Who killed Ashli Babbitt (podcast)
[Dinesh D'Souza @DineshDSouza Jul 13] Who killed Ashli Babbitt? His name is Lt.Michael Byrd. So the only deliberate killing on January 6 was a black male police officer who shot a white female Trump supporter through the neck. Are you still puzzled why the media is hiding Byrd's identity?

#2  I have lost track of how many people I have dealt with over the years who had a web site but the developer died or just quit taking their calls, they had no passwords and the URL wasn't even registered to them. Then the registration lapsed and a squatter sat on it hoping to make a fast buck. I wonder exactly how many of these web sites are "Under Construction, this URL can be yours," or just throw an Apache stack error of some sort. Or are subdomains being counted as stand alone "websites." More magic numbers...

Judge Orders Biden To Reimplement Key Trump Border Policy
[Daily Wire] HUuuuuge
A federal judge ordered Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration late on Friday to reimplement a key policy from former President Donald Trump that forced foreign nationals seeking to enter the U.S. through the southern border — illegally or without proper documentation — to be returned to Mexico and wait there while their legal cases are adjudicated.

Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk ordered Biden to "enforce and implement [Migrant Protection Protocols, commonly referred to as ’Remain in Mexico’] in good faith until such a time as it has been lawfully rescinded in compliance with the [Administrative Procedure Act] and until such a time as the federal government has sufficient detention capacity to detain all aliens subject to mandatory detention under Section 1255 without releasing any aliens because of a lack of detention resources."

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who filed the lawsuit with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, celebrated the win on social media, tweeting: "Big win for border security!"

"We just won our second immigration lawsuit against the Biden Admin! They unlawfully tried to shut down the legal and effective Remain-in-Mexico program, but Texas and Missouri wouldn’t have it," Paxton’s office wrote in a tweet. "Together we sued, and just handed Biden yet another major loss!"

The judge’s order comes after Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released new statistics yesterday showing that the Biden’s border catastrophe worsened for the sixth consecutive month as U.S. Customs and Border Protection apprehended 212,672 illegal aliens—the worst month ever recorded by DHS, which was created in 2002.

#6  Much of the problem is due to US/EU/CCP constantly adjusting its own C-19 Facts and Figures. Thus opening a door for equally "developed" data.

Then there is the long history of the establishment and MSM frequently getting caught selling a false Narrative for political and social reasons.

So too many times what the public is told or is sold as a Conspiracy Theory today, has been proven Fact later when it was safer to do so.

A few examples of past CONSPIRACY THEORIES later proved factually accurate:

(1950's) Tobacco companies are hiding evidence that smoking is deadly and causes cancer.

(2000's) The U.S. government is watching your internet use.

(2019) The Coronavirus-19 is from a Communist Chinese Research Lab, not some Bat from a farmers market.

(2019-2020) Coronavirus-19 death rate has been overstated its not 4.3% of the population as predicted.

(2019-2021) The most popular used over the ear Paper and cloth masks do not filter out the Covid-19 virus. Because virus is much smaller than their filtering ability.

(2020) Covid-19 Tests are producing lots of false positives.

(2019) Dead people found voting in large numbers.

(2019-21 MSM - The Covid-19 is not man made.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Who are Israel's COVID-19 anti-vaxxers? New survey
[JPost] - Are Israelis against vaccination or are there other reasons that some one million eligible individuals have not turned out to get the jab?

A new survey conducted by Prof. Michal Grinstein-Weiss attempts to answer this question.

The survey, which was taken on August 11 and 12, asked 925 individuals over age 18 whether they had been vaccinated or not. If not, the survey asked them why.

Some 11% of respondents said they had not been inoculated, 75% of which said they do not plan to do so.

When broken down by religion and level of religion, the majority of the unvaccinated are either haredi (ultra-Orthodox) or Arab. Some 24% of haredim and some 21% of Arabs are unvaccinated, versus 6% of secular people, 11% of traditional people and 8% of religious or Religious Zionist respondents.

...Some one-third of the people who said they did not vaccinate — 54% of haredim and 38% of Arabs — said it was because they already contracted the virus in a previous wave and therefore felt that they were protected.

"It is important to understand this when messaging about vaccination to these populations," Grinstein-Weiss said. "This one-third is not really anti-vaccination. So, it just needs to be explained to them why they need to vaccinate even if they have already been sick."
To wit: immunity to coronaviruses is short lasting (see comments)
...The number one reason that Israelis do not want to get vaccinated is because they still do not feel they know enough about the long-term impact of the vaccine (46%). Others said that they do not believe the vaccine is effective (40%) or that they do not think it is safe even in the short term (38%).
The breakdown of basic education in modern western societys is really depressing
Strikingly, despite multiple Israeli and international studies, there are still many women who are opting out of vaccination because they are afraid it will impact fertility (17%) or because they are pregnant or nursing and afraid it could harm their baby (11%).

...Israel began vaccinating pregnant women in January and stepped up its encouragement of these women getting inoculated during the third wave, when the British variant caused many women in their third trimesters to develop serious cases of the virus that required emergency delivery and treatment in the intensive care unit. Some pregnant women died from the virus then, too.
Stupidity is not a crime - but it is a capital offense.
Another factor that plays into whether or not people get vaccinated seems to be their friends and family networks. Some 61% of people whose friends and/or family members are not vaccinating have chosen not to vaccinate themselves.

"They tend to give into peer pressure," said Yaniv Shlomo, a senior research associate at SPI, who worked with Grinstein-Weiss on the survey. "They run in cliques."
An Israeli example of staunch individualism claimed by American anti-vaxxers.
...Finally, the report looked at the connection between immunization and marital status: The percentage of those not vaccinated is higher among those who are single or without children compared to those who are married or have kids — 16% unvaccinated versus 9%.

#1  Covid-19: Is Manaus the final nail in the coffin for natural herd immunity?

Many thought a second wave was impossible in Brazil’s Amazon because of the severity of the first.
A second crisis has stunned the city of Manaus

...Around 80 confirmed covid-19 deaths were reported each day in May 2020—Manaus was the first Brazilian city to dig mass graves. In the second wave in January 2021 that number exceeded 100. The new heights of despair in a city that suffered so much with the first wave came as a shock to residents and public health experts alike.

It has alarmed researchers across the world too. Many thought a second wave impossible because of the scale of the previous outbreak. “The academic
community thought they were close to herd
immunity,” says Diego Rosselli, an epidemiologist
at Bogotá’s La Javeriana University. “Once again, we had it wrong.”

Incidentally, Brazilians relied extensively on HCQ as a prophylactic against Covid

-Great Cultural Revolution
The number of white people in America has declined for the first time since 1790
[Just The News] The number of white people in the United States has dropped for the first time since 1790, according to new data from the 2020 Census.

Data from the 2020 count of people living in America shows that the country has become substantially more ethnically diverse, particularly in the under-18 category. Additionally, the country's population grew 7.4% in the last ten years, a slower rate than any decade since the 1930s.

The numbers indicate that growth in the American population for the last decade has been driven by minority populations. While whites still make up a little less than 58% of the American population, that figure dropped below 60% for the first time since the census-taking began.

The share of the white population was 63.7% in 2010, and is now 57.8%, the lowest on record. The actual number of non-Hispanic whites fell as well, shrinking from 196 million in 2010 to 191 million in 2020.

The director of race, ethnicity and outreach — Nicholas Jones — at the Population Division of the Census Bureau said, "The U.S. population is much more multiracial and much more racially and ethnically diverse than we measured in the past."

In more than half of American counties, more people died than were born during the last decade. Small counties — with populations of fewer than 50,000 — on average, lost population. Counties with populations greater than 100,000 mostly added to their numbers.

#12  More Caucasians are calling themselves multi-racial. More who are multi-racial are picking a non-white identity. So I have to wonder how much has really changed.

From the New York Times article on the subject (via Ann Althouse):

Nearly 1 in 4 Americans now identify themselves as either Hispanic or Asian. The Black population grew by 6 percent, an increase that represented about a tenth of the country’s growth. Americans who identified as non-Hispanic and more than one race rose the fastest, jumping to 13.5 million from 6 million.

And in what appears to be a big shift in how Hispanics think of their racial identity, one third of Hispanics reported being more than one race, up from just 6 percent in 2010. That means that Hispanics are now nearly twice is likely to identify as multiracial than as white.

The New York Times article ended as follows:

Correction: Aug. 12, 2021
An earlier version of this article incorrectly reported the rate of decline of the non-Hispanic white population since 2010. It was 2.6 percent, not 8.6 percent.

