Street Violence as a Political Tool
h/t American Thinker
[Tablet] - The Democratic Party has had a problem. It’s a small, incoherent, and privileged clique funded by billionaire oligarchs to push policies that even mainstream Democratic voters oppose. How to bridge the gap? The solution they chose, which party officials made clear this week, was simple: the way third-world elites always do—by using street violence to keep their clients in line.

This week, pro-Palestinian demonstrators auditioned for the chance to join already established Democratic Party militias antifa and Black Lives Matter by attacking Jews in New York and Los Angeles.

...Who knows how many of the activists waving the Palestinian flag as they beat Jews and detonate fireworks in front of Jewish-owned businesses are genuinely Palestinian Americans? Maybe some aren’t even Arab or Muslim, but that’s irrelevant—they are staking their claim to recruit, promote, and represent Arabs and Muslims as an interest group. And so the flag they’re really flying isn’t for the Palestinians but rather for the Democratic Party.

...This is all "intersectionality" really is — a branding mechanism to unite the various sects the Democratic Party has gathered under a big and potentially bloody tent. The current-day Democratic Party is a top-down structure paid for by the corporate establishment, led by Big Tech and finance, that appeals to a small class of managers, technocrats, and educators who for a variety of reasons, from self-pity to psychopathy, really do back the party’s most sinister policies—like open borders, designed to impoverish America’s working middle class. The party has lots of money and owns virtually all of the country’s major institutions, from the press to the Department of Justice. What it lacks, however, is voters. So they packed together interest groups and turned them into clients.

The trick is making them all fit. From the outside, for instance, it makes no sense that activists from the LGBT wing show up in support of the pro-Palestinian terror wing. But what might seem to you like hypocrisy actually illustrates the basic premise, which is that these seemingly disparate groups actually do share a goal: upholding the Democratic Party. When LGBT activists are called to demonstrate on behalf of Islamic terrorists, they show up to fly the flag not for Hamas but for the Democrats.

Since the late spring, many have noted that these blue militias have typically avoided laying waste to red regions. And it is strange, if you think the Democrats have mobilized criminals and psychopaths and other semitragic misfits to target those they claim are the true enemies of democracy, tolerance, and brotherly love—the more than 74 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump. Presumably, blue militias know that if they campaigned in rural or even suburban America they would be met by a well-armed citizenry. Still, why burn down their own neighborhoods?

...because that’s their job—not to confront their alleged red state enemies, but to remind their neighbors and fellow Joe Biden voters that their security, indeed even their lives, depend on them keeping the faith, no matter how much the party’s pet projects might hurt or offend them personally.

#1  Something the Right has failed to appreciate the power of, to their detriment. The problem is lack of conviction, and the unwillingness to sacrifice one's lofty parameters of propriety.

If one has conviction in the rightness of his cause [and what greater cause is there than protection of your majority?], then you don't think 'third world' and 'first world'. You descend to any level to fistfcuk the enemy until he gives up and falls in line.

Joe Biden delivers stern rebuke to Boris Johnson for 'inflaming tensions' in Northern Ireland and imperilling peace process over UK's stance on EU 'sausage war' as President lands in Britain for G7 summit

#3  He was clueless.

The US President used his diplomats to express 'great concern' over the conflict and 'strongly urged' Britain to 'stay cool' and reach an agreement, even if that meant making 'unpopular compromises'.

But the US President has ordered his officials to issue a rare diplomatic rebuke to the British Government for its continued opposition to checks at Northern Irish ports.

Yael Lempert, charge d'affaires at the US Embassy in London, told Brexit Minister Lord Frost the UK's stance was imperilling the peace process. She had been ordered to issue the diplomatic rebuke, known as a demarche, a step rarely taken between allies, The Times said.

They are often issued alongside a summons for the country's ambassador to attend the Foreign Office.

Shades of returning the Churchill bust.

Does Meth make Black Junkies attack and slaughter small White Female kids?

Because if so, remember the LIBERAL RADICALS have already attacked Gun Makers as co-conspirators for gun deaths. So shouldn't his METH dealer also be charged as a Co-conspirator to murder?

Or is the guy a brave BLOM follower? That has heard dozens BLOM leadership speeches calling for the murder of Whites? That was of a IQ to follow their suggestions and pick the smallest fragile defenseless White victim he could find? IF so shouldn't the BLOM inciting leaders be charged as Co-conspirators.

After all the LIBERAL RADICALS have set the a recent precedent of blaming all conservative speakers for the Jan. 6th Protest. Where a Liberal embedded 5th Column steered less than 100 of a 10,000's of peaceful Election protestors into the Congress area.

#2  Race crime by a savage. The rhetoric of toxic hate has emboldened blacks to new levels that they act out everywhere it seems. Black on white violence is at historic levels and will elicit what doesn’t exist but may soon, a return to group solutions. #6  In a wiser age he would have been lynched by hundreds of people, then dragged on roads until he was gristle. And anybody who came to protest would have been mass murdered by so many thousands, there could be no arrests and no cases. And not because he's black but because that is the only thing to do when someone kills your children.

All those fools hoping for a 'return to constitutional values' just by electing some conservative prima-donna, or appealing to the memory of 'Doctor King's dream' to remind the DeShawns, they're just preparing their children for consumption. The time to fight is now. Lesser societies would reply to this with an uncontrollable campaign of violence which could only result in a complete shutdown of this race hustle and even the federal protectors of these criminals walking softly for years.

All true. So what choice(s) remain?
As I see it, those are fight or flight.

If it's Fight, then we take arms against these savages and exact retribution. They have no fear of the police, and the law is no remedy in the age of Soros-Communist DAs.

If we're not willing to find and destroy these f---era, then we have no choice but to separate ourselves -- physically, socially, culturally and probably politically as well -- from the savages.

Even if it means severing ties with that minority if blacks who are normal, rational, law-abiding, patriotic and respectful. Too bad.

Which will it be? Crowbar or (new) Jim Crow?

There is no third option.

#3  What is a judge but a lawyer for his own half-baked, fallible philosophy? He's not responsible for our safety. Even the police, it's sworn to uphold some rhetoric thought up long ago.

The judicial systems of the world should not be hearing cases of individual crimes like these. They should be instead inundated by now with cases of masses of citizens doling out justice as they see fit. Only then can new laws and conventions be established which value citizens selectively based on their criminality quotient. If majorities get down to it, they can bend and twist the elites to whatever ideology they want for their legal systems. But first they must hate evil with a fervent hatred.

Palestinian security forces, PIJ terrorist killed by Israeli forces
[JPost] - Two members of the Palestinian Authority's military intelligence and one Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist were shot and killed by Israeli security forces on Wednesday night in Jenin, according to Palestinian reports.

The two military intelligence members, Adham Yasser Eleiwi and Tayseer Ayasa, were killed in a firefight with Israeli security forces after the Israeli forces entered the city to arrest suspects. Muhammad Samer Al-Bazour, another member of the PA intelligence services, was reportedly critically wounded in the firefight as well.
If you're a Nation, then attacks on citizens of another country launched from your territory mean war. Of course, "Palestinians" are not a Nation but an alliance of terror organizations. And "international community" sponsored "Peace Process" is nothing but another attempt to solve the "Jewish Problem".
The Israeli forces reportedly entered Jenin to arrest Jamil al-Amouri and Wissam Abu Zaid, members of PIJ's Al-Quds Brigades. The two were reportedly detained and al-Amouri has reportedly died due to injuries sustained in the firefight.

Russian soldier killed in mine explosion in northern Syria: monitors
[Rudaw] One Russian soldier died and three others were maimed on Wednesday after their military vehicle hit a roadside kaboom in northwestern Hasaka province in northern Syria, two monitors have reported.

The explosion took place near al-Asadiyah village in Ottoman Turkish-occupied territory, south of Sari Kani (Ras al-Ain) town, which was invaded by The Sick Man of Europe Turkey

in October 2019, according to the Rojava Information Center (RIC), a local monitor in northeast Syria. As part of a deal with Ankara, Russian troops have been patrolling some of these areas since late 2019.

"It is so far unclear what the soldiers were doing this far inside Ottoman Turkish-occupied territory," the RIC added.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) also reported the earth-shattering kaboom, saying it happened after the Russian military vehicle passed the village, which is located at a crossroads between areas ruled by the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, Ottoman Turkish-backed proxies, and the Syrian regime.

The dear departed departed this vale of tears in al-Darbasiyah (Dirbesiye) in Hasaka, it added.

"SOHR activists have documented the hovering of Russian helicopters in the areas to transfer the remaining three maimed soldiers to hospitals," said the UK-based group.

The Russian defense ministry later confirmed the earth-shattering kaboom, saying their vehicle hit "an unidentified bomb."

"As a result of the earth-shattering kaboom, one Russian serviceman died from his injuries. Three Russian servicemen who followed him in the car were taken to a hospital, where the necessary medical assistance was provided," it said.

Wakandan Rapper Pooh Sheisty, 21, arrested in Florida for allegedly shooting security guard at Miami-Dade strip club
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] Rapper Pooh Sheisty is behind bars in Florida after being charged in relation to an alleged strip club shooting on Memorial Day weekend. The 21-year-old Back In Blood artist has been booked for aggravated battery and is being held without bond in Miami-Dade jail, the Miami Herald reported Tuesday.
"Pooh Sheisty?" As in "poo-poo" and Scheiss? (Poop, if you don't speak German) He sounds like a real ass.
Well sure, if you’re going to go olde school Germanic. Give it an American pronunciation, though, and you get Pooh Sheesty, from the German schiessen (to shoot). In other words, poop shooter, which seems even more appropriate.
An arrest warrant obtained by the news outlet stated the rapper - real name Lontrell Williams - shot a security guard in the leg at the King of Diamonds strip club in Northwest Miami-Dade on May 30.
Does anybody but rappers ever go to strip clubs?
The incident which occurred around 4 a.m. happened as security staff escorted Pooh out of the club, according to TMZ.
It's 4 a.m. Do you know where your children are?
A police report said the altercation was about money that fell out of the rapper's pants which caused him to brandish a gun and fire off a shot.
"Han's off, dawg! Dat be my ostentatious roll o' bills!"
TMZ reported that a security guard was hit in the ankle by the bullet and taken to hospital, and that Pooh had left the scene by the time cops arrived.
"Ow! My ankle!"
"Somebody call for an ambulance!"
"Why don't you? You got a phone!"

