Lilyan Tashman was born on October 23, 1896, in Brooklyn, New York, to Rose (Cook) and Morris Tashman. Her parents were Jewish immigrants, her father from Bialystok, Poland, and her mother from Germany. After toying with some stage work, she made her film debut with Experience (1921). That was her only film of that year, and the next year she also made only one film, Head Over Heels (1922) (this was at a time when some studios and their performers were turning out a film per week). She had no other offers for 1923, but her constant rounds of the casting offices finally did some good. In 1924 she appeared in no less than six films. For a while she averaged about seven movies a year. Lilyan was one of a relatively few silent-era performers who easily made the transition into the sound era. In 1934 she finished filming Frankie and Johnnie (1936) and went into the hospital, in New York, to have some tumors removed. It was there she died on March 21, 1934, at the age of 37. The film was released two years after she died.

Charged with assault in 1931, when she beat actress Alona Marlowe after catching her in husband Edmund Lowe's dressing room. The charges were later dropped. In retellings of this story, Alona is often confused with her better-known sister, June Marlowe.
Interred at the Washington Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York. About 10,000 people crowded the streets surrounding the cemetery for her funeral.
Tashman left some $31,000 in cash, along with $121,000 in furs and jewels, but had not thought to leave a will. This resulted in years of legal squabbling between her husband Edmund Lowe and her two surviving sisters, Hattie and Jennie. A third sister, also an actress, had died in 1931.
Lilyan first entered a New York hospital for surgery in 1932, for what was described in the press as an appendectomy. "She was worried about her health," Tashman's friend Virginia Maxwell said after her death. "If the physicians knew she had a tumor, I don't believe they ever told her so." She continued to appear on screen despite her weakening physical health and finished her final role in Frankie and Johnny (1936) just two weeks before her death of abdominal cancer.
Started her career in the legendary Ziegfeld Follies revue, starring alongside several future stars including Marion Davies and Ina Claire.
Renowned for her personal style, Tashman was one of Hollywood's leading "clothes horses" during the early 1930s.
Tashman is alleged to have been romantically involved with Joan Crawford, Greta Garbo and Kay Francis, and to have gotten into physical altercations with Lupe Velez, Constance Bennett and Alona Marlowe, during her time as an actress in Hollywood.

We have been told that 34,449,016 Americans (10.4%) have had COVID19. But only approximately 5,167,352 (1.56%) were actually symptomatic. We have been told that 618,294 (0.19%) Americans have died of COVID19. But the "experts " have since been forced to admit that the real number who may have died of COVID19 is much closer to 37,098 (0.011%) — approximately 6% of the originally stated false number.
Still, it has been used to totally control 100% of the U.S. (and global) population, mostly people who always "go long to get along," no matter how insane and suicidal it is! Control is what it was all about from the start, but for what end game purpose?

When I'm sound asleep, my thoughts and emotions lose contact with external reality. That's not a psychosis. The definition of terms in this article needs a great deal of refining. There certainly is a mass disruption of people's thinking going on nationwide.

[Just the News] An order handed down by a Georgia judge today named several individual members of a county elections board as respondents in an election-related lawsuit, clearing the way for an intensive audit of 2020 absentee ballots in Georgia's largest county.
Superior Court Judge Brian Amero in a Thursday ruling dismissed several claims brought against governmental entities of Fulton County on sovereign immunity grounds, but he allowed the five members of Fulton County's Board of Registration and Elections to be named in the suit.
"Sovereign immunity" is a legal doctrine that holds that governmental parties are protected from many or most forms of lawsuits. In Amero's ruling, he notes that Georgia law stipulates that "no suit alleging violations of due process or equal protection rights under the Georgia Constitution, that seek declaratory or injunctive relief, may be initiated against either the state or county," barring a waiver from the state legislature or the state constitution.
Yet even as he dismissed the government parties in the suit, Amero subsequently moved to add the five members of Fulton's elections board as parties pursuant to a request from the petitioners in the case.