When it comes to the 'Right Stuff,' it's up to us
[American Thinker] In The Right Stuff, Tom Wolfe's tribute to American greatness, exemplified by the original Mercury Program astronauts of the 1960s (and one incredibly heroic X15 test pilot), you'll find a manual showing why you might want to be proud to be a citizen of the United States. If you've never seen the movie, I strongly recommend it. It captures the romance, innocence, and patriotism of an era that the United States of 2021 desperately needs to look to as a guide.

There are many conservatives — and many moderates — who read the essays penned in American Thinker. Those essays typically inform and guide thinking. However, we are past just thinking about things. This essay is different. With The Right Stuff in mind, this essay is a call to action.

Afghanistan
Weapon seizures 'massive boon' for Taliban as cities fall
[KFP via France24] The United States spent billions supplying the Afghan military with the tools to defeat the Taliban, but the rapid capitulation of the armed forces means that weaponry is now fuelling the insurgents' astonishing battlefield successes.

"We provided our Afghan partners with all the tools -- let me emphasise: all the tools," US President Joe Biden said when defending his decision to withdraw American forces and leave the fight to the locals.

But Afghan defence forces have shown little appetite for that fight and, in their tens of thousands, have been laying down their arms -- only for the Taliban to immediately pick them up.

The Taliban's social media is awash with videos of Taliban fighters seizing weapons caches -- the majority supplied by Western powers.

Footage of Afghan soldiers surrendering in the northern city of Kunduz shows army vehicles loaded with heavy weapons and mounted with artillery guns safely in the hands of the insurgent rank and file.

Tara Reade Calls Biden a 'Powerful Predator'; Calls for 'Real Investigation' Into Him After Cuomo Resigns
[Western Journal] The upcoming departure from office of Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo over allegations of sexual harassment feels like a load off for a great many people, but not for the woman who has accused President Joe Biden of sexual assault.

Tara Reade, a former Senate staffer for Biden, went public last year with allegations that Biden scarred her for life with a sexual assualt that she said occurred in 1993. Reade, who never came off as anything but credible, told a tale that could make anyone’s stomach turn.

She said that Biden, then a Delaware senator, penetrated her with his fingers after he had her pinned up against a wall. Democrats and the establishment media tried to ignore her.

Biden eventually was forced to deny Reade’s account of what she said happened. And, of course, he deserves the presumption of innocence that liberals routinely deny conservatives facing much flimsier allegations. But Reade’s account also deserves to be taken more seriously than the mainstream media and the Biden White House have so far.

It’s also important to point out that Cuomo, as twisted as we might view him to be, was pushed out of his job by political pressure and public opinion, not the legal process.

India-Pakistan
Major tragedy averted ahead of I-day: Pakistani terrorist planning attack on J&K highway killed
[OneIndia] A major tragedy was averted ahead of Indepence Day after security forces bumped off a Pak terrorist planning an attack along the national highway in Jammu and Kashmir
...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there....
on Friday.

They said the overnight encounter began after two terrorists, who had positioned themselves in a building, started firing "indiscriminately" on a BSF convoy on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.

Kashmir Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar said the slain ultra, identified as Usman from Pakistain, was a "dreaded terrorist" active for the past six months.

"Around 3 pm (Thursday), Lions of Islam fired upon the convoy of BSF on the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway near Malpora Mir Bazar area of Kulgam. The fire was retaliated by an ROP (road opening party) of police and security forces," a police front man said.

There were no injuries in the initial attack.

Police and Army reinforcements reached immediately and cordoned off the area, the spokesperson said.

"The force party ensured not to give any chance to the Lions of Islam to escape. The Lions of Islam managed to take shelter in a nearby building. The holed-up Lions of Islam fired indiscriminately upon the joint party of police/security forces which was retaliated, leading to an encounter," he said.

The IGP said there was a general input for the last one week that "Lions of Islam were planning an attack on the national highway on Baramulla-Srinagar road or Qazigund-Pantha Chowk".

"So, the police and security forces were ready. This shows how good the response of the security forces has been that there was retaliation and the bully boy was not allowed to flee," Kumar told news hounds here.

He said when the BSF convoy was coming, "two Lions of Islam fired indiscriminately from a huge building, but there was no injury to us".

"Security forces cordoned off the area and the encounter ensued. GoC (general officer commanding of the Army's south Kashmir-based) Victor Force and I monitored the operation during the night. We used a rocket launcher and a bully boy was neutralised during the night.

"Since it is difficult to search in the dark, in the morning, the body of a Pak terrorist identified as Usman, who had been active for the last six months, was recovered," he said.

A huge cache of arms and ammunition, which includes an AK-47 rifle, magazines, grenades, RPG-7 rocket launcher, was recovered from the encounter site, he said.

Kumar said it shows the "Lions of Islam were planning something big".

"It is after a long time that RPG-7 has been recovered (in Kashmir) and the police and security forces have averted a major incident. I am proud of the police and security forces," he said, adding, "We achieved a major success by killing Usman - the dreaded Pak terrorist."

The police front man quoted above said a CRPF jawan and an Army personnel and two civilians got injured in the "indiscriminate firing by the terrorists".

All the injured had been taken to hospital, he said.

Australia Urgently Evacuates Afghans Threatened by Taliban
[AnNahar] Australia is working urgently with the United States to evacuate the last Afghans who helped Australian troops and diplomats as Taliban

Lions of Islam make rapid territorial gains across Afghanistan, Prime Minister Scott Morrison said Friday.

Australia shut its Kabul embassy in May and withdrew the last of its troops in June as U.S. and NATO
...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all....
forces pulled out of the Afghanistan conflict after 20 years.

Morrison said Australia since April has resettled 400 Afghans and their families who would be in danger from the Taliban because they worked for Australia.

Morrison did not say how many more Afghans will be resettled in Australia under a program that has been shrouded in secrecy.

"We have made a lot of ground on this issue in the last few months. We'll continue to do that. We're liaising very closely with particularly the United States and others who are engaged in that area," Morrison said.

"We'll continue to implement that program with a great sense of urgency in partnership with those who also are engaged in similar activities in that region," he added.

Morrison described the Taliban gains as "not surprising."

"But it is concerning and it is very upsetting," Morrison said.

More than 39,000 Australian military personnel have served in Afghanistan since 2001, and 41 have been killed there.

Asked what his message was to Australians who question whether the 20-year campaign was worth the sacrifice, Morrison replied: "Fighting for what you believe in is always worth it."

IDF says troops downed Hamas drone from Gaza two days ago
[IsraelTimes] Soldiers forced the device, possibly an Israeli drone captured by Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",, a regional Iranian catspaw, in 2018, to the ground on Wednesday; military says they only found where it landed Friday.

It was not immediately clear how the military downed the device. In a photograph released by the military on Friday the drone does not appear to be damaged.

The IDF said troops spotted the device as it crossed into Israeli airspace and that it was "monitored throughout the entire event."

"The IDF will continue to act to prevent any violation of the illusory sovereignty of the State of Israel," the military said.

Palestinians clash with Israeli forces over work at Hebron’s Tomb of Patriarchs
[IsraelTimes] Construction to make the holy site handicap accessible began Monday; plan includes elevator, bridge and path connecting parking lot to site

Paleostinians briefly clashed with Israeli forces in Hebron on Friday over construction at the Tomb of the Patriarchs to make the site handicap accessible.

Photos showed Israeli Border Police troops firing stun and teargas grenades into a crowd of Paleostinians that arrived to demonstrate near the site.

Construction at the holy site began on Monday. On Thursday, local mosques in Hebron called upon Paleostinians to show up for Friday prayers and a demonstration at the site, according to media reports.

There were no reports of serious injuries amid the clash which occurred following Friday prayers outside the site.

Police made no immediate statement on the festivities.

Last month, Defense Minister Benny Gantz approved the long-awaited plan to make the site accessible for the disabled — both Israeli and Paleostinian worshippers.

"The Tomb of the Patriarchs is a sacred and historic site, and in the 21st century it is impossible for such an important site for Jews and Moslems not to be accessible to all populations, regardless of religion, race, or gender," Gantz said at the time.

The site, holy to both Jews and Moslems, is accessible now only by its iconic stairs. The $1.4 million project includes an elevator, a path to reach the entrance from the parking area, and a bridge connecting the elevator to the entrance.

The Hebron municipality and the Waqf, which oversees Moslem holy sites in the Paleostinian territories, have objected to what they described as the expropriation of Paleostinian land for the project.

In order to carry out the construction work on the site, the military’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories issued a land acquisition order last year, the Walla news site reported.

Some have accused Israel of violating agreements between it and the Paleostinians, as the Paleostinian Authority was the planning authority for the site.

Civilian killed in Turkey-PKK conflict in Duhok
[Rudaw] A Kurdish villager was killed during festivities between The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire...
and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in northern Duhok province, a local official confirmed on Friday.