Rumors flew on social media at the time that Pooh had been robbed of $40,ooo but he posted on his Instagram Story that it wasn't true.
"More like twenty bucks."
The Memphis native, who is signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 Records and Atlantic Records, released his debut commercial mixtape Shiesty Season in February and it made it to number 3 on the Billboard 200.
"See dat? I'm in da big time now! Numbah three on da Billboard 300!"
His latest arrest comes on the heels of his alleged involvement in a double shooting in Florida's Bay Harbor Islands last October.
"Yeah. So let dat be a lesson to you!"
He was charged in December with armed robbery with a firearm, aggravated assault, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon doing great bodily harm, aggravated assault with a firearm, and theft, according to the Miami Herald.
"I pleads not guilty! I be real peaceful!"
Pooh pleaded not guilty
"Wudn't me."
and was released on $30,000 bond in March.

3 arrested over firebombing that seriously hurt 12-year-old Arab boy in Jaffa
[IsraelTimes] Police and Shin Bet say suspects are Arab residents of city who mistakenly attacked Arab home during surge of violence in Israel’s ethnically mixed cities.

The Israel Police and Shin Bet security service revealed Wednesday that they have arrested three suspects behind several firekabooms in Jaffa, including one that left a 12-year-old Arab boy seriously injured. It said the suspects were arrested "in recent weeks."

In a joint statement, the Shin Bet and police called the May 14 incident a "terror attack." Muhammad Gintazi was seriously maimed in the Molotov cocktailing, which also lightly injured his 10-year-old sister. The attack came during a spate of ethnic violence in mixed Jewish-Arab cities and elsewhere across Israel last month.

The suspects are Arab residents of Jaffa and prosecutors intend to file "harsh indictments" against them in coming weeks, the statement said.

"In the incident, a number of Molotov cocktails were thrown toward several Jewish homes, and one was thrown toward the home of an Arab family, the Gintazi family," the statement said. It accused the assailants of planning on attacking Jewish homes in Jaffa’s Ajami neighborhood "out of a nationalist motive of Dire Revenge in light of the disturbances in Lod and the violent mostly peaceful incidents on the Temple Mount."

The statement also said the three fled after "understanding their mistake" in accidentally targeting an Arab home, even though they had planned to attack additional Jewish homes.

They will also face weapons charges after police discovered illegal arms that were stashed around the neighborhood.

Muhammad Gintazi arrived at Sheba Medical Center with 12% of his body covered by burns and suffering from smoke inhalation, and he had to be mechanically ventilated and sedated. However,
it's easy to be generous with someone else's money...
doctors have since said he is recovering well.

The attacks came as violence spread across Israel’s mixed Jewish-Arab cities following festivities between Jerusalem police and Paleostinian rioters in and near the al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount — Judaism’s holiest site and Islam’s third-holiest — and the planned eviction of Paleostinians from homes in an East Jerusalem neighborhood.

The violence also sparked an intense 11-day battle between Israel and terror groups in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
after Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood, fired rockets at Jerusalem.

In Lod, two residents were killed: Musa Hassuna, 32, by a suspected Jewish gunman, and Yigal Yehoshua, 56, by a suspected group of Arab attackers. No charges have been filed in either case, and police say investigations are ongoing.

Huge forest fires near Jerusalem contained as terror suspicions mount
[IsraelTimes] Authorities believe blazes were deliberately set — likely as nationalistic attacks by West Bank Paleostinians; 2,650 dunams scorched; dozens evacuated

Fire authorities increasingly believe several large wildfires that broke out on the outskirts of Jerusalem and in the West Bank were deliberate acts of arson, likely set by Paleostinians, Hebrew media reported on Wednesday night.

Blazes that broke out in forested areas west of Jerusalem during the afternoon prompted the Israel Fire and Rescue Services to evacuate dozens of residents in the area.

Later in the afternoon, several more fires were ignited in the northern West Bank, including large blazes near the settlements of Ariel and Shavei Shomron.

By the evening, the fires were brought under control, although firefighting units were to remain on the ground throughout the night in case the flames restarted, Channel 13 reported.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage to property in the fires. An initial estimate put the area of scorched forest at 2,650 dunams (655 acres).

Investigators were gathering footage from security cameras to learn more about the cause.

Though officials were not giving a verdict, deliberate arson is being considered because the area where the fires broke out is close to Israel’s security barrier with the West Bank, the Kan public broadcaster reported.

Last month, when violent mostly peaceful Paleostinian rioting in East Jerusalem spread to mixed Jewish-Arab cities in Israel, several fires were started in the same area by West Bank Paleostinians who threw Molotov cocktails over the barrier, the station said.

"We still haven’t come to a conclusion about the cause of the fire," Jerusalem Fire and Rescue Services District Commander Nissim Twito told Channel 13. "We are in the middle of the investigation."

"Based on the history of the area and the tension, it could be that the reason is nationalistic. At the moment, we don’t have an indication to say for certain that is the reason," he said.

"At the moment I don’t know if this was arson. There is no doubt that this incident is a little complicated and strange" in that all the fires happened at the same time, Fire and Rescue Commissioner Dedi Simchi told Channel 12 News.

Earlier, Simchi said he was sure that the fires were manmade, but could not say if it was deliberate or negligence.

According to the fire services, the Jerusalem-area fire broke out on Mount Haruah in the Jerusalem hills, near the Neve Ilan moshav.

Later in the afternoon, 29 teams of firefighters and 10 planes joined the effort to extinguish the massive blaze. Firefighting forces from other areas of Israel were also called in to assist in tackling the flames.

The fire services later ordered the evacuation of all residents of Kibbutz Ma’ale Hahamisha in the Judean hills. A second blaze reportedly broke out on the nearby Mount Eitan.

Residents were later able to return to their homes.

Roads and highways in the area were also briefly shut, including a portion of Route 1, the main highway connecting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

At 2 p.m., the Israel Railways announced that it was halting trains on the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv line due to the fire. The trains resumed several hours later.

The ongoing corruption trial of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem was halted shortly before 3 p.m. due to the blaze.

Large teams of firefighters and volunteers also worked frantically to put out the fires in the West Bank.

Africa Horn
Al-Shabaab suffers defeats in intensified military operations in Somalia
[Garowe] Over 130 al-Shabaab
...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord...
bully boyz have been killed in Somalia for the last three weeks, Chief of Defense Forces Gen Odowa Yusuf Rageh has confirmed, adding the troops will continue eliminating the bully boyz from their various hideouts in the country.

Most of those killed were caught up by the Somali National Army [SNA] in Middle and Lower Shabelle, where they have huge command, he noted. Security forces have intensified operations in these particular regions and have managed to liberate several villages.

According to Gen Odowaa, the offensive will be intensified in all al-Shabaab's hideouts in the region near Mogadishu, Somalia's capital. The bully boyz have been caving in to the city in recent weeks, often executing small to large scale attacks, he said.

The operation mainly targeted Middle Shabelle in central Somalia and has been largely hailed as "successful" by several SNA commanders who participated in the exercise. It's not the first time the military is targeting al-Shabaab within Central Somalia.

During the operations, state media said, dozens of al-Shabaab bomb experts including imported muscle were killed by security forces. Most of those who died were cornered in Ala-Futow and Qoryoley in Lower Shabelle, another notorious al-Shabaab hideout.

The experts were cornered in one of the houses where they were preparing explosives for the al-Shabaab fighters, state media noted, adding that some of the explosives went off. The number of those killed in that particular incident is yet to be revealed but security forces say at least 60 people died.

"Many members of al-Shabaab bomb experts including foreigners have died in Ala-Futow village under Qoryoley district in Lower Shabelle. region after a house where kabooms were being prepared by the bully boyz went kaboom! on Monday," read a tweet by SONNA.

The progress comes months before the exit of the Africa Union Mission Forces who are set to leave upon the implementation of the Somali Transition Plan [STP] late this year. The foreign troops are training SNA troops to take over security responsibilities in the country.

"Somali National Army [SNA] is conducting offensive security operations to flush out a terrorist group of al-Shabaab in the Middle Shebelle region for the third week. More than 100 bad boyz were potted in the current operations," state media added.

General Odowaa has been leading the operation contrary to the protocols of the forces. The youthful general is credited for helping flush out al-Shabaab from different parts of the country under his leadership.

But unfortunately, Major Mohammed Abdiwahid, the Commander of the 6th battalion of Somalia’s special forces [Gorgor] was killed in a battle between SNA and the terrorist group of al-Shabaab at Jalable village in the Middle Shabelle region on Thursday, last week.

The commander was part of the officers leading ongoing security operations against bully boyz in the Middle Shabelle region. The hero who has paid the ultimate price for his country’s stability has been in military service for more than 10 years.

Somalia’s Prime Minister, Mohammed Rooble extended his heavy-hearted condolences to the family, Somali army, and all Somali people on the death of Major Mohammed Abdiwahid. This was one of the major casualties in the crackdown against al-Shabaab.

