[GATEWAY] On Monday, a report detailed the future retirement plans of Dr. Anthony Fauci, Biden’s top medical adviser and the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
A new report from Politico featured an interview with Fauci, who shared what he sees in the coming months and years.
Fauci revealed that he intends to step down at the end of Joe Biden’s term.
Fauci pointed out that the country is "going to be living with" COVID for years to come. He told Politico that comments suggesting he’ll only leave office when COVID ceases to exist would be wrong.

It’s the orgies that are the issue. Anyone in a monogamous relationship is at very low risk, no matter the label of the parties of the first and second parts.

The South Asian macaques are a damn menace. Every year several people are killed by them. And I inadvertently came damned close to being mauled by one.
[FOX] A suspect in Georgia armed with a crossbow allegedly shot and injured another person in Atlanta, according to authorities.
The victim is in stable condition at a local hospital, Atlanta Police said.
Officers arrived at Rockwood Ave. Saturday night at about 10:30 p.m. after they were alerted that a person had been shot. The shooting, police were told, took place in another area.
Police were told the suspect carried out the shooting on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway using a "bow and arrow," Fox 5 Atlanta reported.
The victim was standing near a convenience store when the shooter drove up in a gold minivan and exited the vehicle armed with a "crossbow," according to police.
The suspect allegedly fired the weapon and struck the victim in the chest. The victim did not cooperate with investigators, but was conscious when taken to a hospital, according to police.
Gangs — for one or both? Angry husband/lover? Mentally ill or a psychopath? Known wolf upping his game — does Atlanta have a Soros DA?

[Washington Examiner] Four people were killed and two were wounded in a mass shooting at a shopping mall just south of Indianapolis Sunday evening, which ended when an armed good Samaritan took out the gunman.
Law enforcement was called to the Greenwood Park Mall in Greenwood, Indiana, just after 6 p.m. EST to respond to reports of an active shooter. Locals on the scene began tweeting around that time about sounds of gunfire, and told reporters outside that chaos ensued as soon as the suspect began shooting, with panicked shoppers racing in different directions searching for cover.
One of the dead is the suspected shooter, Greenwood Police Department Chief Jim Ison confirmed to reporters at the scene. The suspect, identified only as an adult male, entered the mall with a rifle and several magazines of ammunition and began firing in the food court. He was taken out by an armed civilian who shot the man dead. The suspect's death makes the death toll four, though only three were killed by the suspect.
"The real hero of the day is the citizen that was lawfully carrying a firearm in that food court and was able to stop the shooter almost as soon as he began," Ison said at a briefing late Sunday.
One of the two wounded was a 12-year-old girl with a minor injury. Police said she and the other wounded individual were transported to local hospitals and are both in stable condition.
Four of the victims who were hit by gunfire were female, while one was male. Ison said he did not yet know the specific gender or ages of those who were killed.
Witnesses reported to local journalists that they heard somewhere in vicinity of 20-30 gunshots during the attempted

@11
Probably not, everything I've read from multiple sources says that while the mall can put up a no weapons sign, it has no force of law in Indiana.

Praise for the good samaritan not only from the police, but also the mall management, who are reported to be grateful he was there. I think politically it would be impossible for even a Soros DA to sell prosecution.

A quick internet search of “Biden threatens Poroshenko” reveals a tweet from an OAN reporter on the subject, confirming it. Tweeter Rodney Howard-Browne, however, is just some entrepreneurial guy who tweets a lot, according to his Twitter page.
For excitable websites, confirming a story’s validity before posting would be helpful for all concerned, as the moderators don’t always have time, especially while Fred is still dealing with health issues.
Remember: I asked Team Biden for comment on this investigation.
They sent @TheAtlantic’s Dovere to tell me these recordings were “Russian propaganda.”
They weren’t.

Given the source, obviously suspect. But given the criminal nature of the supposed threat and reported positions of the parties involved, what are the chances the EFFBEEYE will do a 702/foreign intercept search of the NSA collections for that date/time period for correlation and voice print analysis....anyone?

[Rudaw] The city of Manbij in northern Syria has become a focal point of attention recently since Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than there are in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really most important... threatened another military incursion.
The multiethnic city lies 40 kilometers from the Ottoman Turkish border in the north and has turned into a competing framework for different local, regional and global actors in pursuit of their own interests. Ankara seeks to include Manbij in its "safe zone" 30km into Syria.
Article Eight of the 10-point Sochi agreement of 2019 specifically mentions Manbij (along with Tal Rifaat) stipulating ''all YPG [People’s Protection Units] and their weapons be removed.''
Strategically important, Manbij lies at the intersection of the M4 highway which strategically connects Aleppo to Raqqa, up to The Ottoman Turkish border in the north.
With an Arab majority, Kurds, Armenians Turkmens, Circassians and Chechens also live in the city and its outskirts.
During the uproar sweeping Syria, the city was first controlled by moderate Syrian groups in July 2012 after expelling Syrian regime forces. In January 2014, it fell to the then expanding Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS).
After grueling battles that lasted for months, Kurdish and Arab fighters of the newly established Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) dislodged the caliphate in August 2016. Since then, it is run by a civil administration and the Manbij Military Council - an affiliate of the SDF.
However, facts are stubborn; statistics are more pliable... Manbij is desired by Erdogan as one of the two alleged targets (besides Tal Rifaat in northern Aleppo) of the imminent, though temporarily shelved, Ottoman Turkish military operation into northern Syria.
To deter Ottoman Turkish forces from advancing southwards, US troops were sent to Manbij in March 2017.
The Ottoman Turkish rush for Manbij has its foundations in a promise and an understanding with the US.
On the very same day The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... and factions of the Free Syrian Amy (FSA) announced the liberation of Jarablus (August 24, 2017) as part of Operation Euphrates Shield, then US Vice President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Being a self-defined foreign policy whiz kid means never having to say you're sorry... who was visiting Ankara said in a presser that Kurdish forces must leave Manbij to the east of the Euphrates River.
Though Biden’s remarks were aimed at reconciling Washington and Ankara, they were still perceived as a US promise.
Ottoman Turkish armed forces along with Syrian proxies have already launched military incursions into northern Syria. These were Operation Euphrates Shield (2016), covering Jarablus and its surroundings, Operation Olive Branch (2018) in Afrin, and Operation Peace Spring (2019) in Gire Spi (Tal Abyad) and Sari Kani (Ras al-Ain).
Through Operation Euphrates Shield, Turkey succeeded in bisecting the Kurdish enclaves in western Euphrates (Afrin and Manbij) which the Kurdish forces were seeking to connect to the area under their control. Now, Turkey wants Kurdish-led forces be removed to the east of River Euphrates.
The other version of the story tells that any loss of the city of Manbij will disrupt the political landscape of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
Manbij continues to be one of the disputed and simmering points that contributed to deteriorating US-Turkey relations.
In June 2018 an understanding was reached between then US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Ottoman Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusolgu on a roadmap to a solution.
accordingly, independent U.S. and Ottoman Turkish patrols were carried out. However, facts are stubborn; statistics are more pliable... Ottoman Turkish troops remained restricted to areas held by Ottoman Turkish forces north of the Sajur River at the outskirts of the city.
The Sajur River is the de facto frontline between Ottoman Turkish-controlled and the SDF-held areas.
Time and again Ankara accused Washington of being slow in implementing the agreement. The city has now turned into a bargaining chip for the U.S. to ease relations with Turkey.
In January 2019, four Americans who were on a foot patrol were killed in a suicide kaboom in Manbij.
Later in the year, the U.S. troops withdrew from Manbij following an abrupt announcement made by President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... To pre-empt a potential Ottoman Turkish invasion of the city, Syrian regime forces were deployed to a number of villages in the north.
Since then the fate of the city remains uncertain, arousing fears of a possible return of the Syrian regime to the city.
Economically, Manbij is Rojava's primary gateway for trade to areas held by the regime forces and those of the Euphrates Shied.
For the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES),
...the Kurds...
Manbij is vital as an indispensable economic artery that feeds the area with all basic day—to-day life needs.
Without Manbij, trade with the Syrian regime would be done through other means, but options are few and may deny Rojava financial resources.
From a Ottoman Turkish point of view, controlling Manbij would pave the way for thousands of internally displaced persons (IDPs) currently in northern Aleppo and refugees living in Turkey to resettle.
Politically, any Ottoman Turkish takeover of the city would not bring about any immediate damages to Rojava, however, it would weaken the position of the AANES in any future talks with Russia and the regime for securing a solution.
In the territorial sense of the word, the loss of further swathes of lands would be disruptive and divisive ...politicians call things divisive when when the other side sez something they don't like. Their own statements are never divisive, they're principled... and could erode belief in the Autonomous Administration as a viable one.
In the current context, it is unlikely that Erdogan would move troops to the south without the approval of his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin ...President-for-Life of Russia. He gets along well with other presidents for life. He is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substance. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. The old bunch, without close personal ties to Putin, are in jail or in exile or dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substances... . This would make Manbij part of a territorial swap deal more likely in return for a territorial concession in Idlib.
With the Syrian crisis since 2011 been a simmering sticking point in the US-Ottoman Turkish relations, the fate of Manbij will either fix or further damage them.
[ZeroHedge] House Republicans are seriously regretting giving Ukraine-born GOP Rep. Victoria Spartz