Ibrahim Hassan, 50, was killed in the fight between Turkey and the PKK, Kani Masi district director of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), Hashim Trwanshi, told Rudaw’s Nasir Ali.

Hassan was on his way to water his orchard when he was killed, the official added.

A local resident said the area had been bombed around 10:30 Friday morning.

Mayor of Kani Masi, Sarbast Sabri, said Hassan’s body will be taken to Zakho for forensic examination and he will be later buried in his village.

The PKK is an armed Kurdish group fighting for the increased rights of Kurds in Turkey. Ankara considers it a terrorist organization. For decades, Ottoman Turkish forces have pursued the PKK within the Kurdistan Region’s borders.

Turkey has launched a series of operations against the PKK in recent years, with the most recent beginning in April. Duhok’s Metina area, on the Ottoman Turkish border, is the focus of Operation Claw-Thunderbolt, and Operation Claw-Lightning targets the Avashin and Basyan areas further east.

This year, six civilians have been killed, several injured, and 20 villages emptied.

A parliamentary report last year concluded that at least 504 villages have been emptied across the Kurdistan Region since 1992 and hundreds of people have been killed. In Duhok alone, 366 villages have been abandoned since 1998.

Duhok’s environment has been severely damaged, thousands of acres of land have been scorched, and people’s houses and livestock have been hit.

According to figures compiled by the International Crisis Group, which tracks the PKK-Turkey conflict, in the first six months of 2021, there have been 144 fatalities. The dead are 33 Ottoman Turkish soldiers, 103 PKK fighters, and eight civilians. The majority of the casualties this year have occurred in the Kurdistan Region.

Since the decades-long conflict was reignited in 2015 following the collapse of peace efforts, at least 5,464 people have been killed, including 549 civilians.

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has repeatedly called on Turkey to respect its illusory sovereignty and for the PKK to leave the area.

Turkish soldier killed in Kurdistan Region

...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire...
’s Ministry of National Defence said late Thursday.

The soldier was severely injured in the attack and later departed this vale of tears, it said in a tweet.

The ministry claimed three PKK fighters were "neutralized," a term Turkey’s army uses to refer to combatants killed or injured on the battlefield, and vowed "operations in the area will continue."

The PKK said in late July that they have carried out 398 attacks against the Ottoman Turkish army since the two operations began April, and have "punished" 494 Ottoman Turkish soldiers and injured 63 others.

The group also acknowledged 63 deaths in its own ranks during the latest operations.

The conflict is devastating local populations and the environment. Villagers have fled their homes, and bombs and Arclight airstrike

s have sparked fires that are difficult to extinguish because of ongoing festivities and remote locations.

Ottoman Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar said 18,292 "terrorists" have been neutralized since July 24, 2015.

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
US places sanctions on oil broker for allegedly supporting Quds force
[Rudaw] The US Department of Treasury announced on Friday that sanctions were imposed on an accused oil smuggler in an international oil smuggling network allegedly responsible for funding Quds force operations in the region.

In a blurb, Secretary of State Antony Blinkin noted that Iranian oil proceeds were being used to support the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force (IRGC-QF) in their "malign activities" in the region.

"The IRGC-QF is using revenues from its Iranian petroleum sales to fund its malign activities at the expense of the Iranian people," the director of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Andrea M. Gacki was quoted in the blurb.

This comes as Washington urges Tehran to prioritize resuming nuclear negotiations in Vienna, saying the window to revive the nuclear accord will not remain open forever as Iran’s breakout time for producing fissile material for a nuclear weapon continues to shrink.

The sanctions freeze any US assets of those blacklisted, as well as generally prohibiting Americans from engaging in transactions with them. Foreign financial institutions also risk exposure to sanctions themselves if they provide support.

"The United States will continue to expose and disrupt those supporting such efforts," said Blinken.

Among those named by OFAC was Mahmood Rashid Amur al-Habsi, an oil broker from Oman whose various companies were used to conceal the IRGC-QF's involvement in the sale and shipment of Iranian oil, according to the report. Shipments worth millions of dollars have been transported by al-Habsi's companies, such as Oman-based Nimr International L.L.C and Orbit Petrochemicals Trading LLC.

Al-Habsi "tampered with the automated identification systems that are onboard vessels, forged shipping documents, and paid bribes, circumventing restrictions related to Iran" while maintaining oversight over shipping operations, the statement explained.

Earlier this month, the United Kingdom and the United States condemned the attack on an Israeli-managed petroleum tanker off the coast of Oman that killed two people on August 1, both blaming Iran.

Iran
...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate Jews Zionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol...
has denied involvement, saying "the Zionist regime has created insecurity, terror and violence... These accusations about Iran's involvement are condemned by Tehran," Rooters reported.

International-UN-NGOs
France, Western powers to boycott UN anti-racism conference over concerns about 'anti-Semitic statements'
[AlAhram] La Belle France will join other major Western powers and Israel in boycotting a UN anti-racism conference next month over concerns about "anti-Semitic statements" at past editions, the presidential office said on Friday.

The follow-up meeting of the Durban Conference, named after the South African city where the UN's anti-racism conference was held in 2001, is scheduled to bring together world leaders on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York in September.

But the format has been controversial since its inception, with critics led by Israel charging that the first edition in Durban was tarnished by virulent and undisguised anti-Semitism.

Several countries, including La Belle France, also boycotted follow-up meetings in 2009 and 2011.

President Emmanuel Macron "has decided that La Belle France will not take part in the follow-up conference due to take place this year as he is concerned by anti-Semitic statements made within the Durban Conference", his office said in a statement.

"La Belle France will continue to fight against all forces of racism and will be watching to make sure that the Durban follow-up conference is held in accordance with the founding principles of the United Nations
...an organization conceived in the belief that we're just one big happy world, with the sort of results you'd expect from such nonsense...
," it said.

The United States, the UK, Australia, Israel and numerous other European countries have already announced they are boycotting this year's meeting.

"Following historic concerns regarding anti-Semitism, the UK has decided not to attend the UN's Durban Conference anniversary event," the British foreign ministry said in a statement.

The initial Durban conference, from August 31 to September 8, 2001, just days before the terror attacks of September 11, was marked by deep divisions on the issues of anti-Semitism, colonialism and slavery.

Western countries believe that criticism of Israel and its occupation of the Paleostinian territories frequently veered into open anti-Semitism.

The US and Israel walked out of the conference in protest at the tone of the meeting, including over plans to include condemnations of Zionism in the final text.

At the 2009 conference, a speech by Iran's then-president Mahmoud Short Round Ahmadinejad attacking Israel sparked a temporary walkout by many European delegates.

"The original Durban conference was a show of hatred and anti-Israel propaganda and the follow-up events became events of anti-Israel incitement," said a spokeswoman for the Israeli foreign ministry, confirming Israel would not attend this year's event.

The Paleostinian Authority said however it would be taking part in the conference "despite the position of several European countries".

Macron has vowed to fight against anti-Semitism in all its forms and last year warned of "the unbearable resurgence of anti-Semitism in our Europe". The government has in recent days expressed concerned over anti-Semitic slogans at protests against Covid-19 restrictions.

[AlAhram] The Egyptian Armed Forces announced late on Thursday the killing of 13 bandidos turbans from takfiri

groups in an exchange of fire during counter-terrorism operations in central and northern Sinai.

Takfiri
...an adherent of takfir wal hijra, an offshoot of Salafism that regards everybody who doesn't agree with them as apostates who must be killed...
is a term used to refer to certain hardline Sunni Moslems who see other Moslems as infidels, often as a justification for fighting them.

Also during the incident, nine members of the Armed Forces were either killed or injured, Army Spokesman Gharib Abdel-Hafez said in a statement, without identifying the exact number of deaths or the victims’ ranks.

As a result of the operations, the Armed Forces seized 15 automatic rifles and quantities of ammunition of different calibres, Abdel-Hafez said.

Also, 20 automatic rifle magazines, a number of cycle of violences used by the takfiri elements to carry out their terrorist operations, two mobile phones, two field glasses and sums of money in various currencies were confiscated, the front man added.

"The Armed Forces have taken in this regards all legal measures and presented the [seized objects] to the relevant investigative authorities," Abdel-Hafez noted.

"The Armed Forces affirm the continuation of their efforts to pursue terrorist elements so that the people of Egypt can enjoy security and safety," the front man added.

The Egyptian Army has announced the killing of hundreds of takfiri elements since the launch of Comprehensive Operation Sinai 2018 (COS 2018) launched in February of that year.

These latest operations, which the Army announced on the first of August, resulted in the killing of 89 "very dangerous takfiri elements" in North Sinai.