Al-Shabaab still poses danger across Somalia and Kenya, with the United Nations
...a lucrative dumping ground for the relatives of dictators and party hacks...
Security Council [UNSC] designating the group as terrorists. Britannia, The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund...
, and the US have also been training the Somali Army, which was greatly weakened after the ouster of military dictator Siad Barre.

Closed cold case murder tied to ousted Tennessee governor
[ABCNEWS.GO] A former Tennessee governor's administration helped fund a contract murder of a key federal witness decades ago while embroiled in the state's largest political scandal, law enforcement officials announced Wednesday.

The new details revealed for the first time Wednesday have elements that ring of a movie: a trusted ally of union boss Jimmy Hoffa gunned down after testifying about a corrupt governor selling prison pardons and a gunman who donned a wig and blackface to throw authorities off the scent.

Investigators in Hamilton County, which encompasses Chattanooga, have been chipping away at the 42-year-old cold case of Samuel Pettyjohn since they renewed their investigation in 2015. No new charges will be filed because all of the major players involved are now dead, but authorities say closing the case provides closure to one aspect of a complicated piece of Tennessee history.

Pettyjohn, a Chattanooga businessman and close friend of Hoffa, was fatally shot in 1979 in downtown Chattanooga after testifying before a federal grand jury during the early phases of Tennessee's notorious “cash-for-clemency” scandal.

“Essentially, Mr. Pettyjohn cooperated with authorities and knew too much about what was going on locally, as well as the state level, and individuals didn’t like that and so individuals hired someone to murder him,” Hamilton County District Attorney Neal Pinkston said. “Here we are some 42 years later.”

The scandal ultimately led to the ousting of Democratic Gov. Ray Blanton, who was never indicted in the investigation — but three of his aides were. However, questions have lingered about the extent to which the governor's administration actively worked to thwart the investigation. Officials say at least five witnesses in the case were murdered or killed themselves.

Pinkston told reporters that Pettyjohn would meet with inmates to indicate that money would help secure an early release from prison starting in 1976. Pettyjohn was joined by William Thompson, who had been involved in Blanton's election campaign and would later be convicted in the cash-for-clemency scandal.

According to Pinkston, Pettyjohn and Thompson would drop payments off at the governor's office in the Capitol.

As federal investigators began examining whether the governor's office was exchanging cash for parole, Pettyjohn was subpoenaed to testify about the ongoing scheme. Pettyjohn eventually agreed to cooperate with FBI agents, even going as far as providing a list of people who made payments to the governor's office for the early release of certain prisoners.

Shortly after, Pettyjohn was killed in what authorities describe as an “execution style hit.” Witnesses told authorities that they saw a Black man in a trench coat exiting Pettyjohn's store. Meanwhile, Pettyjohn was found with his pistol nearby, which had not been fired, and more than $100,000 on him.

According to Pinkston, Ed Alley — a known bank robber who died in 2005 in federal prison — was hired by several sources to kill Pettyjohn. Pinkston said those sources included an undisclosed third party who paid some of the contract money on behalf of the Blanton administration. The estimated total murder price was between $25,000 and $50,000.

“I’m very sure. I’m proof positive,” Pinkston said when asked how certain he was that the Blanton administration helped pay for Pettyjohn's murder.

Officials say Alley, who was white, wore a wig, glasses and covered his skin in heavy brown makeup to deceive any witnesses.

“Cooperating individuals indicated Alley admitted Pettyjohn was murdered for various reasons including he was a source of cooperation for the FBI in investigations of Gov. Ray Blanton,” according to findings from a Hamilton County grand jury.

The grand jury concluded that if Alley were alive today, he would be charged with first-degree premeditated murder of Pettyjohn.

Mike Mathis, supervisor of Hamilton County's cold case unit, acknowledged that it was highly unusual for a prosecutor's office to pursue a grand jury when most of the involved parties were dead but said the county chose to do so for the first time it because “it gives you a legal closing.”

Saadiq Pettyjohn, one of Samuel Pettyjohn's sons, said his mother often described his father as someone with a “heart of gold” and “very generous, giving person,” while acknowledging his father was associated with criminal activity. Authorities say Pettyjohn was part of an organized effort to blow up a building to collect insurance payouts, but he was never brought to trial due to his untimely death.

“It's a curse and a blessing to grow up in a family that's connected to crime,” he added. "When that person dies, you can go that route or you can go a different route; all of us chose to try to do better in our lives."

Blanton, who died in 1996, had sparked outrage after he pardoned and commuted prison terms for more than 50 state inmates in the waning days of his gubernatorial term. Blanton’s fellow Democrats worked with Republicans in the Legislature to move up the inauguration of his Republican successor, Lamar Alexander, by three days.

Blanton was never charged in the scandal, but in 1981, he was convicted of unrelated charges of extortion and conspiracy for selling a liquor license for $23,000 to a friend while in office.

Texas City Becomes Latest to Ban Abortion, Passes 'Sanctuary for the Unborn' Ordinance
[THEEPOCHTIMES] The city of Levelland, Texas, voted to become one of the latest municipalities to ban child sacrifice abortion and declared itself a "Sanctuary for the Unborn."

All four City Council members voted in favor of the ordinance, which states: "It shall be unlawful for any person to procure or perform an child sacrifice abortion of any type and at any stage of pregnancy in the City of Levelland, Texas."

"It shall be unlawful," the ordinance says, "for any person to knowingly aid or abet an child sacrifice abortion that occurs in the City of Levelland, Texas."

Councilwoman Mary Engledow said the successful vote marks a "great day" for the city, adding: "We have done something that has been long overdue. Levelland is truly Blessed and by passing ’Sanctuary City for the Unborn’ we will remain blessed."

Mark Lee Dickson, the head with Right To Life of East Texas and founder of the Sanctuary Cities for the Unborn initiative, told Life News that the vote is "a victory for the unborn" as well as for women who received child sacrifice abortions when they were younger but regretted it.

She cited Levelland resident Kati Morris’s testimony. Morris, who helped lead the effort in Levelland, told Texas Scorecard: "I had an child sacrifice abortion many years ago, 30 miles away in Lubbock, and that child sacrifice abortion devastated my life ... Abortion does not help women, it destroys women and takes the life of their children. What community needs that as an option for the people of their community?"

The nearby city of Lubbock approved a similar ordinance on May 1. Planned Parenthood
...has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act. It is sometimes described as the gynecololgical wing of the Democratic party...
challenged Lubbock’s ordinance in court, which was dismissed by U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix, who argued that Planned Parenthood lacked jurisdiction.

"Because plaintiffs fail to show, as they must, that they have Article III standing to sue the city, the Court dismisses the case for lack of jurisdiction," the judge wrote last week. The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning it can be refiled.

Regarding Lubbock’s ordinance, Texas Solicitor General Judd Stone wrote in a letter (pdf) that it won’t violate Texas state law, suggesting that the nearly identical ordinance passed in Levelland could stand.

"In our view, Planned Parenthood has not shown that Lubbock’s ordinance is inconsistent with state law. To the extent that the Court finds state law to be ambiguous regarding the merits of Planned Parenthood’s claims, the Court should abstain from exercising jurisdiction," Stone wrote.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, meanwhile, noted in a letter that "under Texas law, when a later-enacted statute clarifies the meaning of earlier statutes, it is ’highly persuasive,’ even if it does not technically control."

Trump hosts fundraiser for new GOP chair Rep. Elise Stefanik
[NYPOST] Former President Donald Trump
...Oh, noze! Not him!...
praised upstate Rep. Elise Stefanik as a superstar on track "to have an incredible career" as a Republican leader Wednesday night, during a fundraiser he hosted for her at his New Jersey golf course.

"Elise has been incredible and loyal to our movement. We have to make sure she’s able to win big and raise the money she needs to help lead our party to retake the House," Trump told a room of around 50 donors at his National Golf Course Bedminster, according to a partial transcript obtained by The Post.

"I see she has the radical crazies after her, crazy Democrats, meaning she’s already doing an amazing job as our Conference Chair," he gushed.

"I’m with Elise 100 percent, she’s going to have an incredible career, we have to back her 100 percent."

Trump first met with Stefanik (R-NY) one-on-one at Bedminster around 4:30 p.m., followed by about an hour and a half-long roundtable with about 20 top donors. He then addressed supporters around 6:30 p.m. in a larger reception, taking photos and chatting with guests afterwards.

has rejoined the secret messaging app Confide, on which he had a months-long online sexting relationship with a 15-year-old girl.

Users of the app — which allows people to communicate with messages encrypted for privacy that disappear right after they’re read and leave no digital trace — were shocked to see Carlos Danger is back in town.

It seems that if Weiner’s personal e-mail was already saved in a user’s contacts, said Confide user got a message last week: "New friend. Anthony Weiner joined Confide. Send Anthony a message now."

That must have been a nice surprise for the Confide crew.

In 2016, the Daily Mail reported Weiner, 56, carried on an affair with a girl online that consisted of sexually graphic messages sent over Confide and other apps.

The minor said that he asked her to dress up in "school girl" outfits and pressed her to engage in "rape fantasies."

The girl, whose name was withheld, said the online relationship began while she was a high-school sophomore and before Weiner’s wife, Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do...
’s aide Huma Abedin, announced she was ending their marriage.

After the texts were reported, his laptop was seized. In a statement at the time, he said: "I have repeatedly demonstrated terrible judgment about the people I have communicated with online and the things I have sent. I am filled with regret and heartbroken for those I have hurt."

