(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today that it received 1160 pages of documents from Washington, DC’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) related to Air Force veteran and San Diego native Ashli Babbitt. These new documents reveal that OCME submitted a request for permission to cremate Babbitt only two days after taking custody of her body and that ’due to the "high profile nature" of Babbitt’s case, Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Francisco Diaz requested that a secure electronic file with limited access be created for Babbitt’s records.
Additionally, Babbitt’s fingerprints were emailed to a person supposedly working for the DC government, which resulted in Microsoft "undeliverable" messages written in Chinese characters being returned.
Babbitt was shot and killed by an unidentified law enforcement officer as she attempted to climb through a broken interior window in the Capitol Building, located outside the Speaker’s Lobby off the House Floor during the January 6 disturbance. She was unarmed. At the time of the shooting, several officers reportedly can be seen in videos, standing in the crowd of protestors in which Babbitt was present.
The records were obtained in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit concerning two FOIA requests submitted by Judicial Watch on April 8, 2021 to the Metropolitan Police Department and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for records related to Babbitt’s death (Judicial Watch v. The District of Columbia (No. 2021 CA 001710 B)).
The newly obtained records reveal:

Fully vaccinated people with breakthrough infections, can transmit the Delta variant to others.
CDC is continuing to assess data on the percentages of fully vaccinated people with breakthrough infections and numbers that were able to transmit the virus to others.
SIDE NOTE: Early external non-CDC study data placed the fully vaccinated people with breakthrough infections at between about 0.14# to 0.16#. However, recent deeper studies due to the increased number of infections are claiming much higher numbers and percentages.For instance, data from the U.K. suggests the Pfizer vaccine is 88% effective at preventing symptomatic COVID-19 from the delta variant after two doses. Which is a a 12% GAP.
CDC admits that a percentage of fully vaccinated people with Delta variant breakthrough infections can spread the virus to others. But the greater risk of transmission is still among unvaccinated people who are more likely to contract, and therefore transmit the Covid-19 DELTA variant.
CDC makes it very clear in noting, vaccinated people appear to be infectious for a shorter period.

The Delta variant seems to produce the same high amount of virus in both unvaccinated and fully vaccinated people. However, like other variants, the amount of virus produced by Delta breakthrough infections in fully vaccinated people also goes down faster than infections in unvaccinated people. This means fully vaccinated people are likely infectious for less time than unvaccinated people.
More than 99.99% of people [in the U.S.] who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 have not had a breakthrough case resulting in hospitalization or death, according to a CNN analysis of data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
As of Aug. 2, more than 164 million people in the United States were fully vaccinated against Covid-19, according to the CDC. Fewer than 0.001% of those individuals — 1,507 people — died and fewer than 0.005% — 7,101 people — were hospitalized with Covid-19.
CDC last published data on breakthrough cases through July 26. These latest figures include 938 additional severe breakthrough cases — 862 additional hospitalizations and 244 additional deaths — reported over that seven-day period. The CDC does not provide more detail about the timing of the breakthrough cases.
About three-quarters (74%) of all reported breakthrough cases were among seniors age 65 or older. Of the roughly 1,500 people who died, one in five passed away from something other than Covid-19 even though they had a breakthrough case of the virus, according to the CDC.
So breakthrough cases are primarily an exceedingly rare problem of the unhealthy elderly — the same people who were the vast majority of those who got horribly sick and died of the thing among the unvaccinated.

I have lost several friends who admonished others to get the jab. They claimed no ill effects. 70's and now dead. Two others in the hospital now and it doesn't look good. Their children shamed them. A doctor and a Virologist who were not getting the vaccine, did to shut up the kids. A daughter called her mother three times a day stressing she get vac. Well her and her husband three days later were very ill with high fevers. No booster for her as a result. Media can no longer be trusted. They say 5 boosters will be required to be truly vaxed.