Turkey Holds Dozens More after Attacks on Syrian Shops
Follow up to this story from yesterday.
[AnNahar] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey
...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund...
's chief prospector on Friday announced the arrest of 72 more people implicated in attacks on the shops of Syrian migrants colonists in the capital Ankara.

The new detentions bring the total number of people detained since Wednesday night's violence to 148.

The unrest broke out in response to a fight between locals and migrants colonists in which a Ottoman Turkish national was stabbed to death.

The Anadolu state news agency said two "foreign nationals" have been arrested and charged with homicide.

Images on social media showed dozens of shouting men breaking through police cordons and then attacking cars and shops believed to be owned by Syrian families.

They smashed windows with stones and crowbars and tore down the metal grill of one store before breaking in and ransacking its shelves.

Images obtained by AFP showed police firing tear gas to disperse the crowds as the violence raged late into the night.

The chief prosecutor's office in Ankara has been detaining people who were either suspected of being involved in the violence or of disseminating incendiary social media posts before and during the attacks.

The unrest in Ankara comes with polls showing anti-migrant sentiment on the increase in Turkey.

Turkey has become home to 3.6 million Syrians under a deal struck with the European Union

in 2016 to help avert the continent's migrant crisis.

The sides are currently working on updating the terms.

Turkey's main opposition party last month vowed to send Syrians "back home" if it comes to power in a general election scheduled for 2023.

Afghanistan
Pakistani Forces Clash with Afghan Protesters in Spin Boldak
[ToloNews] Pak forces clashed on Thursday with hundreds of Afghans stranded on Pakistain’s side of a commercially vital crossing point with Afghanistan after its closure by Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
, Pak security officials said as quoted by Rooters.

The disturbances broke out after a 56-year-old Afghan traveler died of a heart attack as he waited in the dusty heat to enter Afghanistan via the Chaman-Spin Boldak crossing, Arif Kakar, a Pak official on the scene, said as quoted by Rooters.

According to Rooters report, protesters carried his body to a local Pak government office demanding the border be reopened. Some began throwing stones at security forces, who responded by firing tear gas and charging the protesters with batons to disperse them. No injuries were reported.

The Chaman-Spin Boldak crossing is landlocked Afghanistan’s second busiest entry point and main commercial artery to the Pak seacoast.

Taliban captured Spin Boldak district last month. They announced the closure of the Chaman-Spin Boldak crossing on Aug. 6 in protest at a Pak decision to end visa-free travel for Afghans.

The group is demanding Pakistain allow Afghans to cross the frontier with either an Afghan ID card or a Pak-issued refugee registration card.

According to Rooters, some 900 trucks went through the Chaman-Spin Boldak crossing daily before the Taliban seized it.

Over half of Afghanistan’s provinces fall to Taliban
[KhaamaPress] The Taliban
...mindless ferocity in a turban...
has toppled six scenic provincial capitals in the past 24 hours which brings the total number of provinces fallen to the fighters to 18.

Centers of Kandahar, Helmand
...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan...
, Herat
...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns...
, Badghis, Ghor, Pashtun-infested Logar, Zabul, and Oruzgan provinces fell to the Taliban in the past 24 hours.

Apart from the aforementioned provinces, there are also other provinces like Paktia and Wardak where the Afghan government forces only control the scenic provincial capitals and the Taliban are controlling the rest of the geography.

In Herat province, former Jihadi leader Ismail Khan, deputy interior minister Abdurahman Rahman, Governor Abdulsabor Qani, commander of Afghan National Army Zafar corps and head of National Directorate of Security
...the Afghan national intel agency...
local office surrendered to the Taliban.

Pashtun-infested Logar province, only two hours from the Afghanistan's Caped Presidential Palace also witnessed heavy conflict between the Taliban and ANDSF in the capital Pol-e-Alam. Videos captured by local people in the province show that the central prison has been broken and tens of prisoners fleeing the jail bu Afghan government is yet to comment about the prison and collapse of the province.

Meanwhile,
...back at the alley, Slats grabbed for his rosco...
the governor of Oruzgan province-fallen to the Taliban- said that the people asked him not to persist so that the people are not killed and the city is not damaged.

The surrender of high-ranking officials and a Jihadi leader comes a day after the provincial governor of Ghazni province handed over the province to the Taliban and was escorted by the fighters who were then arrested by the Afghan government in Wardak province on his way to Kabul.

The skyrocketed rise in the gains of the Taliban is at a time when the head of High Council for National Reconciliation Abdullah Abdullah
...the former foreign minister of the Northern Alliance government, advisor to Masood, and candidate for president against both Karzai and Ghani. Dr. Abdullah was born in Kabul and is half Tadjik and half Pashtun. He also held the meaningless salaried sop position as CEO of Afghanistan, while Ghani was president...
arrived in Kabul from Doha and is due to hold a meeting with politicians.

Fifth Column
Why Does Congresswoman Chu Want The FBI To Back Off Chinese Spies?
[AND Magazine] Sometimes it seems like the actions of Chinese intelligence in the United States are invisible and clandestine. Other times, it appears that they are right there for everyone to see in the light of day. Such is the appearance at least of California Representative Judy Chu’s efforts to roll back Trump era efforts to get some control over rampant CCP espionage in this country.

Under Trump, the Department of Justice launched something called the China Initiative. It was an effort, after years of neglect, to push back on the looting of our national security secrets and critical intellectual property by Chinese intelligence operatives. The scale of that Chinese effort had reached the point where it threatened to change the balance of power and give Beijing a decisive military advantage.

Judy Chu wants to end the China Initiative. She is leading the charge on Capitol Hill to brand the DOJ and the FBI as racist and xenophobic and to end the crackdown on Chinese spies. Chu’s mantra is that the China Initiative is analogous to the internment of Japanese during the Second World War, another "Red Scare" and unjustified response to an exaggerated threat.

Maybe Chu genuinely believes all that. Maybe something very different is afoot.

Judy Chu was in contact with and photographed in the company of the same Chinese spy, Fang Fang, who famously slept with and cultivated Congressman Eric Swalwell. Fang was part of a wide-ranging Chinese effort to cultivate Democratic politicians in the Bay area. Fang appears to have taken the same kinds of efforts on behalf of Chu as she did for Swalwell. Fang helped organize a 2012 town hall for Rep. Judy Chu.

Chu has a history of affiliation with Communist organizations. vIn the 1980’s she was a leader of a group called the Federation for Progress, which was a front organization for the Communist Workers Party. Communist Workers Party was a U.S.-based Maoist political organization. The group published an internal bulletin called The Expert Red, a theoretical journal called The Eighties, and a near-weekly newspaper called Workers Viewpoint. The group changed its name to the New Democratic Movement in 1985.

Chu has made a number of trips to China. Her first trip was in 1990 when relations were only just developing between Beijing and Washington. At the time she was a small-town mayor. She visited China again in 1994 and 1999 as a city councilwoman.

In 2011 Chu led a congressional delegation to Beijing. She was invited to travel to China by the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs. After visiting Beijing Chu also traveled to east China’s Jiangsu Province, the financial hub of Shanghai, and south China’s Guangdong Province.

Ted Cruz saved America at 3:30 AM last night
[Citizen Free Press] Chuck Schumer brought HR1 — SR 1 to the floor around 3:30 a.m. after the Senate had concluded 15 hours of amendment votes on a $3.5 trillion budget resolution. In the dead of night, Schumer sought to pass the federal overhaul of elections by unanimous consent, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Only one objection by a senator was required to stop the process. In a roughly 15-minute back-and-forth, Cruz tanked Schumer’s attempt to force the election bill through the Senate.

"This bill would constitute a federal government takeover of elections. It would constitute a massive power grab by Democrats. It would disenfranchise millions of Americans and it would do precisely the opposite of its nominal title, ’For The People.’ It is, instead, for the politicians because it entrenches politicians and ensures that the people cannot vote them out of office. It would strike down virtually every reasonable voter integrity law in the country, including voter I.D. laws supported by the overwhelming majority of this country, including prohibitions on ballot harvesting, again widely supported by people in this country. It would mandate that felons be allowed to vote, and it would automatically register millions of illegal aliens to vote. It would profoundly undermine democracy in this country, and for that reason I object."

Syria-Lebanon-Iran
Four SDF members wounded in Syria's Deir ez-Zor
[NPASYRIA] Four members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), were maimed yesterday night, in a clash with light weapons with smugglers on the bank of the Euphrates River, in a town east of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria.

An SDF military source in the town of Darnaj, 70 km east of Deir ez-Zor, said that an SDF patrol clashed with a group of button men, when they raided one of the smuggling crossings in the town, (al-Ashara crossing), which led to the injury of four SDF members.

The source added that the injured were taken to Abu Hamam Hospital, and two of them were transferred to al-Omar Hospital later, due to the seriousness of their injuries.