Deutsche Bank Issues a Terrifying Warning for America Under Biden
[PJMEDIA] On Monday, Deutsche Bank released a report that further confirms a portent of doom for the U.S. economy and Democrats led by President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. I'm not working for you. Don't be such a horse's ass....
. While many economists and policymakers claim that the recent uptick in inflation is temporary, Deutsche Bank warned that Biden’s profligate spending, the Federal Reserve’s low interest rates, and global economic trends threaten to unleash persistent inflation, which amounts to an insidious tax on the poor and middle class that benefits the government.

"Few still remember how our societies and economies were threatened by high inflation 50 years ago," David Folkerts-Landau, Deutsche Bank chief economist and head of research, wrote in a paper co-written by his colleagues Jim Reid and Peter Hooper. " The most basic laws of economics, the ones that have stood the test of time over a millennium, have not been suspended. An explosive growth in debt financed largely by central banks is likely to lead to higher inflation."

"We worry that the painful lessons of an inflationary past are being ignored by central bankers, either because they really believe that this time is different, or they have bought into a new paradigm that low interest rates are here to stay, or they are protecting their institutions by not trying to hold back a political steam roller," Folkerts-Landau added. "Whatever the reason, we expect inflationary pressures to re-emerge as the Fed continues with its policy of patience and its stated belief that current pressures are largely transitory."

-Great Cultural Revolution
The DOD's 'Extremism' Working Group Confirms Fears of a Free-Speech Crackdown
[PJMEDIA] On Wednesday, First Liberty Institute General Counsel Mike Berry participated in the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Countering Extremism Working Group (CEWG). Berry, a former active-duty Marine Corps officer, told PJ Media that the meeting confirmed some of the fears he had expressed in March, specifically about how the military’s crackdown on "extremism" threatens service members’ free speech.

Back in March, Berry testified that "those who would use, threaten, or advocate violence to accomplish their [political] objectives" should have no place in the ranks. Yet he also insisted, "We should reject any attempt to weaponize anti-extremism efforts against classes of people simply because those in authority disapprove of them."

PJ Media asked Berry if "any of the discussions confirm" the fears he expressed in March.

"Yes, specifically I am concerned by the DOD’s intent to monitor service members’ social media to identify extremism," the ex-Marine said. "Multiple groups expressed concern about whether and how DOD will balance First Amendment rights with efforts to combat extremism."

Various training materials used for the military-wide "stand down" to combat "extremism" issued strict warnings about social media posts.

"Do not post, share, re-tweet, ’like,’ etc. any materials that promote discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity), creed, ethnicity, national origin or sexual orientation; or encourage violence to prevent others from exercising their civil rights," the Marine Corps stand-down materials advise.

Based on the Biden administration
...knaves, footpads, and adjusters employed by the Biden Crime Family. They leave a trail of havoc everywhere they turn their attention, be it the nation's borders, the Keystone XL Pipeline, or epidemics, sometimes on purpose, most times through sheer arrogant ineptitude. They learnt this stuff in college, you know...
’s definition of civil rights law, this would mean any content that refers to biological males who identify as female with male pronouns, that advocates for excluding biological males from women’s sports, or that warns against the abuses of subjecting gender-confused children to chemical castration, among other things.

As election lawyer and PJ Media contributor J. Christian Adams noted, one of the training materials falsely claimed that speech "that threatens to undermine our government and Constitution is not protected by the First Amendment."

These materials, and Berry’s concerns, do not bode well for free speech and religious freedom in the military under Biden.

Berry said he did not witness any explicit bias against conservatives in the working-group meeting, but many groups made "several strong suggestions that DOD should focus primarily on white nationalism and white supremacy
...the pernicious doctrine that laws were intended to be obeyed, that society works better when people don't pour shreiking from their places of worship every Friday for a weekend of rioting over insults real or imagined; and that cannibalism, beastiality, incest, murder, theft, rape, and similar activities are bad. A Dead White European (which invalidates his opinion) philosopher once opined that societies thrive when a person's word can be relied upon, and that a society which puts individual happiness first will invariably fail. Strangely enough, other successful societies, such as China, Japan, Korea, and those kinds of places could also be lumped with white supremacist societies, since they push the same values...
." The ex-marine said "there was no specific focus on ’conservatives,’ per se," but many on the Left have equated mainstream conservatism with white nationalism and white supremacy.

God replies, “My son, a million dollars to you is less than a penny to me. It means almost nothing to me.”
The man asks, “So God, can I have a million dollars?”

Iowa governor signs bill banning critical race theory, rails against 'discriminatory indoctrination'
[MSN] The governor of Iowa signed a bill into law banning critical race theory in the state, declaring the Hawkeye State will not teach "discriminatory indoctrination."

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, a Republican, signed House File 802 into law on Tuesday, codifying the state’s stance against teaching "specific defined concepts," such as the widely controversial critical race theory.

Critical race theory teaches students to look at American society and history through a racial lens and views race itself as a relatively recent social construct that is weaponized by dominant groups to oppress others.

Reynolds announced the signing in a blurb sent on Tuesday, where she said critical race theory was not about education, but rather "labels and stereotypes."

Anti-Israel protesters block Zim ship from Oakland port
[IsraelTimes] Israeli-owned company says it will seek other places to unload cargo as BDS-backers plan more actions to keep ships from US cities.

Anti-Israel protesters at the Port of Oakland are claiming victory in preventing a Zim container ship from unloading its cargo on Friday, and organizers were planning further actions this week against ships of the Israeli-owned firm in other port cities.

The Volans, a container ship owned by the Haifa-based Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd., docked in Oakland but turned back out to sea later in the day after workers with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union Local 10 declined to cross the line of protesters to unload the ship’s cargo.

It was the first time in seven years that a Zim container ship came into Oakland’s port.

The action was led by the the Socialist paradise of San Francisco

It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. during the 11-day conflict last month. Protests were scheduled at ports including Seattle, Los Angeles and New York in support of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement, which seeks to pressure Israel over its policies toward the Paleostinians and in the West Bank. Estimates of the number of protesters in Oakland ranged from 100 to 500.

"Block the Boat" organizers online also indicated similar actions would take place this week in bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit
... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang...
, Vancouver, Philadelphia and London.

Protesters have criticized Zim as an Israeli government entity, but the company was privatized and restructured some time ago.

An employee in the human resources department of Zim’s US headquarters in Virginia told J. by phone on Friday that the company "would not be commenting" on the situation.

The company did give a statement to the London-based Middle East Eye.

"Due to operational constraints and long delays in the port of Oakland, and in order to meet schedule departures in the Far East, we will be calling on other US West Coast Ports until further notice," Zim said, not mentioning the protests.

In August 2014, during the last major Israel-Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood, conflict, the Zim-owned Piraeus was met with protesters at the Port of Oakland and turned back out to sea, waiting quietly and then returning in the evening to port, where the ship was unloaded overnight by longshoremen.

A union statement said the workers’ initial refusal was due to the "volatility" of the environment. The next month, a second Zim ship was prevented from unloading in Oakland, and in October of that year, a third Zim ship bypassed Oakland.
That third ship unloaded in Long Beach.

Iraq
Kolbar shot, injured by Iraqi border guards
That’s the risk smugglers take from time to time.
[RUDAW.NET] A Kurdish kolbar was shot and injured by Iraqi border guards early Tuesday morning, according to security sources. Border guards have recently stepped up security along the porous, mountainous frontier.

A group of kolbars from Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
was walking through the valley towards Byara village in Halabja province, near the border. At around 2:30 am, Iraqi border guards opened fire on the group, shooting one man in the buttocks.

"He bled a lot. We took pity on him, because we thought that if he was taken back to Iran, across the border, there was a chance that he could die," a well-informed source told Rudaw English.

Another police source in Halabja also confirmed the incident, saying: "I know that someone from Rojhelat was maimed today, but I don't have any more details." Rojhelat is what Kurds call Kurdish areas of Iran.

The man, in his early 20s, was given first aid treatment in Byara and then sent to Shar Hospital in Sulaimani.

Rudaw English contacted the commander of Sulaimani's border guards, but they did not immediately respond.

Kolbars are semi-legal porters who transport untaxed goods across the Kurdistan Region-Iran border. Many are pushed into the profession because of poverty in the Kurdish areas of Iran.

The job is a dangerous one. They carry heavy loads on their backs, over treacherous mountain paths during all weather and are frequently shot at by Iranian border guards. At least 40 were killed by Iranian border guards in 2020, according to Amnesia Amnesty International.

They are now facing a new risk on the Kurdistan Region side of the border, where officials are cracking down on smuggling. In January, Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani ordered the Interior and Peshmerga ministries to form a joint force to prevent smuggling at official and unofficial border points.

Health Care Journal Publishes Research Calling Whiteness A ‘Parasitic Condition' Without ‘Permanent Cure'
"The Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association published a research article in May that describes being white as "a malignant, parasitic-like condition," and a dangerous, discriminatory, and perverse mental condition.

Written by Donald Moss, an author and activist, the article entitled "On Having Whiteness," explains that whiteness establishes an 'entitled dominion" that enables the "host" of "parasitic whiteness" to have "power without limit, force without restriction, violence without mercy," adding that it has a drive to "hate, and terrorize.'

Moss claims whiteness 'easily infiltrates even groups founded on the protection of individuals, on democratic principles.'"

Tehsildar hospitalised after shopkeeper 'mistakenly' sells him battery acid instead of mineral water in Kulgam
[Daily Excelsior] Tehsildar Damhal Hanjipora in south Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
’s Kulgam district was on Wednesday hospitalised after a shopkeeper mistakenly sold him a bottle of acid instead of mineral water, official said here.

Quoting the officials, that Tehsildar D H Pora, Niyaz Ahmad Bhat was returning after destroying poppy cultivation in the area and asked for a bottle of water from a nearby general store at around 11:00 am this morning.

"The shopkeeper mistakenly sold him a bottle containing a liquid similar to water, which turned out to be acid. The tehsildar drank it and he felt uneasiness, following which he was hospitalised," the official said.