have "widespread fear" that her outspoken posture will damage US-Ukraine relations, and that the MAGA wing of their party - which has seen growing opposition to US support of the Ukraine war - will point to Spartz's comments as justification.
It doesn’t sound to me like she is against the war, but wants it to be managed better.
Spartz, who has traveled to Ukraine about six time since the war began, released a statement earlier this months calling on Zelensky to "stop playing politics and theater" and "start governing to better support his military and local government."
She also accused President Joe Biden of "playing politics" and said that he needs to present a "clear strategy and align security assistance with our strategy."

Spartz's quoted words don't seem all that radical or bombastic. Do the Pubs have a 'thought police' unit?

Iran, China, energy, crime, education, immigration, public health, agriculture, public trust, military cohesion and readiness, catastrophic economic/fiscal choices,
the list is endless. This isn't merely the coincidental confluence of stupid policy in every area that is destructive to America, this is purposeful. Random stupidity always includes some good outcomes by chance. This is intentional and coordinated with external influence. This is community organizing writ large.
[100PercentFedUp] President Biden has aggressively pushed and expanded Obama’s “dear colleague” Title IX letter that expanded a bill on sex discrimination to a ban on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Earlier this year, Biden threatened to take poor kids lunch money by cutting funding for free or reduced lunches in public schools if they did not comply with the Title IX “dear colleague” letter.
One of the requirements is to build gender-neutral restrooms or allow transgender students to use the opposite gender’s bathroom.
Republican Attorney Generals across the country have pushed back against Biden’s insanity and won a string of victories that will prevent him from forcing transgender identity politics on schools.
The latest victory came this Sunday as a federal court blocked the Biden administration’s attempt to conflate gender identity with biological sex, which would have allowed male to female transgender athletes to compete with biological females.
The Post Millenial Reports–
A federal court has temporarily blocked the Biden administration’s interpretation of federal law to conflate gender identity with biological sex, and in doing so, has protected female athletes who would be forced to compete against males in 20 states.
The court issued the order Friday to stop the administration’s illegitimate reinterpretation of federal law, Alliance Defending Freedom, a group intervening in the lawsuit, reported Saturday.
Led by Tennessee, twenty state attorneys general requested the preliminary injunction order.
The administration’s guidance is based, in part, on an interpretation of Bostock v. Clayton County, a recent US Supreme Court ruling about employment discrimination, the court concluded.
The guidance documents were issued by the US Department of Education and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. One document interprets Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits “discrimination on the basis of sex,” to bar discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
"Among other things, this would require that schools subject to Title IX allow males who identify as female to participate on female athletic teams and use female-designated showers and locker rooms," ADF reported.
Girls involved in sports deserve the opportunity to compete on a safe and fair playing field against other female athletes, said ADF Senior Counsel Jonathan Scruggs, who represents an association of Christian schools and three female athletes seeking to intervene in the lawsuit, The State of Tennessee v. U.S. Department of Education
[Garowe] al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... boom-mobile struck a hotel in Jowhar city, Middle Shabelle regional capital on Sunday morning, killing several people and wounding others.
The blast caused by a truck loaded with explosives targeted Nur Dob hotel in the town which is frequented by HirShabelle state ministers and politicians, according to police.
Those injured include the health and women ministers of Hirshabelle state, according to an official who spoke to Garowe Online over the phone from the city which lies 90 kilometers north of the Somali capital Mogadishu.
Somali PM Hamza Abdi Barre has condemned the attack and sent condolences to HirShabelle state and its people. The attack comes as seven million Somalis affected by the ongoing driught.
Al-Shabaab has grabbed credit for the attack. The al-Qaeda-linked terrorist group was driven out of Mogadishu in 2011 but still manages to carry out deadly boom-mobiles and gun attacks.

Dear Gawd in heaven, whatamIgonnado with these idiots?!
Every moslem in India is related to someone in Pakistain! And just because the bastards went to Saudi Arabia don't make the Saudis complicit! Just babus padding their jobs.
Here's the kicker now. The guy Riyaz, the one who did the actual wetwork, had joined the BJP, PM Modi's hindoo forevaah! Party. For a few days. And because it's always good optics, being clicked with bearded sasquatches, seen as a friend of moslems, no one bothered to do any background check.
Now, the liberals are ripping the hardline hindu gummint for being such dullards and hypocrites. Which they are.
Okay, I know you guys didn't get any of that. Thanks for listening anyway. 🤪

I have to admit, Dron dear, half the reason I’ve been posting some of the articles on this story (in deference to your delicate sensibilities and in the interest of presenting useful information, I’m down to about one of four pieces One India is pleased to publish) is to get your perspective so I’m better dialed in to the Indian Situation. I grew up reading Kipling — though Mr. Wife brought me back Midnight’s Children to bring me into the then-current century when he was over there starting up the factory in Bhopal — so my image of India is perhaps not quite realistic.
Mr. Attari presented himself as a news photographer, so of course they were thrilled to pose for him.