From time to time, the SDF raid the smuggling crossings, which link their areas of control with those of the Syrian government, and the raids often result in festivities with smugglers.

Five days ago, the SDF confiscated tanks loaded with crude oil, that were intended to be smuggled to the Syrian government-held areas, at al-Hasiya crossing, in the town of al-Shuhail, east of Deir ez-Zor.

Africa Subsaharan
Ruthless Boko Haram Commander, His Three Wives, Children Surrender To Nigerian Troops
[SAHARAREPORTERS] A senior Boko Haram
... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality...
commander, identified as Amir Adamu Rugu Rugu, and his family have surrendered to Nigerian troops.

The terrorist and his family surrendered to the troops of Operation Hadin Kai in the Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State.

Amir Adamu was known to be deadly against troops and commuters around Mandara hill and Sambisa forest in Gwoza area, Daily Trust reports.

A top security source said Amir Adamu surrendered along with three wives and children in Gwoza town.

A resident of Gwoza described the terrorist as well known in the town.

"All Praise be to Almighty Allah, the famous Boko Haram (terrorist), Amir Adamu Rugu Rugu surrendered in today in Gwoza town. Karshen BH yazo insha Allah," the source said.

The Nigerian Army on Tuesday said at least 1,000 Boko Haram/Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
West Africa Province (ISWAP) members had laid down their arms and surrendered to its troops.

Army spokesperson, Onyema Nwachukwu, however, denied that the Force was planning to free two senior repentant terrorists.

-Short Attention Span Theater-
Man gets six kidney beans stuck in doinker while trying to 'express' himself
[NYPOST] He was struggling to "pea."
It gets worse.
A randy Michigan man redefined "c-block" after he got six kidney beans lodged in his pea pea urethra during a bizarro attempt at sexual gratification.
Kind of a "pee shooter."
The unnamed 30-year-old patient had reportedly wanted to "express the beans while whacking his pud during ejaculation," according to the wince-worthy report published in the journal Urology Case Funnies Reports.
"Heh heh! Hey Bob! You seen this one?"
So the sexual nut bag eccentric shoved six kidney beans down his dong in his urethra and attempted to shoot them off expel them via blowing his wad "natural emission." However,
facts are stubborn; statistics are more pliable...
his pea shooter jammed during the process, prompting him to try to remove them with tweezers.
"C'mere, y'little bean boogers! Ow!"
When that failed, he reported to the hospital, where he informed doctors that he was struggling to "pea."
"Ummm... Honey? Im going out for a couple hours!"
"Not again? Those were for dinner, dammit!"

The backed-up bean stalker also admitted it wasn’t his "first time participating in this practice, although he never attempted to utilize this many beans."
"You thought I wasn't gonna notice again, didn't you?"
A subsequent CT scan confirmed that the poor soul harbored six beans in his schlong urethra, which measured 15 mm by 7 mm each. Four were located between the urethral entrance and the urine pouch, while another had strayed all the way into the bladder.
"I SAID YOU'VE GOT A BEAN IN YER BLADDER!"
"YOU'LL HAVE TO SPEAK UP! I'VE GOT A BANANA IN MY EAR!"

After initially failing to extract the urethral infiltrators, medics managed to remove one legume by applying numbing cream to the area and then squeezing the penile passageway, the researchers reported.
"Feel pretty numb now?"
"I've felt number..."
"Does that hurt?"
"ARGH!"
"Hey! How about some warning next time?"
"Sorry, nurse. Here comes another one!"
"AAARRGGGHHH!"

They eradicated the rest of the beans the following day via a complex process that involved holding the man’s urinary entrance open and inserting a great honking tube through which they passed surgical implements.
"Pliers... hammer... chisel... suction... thermite... detonator..."
They then plucked out the taco toppers with a tweezer-like tool and placed them in a basket.
"Clear!... KERPOW!... whimper..."
Despite the highly invasive procedure, the frijole fetishist suffered "minimal" trauma to his urethra and was discharged the following day.
"I'm here to pick up..."
[whimper]
"... him."

*Wipes tears* I’m sure that if they read this, the rabbis would advise the following prayer: Blessed art thou, O Lord our God, Ruler of the universe, who hast made me [female and] not as creative as Mr. Bean.

Fair Russia party rules out merging with the Communist Party
Direct translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[REGNUM] In the foreseeable future, the unification of such parties as "Fair Russia - Patriots - For Truth" (SR) and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is out of the question, said candidate for the State Duma from Fair Russia, Alexander Tarnavsky at a round table in Moscow.

Tarnavsky explained his position by the fact that such associations imply the absorption of a stronger party by a weaker one. Now, neither Fair Russia, nor the Communist Party of the Russian Federation are so weak as to be swallowed up by one another.

"I think that in the near future it is impossible. And for obvious reasons. Everyone wants to unite for themselves. I am friends with many representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. There are different teams. Ideologically, it is possible to expand, but in such a way that one swallows up the other, it is impossible that way. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation has its own ideology, respectfully speaking, we will not grow together. And this will not be possible in the near future," Tarnavsky said.

At the same time, according to the leader of A Just Russia - For the Truth, Sergei Mironov, the union of the SR and the Communist Party of the Russian Federation would help to defend the interests of citizens more successfully, but it is impossible under the current leadership of the Communist Party.

Earlier, Zakhar Prilepin, the co-chairman of A Just Russia - For Truth, made a proposal to integrate the left-wing forces.

The ballot paper for voting in the federal electoral district will include the LDPR, "Communists of Russia", "Fair Russia - Patriots - For Truth", the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, "Civic Platform", the Russian Party of Freedom and Justice (RPSS), "Rodina", "Greens" , Green Alternative, Party of Pensioners, Party of Growth, Yabloko, New People and United Russia.

Zuckerberg's Data Says Amnesty Gives Economic Windfall to Wealthy States
[Breitbart] Mark Zuckerberg
...the Peewee Herman clone who owns Facebook. He's got more money than Croesus and thinks he should be regulated by the government because it does such a nifty job with all the other stuff it regulates....
’s amnesty advocates report that the pending reconciliation amnesty will deliver a huge windfall to the wealthy coastal states — but will offer little to midwestern states, small northeastern states, and the southern states.

The report, inadvertently, also spotlights the painful reality that migration skews regional wealth in the United States by minimizing incentives for coastal investors to create jobs outside their home states. With plenty of job-seeking legal and illegal migrants clustering on the coasts, investors in New York and California have little or no incentive to hire people in the middle of the nation.

The report by Zuckerberg’s FWD.us advocacy group for investors said:

Belgrade expects KFOR to protect Serbian villages in Kosovo
Direct translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[REGNUM] Petar Petkovic , Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Government of Serbia, expects the International Force for Kosovo (KFOR) to strengthen its presence in Serb areas, as there have been more anti-Serb incidents in the southern Serbian province since the beginning of the year than in the entire previous year. Petkovic announced this on his Twitter page on August 13.

Petkovic writes that on August 13, the day when Serbs mourn the Serbian children killed in 2003 in the village of Gorazdevac, graffiti appeared in the center of Serb-populated Gracanica, glorifying the Kosovo Liberation Army.

It should be reminded that on August 13, 2003, unknown persons fired at Serbian children from automatic weapons, who were swimming in the Bistrica river near the center of the village of Gorazdevac. Two young men were killed, four more were wounded of varying severity. The attackers were never punished.

EULEX (EU mission in Kosovo) closed its investigation into the incident 11 years ago.

Liberals Look in the Mirror and Scream
[Townhall] It's Kurt
The left has a fraught relationship with freedom, in that they are against it except when it comes to bizarre perversions and transgressive nonsense designed to blow your bourgeois mind. Free speech, a free press, the right to worship as you see fit — these are frustrating obstacles to their power. They insist on pretending they support these things, and they are willing to infringe upon any of your freedoms to do it.

I recently mocked them with a Schiff-disturbing Twitter thread demonstrating what it might look like if the right imposed a cracked mirror-image set of left’s dream policies upon them for a change, and boy, did the "fascist" and "Nazi" tweets fly from the 12-follower bots, the third-tier 1,200-follower blue checks, and the invertebrate sissies of Never Trump like Frank "Lumpy" Luntz. My favorite fulmination came from the Bulwark’s Charlie Sykes, who took a break from failing at marriage, radio, and publishing to demonstrate the kind of integrity for which he is renown among no one to cite only the provocative early tweets and not the one that essentially said, "See, you wouldn’t like this, so don’t do it," thereby evading the point in service of his lame posturing for all his fans. Both of them.

But after his lib-curious cruise ship brochure’s utter humiliation by Mike Rowe last week, I guess he had to do something to distract, no matter how cheesy.