Niyaz Ahmad, the hospitalized Tehsildar, confirmed the incident. "After that I hospitalized myself and I am going to Srinagar hospital for further treatment," he said.

BMO Damhal Hanjipora, Gulzar Ahmad Dar said that Niyaz’s condition was stable and was discharged from the hospital.

As per Station House Officer DH Pora, Tanveer Ahmad, the shopkeeper has been arrested and an FIR number 60/2021 under relevant sections of law has been registered in the incident. (KNO)

Released PMF emir Musleh is involved in killing demonstrators, officials to AFP

[SHAFAQ] The Senior leader in Hashd al-Shaabi (Popular Mobilization Forces-PMF) originally arrested in May on charges of killing an activist was released from custody on Wednesday.

Qassim Musleh, PMF Operations Commander in al-Anbar, was taken into custody in May under anti-terror legislation.

A security source at the time told AFP that his arrest was in connection to the killing of two activists, Ihab al-Wazni and Fahim al-Taie, on 9 May 2021 and in December 2019 respectively.

"We initially had clues about the perpetrators of the murders and verification allowed us to identify with certainty the person who was behind these criminal operations," the source added.

According to security sources speaking to the BBC, Musleh was released a few days after his initial detention but was then relocated to the house of another Hashd al-Shaabi leader before being officially released on Thursday.

Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi has placed himself publicly in opposition to Iran-backed militias and parties, and Musleh's arrest was a major attempt to rein in their power.

His release without prosecution is a blow to those efforts and one of a number of unsuccessful attempts to crack down on gangs.

The two most high-profile moves against Iran-backed factions - the arrest of Musleh in May and the detention in June 2020 of fighters allegedly involved in rocket fire against US targets - have each resulted in no prosecutions and all those arrested being released.

On both occasions, heavily armed Death Eaters have stormed Baghdad's fortified Green Zone, where foreign embassies and government buildings are located, threatening the prime minister.

Authorities thwart an attempt to rob the martyrs' families' financial allocations in al-Anbar
[SHAFAQ] Anas al-Alwani, director of the Anbar Retirement department, revealed that it had thwarted an attempt to rob the allocations of the families of the deaders and maimed in the governorate.

Al-Alwani told Shafaq News Agency that he received information about two auditors who visited the department several times lately, trying to falsify transactions to steal these families' financial allocations.

He added that a team was formed to investigate the matter, accompanied by the National Security Agency in al-Anbar, noting that the two forgers were arrested.

"We will not tolerate any forger who tries to steal the rights of those affected by the war against ISIS," al-Alawani said, pledging to bring the forgers to justice, "even if they were an employee working in the department I run."

Iran Candidate Says Willing to Potentially Meet Biden
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] A prominent Iranian presidential candidate said Wednesday he’d be willing to meet with US President Joe Biden if he wins his country’s election next week, though “America needs to send better and stronger signals” to the country.

Speaking to The Associated Press, former Iranian Central Bank chief Abdolnasser Hemmati stressed that an American return to Iran’s tattered nuclear deal was key to any possible relationship amid the wider tensions in the Middle East.

“I think we haven’t seen anything serious from Mr. Biden’s side yet,” Hemmati said. “They first need to go back to the (nuclear deal) that they withdrew from. If we see the process and more confidence is built, then we can talk about that.”

Hemmati, 64, is one of the seven candidates approved by Iranian authorities to run for the presidency in the June 18 election. Polling and analysts suggest he lags in the race behind hardline judiciary chief and front-runner Ebrahim Raisi, believed to be a favorite of Iran’s Lord High Potentate and Supreme Leader of All He Surveys Ali Khamenei
...the very aged actual dictator of Iran, successor to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini...
While Khamenei has final say on all matters of state, whoever serves as president can affect domestic issues and set the tone for Iran’s broader approach with the world. Outgoing President Hassan Rouhani, a relatively moderate cleric within Iran’s theocracy, helped his nation reach its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers.

Abu Dhabi Reveals New Strategy to Accelerate Growth of Culture and Creative Industries
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Abu Dhabi is accelerating the growth of the Culture and Creative Industries (CCI) through a AED30+ billion investment strategy that sees the Department of Culture and Tourism — Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) cements its leadership position as the custodian of all the multidisciplinary sectors within the CCI.

The Culture and Creative Industries are key drivers of social and economic growth and diversification in Abu Dhabi. One of the fastest growing economic sectors worldwide, globally they generate annual revenues of $2,250 billion, provide 30 million jobs and are predicted to make up some 10% of global GDP.

In addition to this rapid acceleration, studies show that the CCI demonstrate considerable resilience and adaptability in the face of changing economic dynamics. As the world emerges from the effects of the global pandemic, the sector’s high-value products and services have the power to support a new economic recovery, one that is more environmentally friendly and based on knowledge and new technologies, state news agency WAM reported.

To capitalize on this growth, Abu Dhabi has invested significantly and strategically to create thriving Culture and Creative Industries, with an overall planned investment in excess of AED30 billion. Over the past five years, AED8.5 billion has been committed across the emirate, including in flagship projects such as Yas Creative Hub — the emirate’s new home for media and gaming - and Saadiyat Cultural District, as well as soft infrastructure initiatives such as the Creative Visa, announced earlier this year.

The Creative Visa program will provide sustainable employment opportunities in Abu Dhabi by enabling talented creative professionals from around the world to live and work in the UAE, further bolstering the creative scene in the emirate.

A further AED22 billion is expected to be rolled out across the industry over the next five years, with a substantial portion to be deployed in the development and support of cultural institutions, mainly new museums, including the upcoming Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, as well as additional museums in the pipeline. The emirate’s performing arts, music, media and gaming sectors will also see further investment in their diverse array of program and initiatives.

Iraq
McKenzie: We Are Seeing Pressure From Militias that Want to Push Us Out of Iraq
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Washington said Iranian proxies in Iraq are pressuring US forces to push them out of the country, however, it asserted that the US presence in Iraq is legal by an official request from Baghdad, and any decision in this regard remains in the hands of the Iraqi government.

Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, head of US Central Command, said: "We are seeing pressure from Iranian-affiliated turban groups that want to push us out of Iraq, and the latest manifestation of that has been the use of small unmanned aerial systems, or drones. Some of them are very small, some are a little bit larger — all can be very lethal."

Speaking at a special briefing via telephone, McKenzie noted that the bandidos turbans "are resorting to this technique because they have been unable to force the government of Iraq to require that we leave."

"So political pressure has not worked for them; now they’re turning to a kinetic approach," he added, saying that the threat is concerning and stressing "we will take whatever measures are necessary to defend ourselves."

"As always, we have a variety of measures there that we can defend ourselves, but just as in Afghanistan, the primary responsibility for defense of us — for defense of our forces and our NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A single organization with differing goals, equipment, language, doctrine, and structure....
partners and everyone else who’s in there — the primary responsibility for that defense is with the Government of Iraq."

Moreover, McKenzie highlighted his recent visit to both Iraq and Syria, revealing that he had met with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi, and describing the meeting as "great."

"We discussed the enduring defeat of ISIS, implementing security sector reforms, and other dynamics that affect regional stability. Our support to the Iraqi security forces continues to evolve as they expand their ability to plan and conduct operations independently," McKenzie said.

"Today we have a relatively small US footprint in Iraq — all at the invitation of the Government of Iraq, all focused on advising, equipping, and assisting the Iraqi security forces," he added, noting that the US focus today remains on completing the final destruction of ISIS.

"The Iraqi security forces are maturing. They’re getting better."

Tuz Khurmatu: left to wither in dust and blood
[SHAFAQ] The Tuz Khurmatu district, located in the east of Saladin governorate, has been plagued for many decades by dilapidated and obsolescent urban planning due to national and political conflicts despite the historical and social particularity of the district.

CONFLICTS TOOK A TOLL ON THE CITY
The long history of conflicts ravaging the city even prior to 2003 and the strife for influence and power in the district had taken a toll on its buildings, according to Arab, Kurdish, and Turkmen officials.

Specialists and observers attribute the languishing urbanization in the district to the nationalist conflicts for administrative hegemony between the Arabs, Kurds, and Turkmen components.

However,
a person who gets all wrapped up in himself makes a mighty small package...
the administrator of Tuz Khurmatu, Zain al-Abidin (Turkmen), said that his administration has devised and incorporated extensive service plans in the district's budget, including eight vital projects in water, electricity, and road rehabilitation.

"The district has been deprived of road paving projects for nearly 17 years. Only 10% of Tuz Khurmatu's roads are paved," he said.

Zain al-Abidin implicated the role of bad boy terrorist groups, namely, al-Qaeda and ISIS, in fueling national and sectarian strife in Tuz khurmatu over the past years, in addition to the severe damage to the urban structure of the district.

"The social and security stability in the district recently was not sufficient to commence a real reconstruction project. Instead of trees, only bombs were planted recently."

THE KURDS HAVE ANOTHER OPINION
Tuz khurmatu's infrastructure is from the 1960s and 1970s amid a clear absence of any modern urban manifestations.

Hassan Mohammed Ahmed, a former member of the Saladin provincial council, stated that the causes of negligence, service degradation, and urban collapse in Tuz khurmatu are the destructive role of terrorist organizations that infested the district adjacent to the Hamrin Mountains and used its outskirts as launchpads to terrorize its communities and hinder all service and development projects.

"Since the withdrawal of the Kurdish forces in 2017, terrorist groups have turned Tuz khurmatu into a disaster-stricken city. Those groups have been a stumbling block to all reconstruction plans and projects, besides other internal conflicts."