O'Biden Junta: Would you settle for an arm and a leg?
[TownHall] - Give Charles Murray, longtime scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, credit for courage. Again and again, despite outrageously unfair attacks, he has returned to the public arena and persisted in telling unwelcome truths. In his meticulous prose, with charts and tables so elegant as to betray an aesthetic bent, he makes his points with precision and clarity.
Murray's 1994 book "The Bell Curve," co-authored with Harvard psychologist Richard Herrnstein, evoked furious and undeserved denunciation. It will be interesting to see whether there is a similar reaction to his latest and much shorter book, "Facing Reality: Two Truths About Race in America."
His first truth is that "American Whites, Blacks, Latinos, and Asians, as groups, have different means and distributions of cognitive abilities." Murray makes mincemeat of arguments against IQ tests and shows that they're highly correlated with achievement in schools and in later life. Asians have the highest average scores, followed by Whites, Latinos and Blacks.
Murray's second truth is that "American Whites, Blacks, Latinos, and Asians, as groups, have different rates of violent crime." Murray deftly extrapolates from the best available crime rates and shows that average violent crime rates are far above average among Blacks, somewhat above average among Latinos, somewhat below average among Whites and almost negligible among Asians.
For many Americans, these are uncomfortable (I have often used the word "unhappy") truths. Blacks are about eight times more likely than Whites (I use Murray's capitalization practice) to commit violent crimes. And I feel a twinge of discomfort in the below-average cognitive ability scores of some of my ancestral ethnicities. Any time, anyone, solves a quadratic equation it is a microaggression against the Blacks?
Conventional media and academic elites routinely suppress these truths, apparently for fear that ordinary Americans would take them as a warrant for racial discrimination against individuals. To that argument, I reply, as I did in National Review in 1994 and in a Washington Examiner blog post in 2013, that ordinary Americans know better.
"They have learned, from school, from work, from everyday life, that there is wider variation within each measured group than between measured groups." They understand that averages don't reliably describe individuals, "that it is irrational to discriminate according to race or religion or ethnic group, and that it is rational to judge individuals on their own merits."
...Those in need of facing the reality of Charles Murray's two truths are not ordinary Americans, but elites -- the corporate leaders, gentry liberal voters and human resources department lifers who cling desperately to the identity politics of Black Lives Matter organizers and the critical race theory hucksters. How come nobody ever demands diversity for NFL/NBA?

Another day, more hit pieces on Gov. Ron DeSantis from the mainstream media. It just never ends, and will only get worse between now and the 2022 and 2024 election cycles.
The latest round comes courtesy of (surprise) the Washington Post and The Hill, both of which published articles that not only had headlines that were flat out false but also contained information within them that was misleading at best and a lie at worst.
Let’s take a look at them.
First up, here was the Washington Post’s headline, declaring that the popular Florida Governor had "mandate[d] surveys of Florida students’ beliefs":

I just read a sidebar in Discover Magazine about a genetically-modified virus that cured an aggressive cancer. Two years in remission, so the trial is 3-4 years old.
Not the same thing as mRNA, but in the same 'ballpark'.

A white farmer named Scott Wynn of Jennings, Florida, in May had challenged U.S. President Joe Biden’s plans as he faced farm loans and financial hardship during the pandemic. He said the debt relief program discriminated against him by race.
U.S. District Judge Marcia Morales Howard blocked the government’s $4 billion aid package to farmers of color on Wednesday, ruling that the plaintiff had established a “strong likelihood” of the policy violating his right to equal protection under the law.
[Ynet] Canada said on Thursday it had found no evidence that Iran's downing of a Ukrainian passenger plane last year had been premeditated, and condemned what it called the incompetence and recklessness of those responsible.
Iran has admitted it shot down the airliner shortly after takeoff from Tehran in January 2020, killing 176 people, and blamed a "disastrous mistake" by forces on high alert during a confrontation with the United States.
A special Canadian forensic team charged with examining all available information about the incident, including classified intelligence, said it had "found no evidence that Iranian officials ordered the shoot-down or that it was premeditated".