Government forces shell Syria's Idlib countryside
[NPASYRIA] On Friday, Syrian government forces renewed their artillery and missile shelling of areas in Idlib, northwest Syria, while Turkish-backed armed faction targeted the government’s posts in the southern countryside of Idlib.

“The government forces, stationed in the surrounding checkpoints, targeted the factions’ posts in the villages and towns of al-Fatira, Kansafra, and Sfuhun in Zawiya Mountain, south of Idlib, with heavy artillery shells and missiles,” military sources of the factions told North Press.

“The government shelling resulted in massive material losses, reporting no human casualties amidst intensive flight by Russian drones over the area,” the sources added.

Meanwhile, sources of al-Fateh al-Mubin Operations Room, which includes several armed factions, targeted the government’s sites in Jobas, east of Idlib, with mortars.

During the past 48 hours, other areas in Idlib witnessed a relative calm followed months of military escalation that left dozens of civilian casualties.

"Double Death Tax": Joe Biden Wants to Tax Your Dead Body
[TrendingPolitics] For decades, the Democrat "death tax" has been greatly frowned upon by Republicans and the American people. Most Americans hate the concept of taxing someone’s wealth after they have died however this has not stopped Democrats from gouging money from a deceased person’s family.

National Review reports that the death tax has dropped from 55% to 40% this century however it now appears that the Biden administration wants more.

You heard that right: The Biden administration wants to tax you or your loved one’s dead body.

Chicago Mayor Blames Medical Examiner For Canceling Of Murdered Cop's Tribute, ME Disagrees

A racist to the bone, Lori sez that people with the same skin tone all think alike, not quite getting the implications for a city with a population less than thirty percent black...
added insult to injury on Wednesday when she claimed fallen Chicago Police Officer Ella French’s bagpipe tribute had been skipped because of the medical examiner’s pandemic protocols.Chicago Police Department (CPD) officers are furious with their agency’s second-in-command after he ignored a sacred ritual on Saturday night and refused to wait for the Emerald Society to play the bagpipes as a final send-off for the slain hero.

"We don’t have 20 minutes for this s—t!" CPD First Deputy Police Superintendent Eric Carter declared as the murdered officer’s body lay in a nearby ambulance, awaiting transport to the Cook County medical examiner’s office, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.
He might as well resign now. He's never going to not have said that. The shit he didn't have time for was the one he didn't give.
Superintendent Carter demanded the Chicago Fire Department take Officer French’s body into the medical examiner’s office without stopping for the Emerald Society’s traditional bagpipe ceremony, according to the paper.

The directive was captured on a recording, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

"We’re not waiting on the bagpipes. Go ahead and get the vehicle inside," he ordered. "Take it all the way inside. Do not stop."

"We don’t have 20 minutes for this s—t!" CPD First Deputy Police Superintendent Eric Carter declared as the murdered officer’s body lay in a nearby ambulance, awaiting transport to the Cook County medical examiner’s office
The rank-and-file of the Chicago Police Department, along with multiple former high-ranking officials, condemned the superintendent for having disrespected the fallen hero and her fellow officers by skipping the bagpipe ritual.

Superintendent Carter’s decision received nationwide backlash on social media.

And just when it seemed things couldn’t get worse, the mayor of Chicago stood up for him.

"Mayor Lori Lightfoot says the decision not to allow the honor guard/bagpipes at the morgue after the shooting death of Officer Ella French was due to COVID-19 protocols set by the medical examiner, and it was not a decision made by First Deputy Eric Carter," WTTW reported.

The claim came two weeks after Lightfoot permitted the massive four-day Lollapalooza music festival to go forward in Chicago.

The coroner’s office wasted no time in pushing back to correct the record.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office contradicted Lightfoot’s assertion that the bagpipes were skipped because of its rules, WGN reported.

"Protocols for processions at the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office have not changed since the pandemic began," the medical examiner’s office said in a statement. "First responders have always gathered in the office parking lot and dock to pay respects to fallen coppers and firefighters."

"Early Sunday morning, coppers gathered in the parking and dock area as usual and bagpipers accompanied the body of Officer Ella French through the parking lot to the dock," the office told WGN. "At no time did personnel from the Medical Examiner’s Office try to impede officers or bagpipers."

Former CPD Superintendent Garry McCarthy told the Chicago Sun-Times that the traditional bagpipe ceremony is a time-honored ritual for law enforcement line-of-duty deaths.

Superintendent Carter’s decision to ignore it was both "inexcusable" and sacrilege, McCarthy said.

He said there was no reason for Superintendent Carter to ramrod the process along. "There’s always enough time. Let’s put it that way," McCarthy said. "If we had to wait two or three days, I would have done it."

McCarthy said he believes the move will likely have a lasting negative impact on the amount of respect the department’s rank-and-file officers have for Superintendent Carter.

"It would be a stretch to think that they would want to get behind a leader who doesn’t respect something that sacred," he told the Chicago Sun-Times.

There have been numerous calls for the superintendent’s resignation on social media.

#7  Actually, I'd put just as much blame on George W. Bush for getting us involved in Afghanistan in the first place. Then I'd blame Baraq for perpetuating Bush's mistake. Trump tried to get us out of there but was likely more concerned about doing it in a more orderly manner than what we see Biden doing.

WTF was Bush thinking? Osama bin Laden was not there and Bush knew it. Did he think he'd build a modern democracy out of a Stone Age culture like Afghanistan? It was never anything but a fool's errand, especially considering that the real problem was and continues to be in Pakistan.

Don't cry about the $700 million embassy complex that will soon fall under Taliban control or about all the expensive materiel the Taliban has already captured. It's gone and there is no point throwing good money after bad.

The lesson to be learned is that nation building is a dodgy business, especially in Third World hell holes. They probably wouldn't be Third World hell holes if the people who live there were worth the effort. I suppose it was worth it for the people who profit from war whether we win or lose.

But none of this is to say that Biden is not responsible. Don't forget that, as a senator, he voted to allocate funds for Bush's misadventure. Then as vice-president under Baraq, he was an active participant. Biden is a damn liar. As a member in good standing of the Beltway Party that kept this war going for 20 years, he bears as much responsibility as anyone.

And now he enjoys a summer vacation at Camp David while a disorderly, desperate, ignominious evacuation is underway in Kabul. Gotta wonder if he is even fully aware of what is happening.

Taliban promises amnesty to all security forces and officials of Afghanistan
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
Taqqiya.
[REGNUM] The Taliban movement appealed to the Afghan people with a declaration of peaceful intentions and a promise of amnesty to the military and officials, the Iranian ISNA news agency reported on August 13.

According to the Taliban, even those who fought against them should not fear for their lives.

"The rapid advancement of the Taliban units is ensured by the high popularity of the movement. If someone fought against the Taliban, then he should not be afraid. Everyone can live in peace. We are your brothers. If someone attacks you on behalf of the Taliban, immediately inform our headquarters so that he can deal with these people," the agency quotes the words of the appeal.

The Taliban urge the population not to leave their homes because of their offensive, and government officials are asked not to emigrate with their families outside the country.

In addition, amnesty was promised to servicemen of the government army, inviolability of private property and state property.

As reported by IA REGNUM, by the evening of August 13, announced the establishment of control over half of the provinces of Afghanistan.

Boko Haram Surrender: It Should Not Be Blanket Amnesty And Pampering — Ndume
[CHANNELSTV] Chairman of the Senate Committee on Army, Senator Ali Ndume, has reaffirmed his stand against blanket amnesty for repentant Boko Haram
... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality...
fighters.A few days ago, the Nigerian Army released a statement, saying the recent offensive operations by troops of Operation Hadin Kai have led Boko Haram and Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
of West Africa Province forces of Evil in the North-East to surrender en masse, a report which stirred various reactions as to what becomes of the ’repentant’ terrorists.

Speaking on the development as a guest on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Senator Ndume noted that this did not come to him as a surprise. He is, however, of the opinion that more must be done to the gunnies other than the pat on the back which seems to be the norm at the moment.

"It didn’t come to me as a surprise actually, because I’ve been saying for a long time that the armed forces and other security agencies of the country are handicapped, otherwise, they have the capacity and the ability to prosecute this war.

"Now that what they need is given to them, you can see the results within this short time. And I’m expecting more.

"It is only that, as I have said before, there shouldn’t be blanket amnesty and pampering treatment to those who have surrendered," the politician said.

China-Japan-Koreas
Communist China ‘Indefinitely' Closes Critical Port over One Coronavirus Case
[Breitbart] Communist China partly shut down one of the world’s busiest ports “indefinitely” on Wednesday after one worker tested positive for Chinese coronavirus.