[Breitbart] Deported criminals are among those returning to the United Kingdom by crossing the English Channel in small boats, an official report has revealed.
Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons has confirmed that at least one migrant who had previously received a prison term of more than 12 months and was deemed to pose a "medium risk of harm" to others had crossed the Channel, and ended up being held in a facility hosting women and kiddies.
"The safeguarding processes weren’t good enough to make sure [criminals] weren’t filtering out and making sure that people like that won’t be held in the same facility as women, children and families," said HM Chief Inspector of Prisons Charlie Taylor of his annual report for 2021-22 on the state of play in prisons, immigration detention centres, and so on, in comments reported by LBC.
The report itself raised concerns that "[f]amilies, women and kiddies were held for long periods, sometimes days, alongside unrelated men" and that there was "a lack of oversight of who was being transferred to and held at" a particular centre, within some detainees arriving at the centre "with incomplete paperwork, often without a risk assessment".
Proposals to tackle the crisis, such as the stalled plan to disincentivise sea crossings by transferring migrants colonists to Rwanda and other safe countries away from the British Isles, have so far done nothing to stem the flow of boat migrants colonists, with over 440 people on more than a dozen boats reported to have reached England on Monday.

[Breitbart] The local Labour Party-run council in Oldham rejected a motion to launch a public inquiry into the grooming gang sexual exploitation of children and the failures of local officials and police to protect them.
Following the release of a report on child sexual exploitation (CSE) in Oldham last month, which found that girls were failed by the very social services meant to protect them and failings among the local police and council, the Failsworth Independent Group (FIP) of local councillors introduced a motion to petition the government to establish an independent public inquiry into the failings.
The left-wing Labour Party introduced an amendment to strip the call for a public inquiry, neutering the motion, sparking fury from local observers of the town hall meeting, some of whom shouted "paedophile protesters" at the councillors, according to footage posted on social media. Due to the overwhelming majority they hold on the body, Labour was able to pass the amendment despite all members of the Failsworth Independents, Conservatives, and Liberal Democrats voting in opposition, the Manchester Evening News reported.
The Labour Party argue that instead of establishing an independent inquiry, funds should be directed to the ongoing police investigation into historical child sex abuse, Operation Sherwood.
The demands for an independent inquiry follow a report last month that found that a 12-year-old girl was raped multiple times by multiple men, yet was local authorities and police missed various opportunities to protect her from her abusers. The report went on to note that police had failed to inform the local council leaders that it had employed Rochdale grooming gang leader Shabir Ahmed as a welfare officer for a year, despite having knowledge of allegations of sexual abuse against him.
The local council was also accused of enabling the grooming gangs through the issuance of taxi driver’s licenses to men convicted of sexual crimes against women and kiddies. Taxis have repeatedly been identified as a means by which Asian grooming gangs abused maiden of tender yearss, as they allowed them to lure the girls away from sight.
Oldham council leader Amanda Chadderton, who introduced the amendment to block a public inquiry, argued that she did so "not because we don’t understand the level of concern Oldhamers feel about this issue, but it is because we want to take action.
"We want to see improvements for children and young people and see the people that committed these disgusting crimes brought to justice," she added, saying that Labour has called for additional funding for victims of grooming gangs.
In February of this year, an Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) found that many local authorities are continuing to "victim blame" rather than taking responsibility in order to ensure their area is "not another Rochdale or Rotherham’, rather than being determined to find and root out child sexual exploitation in their area and expose its scale."
This is despite the fact that the main source of public outrage over the grooming scandals in Rochdale and Rotherham was over the institutional cowardice in confronting the scourge of mostly Pak grooming gangs over a fear of being labelled as racists or inflaming "racial tensions" in the area.
Indeed, just this week, a public inquiry into grooming gangs in Telford found once again that police "turned a blind eye" to Asian grooming gangs abusing children over similar politically correct concerns.
[Foxnews] A left-wing nonprofit working to end mass incarceration landed a $171.7 million taxpayer-funded government contract that could potentially hit $1 billion to help unaccompanied minors avoid deportation, Fox News Digital has discovered.
The Vera Institute of Justice, a New York-based group that supports defunding police and views immigration enforcement agencies as a "threat" to civil liberties, was awarded a Health and Human Services-funded contract in March to provide legal assistance to unaccompanied minors, according to a federal database.
The arrangement lasts until March 2023 but can reach as high as $983 million if renewed until March 2027, the agreement shows. This appears to be the largest federal contract Vera has secured for immigration-related services for any single year dating back to the mid-2000s.
The lofty nine-figure contract came amid an escalating border crisis that saw more than 239,000 migrant encounters in May alone -- a historic high. There were 14,699 encounters of unaccompanied minors in May, an increase from the 12,180 encountered in April and slightly higher than the 14,052 encountered in May 2021.
Vera Institute of Justice (VIJ) was founded in the 1960s as a project of Louis Schweitzer, an eccentric New York philanthropist and Herbert Sturz, a trustee of George Soros’s Open Society Foundations. Originally known as the Manhattan Bail Project, the organization was founded to help poor New Yorkers satisfy bail conditions they could not afford.