[NTD] A 25-year-old woman from Chicago who was ambushed and shot on Father’s Day by a group of thugs while seated in a car next to her boyfriend died from her injuries on Tuesday, according to reports.
The mother of two young children, Yasmin Perez, was beaten and shot in the neck on June 20 and left to die on the street together with her boyfriend after both getting pulled from their vehicle following a minor car accident.
According to footage of the incident that was shared widely on social media, a group of black men surrounded, attacked, and shot the couple following a rear-end collision.
The graphic video shows the couple lying on the pavement next to their car as one of the suspects unleashes a rain of bullets and then ran off.
Gyovanny Arzuaga, 24, the boyfriend of Perez, who is also the father of the two children, was struck by gunfire multiple times during the same ambush and pronounced dead at a hospital that same night. He suffered from gunshot wounds in the head, hip, and thigh, FOX 32 News in Chicago reported.

An attorney disciplinary committee said in its motion to suspend Giuliani’s license that there was "uncontroverted evidence" that Giuliani had made false statements to the courts, the public and politicians, as he pushed theories that the election was stolen through fraud.
"This country is being torn apart by continued attacks on the legitimacy of the 2020 election and of our current president, Joseph R. Biden," the committee wrote. "The hallmark of our democracy is predicated on free and fair elections. False statements intended to foment a loss of confidence in our elections and resulting loss of confidence in government generally damage the proper functioning of a free society."
The ruling, signed Thursday, will prevent Giuliani from representing clients as a lawyer.
A message seeking comment about the ruling was sent Thursday to Giuliani and his lawyer.
In the decision, the committee wrote that Giuliani "communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, politicians and the public on the lam" as a lawyer for Trump.
Giuliani had claimed that the investigation into his conduct violated his First Amendment right of free speech and that he did not knowingly make false statements, according to the decision.
The court rejected those arguments, noting that in Pennsylvania, Giuliani failed to "provide a scintilla of evidence for any of the varying and wildly inconsistent numbers of dead people he factually represented voted in Philadelphia during the 2020 presidential election."
Giuliani was the primary mouthpiece for Trump’s lies after the 2020 election, standing at a presser in front of Four Seasons Total Landscaping outside Philadelphia on the day the race was called for Biden and saying they would challenge what he claimed was a vast conspiracy by Democrats.
The lies around the 2020 election helped push an angry mob of pro-Trump rioters to storm the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 in a shocking effort to stop the certification of President Joe Biden ...... 46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem mschine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family...... ’s victory. And since that time, Republicans have used that lie to push stricter voting laws nationwide.
The suspension comes as Giuliani is under scrutiny by federal prosecutors over his interactions with figures in Ukraine while he was trying to get that country to launch an investigation of Biden’s son.
Federal agents raided Giuliani’s home and office in April, taking electronic devices, including phones and computers.
The investigation includes an examination of whether Giuliani was required to register as a foreign agent in the U.S. Some of the Ukrainian figures Giuliani was worked with were also interested in getting his help lobbying the Trump administration to dismiss the U.S. ambassador to that country.
That investigation was not a factor in the suspension of his law license.
The suspension won’t affect Giuliani’s ability to act as a lobbyist or do security consulting, but will likely will prevent him from practicing law in jurisdictions even beyond New York, said David S. Weinstein, a former federal prosecutor.
Giuliani would be obligated to tell other states about the suspension, he said, which "in all likelihood will cause them to say, ’You won’t be able to practice here.’"

Guiliani should appeal. It seems like it is going to be easier to prove election fraud than disprove it. I have watched many hearings on TV where politicians have lied outright to the American people; they seem to be insulated from any blowback. Look at Schiff during the impeachments and other hearings--the guy lied like a rug.

