkovsky district of Chechnya in October 1999, was received by the Essentuki City Court from the first investigative department of the department for investigating crimes against the person and public security of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
Based on the results of its consideration, a preventive measure was chosen for the man in the form of detention for a period of 2 months - until June 18, 2022, according to today's message on the website of the city court.
Recall that in January 2019, the Supreme Court of Chechnya found local resident Ruslan Bataev guilty of attacking the Russian military in 1999 and sentenced him to 14 years and six months in a strict regime colony. According to the ICR, as of December 16, 2021, 27 members of the Basayev and Khattab gang were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment in the case of an attack in the village of Chervlennaya.
[IsraelTimes] Report claims over 100 agencies were targeted in recent days, but does not say which organizations and agencies came under attack
Iran’s state television ... and if you can't believe state television who can you believe?
said authorities have foiled massive cyberattacks that sought to target public services, both government and privately owned.
The report late on Sunday said Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites.... thwarted the attacks that planned to target the infrastructure of more than 100 public sector agencies. It did not elaborate or name specific examples of public sector agencies, organizations or services but said the incidents happened in recent days.
The report said that unidentified parties behind the cyberattacks used Internet Protocols in the Netherlands, Britannia, and the United States to stage the attacks.
Iran occasionally announces cyberattacks targeting the Islamic Theocratic Republic as world powers struggle to revive a tattered nuclear deal with Tehran.
In October, an assault on Iran’s fuel distribution system paralyzed gas stations nationwide, leading to angry motorists stranded in long lines and unable to get subsidized fuel for days. In July, a cyberattack on Iran’s railway system caused chaos and train delays.
Iran disconnected much of its government infrastructure from the internet after the Stuxnet computer virus — widely believed to be a joint US-Israeli creation — disrupted Iranian centrifuges in the country’s nuclear sites in the late 2000s.
[GEO.TV] The Government of Pakistain has issued a new passport to the PML-N leader and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif ...served two three non-consecutive terms as prime minister, heads the Pakistain Moslem League (Nawaz). Noted for his spectacular corruption, the 1998 Pak nuclear test, border war with India, and for being tossed by General Musharraf, then by the courts... , enabling him to travel to Pakistain.Official documents, seen by Geo News, show that Nawaz’s passport was issued in Islamabad on April 23, 2022, at 2:49pm (PST). The nature of the passport is "ordinary", and it was made in the "urgent" category, according to the available evidence.
The former prime minister’s new passport is valid for 10 years — till April 2032. The passport’s status is "active" as per the evidence shared by a trusted source.
A credible source said that Nawaz’s appointment for fingerprints at Pakistain High Commission was set for April 23, at Pakistain High Commission London, but it was cancelled the last time, however, the reason behind the appointment's cancellation is not clear.
The newly sworn-in Minister for Interior Rana Sanaullah said last week that a diplomatic passport was Nawaz's Sharif right and it would be issued to him.
"It is unfortunate that a person who has been prime minister three times is being deprived of national citizenship," the interior minister had said.
But the passport issued to Nawaz is not diplomatic but "ordinary".

[IsraelTimes] Moscow says it has arrested members of a "neo-Nazi ...adherents of a philosophy that was seen even at the time as pure evil, which makes them either consciously and purely evil, or attention-seeking ratbags. Pick one, or both.... terrorist" group in Russia, who allegedly planned to assassinate pro-Kremlin TV anchor Vladimir Solovyov on orders from Ukraine.
"The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation detained a group of members of the neo-Nazi terrorist organization National Socialism/White Power, which is banned in Russia," Russia’s FSB security agency says in a statement carried by news agencies, adding that those arrested are Russian citizens.
The FSB claims that the group is planning the "murder" of Russian TV and radio journalist Solovyov "on the instructions of the Security Service of Ukraine."
It adds that the group "confessed to preparing the murder of Solovyov, after which they planned to flee abroad."
According to the FSB, "fake" Ukrainian passports, arms, drugs and an improvised bomb were found during a search of the detainees’ homes.