The Vera Institute gets most of its budget from government grants and is incestuously intertwined with a number of similar charities NGOs, according to Woodrow Wittlesbach6712’s link and the last three keyword-linked articles on the subject in the Rantburg archives.
Someone should work up a list for the next Republican president to clean up in his first weeks of office.
It sounds like most of those flooding in are the usual suspects rather than the Ukrainians the program claims to be intended to succor. Unexpectedly.
[Breitbart] After promising to take in a limitless number of arrivals from Ukraine, Ireland’s asylum system has crumbled under a massive migrant surge, with the country announcing that it has run out of accommodation on Wednesday.
Open borders Ireland has run out of places to house would-be migrants colonists and asylum seekers after the country saw the number of new arrivals surge far beyond what its Europhile government mandarins expected.
Ireland had previously promised to take in a limitless number of arrivals from Ukraine, while the country’s Minister for Justice launched a near-blanket amnesty for illegal migrants colonists in the country earlier in the year.
The country’s extremely lax border control policies now seem to be coming home to roost however, with the Irish Times reporting that the country has now run out of places to put those who are still arriving into the country.
"Ireland is full and we cannot house the world," Irish Freedom Party president Hermann Kelly told Breitbart Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... regarding the crisis situation. "The government’s ill-conceived plan has run out of road and Ireland has run out of housing."
"With 10,000 Irish people homeless the government has already flooded the state with 40,000 people claiming to be refugees from Ukraine," Kelly continued, before asking why in Ireland it is always a case of "Paddy Last" when it comes to government programmes.
So far, Ireland has seen over 40,000 individuals claiming to be Ukrainian refugees enter the country, with non-Ukrainian asylum claims also experiencing a seismic 600 per cent increase, something politicians within the country tried to blame on Britannia’s new policy of transferring illegal migrants colonists to Rwanda, and not on Ireland’s own open borders policies.
Meanwhile, ...back at the wine tasting, Vince was about to start on his third quart... as the country suffers due to the migrant surge, as well as rapid inflation and a crippling housing crisis, the three-party coalition government in Dublin has been pushing green agenda bans on certain types of fossil fuels, as well as for the introduction of hate speech laws.
Such a platform overall seems to be proving extremely unpopular with the Irish public, with support for the government having now entered freefall according to a poll published by the Irish Times on Thursday.
According to the data, support for the government has fallen by 12 points, down from 43 per cent to 31 per cent, while Martin’s popularity is down 11 points to 40 per cent.
38 per cent of the country’s population is now also reportedly in favour of "radical change", with the country’s far-left Sinn Féin party now polling at 36 per cent — making them the most supported party in the country, over ten per cent ahead of their nearest rivals, Fianna Fáil.
[Breitbart] Around half of the Ukrainians who fled Russia’s invasion of their country have now returned to Ukraine as the number of Ukrainians entering the European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... has fallen to levels seen prior to the war.
European Union home affairs commissioner Ylva Johansson announced that the situation has largely stabilised and that the number of Ukrainians coming into the EU has fallen to levels seen before the February invasion by Russian military forces.
"When it comes to the refugee flows, the situation now is stable," Johansson said, adding: "The crossings between the EU and Ukraine, the numbers are pre-war, pre-COVID level, so we are back to like a normal number of people crossing," broadcaster Deutsche Welle reports.
The European Union border agency Frontex has also stated that around half of all of the Ukrainians who fled to the EU since February have since returned and many more are expected to return before the new school year.
"I foresee that a lot of Ukrainians in the EU will take a decision before school starts — where to start school, in an EU member-state or going back to Ukraine to start school there," Commissioner Johansson said.
The figures come as various agencies have reported a slowdown in the number of Ukrainians fleeing the Russian invasion in recent weeks and months. As early as April, a front man for Ukrainian Border Security claimed that nearly a million Ukrainians had already returned to the country.
"They say they see that the situation is safer, especially in the western regions, and they cannot stay abroad any longer," the front man said.
s Ukrainians return home, other asylum seekers who have come to Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... during the height of the migrant crisis have largely remained there, with around 130,000 failed asylum seekers expected to be given residency status in Germany under a new government provision.
Many Syrians who arrived during the migrant crisis have also gained German citizenship, with the number of Syrian nationals becoming German citizens tripling in 2021 to 105,300.
100,000 here, 100,000 there, pretty soon you’re talking a significant population, and much of it not disposed to be model citizens.
[Breitbart] An Afghan migrant still in Britannia despite being convicted of 23 offences including a sexual assault has received a short sentence for trying to slaughter a teen boy like an animal on the floor of a public bus in Runcorn, England.
Hamid Akhonzada, who arrived in Britannia supposedly aged 16 claiming to be a refugee from Afghanistan’s Western-backed government ten years ago, evidently faced no significant punishments for his many crimes, given he was a free man last March when the attack took place.
Chester Crown Court heard that Akhonzada, who claimed he was "close to God" heard voices, "held [his 17 year-old victim’s] head back and drew a bladed article described as a steak knife across the throat", as one might slaughter an animal, after sitting behind him and his girlfriend, 16, on a public bus.
Despite this shocking testimony, recounted in a Liverpool Echo court report, and CCTV of the attack, prosecutors did not charge him for attempted murder — the victim’s throat was not fully opened, although he required glue and stitches to stem the bleeding and his girlfriend was also injured — but accepted a guilty plea to the relatively minor crimes of Section 18 wounding with intent and having a bladed article in public.
He was also convicted of assaulting an emergency worker, having beaten a prison guard so brutally that he was left unconscious for minutes some time after being taken into custody.
For this, the career violent mostly peaceful criminal and sex offender was handed a mere four years plus four years on an extended licence after his release by Judge Michael Leeming, despite a lot of tough talk about how his "record for violence and sexual assault [was] a statutory aggravating factor".
It should be noted that prisoners sentenced to non-"life" sentences in Britannia almost never serve their full term behind bars, being entitled to automatic early release on licence halfway or, more rarely, two-thirds of the way through their sentences.
[Breitbart] A judge in the Canadian province of Alberta has ruled that a woman did not have her rights violated when she was denied an organ transplant due to not being vaccinated against the Wuhan coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Paul Belzil ruled that Edmonton, Alberta woman Annette Lewis had not had her fundamental character of Rights and Freedoms rights violated by being denied an organ transplant over her vaccination status.
According to Justice Belzil, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms has no bearing on the treatment decisions of doctors for organ transplants, despite the transplant being diagnosed by medical professionals as the only way for Ms Lewis to survive a progressive disease she suffers from, broadcaster CBC reports.
Doctors diagnosed Lewish with her disease in 2018 and in 2020 urged her to receive various vaccinations, which she agreed to, however, she did not agree to receive the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine and was told without the vaccine she would not receive her potentially life-saving transplant.
"Taking this vaccine offends my conscience," Lewis said an a sworn affidavit and added, "I ought to have the choice about what goes into my body and a life-saving treatment cannot be denied to me because I chose not to take an experimental treatment for a condition — COVID-19 — which I do not have and which I may never have."
While Justice Bezil agreed that Lewis was the sole arbiter of what she put into her own body, he claimed that no one has an inherent right to an organ transplant.
"The proposition that treating physicians exercising clinical judgment would be subject to the charter would result in medical chaos with patients seeking endless judicial review of clinical treatment decisions," he added.
The court ruling is not the first involving the rights of unvaccinated people in Canada in recent months. Last December, a father had his visitation rights with his daughter suspended in the French-speaking province of Quebec after a judge ruled he could not see his daughter due to his vaccination status.
"It would normally have been in the best interests of the child to have contact with his father, but not in his best interest to have contact with him if he is not vaccinated and is opposed to sanitary measures in the current epidemiological context," Superior Court Judge Jean-Sébastien Vaillancourt said in his ruling.