That lack of training and unit cohesion was amply demonstrated by the half a million Chinese, coming off a civil war, who descended upon them. Ngo has worked diligently to report on the tactics of far-leftist turban group Antifa, which has staged and engaged in riots and demonstrations across the US as part of their aim to sow chaos.
Ngo told the audience that Antifa is a "terroristic organization that organizes openly" and has "ideological ties to communism." He said that RICO laws, which were enacted to deal with organized crime, should be used to target Antifa.

Because of their support for the American administration, Afghans applying for visas are always concerned about Taliban assaults and have been forced to flee their homes with their families of small kids.

TRT reports that a US delegation is expected to travel to Turkey to discuss Kabul airport's security on Thursday, according to Ottoman Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
Quoted by TRT, Ottoman Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said on Wednesday that Turkey had a military presence in Afghanistan working under NATO's Resolute Support Mission to guard the airport for six years.
He said details of the plan were still being discussed.
TRT reports that Ankara has said it cannot carry out the mission without support.
The Afghan government has said that it is in talks with Turkey over the security of Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul.
Afghanistan will decide about the issue in light of its national interests, National Security Council said on June 18.
The Presidential Palace has pledged that all airports in Afghanistan will remain operational once the foreign forces withdraw from the country in the coming months.

[Zero Hedge] The Ever Given container ship could soon be released from Egyptian authority's control after nearly three months following the vessel's accident in the Suez Canal in March that closed the world's most important shipping lane for six days. The Suez Canal Authority (S.C.A.) and the vessel's owners have been bickering over settlement figures for canal disruptions. However, it appears an "agreement in principle" between the vessel's owners and the S.C.A. has finally been reached.
On Wednesday, the container ship's insurers released a statement confirming "an agreement in principle between the parties has been reached." The vessel has been moored in Great Bitter Lake, a large saltwater lake in Egypt that is part of the Suez Canal, seized under Egyptian law until the vessel's owners paid a settlement that was once nearly $1 billion.
"Following extensive discussions with the Suez Canal Authority's negotiating committee over the past few weeks, an agreement in principle between the parties has been reached," the UK P&I Club, a protection and indemnity insurance company wrote in a Wednesday press release. "Together with the owner and the ship's other insurers we are now working with the S.C.A. to finalize a signed settlement agreement as soon as possible."
UK P&I Club did not discuss exact details about the agreement. Over the last few months, Egypt demanded compensation of $916 million for the six-day disruption when Ever Given was stuck in the lower end of the canal. More recently, the insurer opposed a $600 million settlement.
According to the Egyptian newspaper Ahram Online, Egypt requested $550 million on the requirement that $200 million would be paid immediately. It's still unclear what the current agreement in principle details.
After nearly three months and plenty of negotiations, it appears the Ever Given could soon be released from Egyptian control.
[Aljazeera] Minneapolis, Minnesota, US — Thirteen months to the day after George Floyd was murdered on the streets of south Minneapolis, Derek Chauvin, the ex-Minneapolis police officer who put his knee to Floyd’s neck for nine and a half minutes, will be sentenced for the second-degree murder conviction he received on April 20.
While Chauvin was found guilty on all three charges — second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter — Minnesota law stipulates that he will only be given a sentence for the severest of the three because they all arise out of the same behaviour.
His conviction was written the day of his arrest.
Despite Floyd fleeing the scene, having to be chased down, resisting arrest, ingesting his own illegal drugs, that more than likely killed him.
But as things quiet down, the courts will allow a politically timed retrial. Simply to cover the many Prosecutions illegal processes that have already been found and documented. Like, delaying discovery or hiding evidence, selecting known bias Jury members and more.

It is my opinion he was arrested to appease the BLOM and support the Socialist-Democrat Election year Voting agenda. All of which were funded by by certain Anti-USA parties during the 2020 election year.
When will this retrial happen?