[GEO.TV] Throughout Pakistain’s turbulent political history, no prime minister has been able to perform his/her duties for a full term. The recurring political crises within Pakistain withhold the state from initiating a provincial and federal concerted effort towards eliminating human rights One man's rights are another man's existential threat. violations.
History suggests that members of the government and even the opposition remain occupied in short-sighted politics for political gains as opposed to effectively working towards breaking systematic and structural barriers to the implementation of human rights legislation.
With each incoming government, Pakistain witnesses the passage of several human rights legislations. Several federal legislations on women and kiddies’s rights were enacted under the government led by the former prime minister of Pakistain, Imran Khan ...aka The Great Khan, who who convinced himself that playing cricket qualified him to lead a nuclear-armed nation with severe personality disorders... These legislations require extensive systematic changes in the criminal justice system (CJS) and massive budgetary allocations to be effectively implemented. These include: the Zainab Alert Response and Recovery Act 2018 (’Zainab Act’), the Legal Aid and Justice Authority Act 2020 (’Legal Aid Act’) and the Anti-Rape (Investigation and Trial) Act 2021 (’Anti-Rape Act’).
The Zainab Act is named after a seven-year-old girl who was kidnapped, raped and brutally killed in January 2018 in district Kasur. Zainab’s case led to massive public outcry and protests across Pakistain on the inefficiency of the police and gaps in the protection of missing children in the CJS. Remember when Musk was a God-Hero for Starlink's insertion into the Ukraine Theater, used thus for positioning, drones, artillery, and possibly utilized in the strike against Moskva, all while resisting electro-magnetic counter-measures?
The board had no choice. The offer was too good for them to be able to deny their fiduciary responsibility as board members to maximize shareholder returns. They would have gotten the pants sued off the board members personally had they not accepted the buyout.
[Powerline] BlogReuters’ Greg Roumeliotis has reported within the past few minutes:
Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) is poised to agree a sale to Elon Musk for around $43 billion in cash, the price the chief executive of Tesla Inc (TSLA.O) has called his "best and final" offer for the social media company, people familiar with the matter said. How many Twitterites will quit?
Twitter may announce the $54.20-per-share deal later on Monday once its board has met to recommend the transaction to Twitter shareholders, the sources said. It is always possible that the deal collapses at the last minute, the sources added. The shareholders would be nuts to turn down this deal.
Musk, the world’s richest person according to a tally by Forbes, is negotiating to buy Twitter in a personal capacity and Tesla is not involved in the deal.
Twitter has not been able to secure so far a ’go-shop’ provision under its agreement with Musk that would allow it to solicit other bids once the deal is signed, the sources said. Still, Twitter would be allowed to accept an offer from another party by paying Musk a break-up fee, the sources added.

OK, here's the thing. Musk won the bid by getting over $25bil in support from Morgan Stanley and other banks. Banks, as a rule, aren't terribly impressed your principles. They like to see a positive cash flow. And Twit hasn't been terribly profitable.
Now, at some point, Musk has told them, "You know I'm good for it."
I also note that Tesla stock trended down thru this. I'm wondering if maybe he's decided to sell off Tesla and go on to the next shiny thing...

[FoxNews] There were 73 police officers murdered in 2021
FBI Director Christpher Wray addressed the skyrocketing rate of murders against police officers Sunday, saying the surge is far outpacing general violent crime.
Wray made the comments during a "60 Minutes" interview on Sunday, saying murders of police officers rose 59% in 2021. The total murder rate rose 29% last year, and the U.S. lost 73 police officers to such attacks in 2021.
"Violence against law enforcement in this country is one of the biggest phenomena that I think doesn't get enough attention," Wray said, adding that officers are being murdered at a rate of nearly "one every five days."
"Some of it is tied to the violent crime problem as a whole. But one of the phenomena that we saw in the last year is that an alarming percentage of the 73 law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty last year were killed through things like being ambushed or shot while out on patrol. ... Wearing the badge shouldn't make you a target," he continued.
The National Fraternal Order of Police announced earlier in April that shootings of police officers had spiked 43% so far in 2022. The police union said 101 police officers had been shot in 2022 alone as of April 1.
"We are in the midst of a real crisis. The violence directed at law enforcement officers is unlike anything I’ve seen in my 36 years of law enforcement," National FOP President Patrick Yoes said in a statement at the time. "Last year was one of the most dangerous years for law enforcement, with more officers shot in the line of duty since the National Fraternal Order of Police began recording this data."
Wray also addressed a more general surge in violent crime, which has impacted most cities across the country.
"We're seeing more and more juveniles committing violent crime, and that's certainly an issue. We're seeing a certain amount of gun trafficking, interstate gun trafficking. That's part of it. And we're seeing an alarming frequency of some of the worst of the worst getting back out on the streets," Wray said.

Are Fibbies also being killed at record rates? We know a big reason regular cops are is that they are continually demonized by the left. The FBI seem more offensive to the right.

Now that he has been warned off investigating CCP infiltration, he probably has assets who could look into what is causing the increase. Maybe they can only solve crimes that they instigate, though.