In February Court of Queen’s Bench Judge Nathalie Godbout issued a similar ruling temporarily denying a father custody of his three children because he was also unvaccinated.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ...hereditary prime minister of the same country that once produced McKenzie King... has defended vaccine mandates and other restrictive measures, arguing in an interview last month, "It was their choice and nobody ever was going to force anyone into doing something they don’t want to do."
"But there are consequences when you don’t. You cannot choose to put at risk your co-workers. You cannot choose to put at risk the people sitting beside you on an aeroplane," he added.
[EpochTimes] Since May 8, pro-child sacrifice abortionforces of Evil have attacked pro-life institutions nationwide, but authorities have yet to make a single arrest.
So far, the "Summer of Rage" announced by pro-child sacrifice abortion groups has seen more than 50 attacks on pro-life groups, according to Catholic Vote.
Attacks by pro-child sacrifice abortion groups have left a trail of smashed windows, graffitied walls, and Molotov cocktailed buildings from Alaska to Florida. Some pro-life groups have been attacked multiple times.
Northern Colorado pregnancy care clinic Life Choices saw its entire stock of baby clothes burn after a Molotov attack. Life Choices, a member of the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates (NIFLA), has helped more than 27,000 women and families over 37 years.
"We’ve pretty much lost everything but our ultrasound machines," said Kathy Roberts, the clinic’s director.
Some pregnant women don’t want child sacrifice abortions, she said. And many Christian pregnancy care centers are eager to give these women another option.
Despite the attacks, there have been no arrests at federal or state level, pro-life leaders say.
The NIFLA, a group that trains, protects, and equips more than 1,600 pregnancy care centers across the country, said it knows of no cases against even vandals, its vice president of legal affairs Anne O’Connor said in an email.
"While we are unaware of any arrests related to these incidents, we know that in some cases, the FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... is investigating potential hate crimes and violations of the FACE Act. In others, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has been brought in to help," she said.
The FACE Act was originally signed by President Bill Clinton ...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of the word is... to protect child sacrifice abortion providers.
It creates penalties for attempts to injure or intimidate people to prevent them from obtaining or providing "reproductive health services." It also punishes attempts to destroy reproductive health service facilities.
Centers provide reproductive health services too and are now benefitting from the act’s provisions.
"Although violent mostly peaceful acts against life-affirming pregnancy centers and medical clinics are on the rise, we appreciate the efforts of local and national law enforcement to maintain order and safety in our communities," O’Connor said.
Many of the attacks have come from the radical group Jane’s Revenge, which has called for escalated attacks against pro-life groups after the Supreme Court ...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations... overturned Roe v. Wade.
Jane’s Revenge isn’t the only group behind attacks. Some attacks were by unaffiliated people.
So many names, only two of which are in the Rantburg archives — but one is violent Maoists connected to Antifa, and the other is a known tentacle of the Antifa octopus.
[DailyCaller] A prominent pro-child sacrifice abortionactivist muppet group downplaying its association with the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP)
...a violent Marxist-Leninist-Maoist group that is tightly connected to Antifa. They’re funded and supported by Soros group The Alliance for Global Justice ...
, shares significant infrastructure and leadership with the radical outfit’s other offshoot groups, a Daily Caller analysis has found.
Although RiseUp4AbortionRights seems like most other pro-child sacrifice abortion groups at first glance, other pro-child sacrifice abortionactivist muppets released a statement in late June asserting that RiseUp is a front for a "pyramid scheme" and cult of personality. The Daily Caller’s examination of the organization’s leaders, online presence, and fundraising platforms lend credence to the claim that RiseUp is an offshoot front group for the RCP.
"Support for communism in the U.S. is incredibly low, so one way for these individuals to jump-start is to ride the coattails of something that has much more acceptability" in mainstream discussion of current political events, Brian Levin, director of the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism, told the Daily Caller.
RiseUp shares leadership with the RCP and several of its related organizations. Sunsara Taylor is a prominent RCP spokeswoman and a co-founder of RiseUp. Taylor founded RiseUp in January 2022 to protest for "child sacrifice abortion on demand and without apology." An earlier pro-child sacrifice abortion group Taylor founded, Stop Patriarchy, used the same slogan and also attracted scrutiny from other pro-child sacrifice abortionactivist muppet organizations, the Austin Chronicle reported in 2014. Stop Patriarchy has not posted any new tweets to its Twitter feed since 2020, but the organization’s website features more recent footage of an interview in which Taylor discusses the consequences of the Dobbs decision.
Taylor also founded The World Can’t Wait, Inc., (TWCW) alongside another RCP devotee in 2006 to oppose the Bush administration, particularly its policies in the Middle East.
Taylor went on to co-found another organization, Refuse Fascism, in 2016 to resist the incoming Trump administration. At the time, the RCP took credit for helping create Refuse Fascism on its website. The "what you can do now" quick links section at the bottom of the RCP website still links directly to the Refuse Fascism homepage.
Another leading RiseUp activist muppet, Sam Goldman, is a prominent spokeswoman for Refuse Fascism. In a Jan. 2022 episode of the Refuse Fascism podcast featured on the organization’s website, Goldman stated that she has "been busy helping launch RiseUp4AbortionRights."
The RCP website promotes digital content from RiseUp and Refuse Fascism. Similarly, Refuse Fascism’s website features digital content from RiseUp and the RCP. All three organizations generally promote each others’ digital content on their websites without making clear the nature of their association.
On its main fundraising portal, RiseUp states that it is sharing certain "tools" with Refuse Fascism until RiseUp "establishes infrastructure" for fundraising of its own. RiseUp’s PayPal fundraising account also includes the name of TWCW. Refuse Fascism and TWCW share a New York City mailing address.
RiseUp’s website claims that the group spends donated funds on protest materials and logistics. Amid accusations of financial impropriety from other pro-child sacrifice abortion groups, RiseUp released a statement promising that it "has never used any funds it has raised for any purposes other than exactly what the funds were raised for."
The RiseUp statement derided criticism of Taylor and Avakian as "scurrilous and false." The RCP added that the accusations from other pro-child sacrifice abortion groups "smack strongly of the tactics of the right wing fascist ...anybody you disagree with, damn them... forces in this country and the political police (the FBI ...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time... , etc.) who create pretexts to go after revolutionary groups" in its own statement. The RCP flatly denied ever having used RiseUp funds in any capacity in its statement.
Taylor refused to say if RiseUp would submit to an independent audit of its financial dealings in order to clear up the accusations, and referred the Daily Caller to previous statements on the matter. Neither RiseUp nor the RCP disclosed documentation in response statements to definitively disprove the allegations of impropriety.
The RCP centers on Avakian’s revolutionary ideology, which RCP materials refer to as "new communism." Critics, including those who signed the June statement against RiseUp, have claimed that the RCP is a Maoist group that elevates Avakian and his teachings as messianic. The late June statement from pro-child sacrifice abortion groups opposed to RiseUp asserted that the RCP established RiseUp as a front to divert funds and people towards the growth of its ideology rather than earnestly supporting the pro-child sacrifice abortion cause.
"There will be individuals who use this division and deep and wide disappointment with the Dobbs decision to not only stake claim with regard to child sacrifice abortion rights, but also to make their overall failed political worldview an attractive option" to naive demonstrators, Levin said.
RiseUp has become one of the most visible pro-child sacrifice abortion groups in the United States. Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Sandy Ocasio-Cortez Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore... joined RiseUp demonstrators in protest the day of the release of Dobbs. Taylor held a megaphone to Ocasio-Cortez’s face while the congresswoman led chants calling the Supreme Court ...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations... illegitimate. Several protesters, including Taylor, have been spotted and photographed wearing RCP merchandise at RiseUp demonstrations.
RiseUp protesters deploy unique tactics, including smearing red paint over their private parts. They also paint green handprints over the chests of protesters wearing white.
So nice that they have such a blatant tell.
Doing so represents "a facsimile of what would happen to actual living women, hemorrhaging to death from unsafe child sacrifice abortions," one RiseUp activist muppet explained to the Daily Caller at a recent protest in front of the Supreme Court.