[DefenceBlog] A Sikorsky S-70i Black Hawk combat utility helicopter of the Philippine Air Force crashed on Wednesday during a training flight.
According to a media statement from Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base released on Thursday, an S-70i utility helicopter of the 205th Tactical Helicopter Wing on a night flight training figured in a mishap a few miles from Colonel Ernesto Rabina Air Base in Capas, Tarlac.
The helicopter was earlier reported to be late from the estimated time of return to its station at Clark Air Base, Pampanga thus prompted the eventual search.
No survivors have been found after one of the Philippine Air Force’s Sikorsky S-70i Black Hawk combat utility helicopters crashed. At least six Philippine Air Force (PAF) personnel are believed dead.
The rest of the Black Hawk units will be grounded until the conclusion of the investigation.
Also noted that night flight proficiency training is part of the capabilities of the pilots and crew, in this case, the Black Hawk S-70i, prior to their full deployment to assist our frontline units in their missions. Although with inherent risks, this competency is vital and necessary for the transport and logistics requirements of Unified Commands.

They said that currently they are engaged in fighting on the frontlines with the Taliban, stating that they await permission from the government to launch offensives against the group.
TOLOnews’ correspondent Sayed Mohammad Aref Musavi, who reported from Afghania village in Nahr-e-Shahi district on the frontlines, said that hundreds of public uprising forces have deployed in the area to repel a possible comeback by the Taliban.
"We battled the Taliban for 15 days, our deaders and maimed people remained there, but we never evacuated our checkpoints," said Abdullah, a commander of public uprising forces in Balkh.
"With the help of the people and the security forces, we will soon clear the areas that we lost," said Mohammad Sarwar, a commander of the public uprising forces.
The Afghan politicians have pledged that they will defend against Taliban attacks.
"Today’s circumstances require us to defend the honor and dignity of our people and support our security and defense forces," said Gul Mohammad Erkin, deputy head of the Junbish-e-Milli party.
"Planning is completed and we are determined to retake areas that we lost in the districts," said Haseebullah Quraishi, the commander of the Afghan Public Protection Force in Balkh.
The situation in Mazar-e-Sharif city, the center of Balkh is carrying on as normal, say locals, and businesses are open as usual. However, ars longa, vita brevis... the residents have said that there is a need for more robust security measures to protect the city from Taliban threats.
[Bus Insider] A researcher in Seattle claims he's discovered 13 partial coronavirus sequences from samples collected in Wuhan, China, that were deleted from a US database last year.
The discovery could mean scientists researching the origins of the pandemic have been working with incomplete data, he said.
Dr. Jesse Bloom, a researcher at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, said Tuesday that he had recovered the deleted files from Google Cloud, and had reconstructed partial sequences of 13 viruses. He said they came from samples taken at the early stages of pandemic in Wuhan, where scientists first discovered SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
The data initially came from a study by Wuhan University scientists, he said.
Bloom said his findings suggested the coronavirus was already circulating in Wuhan before being linked to COVID-19 outbreaks at the Huanan Seafood Market. They also suggested the sequences used in most studies into the virus' origins, including the joint WHO-China report, "are not fully representative of the viruses actually present in Wuhan at that time," he said.
Throughout the pandemic, Bloom has called for more research into the origins of the pandemic. But he told CNN that the new sequences alone didn't provide any further evidence about whether the virus spread naturally from animals to humans or was, as some claim, the result of a laboratory leak.
Bloom said that the samples, from early outpatients in Wuhan, were a "gold mine" for scientists wanting to understand the spread of the virus.