[Aljazeera] The US Justice Department is taking a fresh look at secret United States government documents about the September 11, 2001 al-Qaeda attacks with an eye to releasing more information to the public.
The move, welcomed by President Joe Biden in a White House statement, comes as family members of many of nearly 3,000 victims of the 2001 attacks have demanded Biden act.
"As I promised during my campaign, my Administration is committed to ensuring the maximum degree of transparency under the law, and to adhering to the rigorous guidance issued during the Obama-Biden Administration on the invocation of the state secrets privilege," Biden said in a statement released on Monday by the White House.

[The Federalist] President Joe Biden is reportedly considering naming Ezekiel Emanuel, who clearly stated that he doesn’t believe older people contribute to society and that he wants to die by 75, to head the Food and Drug Administration as its permanent commissioner, Politico reports.
Emanuel, 63, served as an adviser on Biden’s campaign before joining the new administration’s COVID-19 advisory board. During his time there, he called for prolonged lockdowns to fight COVID-19.
Politico notes that "Emanuel has little experience in drug policymaking and has never worked at FDA," but claims that he is in the running for the top position after years of appealing to Democrats and their agenda.
"He’s won allies within the administration due to his background aiding the Obama administration, health policy ’vision’ and broader knowledge of the government," the article stated.
Emanuel built his reputation with Democrats and Biden after previously leading the Obama administration in their efforts to create the Affordable Care Act. Emanuel appears to have found long-lasting favor with Biden and his team such as the scandal-plagued Dr. Anthony Fauci who Politico claims is one of the oncologist’s biggest backers.

nonprofit that accused President Donald Trump of unleashing a "surge in white supremacy and hate" donated $85,000 last fall to election administrators in Georgia's largest county as part of a campaign to turn out black votes in the 2020 election. Auditors now want some of that money returned.
The Fulton County Auditor declared this month that county election officials failed to spend all of the Southern Poverty Law Center's grant for buying absentee ballot drop boxes and did not comply with one of the grant's primary requirements to publicly disclose how many ballots were collected in the boxes.
"The grant specified that any unused funds were to be returned to the SPLC by December 31, 2020. During our review, we identified that (21) ballot drop boxes were purchased on September 10, 2020 for a total cost of $40,614," the auditor reported. "We also noted that as of the date of our review, the remaining $44,386 had not been returned to the SPLC and the funds remain in the Registration and Election Department's budget."
Officials in the county elections office, which includes Atlanta and has suffered from documented mismanagement, told the auditors they were in touch with the county's grant division about returning money. But the report noted the deadline for doing so was already eight months past.
[FoxNews] Gov. Kate Brown, the Oregon Democrat, signed a bill last month with little fanfare that drops the requirement that high school students prove proficiency in reading, writing or math, before graduation, a report said.
The Oregonian reported that the governor has seemed to avoid discussing Senate Bill 744. Her move to sign the bill was "not public until recently, because her office did not hold a signing ceremony or issue press release." The paper also pointed out that the bill was first signed on July 14 but not added into the state’s database until July 29 due to a glitch in the system.
Brown’s office did not immediately respond to an after-hours email from Fox News.
In June, state lawmakers voted to approve the bill that suspended the requirements for students for three years, KATU reported. Foundations for a Better Oregon said in a statement at the time that the bill is intended to "truly reflect what every student needs to thrive in the 21st century." Supporters of the bill insist that considering math and reading essential skills has been an unfair challenge for students who do not test well. The report said the requirement was first suspended at the start of the pandemic.
The KATU report pointed out that Republicans have come out against the bill and claim that it lowers "expectations for our kids." But there was some bipartisan support.
Charles Boyle, the deputy communications director from Brown’s office, told the paper in an email that staff from the governor’s office informed legislative staffers about the bill's signing on the day it was passed. He also said that the new standards for graduation will help benefit the state’s "Black, Latino, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Tribal, and students of color."
The paper reported that the bill could stay in effect for five years until new requirements.