What roll did a P8 play in the sinking of the Russian flagship Moskva in the black sea?
The sinking of that ship may have saved Odessa from a naval invasion.
Is the P8 able to monitor submarine activity in the Black Sea from a distance?

A far as I can tell, none! There apparently no P-8 flying over the Black Sea area since the Ukraine war started.

Cops failed to follow the active shooter doctrine imposed after the 1999 Columbine High School massacre by not engaging with Ramos;
The school's safety protocol for keeping doors to classrooms locked and shut during school hours was not adhered to;
Around 47 'lockdown' events when police chased migrants near the school that came before the shooting made staff desensitized to react;

The study found 73 percent of the male flies mated with female carcasses that had died from the fungal infection between 25 to 30 hours earlier
Only 15 percent of the males mated with female corpses that had been dead for three hours
The fungus releases a chemical signature that acts as a pheromone to lure unsuspecting males
The fungus, formally known as entomophthora muscae, infects a female fly, slowly eats it alive from the inside and then in about a week, the spores take over the behavior of the now dead insect.
And once it has full control, the fungus releases a chemical signature that acts as pheromones to lure unsuspecting males.
[DailyWire] Former U.S. Department of Education (DOE) Secretary Betsy DeVos spoke during the Moms For Liberty National Summit in Tampa, Florida, on Saturday and called on abolishing the federal agency she once served.
"I personally think the Department of Education should not exist," DeVos said during the summit, according to the Florida Phoenix.
DeVos, who ran the education department during the Trump Administration, has continued advocating for school choice for American children.
In an exclusive interview with the Daily Caller News Foundation, DeVos said Republicans have talked about shrinking or eliminating the department for "many, many years." However, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them... she said taking practical steps like block grants to the states — a proposal recently introduced to Congress — could turn the tides and create a feasible option to make the idea a reality.
"Just watching how the system has performed or not performed the last two years, I think makes this argument of shrinking the department to be much more potent," DeVos told the Daily Caller.
Over the last two years, the education system had kept children hostage — many of whom could not escape.
She laid out a five-point plan to reform education for Republicans to implement if the party can dominate Congress after the 2022 Midterm Elections come this November.
In addition to eliminating the department, the Daily Caller reports that her plan also includes supporting multiple pathways to post-K-12 education, federal student aid reform, and restoring Title IX. However, some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them... educational freedom, which would give parents a choice to send their children to various schools, marks the former department head’s most important reform.
"The solution to that is to have policies that will actually allow the resources to follow the family, to follow the child, to wherever their family decides they’re going to learn best," DeVos said.

[RIA Novosti] The Ukrainian military is constantly attacking a school in the front-line village of Aleksandrovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, civilians who are forced to hide in the basement of the building told RIA Novosti.
"The shelling is constant. The whole school is broken, <...> the basement is trembling, the whole school is shaking, glass, everything is crumbling. They are breaking everything: shops, schools," Nikolai Bondarenko told RIA Novosti.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, his house was destroyed in 2014.
“My house was broken. In the 14th year there was a hit. And I was wounded in the 14th year. I went to work, got injured. My fingers were torn off. I had seven wounds,” Bondarenko said.
He added that he now lives in the basement. During the interview, artillery strikes and the noise of a drone were heard.
“Every day, every second, we are waiting for peace. So that the children do not lie down and do not get up to the sounds of the Grad. So that they rejoice every day,” local Valentina Cherkas, in turn, told RIA Novosti.
According to the woman, her house burned down, and her grandson died two years ago.
The village of Aleksandrovka belongs to the Petrovsky district of Donetsk and is located one kilometer from the village of Maryinka, where the positions of the Ukrainian forces are located and from where the artillery shelling of the capital of the DPR is being carried out . There is no water supply in the village, and electricity is rare due to constant shelling.

MBS revealed at the beginning of his speech that his country has decided to increase its oil production to 13 million barrels per day. He added that his country will not be able to increase its oil production above this level.

Could some of the increase be the Russian oil they’re reportedly quietly buying at discounted prices? The arbitrage profit wouldn’t as much as pumping more of their own, but some say they can’t pump much more than they are now. Others say they don’t want to, which is a different question I am equally unqualified to answer.

A pregnant woman was on Sunday kidnapped by bully boyz at Lema community in the Mando area of Kaduna State.
The community is opposite the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in the state.
SaharaReporters learnt that seven other persons were kidnapped by the bully boyz who broke into three houses around 1:00 am on Sunday.
A resident of the area, Musa Danladi, said residents of the neighbourhood were terrified during the attack by the terrorists, adding that rattling gunfire could be heard for a long period.
"They came around 1 am and took away eight residents including a pregnant woman that came to visit her sick mother in the community. This is not the first time bandidos would attack our community," Danladi said.
Residents called on the authorities to come to their rescue, but there was no response.
When SaharaReporters contacted the spokesperson for the Kaduna State Police Command, DSP Mohammed Jalige, he said, "I will find out and get back to you".
He, however, had not got back as of the time of filing this report.

It pointed out that "external interference in Yemen’s internal affairs represents the major obstacle to peace in Yemen."
The SPC affirmed that "peace in Yemen requires a clear and serious will and practical readiness by the countries of aggression to respect the illusory sovereignty and independence of Yemen and to engage in a practical way in stopping the aggression, lifting the siege, ending the occupation and any form of military presence in Yemen, in addition to addressing all the effects and repercussions of the war, foremost of which is the release prisoners."

[KSTP] Loved ones gathered Saturday night at the scene of a fatal crash to remember Blessings, the 6-year-old girl who was killed after a suspect fleeing police crashed into her aunt’s vehicle.
The family lit candles and prayed in her memory.
April McHerron, the aunt of Blessings who said she was driving the vehicle when it was struck, expressed her sorrow at the vigil.
"Blessings is gone," McHerron said. "There ain’t no comin back from that. My niece still in the hospital fighting. I don’t know if y’all know how much that girl meant to us. " $$$$
Family members also demanded answers as to why the chase continued into a residential neighborhood. So they should let a murder suspect waltz away into a residential neighborhood?
The Brooklyn Center Police Department has not yet responded a 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS request for comment.
The suspect was identified by the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office as a 28-year-old Minneapolis man named Hakeem Waheed Muhammed.
Muhammed is a suspect in a murder investigation and had an active murder warrant for his arrest. He was taken into police custody at the scene. He remains in the hospital as of Saturday night.
Authorities say Muhammed sped through residential streets before hitting McHerron’s vehicle that contained five people inside. It happened at the intersection of 53rd and Humboldt Avenues North after the pursuit began around 5:30 p.m.
Blessings died from her injuries — while a 15-year-old family member remains in the hospital.
"My heart is filled with anger," McHerron said. "And I ask god. I want y’all to just pray for us and pray for my family. Especially me because my heart is filled with so much anger."