SURFSIDE, Florida — Nearly 100 people remained unaccounted on Midday Thursday, hours after a wing of a 12-story beachfront condo building collapsed near Miami, killing at least one person and trapping residents in rubble and twisted metal.
Rescuers pulled out dozens of survivors and continued to look for more.
Police said they were still without news of 99 people who may have been inside the apartment block at the time it collapsed. Another 102 building residents had been accounted for, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said.
Officials said they did not know how many were in the tower when it fell around 1:30 a.m.,
"The building is literally pancaked," Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett said. "That is heartbreaking because it doesn’t mean, to me, that we are going to be as successful as we wanted to be in finding people alive."
Comments from a friend: What are the odds they had cameras set up way above the building that were perfectly ready to film the collapse in movie high definition quality?
How likely is that if it wasn't a planned in advance controlled demolition of an abandoned, or unsafe part of a building? Just like Sept. 11th was planned in advanced for perfect filming.
Seems like when buildings are found to have problems they can evacuate the bad unsafe part of the building, knock it down, get insurance to pay for it to be rebuilt on the stolen tax payers and insurance payers money.
If you carefully watch that surveillance camera video in slow-motion 3-5 FPS you can see distinct flashes reflecting from the base of the structure upward prior to it's fall over, and also along the side walls after the center section collapses then an uncanny almost 5 second pause before the adjacent structure on the left collapses into it's footprint almost like a carbon-copy of WTC-3 on Sept 13th!
Also look at the high res photos of the building remaining standing, notice how the wall cross-sections look as if someone cut them with a razor knife and the existing rebar embedded in the still stand concrete walls is bent downward at a CLEAN 90° downward bend-angle, almost as if the supporting concrete masonry which was embedded around the rebar was compromised somehow an then gave way, literally slid off of the same in a lateral downward motion!
This is NOT normal building structural failure modes people. Finally the present video we have DOES NOT HAVE sound recording of the event. This is VERY critical evidence that is needed. I am SURE there exists at-least several more Videotaped Surveillance Recordings and Seismographic Records someplace that were in the area.
I for one would be HIGHLY INTERESTED to hear the ENHANCED Sound Recording and Gravitational/Sub-surface recordings and records that were caught in the moments before and during that Building's collapse! (get it ?? Small booms in rapid succession ???)
This of course assuming there are other videotaped records and similar data from adjacent Buildings, Street Cameras, Store Night Cameras, Ring Doorbell Cameras <---(get these ones especially !!!) and similar electronic recording and security devices which were operating in the area and IN THE BUILDING ITSELF during the event.
Something is truly at work here. Even this close to the ocean, buildings do not just topple over like this one did on their own.

Combined forces from the 45th Infantry Battalion and police launched the operation Wednesday night to arrest Abu Sayyaf member Rudymar Habib Jihiiran (alias Gulam) in Patikul, a town on southern Jolo Island, said Maj. Gen. William Gonzales, head of local military forces.
"The security forces were supposed to serve a warrant of arrest against Gulam when he and his comrade fired at our forces," Gonzales said in a statement.
A brief firefight ensued, allowing Gulam and two other holy warriors to escape, Gonzales said, adding that an alleged Abu Sayyaf member identified only as Sawi was killed.
Troops recovered bomb-making paraphernalia after the raid, according to commanding officer Lt. Col. Vicente Mabborang.
In addition, troops rescued Sitti Aisyah Rullie, 13, who apparently was married to a hard boy, Gonzales said.
"She is an Indonesian who is being indoctrinated in conducting bombings and also the wife of Jihiiran," Gonzales said.
Mabborang, meanwhile, identified her as a daughter of holy warriors Rullie Rian Zeke and Ulfah Handayani Saleh, who were identified as the bombers of the Jolo cathedral. The Indonesian couple, who had been indoctrinated by Abu Sayyaf bomber Mundi Sawadjaan, killed 21 people and themselves in in a twin suicide kaboom in January 2019.

A small quadcopter drone was used in the attack on TESA, the report said, citing an Iranian source who was not identified.