According to the former provincial councilman, "The successive governments have inherited the trait of targeting and marginalizing the Kurds in Tuz Khurmatu from the former Baathist regime. It practiced the marginalizing of the district given it is the southern gate of Kurdistan."

"Since October 2017, the Turkmen Mobilization in Tuz khurmatu has pursued an inhumane and immoral approach towards the Kurdish properties...More than 4,000 Kurdish villages were displaced, 98 Kurdish houses were destroyed, 3,500 houses were burnt, dozens of shops, 19 workshops and production plants, 15 cars, 30 generators were looted, 13 Kurdish party headquarters and several civil organizations and radio stations were looted and burnt. All the looting and vandalism targeted Kurds in Tuz khurmatu."

"The damage inflicted by the Kurds after the events of 2017 cannot be compensated by the Federal and Regional Governments," he added.

THE WEAKEST LINK
The director of Sulaiman Bek sub-district, south of Tuz khurmatu, Talib Mohammed Mustafa (Arab), attributes the poor condition of services and urban retardation in Tuz khurmatu to nationalist and regional conflicts.

"The political and national conflicts in Tuz khurmatu are deep-rooted, complex, and extend even between the members of the bloc or the community itself because of political interests. The Arab community is the weakest link in the district. All the conflicts are purely political, afar from the Arab, Kurds, and Turkmen communities."

Mustafa called for establishing an administrative government in Tuz khurmatu that does not account for national, partisan, or sectarian considerations.

The Tuz khurmatu district is located in north-eastern Iraq. It was administratively annexed to the Saladin governorate since the administrative amendments in 1976. Before that, it was affiliated with Kirkuk. Its population is nearly 119,000, inhabited by Kurds, Turkmen, and an Arab minority. Tuz Khurmatu district is a disputed area covered by Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution.

UN warns of 'mass deaths' in Myanmar after 100,000 flee fighting
[EN.ALGHADEERTV.NET] A United Nations
...a lucrative dumping ground for the relatives of dictators and party hacks...
rights expert has warned of "mass deaths from starvation, disease, and exposure" in eastern Myanmar after "brutal, indiscriminate attacks" by the military forced tens of thousands of people to flee their homes in Kayah State.

In a statement on Wednesday, Tom Andrews, the UN special rapporteur for Myanmar, called for urgent international action, saying attacks by the military — which took power after a February coup — were "threatening the lives of many thousands of men, women, and children" in Kayah or Karenni state.

"Let me blunt," Andrews said. "Mass deaths from starvation, disease, and exposure, on a scale we have not yet seen since the February 1 coup, could occur in Kayah State absent immediate action."

The plea came hours after the UN office in Myanmar said the violence in Kayah had displaced an estimated 100,000 people, who were now seeking safety in forests, host communities, and southern parts of neighbouring Shan state.

Those fleeing and those in locations affected by the bombing and artillery fire were in dire need of food, water, shelter, fuel, and access to healthcare, the UN office said in a statement.

"This crisis could push people across international borders seeking safety," it warned, calling for all parties to "take the necessary measures and precautions to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure".

France suspends aid, military support for Central African Republic
More on this story from two days ago.
[EN.ALGHADEERTV.NET] La Belle France has suspended aid and military cooperation in the Central African Republic because of what it says is the government’s failure to stop "massive disinformation campaigns" against La Belle France that have targeted its officials, the armed forces ministry said.La Belle France has cut 10 million euros ($12.18 million) in budget support for its former colony and stopped direct military cooperation, the ministry said on Tuesday in an email.

"A number of commitments made by the Central African authorities vis-à-vis La Belle France have not been kept," the ministry said, including halting the online campaigns that it says have sought to undermine French influence.

La Belle France has nearly 300 soldiers in the country, including those working for a U.N. peacekeeping mission and a European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
training deployment. The international missions will remain unaffected, but soldiers working directly for the French military will no longer cooperate with the Central African Republic’s military, the ministry said.

La Belle France has a history of military interventions in its former colony, including during a civil war from 2013-2016 and amid election-related fighting in January.

But a power tussle with Russia over influence in Bangui after Moscow sent hundreds of military instructors to help arm and train government troops to fight rebel groups, has undermined French influence in the gold- and diamond-rich country of 4.7 million.

Before the December election, Facebook said that rival French and Russian disinformation campaigns sought to deceive and influence Internet users, and it suspended almost 500 accounts.

One recent campaign falsely stated that La Belle France was planning the move its embassy to Cameroon
...a long, narrow country that fills the space between Nigeria and Chad on the northeast, CAR to the southeast. Prior to incursions by Boko Haram nothing ever happened there...
’s capital Yaounde, said Jean-Marc Grosgurin, French Ambassador to the Central African Republic, though he offered the possibility of reconciliation.

"If there are positive and strong signals that are taken, things can be reassessed very quickly," he said.

16 People Killed in Attack on Balkh District Police HQ: Official
[ToloNews] At least 16 people, including 2 civilians, were killed in the recent attack on the police headquarters in Balkh province, and 117 others, including 67 civilians, were maimed, said Mohammad Younus Stanekzai, the Balkh district governor.

According to local officials, 10 houses and 80 shops were also damaged in the attack.

"Unfortunately, the district building was totally damaged--100 percent--while the police HQ building was also damaged 80 percent," said Mohammad Younus Stanekzai, the Balkh district governor.

The Taliban

grabbed credit for the deadly attack.

TOLOnews’ correspondent Sayed Mohammad Arif Musavi visited the area three days after the attack and said on Wednesday that there are still security threats in the district.

Musavi painted a grim picture of the attack's aftermath.

"Administrative affairs have been suspended for two days," said Stanekzai.

Eyewitnesses said that the majority of those killed in the blast were civilians.

"No one is visiting the city and bazaar, they are all afraid," said Abdul Karim, a resident in Balkh.

The security agencies have so far not commented on how a truck full of explosives managed to reach such a highly secure area.

"Our personnel have been deployed in the area, there is no need to feel fear, everyone can return to their work," said Zia ul Haq Toofan, the commander of the Balkh district police.

Iraq
One Peshmerga killed in Zakho: commander
[Rudaw] A Peshmerga was killed by a suspected sniper in Zakho district on Tuesday morning while on a joint mission with border guards to hold a strategic point in the area near the Ottoman Turkish border where The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor...
is carrying out operations against the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), a commander told Rudaw.

"A group of border guards with the support of Peshmerga forces were going forward to control a strategic point at Darkar sub-district when two shots were fired. As a result a Peshmerga was martyred," Brig. Gen. Dler Zebari, a commander of Iraqi border guards, told Rudaw, adding that the source of the shots is unknown.

Zebari identified the Peshmerga who was killed as Razwan Mohammed from Zakho.

"There were only two shots fired. It seems it was a sniper who unfortunately martyred a Peshmerga," Zebari added.

The Ministry of Peshmerga condemned the act and blamed it on the PKK in a Facebook statement later on Tuesday. "The PKK forces must understand that with these actions nothing will be achieved and that our people will pay a big price."

They called on the Iraqi government to intervene and show their "active and effective role in stopping" the violations at the border areas of the Region.

Government Corruption
Open Letter To America by Dr. Steven Hatfill
Dear America,

This is the story of possibly the greatest corruption scandal in our country’s history.

This is the story of how petty bureaucrats and drug companies unjustly discredited an inexpensive FDA-approved drug that would have prevented COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths for political spite and financial gain. These perpetrators, who now hold more significant positions in government, need to be held accountable for over 500,000 American deaths and the disruption of our economy.

This is the story of how a few key government officials failed to implement our well-formulated National Pandemic Plan and their weaponization of a dangerously complicit mainstream media.

I tell this story because we, the People, deserve answers — those responsible need to be held accountable for their actions. The COVID-19 pandemic was a proverbial "warning shot across our bow." Thus, we must forever prioritize pandemic preparedness as critical to our national security.

We deserve better. We deserve the truth. We deserve answers. We deserve JUSTICE.

I hope my words and timeline will help clarify what has happened, who is involved, and what action must be taken to protect our health and freedom.

My name is Dr. Steven Hatfill. I am a specialist physician, recognized Virologist and Bioweapons expert and I worked as an outside advisor to the Executive Office of the President of the United States from February 2020 through the inaugural transition period of 2021. My statements are not speculation because I had a front-row seat from the very beginning of the pandemic. My subsequent published papers and articles have been painstakingly referenced and fact-checked.

Some will tell you this is just another conspiracy theory, so I ask you to read on and judge for yourselves.

FACTUAL EVENTS
  1. 2005 — the United States creates its first-ever National Pandemic Plan, outlining the actions to combat a serious respiratory viral disease pandemic. This is based on the previous Biological Weapons Improved Response Plan.
  2. 2008 — President Obama closes the White House Global Health Security Office.

  3. 2013 — after the SARS and MERS outbreaks, Chinese virologists collect hundreds of samples from bats for study at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). Collaborative research begins on the Coronaviruses, including Gain Of Function (GOF) experiments (research which involves increasing the capacity of a pathogen to cause illness) in China and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  4. 2014 — The West Africa Ebola virus outbreak occurs. Dr. Anthony Fauci MD promotes a single layer of gloves for nursing Ebola patients and other inadequate protective measures. His instructions endanger the lives of health care workers, and national guidelines for protection must be urgently updated.

  5. 2014 — United States’ Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) ban GOF research. The ban was implemented for 2014-2017.

  6. 2015 — Chinese virologists and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill conduct unauthorized GOF experiments on coronaviruses.

  7. 2017 — The 2005 Health and Human Services’ (HHS) National Pandemic Plan is updated. The specific responsibilities of local authorities, states, and the federal government have been clearly stated. The national plan is to use early, outpatient antiviral drug treatment, home quarantine, and case contact tracing to cover the "vaccine gap" (the time needed to develop a vaccine to coDear America,

  8. December 2019 — Chinese authorities report the first outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan. On January 21, the first recognized case of COVID-19 occurs in the United States.