I wasn't able to watch the race yesterday morning so I can't add any personal commentary, but these assholes sound like the same group as last time, or more likely poor copycats who got busted early, now that the gendarmerie are onto them.
[Velo News] - Five days after the Tour de France was halted due to climate protesters, and on a day when the extreme weather protocols were activated due to soaring temperatures of 40 degrees C (104 degrees F), the race passed another protest on Stage 15 but did not stop this time.
With 65 km still to race, the breakaway — comprised of Nils Politt (Bora-Hansgrohe) and Mikkel Honoré (Quick-Step AlphaVinyl) — passed by flares, which were in the road, and were urged to slow down by the motorbike outrider in front. "Thanks, now piss off - I have a stage to win!"
Several protestors lay in the road, as during Stage 10, and were dragged to the verge by the police. The road was cleared in time to allow the peloton to pass through a few minutes later and a neutralization was avoided.
It is not yet clear what they were protesting about, although they used the same tactics as the group urging more climate action on Tuesday. As I mentioned before, protests have a long history at the Tour - something to do with cameras and publicity...
Race radio announced that the race would continue, and the peloton reached the same spot with little incident.
’Cause, like who's gonna authorize a counter battery strike?
[Breitbart] Russia is using Europe’s largest nuclear power plant as a base to store weapons including “missile systems” and shell the surrounding areas in Ukraine, an official with Kyiv’s nuclear agency said Friday, while nearly the entire country was placed on air raid alert.
The president of Ukrainian nuclear agency Energoatom said the situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant was “extremely tense”, with up to 500 Russian soldiers controlling the plant.
“The occupiers bring their machinery there, including missile systems, from which they already shell the other side of the river Dnipro and the territory of Nikopol,” Petro Kotin said in a televised interview, referring to the city across the water.
The plant in southwestern Ukraine has been under Russian control since the early weeks of Moscow’s invasion, though it is still being operated by Ukrainian staff.
The most recent attack in the Dnipro region left three dead and 15 wounded after Russian “missiles hit an industrial enterprise and lively street nearby”, regional governor Valentin Reznichenko said on Telegram.
The threat of air raids across most of Ukraine was also raised after strikes were reported in areas far from the front lines, with President Volodymyr Zelensky saying the Russian objective was to “cause maximum damage to Ukrainian cities”.
“I’m urging you, once again: please don’t ignore the air raid signals now,” he said in his daily televised address.
Zelensky spoke after devastating Russian strikes in the central Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia killed nearly two dozen people, including three children, with rescue workers clearing debris throughout the day to locate survivors.
Four people were still missing and over 200 wounded, Zelensky said.
“Both at the national level and the international level, we will do everything to hold absolutely all Russian murderers responsible for what they have done,” he said.

I think that whenever homosexual marriage has been put to the voters, it has lost--even in Hawaii and California (twice.) How about letting the voters decide. Whether we are a democracy or a republic, more than 9 people should be able to vote on laws.

Does seem problematic to have something like this at the the state level. I mean you get married in one state but then it doesn't count in another? I'm all for pushing things back to the states but in this case just leave it alone.
#4
There's a valid argument that the gummint at any level should not be involved in marriage at all. To the extent it is treated like a legal contract for the most part, there needs to be some legal common ground, so legal authorities are involved. I don't see any way around that.

Right - Marriage should be a Legal and Religions concern - not government. Except perhaps to protect the children's rights.

Contracts protect the individuals involved, and can be whatever the parties want, to include a the temporary prostitution-marriages of the Shiites. But unless very carefully stipulated, provides no consistent protection for the children that result from the contracted relationship — in fact, can easily be written to give the children no rights whatsoever on one or both parents.
Legally recognized marriage, a very different thing, protects the rights of the children — who are not old enough to understand or sign contracts, and anyway did not get to choose to be involved in the one they’re in — and the responsibilities of the parents to care for them.
Five members of the Kurdistan Workers Party were killed in an attack west of djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... , the Counter-Terrorism Group in Kurdistan (CTK) announced on Sunday.
Earlier today, a security source reported to Shafaq News agency that five people were killed in a drone attack in Nineveh today, Sunday.
The source added that the drone targeted a vehicle carrying four men and a woman, killing them on the spot.
A drone targeting a vehicle in western djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... on Sunday left at least five dead and two others injured, an official told Rudaw with the Kurdish counter terrorism department confirming the attack shortly after.
Nineveh MP Sherwan Dubardani told Rudaw’s Nahro Mohammed that the incident occurred in Mosul’s Haj Dijlah village, killing five people and injuring two others, without identifying the drone.
Shortly after Dubardani's statement, the Kurdistan Region's Counter Terrorism Directorate claimed that the drone was Ottoman Turkish and it hit a "PKK [Kurdistan Workers’ Party] vehicle ... killing five PKK fighters."
However, a lie repeated often enough remains a lie... media outlets affiliated with the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) alleged that the attack was conducted by The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... , hitting a civilian’s car.
Voicing his condemnation of the attack, Nineveh’s Governor Najim al-Jubouri later in the day said the drone that hit the area was Ottoman Turkish and called on the Iraqi government to protest such actions to the Ottoman Turkish government.
News outlets of Iraq’s Iran-backed parties also said that the attack was conducted by Turkey. Ankara has not commented on the incident as of yet.
And THAT's how you do it! [FoxNews] A Houston police officer spoke out for the first time about thwarting a potential mass shooting earlier this year, when a man with a rifle and 120 rounds of ammunition was spotted in a mall near a children’s dance competition.
"I quickly bum rushed, tackled him. And my first reaction was to make sure that I get a hold of the rifle. No matter what I grabbed, make sure I grabbed that rifle," Houston Sgt. Kendrick Simpo told ABC 13. "I had in my mind (that) I was going to get shot. I just had to bear the pain. I knew it was going to hurt, and I was like, 'Whatever I do, I cannot let go of this rifle.'"
Simpo said he was working a second job at The Galleria mall in Houston’s Uptown District Feb. 5 when he heard a call about a man with a rifle near Macy’s at the mall.
He and a security guard made their way toward Macy’s, and Simpo noted that he took special measures to not startle the hundreds of children and adults gathered for the dance competition, which was just a few hundred feet away from the department store.
"I did know there was a dance competition with little kids going on at the Westin Ballroom, so I didn't pull my weapon out because I didn't want to be running towards the Macy's area, which is past the ballroom area, with the gun out and startle anyone," Simpo explained.
He saw the suspect, Guido Herrera, near the Westin Ballroom’s entrance and tackled him.
"I knew if a person did have a rifle, and they were inside the mall, I was pretty much outnumbered because all I had was a handgun at the time. My handgun and his rifle, I was already at a disadvantage," he said.
Simpo was able to point the suspect's gun toward the ceiling while trying to subdue him. Backup soon arrived and arrested Herrera without a single shot being fired, ABC 13 reported.
"I definitely know what I signed up for 20 years ago when I got into this profession," Simpo said.
Police found that Herrera brought a rifle, Bible, 120 rounds of ammunition and a handgun to the mall, according to the outlet. Herrera was charged with a misdemeanor and sentenced last week to one year in jail, according to ABC 13.
Just over a month after the incident at the mall, Herrera went to the Houston FBI headquarters and requested a meeting with the director of the FBI. Law enforcement officials found a gun inside his car during that incident. He was again charged with a misdemeanor because he did not shoot the weapon or point it at anyone.
Does Houston have one of those Soros DAs who see their purpose as protecting criminals from those law-and-order meanies?