[FoxNews] Aurora Police chief said she will not allow city to become place 'where criminals feel emboldened'.
Two women and a man in Illinois' second largest city outside Chicago are facing felony charges after allegedly beating and strangling a police officer who pulled them over for a traffic stop.
The Aurora Police Department announced Tuesday that 28-year-old Paul Sherrod, 24-year-old Jennifer Taylor and 26-year-old Sheba Taylor have each been charged with aggravated battery, resisting or obstructing a police officer causing injury and aggravated assault of a peace officer.
A male officer, whose name has not been released, performed a traffic stop on Sherrod around 10:30 p.m. Monday after he allegedly rolled through a stop sign near the intersection of Plum Street and Randall Road near West Aurora High School, Fox 32 Chicago reported.
The vehicle, with two passengers inside later identified as Jennifer and Sheba Taylor, pulled into a driveway in the 600 block of North Elmwood Drive, and "the driver began yelling obscenities out the window," according to a press release from the police department.
A woman in the back seat then got out of the vehicle, and the officer "ordered her back into the car several times before informing her that she was under arrest for obstructing," police said. Before she was taken into custody, Sherrod, continuing to yell obscenities, exited the vehicle, approached the officer and told the officer he would fight him if he touched the female passenger.
The officer informed the driver that he was also under arrest for obstructing, and at that moment, Sherrod took off running and the officer ran after him. A second woman exited the vehicle and both Sheba and Jennifer Taylor ran after the officers yelling obscenities.
It’s unclear which Taylor was initially in the back seat during the traffic stop, but police said "the female rear passenger approached the officer as they ran," and the officer then "turned around and grabbed her arm to take her into custody, but she slipped out of his grip."
Both women "then began striking the officer with closed fists and kicking his body and head," police said. "The officer heard a male’s voice and then was struck repeatedly in the head from several angles." The female passenger "placed her forearm around the officer’s neck and applied significant force to his windpipe, causing him to lose the ability to breathe," according to the department.
"Our Aurora police officers are entrusted with keeping our community safe from harm. I am at a loss of words when an officer is physically attacked from something that would have been a simple traffic ticket," Aurora Police Chief Kristen Ziman said in a statement. "We will not allow our city to become a place where criminals feel emboldened, and lawlessness ensues."
"This type of lawlessness and violence against our police officers cannot and will not be tolerated," Aurora Mayor Richard C. Irvin said in his own statement. "This was an act of malice and cowardice and I will absolutely seek that the perpetrators are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Let’s keep this officer in our prayers as the officer makes a full and complete recovery."
Additional officers arrived to the scene and placed the three suspects in custody. Aurora Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported the officer to an area hospital.
Aurora Police’s Investigations Division responded to the scene, interviewed the subjects, and gathered numerous pieces of evidence. Detectives presented the case to the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, which authorized the felony charges against the three suspects.
All three suspects appeared in Kane County Bond Call Tuesday morning. Bail for each of the Taylors was set at $50,000, with 10% to apply for bond. Sherrod's bail was set at $75,000, also with 10% to apply for bond. Each suspect has a separate court date scheduled in July.

Ya I'm one of those agitators. Before I take any vaccine I would like to know the risks, I would like to know it went through full clinical trials. We have FDA approvals for a reason, Myocarditis to a heart patient is tough, but the profession is not looking at it, misdiagnosed as angina. We go down this road every once in a while here in America. Some new wonder drug get out without full approvals and has some significant long term effects on folks. The year I was born Thalidomide was rushed to market for mothers early in pregnancy. The birth defects were horrible. Then of course the flue vaccine in the late 70's that killed a bunch of folks before they could get it off the market. Then in the 90's they pumped the military full of the anthrax vaccine only to make people sick for a year. Of course DOD said it was all in our heads for years. So all of these have one thing in common with the COVID vaccine, none went through the full trials. This current vaccine has been out for months, and we are now finding heart issues? I'm not an agitator, I am also not a test group.

Myocarditis and myositis have been known complications of viral infections for a very long time. Most of these cases come and go without any medical involvement, when affected patients recover on their own. Some cases of myocarditis can cause arrhythmias or dilated cardiomyopathy, which can kill. Some cases of myositis can result in kidney failure, which can also kill. These outcomes are very rare but get nearly all the publicity. It is too soon to know if myocarditis following the COVID vaccine will turn out to be significant or not.

Young was among 15 other members and associates of Oath Keepers who were accused of conspiring to block the congressional certification of Biden's victory.
His guilty plea was the first in the major conspiracy case against members of the group.