A 34-year-old employee at the Meishan Terminal of China’s Ningbo-Zhoushan Port reportedly tested positive for the Indian “delta” variant of the Chinese coronavirus and has an asymptomatic infection. The infected person supposedly contracted the virus after receiving two doses of the Sinovac vaccine, which is widely considered the least-effective Chinese coronavirus vaccine currently in global circulation. The Chinese-made vaccine tested at 50.38 percent efficacy when first introduced into the market, meeting the threshold traditionally considered necessary to be approved by less than a percentage point.

While the rest of the Ningbo port remains in operation, the closed terminal is considered “critical” in servicing North America and Europe, the South China Morning Post reported. Analysts said the closure could cause serious delays around the upcoming holidays and could further increase global inflation.
Oh noes! No plastic Christmas crap this year?
“While the congestion is rampant around major global ports, currently all attention is on China because its ports are so large in scale, and exports starting from there would impact the overall global supply chain,” said Akhil Nair, vice-president of global carrier management and ocean strategy at Seko Logistics.

“They will divert as many services as possible to other Ningbo terminals, but there is still the expectation that congestion will start to form,” he said. “The average wait time is expected to increase back to what we saw in Yantian, which was seven to nine days,” referring to the Shenzhen’s Yantian port shutdown in May and June over coronavirus.

Meishan handled 20 percent of the total container throughput at the port in 2020, according to official statistics reported by the Post. Last year, it was one of the busiest terminals, handling 5,440,400 TEUs of container throughput.

Josh Brazil, vice-president of marketing at Project44, told the Post the closure could cause global inflation to increase, in part because many traders are passing on costs of delays to customers.

“The fact that ships remain delayed, and now Covid variant outbreaks in major Chinese manufacturing hubs are on the rise, indicates that there may be far-reaching downstream consequences going into Black Friday and the holiday shopping seasons,” he said “We’re seeing a lot of variation in delay times between months, and routes such as US west coast versus east coast ports, making supply chains particularly challenging for shippers to manage.”

China’s communist government has used the asymptomatic case as a reason to quarantine nearly 800 people and shut down the area surrounding the port.

According to the Global Times, a state-run newspaper, the city of Ningbo in East China’s Zhejiang Province ordered religious places, internet cafes, entertainment venues, cinemas, and gyms to shut down. By Wednesday afternoon, officials also canceled all flights in Ningbo airport to and from Beijing. At least 33,000 people who live in three districts in the area are affected by the lockdown.

The communist-run Times blamed “contaminated cargo” for the port employee’s infection. The Post said the person was seen on video surveillance in close contact with “foreign crew members” at the port.

China’s communist government has a history of quickly clamping down when threatened with growing coronavirus cases. In the early months of the pandemic, the Communist Party worked tirelessly to undermine travel bans that might have prevented the coronavirus from spreading beyond China.

China pulled strings with international organizations to secure recommendations against blocking travel for infected Chinese. Even as the Chinese government was locking Wuhan’s Hubei province down and forbidding internal travel, it pushed international travel, the Economic Times reported.

Officials, however, did not hesitate to issue travel bans from the U.K., India, and other countries in 2020 after ardently opposing such bans in other countries.

Notably, the Post emphasized how China became the “main exporter of goods to other parts of the world still under lockdown” when the country “recovered well” after the first wave of Chinese coronavirus.

What if Washington DC applied Communist China Travel Controls here?

Communist China claims a world record for low C-19 Infections. As of today, China has a World Ranking of #107 out of 222 nations. With only total of 94,326 infections since the pandemic start back in 2019. I t claims only 1,385 cases in the last 14 days. While the rest of the world was and is still burning.

Is it because China in part uses Incoming International Travel bans and Incoming Border Crossing travel bans to stop the spread of Infections and new variants? Or plain BS communist propagranda?

But since DC US Socialcrats seem to believe the CCP infection data. Because they sure as hell aren't on CNN challenging them, now are they.

Then why hasn't DC followed suit and applied Incoming International Travel controls at ALL US borders?

Answer: It conflicts with the DC Socialcrats OPEN BORDERS agenda.

It's unenforceable. It fact, it's unenforceable in China. Except, in China, people who bribed an official to make an exception for them - don't go on social networks to brag about it.

Biden administration has considered mandating vaccine for interstate travel as part of tougher measures to get more shots in arms, report claims

But the administration worried such a move would be too polarizing, the Associated Press reported.

However, that option remains on the table if public opinion polls shift, indicating more and more people see vaccines as the best route to returning to normalcy.

Nobody is going to pay attention to a mandate limiting interstate travel based on whether or not you have a vaxx.

Polarization is a euphemism for a complete government-initiated shitstorm. The resistance to such a mandate would be huge. The American people might just put an end to the endless crap coming out of the government.

What would they do, put police checkpoints on all the federal highways where they cross state lines? I suspect the majority of interstate traffic is local, on local streets and state routes — and the majority of states would not have any interesting in enforcing such a federal mandate.

And then there is the racism piece:

Bill Gates Pledges $1.5 Billion for Climate Change Initiatives – as He Prepares to Mine Greenland
[Breitbart] Microsoft founder Bill Gates has reportedly pledged $1.5 billion towards climate change initiatives as part of the Democrat’s infrastructure bill. The announcement comes just days after Gates and his billionaire friends announced a plan to tear apart Greenland in search of pricey minerals.

The Hill reports that Microsoft founder Bill Gates has pledged $1.5 billion from his climate investment fund, Breakthrough Energy, to finance climate change and renewable energy initiatives if a recently proposed White House-supported infrastructure package is made law. The bill passed the Senate 69-30 this week and includes $25 billion for the Energy Department.

The bill includes over $100 billion towards improving the resilience of power grids and further incentives for the electrification of transportation. Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Gates said that all clean-energy initiatives must “get the costs down and to be able to scale them up to a pretty gigantic level.”

Gates added: “You’ll never get that scale up unless the government’s coming in with the right policies, and the right policy is exactly what’s in that infrastructure bill.” Gates told the WSJ that his fund would aim to redirect most of the pledged $1.5 billion to fund climate efforts in Asia and Europe if the infrastructure bill is not made into law.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said in a statement Thursday: “Breakthrough Energy Catalyst’s commitment shows that the private sector is ready to lead the fight to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve a net-zero economy by 2050. Paired with the historic investments in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal and President Biden’s Build Back Better Agenda, these investments will unlock new technologies to position the U.S. as a global leader of the clean energy economy—creating good-paying jobs for all kinds of workers in all pockets of the country.”

While Gates has long been a proponent of green energy and climate change initiatives, it was reported recently that a mineral exploration company backed by Gates, Jeff Bezos, and Michael Bloomberg has entered into a joint venture with the London-based mining firm Bluejay to mine for raw materials in Greenland that could be used in electric vehicles.
Did Greenland really agree to be strip mined for the benefit of foreign tech billionaires?
KoBold Metals, a mineral exploration firm backed by the billionaires, plans to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to decide where to purchase land in Greenland likely to contain ore deposits.

Holder encourages Democrats to protest in the streets, get arrested for voting rights
[FoxNews] Former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder encouraged Democrats to protest in favor of voting rights by taking to the streets and getting arrested.
So Chinless is talking tough? How about extradition to Mexico for FnF?
"Power cedes nothing without a demand," Holder told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Thursday night. "We too often underestimate the power that we have as regular American citizens by marching, by protesting, by raising our voices. If we make our voices known, if we demand the kind of change, the fair change that we’re seeking, I think it will help in the process."

"It’s not going to probably move Republicans," Holder continued. "On the other hand, Democrats are going to have to think to themselves, ‘do I want to be seen as the person who James Eastland…those people before, who stood against the passage of [the] Civil Rights bill–do I want to have that as my legacy?’ In raising the consciousness of people, by demonstrating, by getting arrested, by doing the things that ended segregation."

The former attorney general compared the current Democratic push to fight laws aimed at strengthening election integrity to the fight against "American apartheid" in the 1950s.

"If you asked people in the 1950s, ‘do you think marching, demonstrating is going to bring down a system of American apartheid?’ You probably would have said, ‘that’s just not gonna happen.’ And we should not lose faith right now. Citizens can make a change. Citizens need to be in the streets. Citizens need to be demonstrating, citizens need to be calling representatives to demand the time of change that will make this country more representative, make our democracy more fair."

The special regiment Nazis in the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine: the combat history of militants
Direct Translation via Google Translation. Edited

This presentation appears to be a response to other media in the internet which show Nazi symbols being used by Russian contractors abroad. Nazi symbols are banned in Russia and their use carry with them a hefty criminal liability.

The video is in Russian but is translatable. Fortunately, the presenters speak near perfect Russian, so the translation is very good.