  9. February 2020 — Dr. Steven Hatfill MD, a specialist physician and recognized Virologist, is brought into the White House as an outside medical advisor.

Some members of the COVID-19 Task Force are considering the use of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), a safe and effective FDA-approved drug, to control the rapidly spreading pandemic. The drug proves to prevent hospitalization if taken when early symptoms of COVID-19 arise. The drug is cost-effective at 60 cents per tablet with COVID-19 treatment consisting of 11 tablets taken over five days. The FDA considers HCQ to be a safer drug than Tylenol.

  10. March 23, 2020 — The Director of BARDA, (Biological Advanced Research Development Authority) Rick Bright Ph.D., is instructed by his superiors to work with the FDA to establish an Investigational New Drug (IND) authorization for HCQ. The next day, the Director of Drug Evaluation and Research at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Dr. Janet Woodcock MD, contacts Rick Bright at BARDA.

  11. March 24, 2020 — Dr. Woodcock wrongly advises Bright that HCQ is a dangerous drug requiring a EUA (Emergency Use Authorization). Its use should be limited to hospitalized patients. Bright and Dr. Woodcock promote this course of action, despite the early clinical data showing HCQ was the most effective in outpatients if given early during the initial infection, effectively eliminating hospitalization.

  12. The FDA issues a EUA for HCQ — for hospital use only.
In a legal document, Rick Bright makes a blatant admission of insubordination to multiple layers of leadership, including the White House, HHS Secretary Azar, and Dr. Robert Kadlec, MD, the Assistant HHS Secretary for Preparedness and Readiness.

Bright states the following in his Whistleblower Complaint: "...instead of a Nationwide Expanded Access IND protocol. Implementing the EUA was a compromise position, to rein in HHS leadership’s initial campaign to make the drugs available to the public outside of a hospital setting".

Question: When is it EVER acceptable to "compromise" public health during a rampaging pandemic?

  13. April 4, 2020 — Dr. Anthony Fauci MD, the member of the COVID-19 Task Force responsible for informing the President of the best course of action for pandemic control, appears to be unaware of the National Pandemic Plan. In a heated White House Situation Room meeting, Dr. Fauci refused to consider the use of HCQ for COVID-19 treatment. He dismisses the ever-accumulating HCQ efficacy reports from China, South Korea, and France as simply "anecdotal."

  14. April 22, 2020 — Rick Bright is fired as BARDA Director for his insubordination. Before his dismissal, he falsely informed the press that HCQ is a dangerous drug.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, Director of NIAID, who is not a virologist, disregards the National Pandemic Plan, which included outreach programs with physicians using HCQ for outpatient treatment and prevention to bring the COVID-19 pandemic under control.

Dr. Fauci brushes off the accumulating evidence and diverts millions of federal funds into a program to test and manufacture an experimental drug named Remdesivir. Remdesivir must be administered via IV and can only in the hospital. Instead of early community treatment, as prescribed in the original pandemic plan. Dr. Fauci changes the plan to promote "Societal Lockdowns" and push the development of highly experimental mRNA vaccines by multinational pharmaceutical corporations.

NOTE: Members of Fauci’s Covid-19 treatment panel have ties to Gilead Sciences, Inc. (Foster City, CA), the company that holds the patent for Remdesivir.

  15. May 16, 2020 — In Phase 1 clinical trials conducted by Gilead Sciences in cooperation with China and Japan, Remdesivir FAILED: "no statistically clinical effect, with severe adverse reactions."

NOTE: On October 16, 2020, the WHO concludes that Remdesivir is an ineffective drug and does not recommend its use to treat COVID-19.

  16. May 20, 2020 — Shortly after becoming Senior Medical Advisor to the FDA Commissioner, Dr. Woodcock recused herself over future decisions concerning vaccines, citing a conflict of interest.

  17. June 15, 2020 — Dr. Fauci ignores the data that HCQ works if the drug is administered during the first five days of infection. Its EUA is revoked, despite the overwhelming evidence of its effectiveness. The FDA claims that HCQ is causing fatal heart rhythms in hospitalized patients when the COVID-19 virus itself is the cause.

  18. June 29, 2020 — Dr. Fauci recommends a 1.6-billion-dollar purchase of Remdesivir despite the drug’s Phase 1 failure in China.

Question: Why did Dr. Fauci discredit HCQ, leaving us defenceless, and order 1.6 billion dollars of an ineffective and toxic drug?

NOTE: Dr. Fauci’s actions pave the way for the fast-track development of experimental mRNA vaccines (and their subsequent patents), which can only receive a EUA if no other approved & effective medicines, like outpatient HCQ.

After widespread lockdowns and millions of global deaths, the experimental mRNA vaccines are granted a EUA and released to the public. As of the date of this letter, the pandemic still prevails, and there is no FDA approved outpatient treatment for COVID-19.

A CALL TO ACTION FOR PREVENTION, JUSTICE, AND REFORM

The actions of Dr. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Janet Woodcock, and Rick Bright, Ph.D., must be independently investigated, and they must be held accountable.

All conflicts of interest and the interactions between government officials and pharmaceutical companies, including the publication of faulty research papers in respected medical journals, must be investigated, and they must be held accountable.

Immediately reinstate HCQ as an FDA-approved drug for COVID-19.
The U.S. Pandemic Plan must be immediately reinstated as initially crafted.

Establish an outside independent United States Pandemic Response Department, with board powers including oversight.

“We found that when the cumulative doses of two drugs, HCQ and AZM, were above a certain level, patients had a survival rate 2.9 times the other patients,” the study’s conclusion states. Additionally, “By using causal analysis and considering of weight-adjusted cumulative dose, we prove the combined therapy, >3 g HCQ and > 1g AZM greatly increases survival in Covid patients on IMV and that HCQ cumulative dose > 80 mg/kg works substantially better.

Death of Boko Haram's leader spells trouble for Nigeria and its neighbors
This is after him being alive spelled trouble for Nigeria and its neighbors. Can't win either way, can they? It'd probably spell trouble for them if he was in a long term coma. It would be even worse trouble for them if the stake fell out of his heart and he flew through the night looking for tasty victims with lots of blood to drink, especially if he could find Mina Harker.

was declared dead, only to reappear in videos taunting the government of Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari. Nevertheless, Nigerian security expert Kabir Adamu is fairly sure that this time Shekau was killed. "Every sort of source that could confirm the information has verified that it is true," he told DW.

Unearthed Video Shows Peter Daszak Describing ‘Chinese Colleagues' Developing ‘Killer' Coronaviruses.
[National Pulse via Rantingly] EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak — who collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology on research funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease — appears to boast about the manipulation of "killer" SARS-like coronaviruses carried out by his "colleagues in China" in a clip unearthed by The National Pulse.

Daszak made the admission at a 2016 forum discussing "emerging infectious diseases and the next pandemic," which appears to be at odds with Fauci’s repeated denial of funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

While describing how his organization sequences deadly viruses, Daszak describes the process of "insert[ing] spike proteins" into viruses to see if they can "bind to human cells" as being carried out by his "colleagues in China":

"Then when you get a sequence of a virus, and it looks like a relative of a known nasty pathogen, just like we did with SARS. We found other coronaviruses in bats, a whole host of them, some of them looked very similar to SARS. So we sequenced the spike protein: the protein that attaches to cells. Then we... Well I didn’t do this work, but my colleagues in China did the work. You create pseudo particles, you insert the spike proteins from those viruses, see if they bind to human cells. At each step of this you move closer and closer to this virus could really become pathogenic in people.

"You end up with a small number of viruses that really do look like killers," he adds.

    The Grand Turk
Turkey Seeks Cooperation with Egypt on Eastern Mediterranean, Libya
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
has underlined the need for coordination with Egypt on several important issues, pointing to ongoing discussions aimed at improving relations between the two countries.

Spokesman for Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party Omer Celik said that his country and Egypt have work to do regarding bilateral relations, Libya and the Mediterranean.

The intelligence services in the two countries continue their talks on security issues, despite the rupture of relations between Ankara and Cairo, Celik said, adding: "The talks that started between our intelligence services have moved to the framework of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From now on, steps will be taken to enable us to focus on concrete issues through mutual discussions and consultations."

His comments followed a meeting on Monday night of the Executive Committee of the ruling party headed by President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First
...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than there are in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really most important...
Last week, Erdogan said that his country wants to make the most of opportunities for cooperation with Egypt and to improve relations on the basis of mutual benefit.

"Our cultural relations are very strong, and we have solid historical ties with Egypt. We have great potential for cooperation in a wide range of fields, from the eastern Mediterranean to Libya," the Ottoman Turkish president stated.

He continued: "Talks that started with Egypt, first between the intelligence units on both sides, and then between officials from the two foreign ministries, have expanded and are ongoing. For us, there is no problem with the Egyptian and Ottoman Turkish foreign ministers holding discussions on these issues."

After a series of Ottoman Turkish statements of rapprochement with Egypt, which were followed by contacts between the two countries’ intelligence services, a Ottoman Turkish delegation headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Sedat Onal visited Cairo on May 5-6.

A joint statement noted that the discussions touched on bilateral and a number of regional issues.

Iran Debate Puts Problems on One Man: the Outgoing President
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Iran's seven presidential candidates on Tuesday put all the problems of the country squarely on the shoulders of the one man who wasn't there to defend himself: Outgoing President Hassan Rouhani
...Iran's moderate president, which he is, relative to his predecessor, which doesn't mean he's anything but a puppet of the nearest holy man...
After a raucous first debate, the aspirants on a televised debate focused their attention on Rouhani and mocked his administration's "hope" campaign that surrounded its now-tattered 2015 nuclear deal with world powers.