The military gave up on the value of HS certificates back in the 70s. They use the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) which if you pass validates the public school paper you show. Something like a third fail.

Two vehicles belonging to the government-backed Civilian Joint Task Force were razed by fire in the encounter with Boko Haram bully boys, Nwachukwu said.
Boko Haram has been trying to establish an Islamist state in northeastern Nigeria since 2009. The terror group has also extended its attacks to other countries in the Lake Chad Basin.

That's entirely possible - on the other hand, there's a report this morning over at www.hotair.com (usually pretty reliable) that Cuomo offered a deal - he'd promise not to run for re-election (a double-pinky swear; I'm sure) if the Legislature would agree not to impeach him.
He's thinking he can hold on to this somehow. My call - and this is IMHO, YMMV, of course - is that if he's still there by the end of the week, he ain't going.

Atta Mohammad Noor, the city’s longtime strongman, vowed to fight against the Taliban to the end, saying there would be "resistance until the last drop of my blood."

Al-Sousa pointed out that the JMC is backed by the United Nations and the Security Council, in support of the Berlin Conference outcomes, to ensure the exit of all foreign forces from Libya, "even if this leads to engaging with them in a military confrontation to expel them from the country."
He noted that the instructions of the LNA Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar ...Self-proclaimed Field Marshal, served in the Libyan army under Muammar Qadaffy, and took part in the coup that brought Qadaffy to power in 1969. He became a prisoner of war in Chad in 1987. While held prisoner, he and his fellow officers formed a group hoping to overthrow Qadaffy, so it's kind of hard to describe him as a Qadaffy holdover. He was released around 1990 in a deal with the United States government and spent nearly two decades in the United States, gaining US citizenship. In 1993, while living in the United States, he was convicted in absentia of crimes against the Jamahiriya and sentenced to death. My son is in the Air Force. He, and our 7 year old granddaughter had COVID19 back in December. He should be exempt, since acquired immunity is supposed to be better than the vaccine.

Trust them on that... ’s Amal Movement has hailed Hezbollah after the resistance movement retaliated Israeli shelling and Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s on southern Lebanon with a rocket barrage, emphasizing that the only way to confront the Tel Aviv regime is resistance and adherence to rules of deterrence.
"Confronting the Zionist enemy and preventing it from targeting our land, sea and air is a sacred right," the movement said in a statement released on Monday.
It added, "Victory over Israel can only be achieved through resistance, and establishment of the rules of deterrence and engagement with the enemy."
Hezbollah announced in a statement that its units hit "open fields" near Israeli positions at 11:15 a.m. local time (0815 GMT) on Friday, using "dozens" of 122mm caliber rockets.
Al-Mayadeen television news network said at least 20 rockets were fired at Israel's military positions. al-Minar TV said a number of the rockets targeted the Douf military base.
Israeli media said residents of settlements in the north of the occupied territories had been asked to stay in homes.
Following the retaliatory rocket attack, Israeli prime minister Naftali Bennett and the regime’s minister of military affairs Benny Gantz held an emergency session amid reports of a massive number of sorties conducted by Israeli warplanes over southern Lebanon.
Iraqi anti-terror Kata'ib Hezbollah and al-Nujaba resistance groups, which are part of Hashd al-Sha’abi, reaffirmed their support for Hezbollah, and declared their readiness to stand by it in any case of a possible confrontation with the occupying Israeli regime.
Kata'ib Hezbollah congratulated the Lebanese resistance movement on its "firm response to the recent Zionist regime’s attacks, as well as its violation of international resolutions and Lebanese illusory sovereignty by targeting areas in the southern part of the country."
Hezbollah has proven that it is "fully prepared to confront any adventurism that the Zionist enemy might get involved in," it said, praising "the steadfastness of Lebanese nation in the face of attempts by the Zionist-US-Saudi coalition to drag Lebanon into malicious chaos and vanquish resistance forces."