[Garowe] In a rare operation, the Somali National Army [SNA] launched a mortar shelling in Middle Shabelle on Tuesday as part of the ongoing operation to flush al-Shabaab ...... an Islamic infestation centering on Somalia attempting to metastasize into Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and similar places, all ofwhich have enough problems without them... To seize security functions in the country, the national army has heightened operations against al-Shabaab in the Middle and Lower Shabelle regions, confiscating sophisticated weapons besides crushing al-Shabaab bases.
And on Tuesday, the team launched a bombardment that left about 17 Death Eaters dead, Col Ali Hashi, who is the SNA front man said, adding that the operation will continue for the remaining months in 2021 before the troops take over security responsibilities from AMISOM forces.
"We managed to bomb al-Shabaab bases in Ali Fooldhere and Warahley where close to 17 al-Shabaab Death Eaters died," he said, noting that the operation in the said region kicked off officially on Monday, and will go on for the rest of the coming weeks.
He added: "It's a rare Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... and I can confirm that no non-combatants were killed or injured during the operation. We thank the people for continuing to work closely with us purposely to defeat these criminals who have little consciousness on life and property."
However, the way to a man's heart remains through his stomach... the spokesperson noted, a number of residents were displaced after SNA bombarded Ali Foldhere and Qurac Madobe villages. The SNA troops are known for their infantry skills and often depend on AMISOM and US Africa Command for aerial surveillance.
This comes after the troops managed to destroy close to 14 bases in Middle Shabelle which were occupied by al-Shabaab on Monday, seizing a number of weapons and explosives. The SNA chief of staff General Odowaa Yusuf Rageh has often been taking part in the operations.
But in Lower Shabelle, the troops failed to arrive in time at a village near the ancient town of Barawe, giving al-Shabaab a chance to take over. Area Governor Mohammed Nur said the AU forces had left the Forward Operating Base for other supply routes where al-Shabaab has been antagonizing people.
Operations against the Death Eaters seem to be constant and well-strategized given the frequent outing by the military. On Tuesday, at least three al-Shabaab operatives were captured near Mogadishu as part of the strategy to vanquish the group.
"Somali Police Special Unit Haramcad captured 3 al-Shabaab members and their vehicle on Tuesday evening after attempting to attack the checkpoint of security forces guarding the construction of the road between Mogadishu and Afgoye," state media reported.
For the last three months, at least 300 al-Shabaab Death Eaters have been killed in various parts of the country with the group now controlling small sections of the country. al-Shabaab has been fighting to topple the fragile UN-backed Somalia administration.
[Breitbart] The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is expected to "move rapidly" to add warning labels to Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, following the emergence of heart inflammation cases — myocarditis and pericarditis — after receiving the non-traditional mRNA jabs, the agency’s Dr. Doran Fink said Wednesday.
The move follows the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reporting roughly 1,200 cases of heart inflammation conditions occurring primarily in young men after receiving the mRNA jabs. The advisory panel said there is a "likely association" between the condition and the mRNA vaccines, which teach cells to make a protein that triggers an immune response.
The warning "would likely include information stating these events have occurred in some vaccine recipients following dose 2 of mRNA vaccines," according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
The heart inflammation condition typically occurs "within several days to a week following vaccination," and symptoms include shortness of breath, chest pain, and a pounding or fluttering heart.
Despite this, the CDC is continuing to urge everyone 12 and older to get vaccinated.
"The facts are clear: This is an extremely rare side effect, and only an exceedingly small number of people will experience it after vaccination," CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and Assistant Secretary for Health Dr. Rachel Levine said in a joint statement.
"Importantly, for the young people who do, most cases are mild, and individuals recover often on their own or with minimal treatment," the statement said, adding the conditions are "much more common if you get COVID-19, and the risks to the heart from COVID-19 infection can be more severe."

On Wednesday, the container ship's insurers released a statement confirming "an agreement in principle between the parties has been reached." The vessel has been moored in Great Bitter Lake, a large saltwater lake in Egypt that is part of the Suez Canal, seized under Egyptian law until the vessel's owners paid a settlement that was once nearly $1 billion.