That allowed candidates to link former Central Bank chief Abdolnasser Hemmati to Rouhani while allowing hardline judiciary chief Ebrahim Raisi, believed to be the race's front-runner, to largely escape criticism.

Robbers swipe beer from NYC bodega, brutally beat worker
[FoxNews] A pair of robbers swiped a case of beer from a Manhattan bodega — and then brutally beat the store employee who tried to stop him, disturbing video released early Wednesday shows.

The suspects entered the Deli and Grill Bodega on Grand Street near Columbia Street on the Lower East Side around 4:55 a.m. Friday, and walked out with a case of Coors Light they hadn’t paid for, authorities said.
    Coors Light? You said beer.
The 65-year-old worker followed the duo outside, leading to a dispute over payment, cops said.

The argument heated up when both suspects started punching and kicking him, the video clip shows. The worker then fell to the ground as he tried to fight back.

One of the suspects then grabbed a baseball bat from the victim and started hitting him with it, the clip shows.

Meanwhile, the other assailant allegedly went behind the store counter and removed packs of Newport cigarettes worth $450, police said. Both suspects then took off.

The victim, who suffered non-life-threatening head and body injuries, was treated by EMS on scene.

One of the suspects is described as a man with a medium complexion and medium build, is approximately in his mid-30s and weighs about 160 pounds, with short, black hair and multiple tattoos, police said.

The other man had a dark complexion, medium build, is approximately in his mid-30s and weighs about 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black do-rag, a black hooded jacket, a black t-shirt with yellow lettering on the front and black shorts.

Biden drops ban on TikTok, other Chinese-owned apps, wants security review
[FoxNews] US courts have successfully blocked the former administration's August 2020 order banning the apps.

President Biden on Wednesday dropped the former Trump administration's executive order blocking U.S. operations with TikTok and other Chinese-owned apps like WeChat and called for a security review of the apps.

U.S. courts have successfully blocked the former administration's August 2020 order banning the apps' U.S. operations. The order cited national security concerns due to a 2017 Chinese law that says any Chinese company must share data with the Chinese government upon request.

"President Biden revoked and replaced three E.O.s that aimed to prohibit transactions with TikTok, WeChat, and eight other communications and financial technology software applications; two of these E.O.s are subject to litigation," the president's Wednesday executive order reads.

In their place, the Biden administration issued a new executive order directing "the use of a criteria-based decision framework and rigorous, evidence-based analysis to address the risks posed by [information and communications technology and services] transactions involving" Chinese-developed or Chinese-controlled apps "that may present an undue or unacceptable risk to the national security of the United States and the American people."

TikTok is owned by Chinese tech giant ByteDance, though the social media app has repeatedly said it does not share any user information with the Chinese Communist Party.

The U.S. ban put pressure on the China-based company to sell the app’s U.S. platform to Oracle and Walmart under Trump, but the app ultimately decided in February not to sell its ownership.

I think I'll go with Snusort Thud5135's comment,
it's the clearest and most concise comment posted this month.

I know there will be others, who disagree,

Israeli Tuesday Night Strikes Kill 11 Syria Troops
On Day 1 it was no deaths in an attack on Damascus, on Day 2 eight bodies appeared in Damascus and Homs, and today it’s risen to 11 in Damascus, two sites in Homs, Latakia, and Hama. Pretty soon the attack will be proclaimed an attempted genocide bouncing rubble across the entire country.

    Caribbean-Latin America
Nicaragua arrests two more opposition figures
[EN.ALGHADEERTV.NET] Authorities in Nicaragua have arrested two more potential presidential challengers to veteran leader Daniel Ortega in elections later this year.

Felix Maradiaga and Juan Sebastián Chamorro have been accused of terrorism and plotting against Nicaragua’s illusory sovereignty and independence.

They were held under a controversial new security law passed in December by Mr. Ortega’s government.

Two other opposition leaders have been arrested in recent days.

The US branded Mr. Ortega "a dictator" following Tuesday’s arrests.

Last week, opposition leader Cristiana Chamorro was placed under house arrest for alleged money laundering, which she denies.

And on Saturday another opposition figure, Arturo Cruz, was detained at Managua airport as he arrived from the US.

President Ortega, 75, is seeking a fourth consecutive term in November’s election.

On Tuesday, Mr. Maradiaga, 44, was summoned to the public prosecutor’s office in Managua and after being questioned he left the building, saying: "I am going to stay in the running for the presidential candidacy."

According to reports, police then stopped him and his lawyer in their car. An opposition front man said Mr. Maradiaga had been beaten by police during the arrest and that his whereabouts were unknown.

Shortly afterward, Juan Sebastián Chamorro — a cousin of Cristiana Chamorro — was detained at his home outside Managua.

Separate police statements said the arrests were carried out for the same reasons — for "carrying out acts that undermine independence, illusory sovereignty, and self-determination, inciting foreign interference in internal affairs, and calling for military interventions".

The men are also accused of using "financing from foreign powers to carry out acts of terrorism and destabilisation".

Tweeting after Mr. Maradiaga’s arrest, the top US diplomat for Latin America, Julie Chung, said the move "should resolve any remaining doubts about Ortega’s credentials as a dictator".

    Iraq
Source reveals to Shafaq News where the Balad airbase rockets were launched from
[SHAFAQ] A security source revealed to Shafaq News Agency that the rockets that targeted the Balad airbase today were launched from Khalis district in Diyala Governorate, near the Tigris River’s banks.

The source pointed out that five rockets targeted the base, noting that some landed near the F16 aircraft hangar.

Balad Air Base, which hosts U.S forces, had been subjected to a rocket attack on Wednesday evening.

The Security Media Cell said in a statement that the base was targeted by three rockets, noting that no causalities were recorded.

Balad airbase is one of the bases from which the Global Coalition forces withdrew, previously hosted a small unit of the U.S. Air Force. Currently, it hosts the Iraqi armed forces and U.S. Sallyport contractors, which are tasked with maintaining Iraqi F-16s.

Palestinian-Jordanian bus bomber freed from Israeli prison, gets hero’s welcome
    [IsraelTimes] A Paleostinian-Jordanian man jugged
Drop the heater, Studs, or you're hist'try!
in Israel after planting a bomb on a bus that maimed 13 civilians in 2000 is released after serving his 20-year sentence.

Abdullah Abu Jaber, 46, is welcomed with flowers and shouts of joy by his family after he enters Jordan across the Sheikh Hussein Bridge.

Abu Jaber, originally from Jordan’s Baqaa refugee camp, hid a bomb on a bus in Tel Aviv on December 28, 2000, detonating it remotely and wounding 13 people. He was arrested the following day.

According to the Israeli charge sheet, Jaber was recruited by the armed wing of Fatah in Nablus, in the West Bank, and had entered Israel illegally.

Upon his release, he calls for rival Paleostinian factions Fatah and the Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", to end their long division and form a common front against Israel.

"I hope that the Paleostinians will be united again," he says, adding the differences extended to Paleostinians inside Israeli prisons.

Yunis Abu Sil, a member of the Paleostinian National Council, the PLO’s legislative arm, says he is "very happy" and calls Jaber a "hero."

General Mladic's son: his father honestly defended his people and defended them
    Direct translation. Edited.
[Regnum] The Appeals Chamber of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals in The Hague on 8 June confirmed the life sentence of General of the Bosnian Serb Army Ratko Mladic . The decision of the court of first instance, according to which General Mladic was declared guilty of genocide, crimes against humanity, violation of the laws and customs of warfare and terror against civilians in November 2017, will remain in force. Only one of the judges - Priska Matimba Niyamba from Zambia - questioned the justice of the punishment assigned to General Mladic. However, her voice could not significantly affect the final decision of the court.

Interlocutors of IA REGNUM from Serbia and Russia told whether General Mladic could count on an objective trial, given the extreme bias of the Hague Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia towards the Serbs.

The son of General Darko Mladic was not surprised by the verdict of the Appeals Chamber, but not at all because the general was really guilty of what he was convicted of. According to Darko, from the very beginning of the trial, his father Ratko Mladic had no chance of a fair trial.

    On Kim Jong-un
[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] A few days ago, a new law was issued in North Korea
...hereditary Communist monarchy distinguished by its truculence and periodic acts of violence. Distinguishing features include Songun (Army First) policy, which involves feeding the army before anyone but the Dear Leadership, and Juche, which is Kim Jong Il's personal interpretation of Marxism-Leninism, which he told everybody was brilliant. In 1950 the industrialized North invaded agrarian South Korea. Twenty-one countries of the United Nations eventually contributed to the UN force opposing the invasion, with the United States providing around 90% of the military personnel. Seventy years later the economic results are in and it doesn't look good for Juche...
. It was described by the Western media as intending to eradicate all forms of foreign influence: Punishment that goes as far as the death penalty
for anyone caught acquiring Western movies or wearing foreign clothes. Speaking some of the country’s dialects is another cause for punishment. Everyone from the detainee’s neighborhood is summoned to witness the execution of the sentence. Whoever does not show up is considered a traitor.

#1  Personally, I liked Khaddafy better, but he was a self made man. The terror apparatus that maintains the country was long in place and an inheritance when Kim was born.

Ideology notwithstanding, you have to keep in mind he did not ask for any of this and there is no simple exit. Standing one's uncle in front of a quad 12.7 gets big headlines but it also requires lots of henchmen.

There is no way on earth he can throw open the gates and just say let's be friends. Somebody is going to pay and his henchmen know it very well. The North Korean version of musical chairs with some Tim Burton thrown in for fun.