Wray is into law enforcement about like the Justice Dept. is into justice. Maybe there would not be so many LE officers killed in the line of duty if the Feebs and DOJ were more into law enforcement and justice.
[NYPOST] Twitter’s board of directors said Monday afternoon that it has accepted Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s $44 billion offer to buy the company — bringing an end to a weekslong saga and ushering in a new era for the struggling social-media platform.
Musk, who has said he wants to buy Twitter in order to restore the platform’s adherence to free speech principles, will pay $54.20 per share for the company, which he has vowed to take private.
“Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated,” Musk said in a statement.

Former President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... lashed out against Russian President Vladimir Putin ...President-for-Life of Russia. He gets along well with other presidents for life. He is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substance. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. The old bunch, without close personal ties to Putin, are in jail or in exile or dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substances... for repeatedly using the "nuclear word," claiming that if he were still president he would try and stop the strongman from ever saying it again.
"Putin uses the ’N-word’. I call it the ’N-word’. He uses the ’N-word’, the nuclear word all the time. That’s a no-no, you’re not supposed to do that," Trump railed during an interview on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" that aired Monday.
"He uses it on a daily basis. And everybody’s so afraid, so afraid, so afraid. And as they’re afraid he uses it more and more. That’s why he’s doing the kind of things he’s doing right now." The Russian dictionary word for negro is neger

[GEO.TV] A bar in Australia was delighted by the entrance of its national animal, a kangaroo, casually walking inside. A Kangaroo wearing a mask hops into a bar with a chicken in its pouch...
A video of the kangaroo entering the bar and its unbothered hosts went viral on social media. "What'll you have mate," asked the barkeep.
Since kangaroos are native to Australia, people are used to them. In the video, the animal can be seen casually walking in and out of the room. He bellied up to the bar and sez, "Gimme a whiskey!"
An Instagram account, @australian.animals published the video. It has now garnered more than 85,000 likes and millions of views. "Gonna be here long?" the bartender asked.
Netizens were amused by people's behaviour. A user said, “We love that everyone there just looked at him and was like 'hm nice' and then kept waiting in line.” "Just passin' through," answered the roo.
“Doesn't look unexpected. Everyone just moved and went about their business. It didn't cause a fuss either. Looks like a frequent customer," said another. "Who was that masked kangaroo?" asked one of the patrons when the roo had gone.
"I dunno, but he left me this silver pullet!" replied the bartender.

Commentary by Russian military blogger Andrey Chervonets
[Chervonec] The truth about the provocation in Bucha is revealed. The Guardian publishes the first results of a forensic medical examination of the bodies found in Irpen and Bucha. Despite the general propagandistic presentation of "Russia is to blame", amazing things are being revealed!
1) even if the Ukrainian forensic experts are to be believed, people were not killed by bullets, but by fragments of anti-personnel shells - during shelling (the Ukrainian side announced the execution of civilians)
2) Such ammunition is not prohibited by conventions, but their use in cities is a violation of humanitarian law.
3) Photography experts have determined that such “darts” are used in the 122-mm ZSh-1 projectile
4) The projectile approaches the D-30 howitzer, which is in service with both Russia and Ukraine (about this, that this may be Ukrainian ammunition - not a word in the article)
5) With a huge degree of probability it was Ukrainian artillery - the shelling of Bucha, occupied by the RF Armed Forces, was carried out by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and no one particularly denies this from the Ukrainian side.
All this suggests that the world media lied to us massively about the "mass executions", and with a careful approach, it turns out that it is much more likely that these fragments are from the arsenals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ammunition with such a filling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been regularly used by the Ukrainian side during the conflict since 2014.
Nevertheless, the Anglo-Saxons stubbornly write that it was the Russians who criminally fired upon themselves, "a few days before they left Bucha."
The Ukrainian side is playing an information war game, not disdaining performances and fakes, and creating an alternative universe for the population of Ukraine. In this metauniverse, Ukrainians feel good and comfortable, but it will be all the more painful to feel the revealed reality. Because you can't lie forever.
As for the few people who were shot with white armbands and with their hands tied, these are the victims of the Ukrainian police forces who entered the city to clean up and chase everyone who was without a blue bandage.
Remember? Bucha. We listen :
- There are boys without blue armbands, can I shoot at them?
- And then, damn it!
And then you hear requests not to kill and the sound of gunshots.

This blogger I do not believe. Anyone the report saids that some of women were raped before they were shot. Does not sound like Ukrainians to do the raping. Plus many of the bodies were burnt. Read on

You got your pure Putinists and your pure Bidenists. Honestly, I don't know which is worse. We've all heard it said before: The first casualty in war is the truth. Also: The winner gets to write the history books.