[DefiantAmerica] People gathered outside the Minneapolis apartment Saturday where 20-year-old Andrew ’Tekle’ Sundberg was shot and killed by Minneapolis police. Demonstrators joined family members as they demanded more answers from law enforcement.
Two Minneapolis police snipers shot and killed Sundberg Thursday morning following a 6-hour long standoff.
The BCA, the top law enforcement agency in the state, is investigating the deadly use of police force. It still remains unclear what exactly prompted the officers to shoot.
According to Sherlocks, Sundberg fired multiple gunshots inside the Seward neighborhood apartment building Wednesday night, and a neighbor, Arabella Yarbrough, called 911 saying a bullet went through her wall.
Yarbrough interrupted the demonstration Saturday as the group was getting ready to start the rally. She said she felt threatened by Sundberg and feared for her and her children’s lives that night.
"He tried to kill me in front of my kids," she said.
It’s astonishing that these protesters would speak to the victim that way. I understand they have their own viewpoint (and I’ll discuss that in a moment), but to address the person who was nearly killed by Sundberg in such a fashion is appalling. Telling her that the bullets were "not in you though" and "this is not the time" as she tries to add important context to the event is a case study of how, so often, these protesters want nothing to do with facts that might counter their narrative.
Sundberg’s parents attended the rally and sympathized with Yarbrough.
"I wish I could wrap my arms around her and tell her I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry she had to experience that I’m so sorry for her pain," Cindy Sundberg said.

It is seldom about the justification for the shooting. If it were, there would be KUDO's all around and complaints why did it take 6 hrs.
Usually it is just a bunch of Social-Political Radical loud mouths wanting to stir up bigger trouble and more killings and the looting that goes hand in hand with it.
Or we see and hear a baby-mama say "Not my Baby".

[FoxNews] Transgender inmate Demi Minor moved from New Jersey's Edna Mahan Correctional Facility.
A transgender woman incarcerated at a women’s only prison in New Jersey has been moved to another facility after impregnating two female inmates earlier this year, according to a local report.
Demi Minor, 27, was transferred last month from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility in Clinton to Garden State Youth Correctional Facility, a prison for young adult offenders located in Burlington County, Dan Sperrazza, a spokesman for the state’s Department of Corrections (NJDOC), told NJ.com.
Sperrazza said Minor, who is serving a 30-year sentence for manslaughter, is currently the only woman incarcerated at the facility and was placed in the vulnerable unit. He couldn’t comment further on Minor’s housing situation due to NJDOC’s privacy policies, the paper reported.
Minor’s move comes after the paper reported in April that Sperrazza said it appeared two women at Edna Mahan became pregnant after "consensual sexual relationships with another incarcerated person."
Minor has since claimed in a July 15 post written on her website Justice 4 Demi that corrections officers beat her during her transfer, according to reports.
The department of corrections told NJ.com that it is investigating but could not comment further.
"NJDOC cannot comment on any active investigations," a statement read. "The Department has zero tolerance for abuse, and the safety and security of the incarcerated population and staff are of critical importance."
Edna Mahan Correctional Facility has faced a long string of sex assault scandals and Gov. Phil Murphy announced plans last year to shutter the facility, which is New Jersey’s only women’s prison.
In 2021, New Jersey enacted a policy to allow prisoners to be housed according to their gender identity following a lawsuit brought forth by a trans inmate who lived in men’s prisons for 18 months and the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey. The policy was mandated to remain in effect for at least one year.
Sperrazza told the paper that while the NJDOC continues to operate under the policy, "the department is currently reviewing the policy for housing transgender incarcerated persons with the intention of implementing minor modifications."
Minor is eligible for parole in 2037, the paper reported, citing NJDOC.

[WASHINGTONSTANDARD] Mesa, AZ — As we previously reported, the Justice Department is investigating the police response to the horrifying shooting in Uvalde, Texas that left 19 4th grade children dead along with two teachers. As the world quickly learned in the days after the shooting, police were more concerned with preventing parents from saving their children than they were with stopping the mass murdering psychopath inside the school.
Unless they can find actual evidence of a crime, none of the officers involved will likely face any consequences. This is due to the fact that police officers have absolutely no legal duty to protect you.
The leading case on the topic is Warren v. District of Columbia, 444 A.2d 1 (D.C. Ct. of Ap., 1981) when the Court stated that the "fundamental principle of American law is that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen."
Being a hero is not a requirement of a cop. In fact, case after case has shown that while there are certainly many cops willing to throw themselves into harms way and risk their lives to help others, far more of them are more than willing to take cover and save their own skin while others suffer.
We’ve seen this play out in multiple school shootings, street fights, and, as the following incident shows, in house fires. Earlier this year, a police officer from the notoriously violent and corrupt Mesa Police Department had a chance to be a hero as a fire engulfed an apartment with two children inside. But badges and guns don’t make heroes — courage does.
As the officer’s body camera shows, residents were telling the officer that two children were inside the apartment and their screams were audible. Instead of climbing inside the window to pull out the trapped toddlers, the officer throws rocks as the children suffocate inside, yelling for them to "come to the window." He might as well have yelled, "I’m not doing a damn thing, rescue yourselves."
Fortunately for the trapped children, however, an actual hero was nearby and ran straight into danger. Unlike the officer throwing rocks, this good Samaritan did not have on a gas mask which would have allowed him to breathe a little better in the fumes. The good Samaritan had nothing but selflessness and courage — and this is what saved the lives of the children trapped inside.
As the cop continues to throw rocks, the unidentified hero climbs up to the window, jumps inside the apartment and grabs one of the children and removes her from the apartment. By the time he gets the first child out, smoke is now billowing out of the window heavily but this does not deter the anonymous hero and he runs right back into danger.
Moments later, he emerges with the second child, saving her life as well. Had he not been there, this officer would have thrown rocks at an apartment as the children inside burned to death. Luckily, he was there and the children were taken to the hospital, treated for smoke inhalation and made a full recovery.
Rest assured that if the Mesa cop would’ve been the one who jumped into the burning building with his body camera rolling, we would’ve certainly known his name and seen multiple nightly news specials on his courage. But this good Samaritan didn’t do it for the fame and glory and after he rescued the children, he left the scene without telling anyone his name.
"According to all who were there, if it wasn’t for the citizen who assisted, the outcome of this incident may have been different," said Richard Encinas, a spokesperson with the Mesa Police Department. "He saw the fire from a distance, jumped a wall to the apartment complex, and ran towards the fire to help."
He added that "the citizen did not want to be identified but said he only wanted to help rescue the kids if he could."

Most curious. Bakanov, head of the Ukr equivalent of the KGB, is a childhood friend of Zelensky and is famous for being both corrupt and incompetent. The prosecutor, Venediktova, seems to be a straight arrow.
There is a story going around that the Russians have "accquired" a HIMARS system. Being a truck itself, it is too large to simply "fall off a truck" so the Rus just happened to find it when the Ukr forces retreated for a day. My personal theory, based on no evidence whatsoever, is that these two were somehow involved in the "transfer".