[Rusvesna] The crime of the Ukrainian state is emphasized by the fact that in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine there is quite officially a real Nazi unit, the Azov Regiment. The unit was created on the basis of Ukrainian Nazi societies and football fanboys.

From the very moment of Azov's creation, special attention was paid to advertising the unit -- the battalion, and then the regiment received -- in addition to the official salary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, funds from Ukrainian oligarchs and from abroad.

This allowed the leadership of Azov Regiment, and, above all, Andrei Biletsky, to appropriate the huge funds collected by the "volunteers".

How justified is the advertising of Azov Regiment?

Are the harsh tattooed Nazis and neo-pagans really effective fighters? Or is it just PR?

"The battle history" of 'Azov'" is being analyzed by activists of the Patriotic Association of Donbass in their new video.

  • The weapon uses electricity, rather than gunpowder, to propel ammunition

  • It can fire 20 rounds per minute at full power, or 100 rounds at half power

  • Though billed as 'the most powerful handheld coilgun ever,' the Anvil's impact is less lethal than traditional firearms

#3  Fight Back: Here's How People Are Legally Resisting Dystopian Diktats to Get a Covid Shot or Be Fired

Barnes said on his program “Viva and Barnes Law for the People” on Locals.com and Rumble that there’s an array of actual and planned lawsuits by people who have been threatened with job loss, mask mandates, and less freedom.

Challenges to the FDA

The question to be answered is: “Did the FDA follow its own rules, follow it’s own procedures before taking any particular action, whether that’s the issuance of notices like their fact sheets, whether that’s approval of a vaccine as emergency use, or whether that’s full FDA approval and all of those components?”

Barnes says citizens may file what is known as citizens petitions to identify any concerns they have or support existing petitions, such as the ones brought by Robert Kennedy, Jr. and others.

Religious exemptions

So you’re not a particularly religious person? Doesn’t matter. You don’t need a pastor’s sign-off, church attendance records, or anything else to assert your right to exercise your freedom of conscience.

And here’s some ammo.

Barnes shared a listener’s hypothetical letter to an employer, which read in part: “Covid vaccines [are] derived from protein testing using the abortion-derived cell line HEK-293. Partaking in a vaccine made from aborted fetuses makes me complicit in an action that offends my religious faith. As such, I cannot, in good conscience and in accord with my religious faith, take any such Covid vaccine at this time. Please provide a reasonable accommodation to my belief, as I wish to continue to be a good employee, helpful to the team.”

Experimental Vaccines Cannot be Compelled

All of the coronavirus shots were approved under emergency use authorizations to stem the pandemic quickly.

The shots are experimental.

Under the 1947 Nuremberg Code adopted by the United States and other countries following the Nazi experiments on Jews and others, it is against international law to force anyone to take medical treatment against their informed consent—Tuskegee Institute syphillis experiments included.

The Americans With Disabilities Act

The ADA is enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and oversees state, but not federal, employees. It “recognizes that [an employer’s] perception of a disability” or their “health status” is what counts, not whether or not you actually have a physical disability. The question is, is not being vaccinated perceived as a disability of some sort?

Barnes believes you should ask your employer, whether they be government or private industry, what the purpose of requiring the shot is.

According to Barnes, the EEOC says that since the ADA oversees health status, so he wonders what role unvaccinated people have in this scenario.

“Does it have nothing to do with health status? Does it have nothing to do with your physical limitations? … Do they believe that being unvaccinated is a disability or the perception of one?” he asks.

Obviously, the answer would appear to be yes, which means this may be a perceived disability in the view of the ADA.

“I will be the first lawyer to bring these claims,” said Barnes. Other attorneys “have not understood the policy and purpose of this law.”

Watch this space.

What If You’ve Already Had Covid?

If these employers believe in immunity, which would appear to be the case judging by their rantings over getting “jabbed,” as they insist on calling it, then what do they have against the natural and arguably better immunity accorded to people who have already had it?

That’s what George Mason Antonin Scalia Law School professor Todd Zywicki wondered when he was ordered to get a vaccine or else suffer professional consequences.

Moreover, the professor, who took antibody tests to verify his immunity, was advised by his doctor that taking a vaccine after having Covid put him at “heightened risk for adverse side effects.”

So where does his university get off thinking they’re smarter than him and his doctor?

Professor Zywicki decided to find out and filed a lawsuit to stop the school’s punitive mandates against unvaccinated people. The mandates include forced mask wearings, frequent testing, and, as stated in his lawsuit, the “policy strips unvaccinated employees of their eligibility for future merit-based pay increases because they cannot upload proof of vaccination.” The specter of being fired is also hanging over his neck like a guillotine.

“For me, it’s literally all of the risk and none of the benefits of getting vaccinated at this point,” he said.

He’s asked for declaratory and injunctive relief from the US District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Watch this case.

Civil Rights Violations

Last but certainly not least are the inevitable civil rights cases. Barnes believes that in New York City, for example, Mayor Bill de Blasio has basically segregated white people from black people by his vaccination edicts at restaurants, bars, gyms and other places. Why? Because a particularly large percentage of black people, for whatever reason, haven’t gotten the Covid shot. It’s de facto Jim Crow because his rules disproportionately affect black people.

Barnes believes there are First, Fourth, Fifth, and Ninth Amendment violations in these edicts.

The question is, will you lose your job before these issues can be decided in court?

#19  The vaccine itself is creating more dangerous variants. The process is called antibody-dependent enhancement.

The vaccine disables your own natural antibodies. If you've had and cleared the disease, the vaccine turns off your own body's response.

Meanwhile, effective treatments (HCQ, Invermectin) are being suppressed.

The program for universal vaccination is not a program to eliminate the virus. It is a program to make the COVID crisis permanent.

#24  Exactly 233 COVID cases

The same message being repeated across many channels simultaneously - once you tune into this sort of thing it becomes as obvious as the heart-wrenching picture of a surprisingly new teddy bear lying in the middle of the street in a bombed out city. Or the shot of the latest protest/riot taken from a low angle, looking slightly up so you don't really see the background, and tightly framed on the crowd, which if you actually count them turns out to be only a dozen people.
It can be harder to notice listening to the news, but like that guy said, you can observe a lot just by listening.

Examples:
Trump is dark (an oldie from Trump vs Hildebeast)
There was no widespread election fraud.
We only have N years to save the planet.
Covid surge is due to Trumpsters and other right-wing white supremacists refusing to get vaccinated.

We have progressed beyond "In truth there is no news, in news there is no truth". The trick now is to figure out what the lies mean.

#26  #16 You can provide nothing. There are 6000+ Americans who subsequently died (most of them for reasons having nothing to do with vaccination - people day every day) per 180+ millions vaccinated Americans. This works to (1/3)*10^(-5).

#30  Please I work with this every day. I'm a long time lurker here and sometimes donor to Fred's cause. I likely had COVID from one of several pilots I did FAA exams on in 11or12 2019. I was sick as sh-t for 6 weeks Dec Jan 2019 -2020. No way to test for COVID-19 then, only antibody tests were for the known strains of Corona virus mostly infecting children. In Feb 2012 I read a publication from Indian virologists suggesting among other things that there were portions of nucleic acids sequences never found in coronaviruses, but a necessary component of the HIV/AIDS virus coding for a protein that allows the virus to attach to human T cells thus starting the process that eventually leads to immune deficiency and clinical AIDS. I don't want that in any of my patients nor my service members I am responsible for. That paper was ”withdrawn” subsequently, but it made sense and seemed pretty rigorous in method.
In the chance they were correct, we surely don't want a half-assed immune response wherein a viable infectious viral particle is presented to our t-cells and it obligingly attaches and infects that t-cell etc(antibody assisted enhancement of function). Some percentage of naturally infected individuals will not produce antibodies to the spike protein. We do know that the mRNA vaccines do.I checked mine and I seem to have a boatload of spike protein Abs > 6 months after vaccination. I would suggest that the current mRNA vaccines are likely to provide some level of protection, and more likely to give one neutralizing antibodies than relying on naturally developed immunity alone. After all, HIV starts out as a bastardization of our normal immune processes. An aside on that subject is who out there has done a sh-tload of HIV research? A certain CDC virus researcher loving enhancement of function research?
Yep I'm seeing a few cases of breakthrough of COVID-19 in vaccinated folks. I'm seeing numerically increased and more ill cases in unvaccinated people. I'm not seeing many people with long-term reactions to the vaccine but yes they will occur. A blessed few so far (I had an interesting 36 hours after the 2nd Moderna vaccine then been fine). So please keep an open mind wrt the vaccine. It is an ounce of prevention that may avoid a pound of cure. Thanks for reading MY Rant.

Economy
Harvard Economist Breaks the Bad News About Rising Paychecks Under Biden
[Western Journal] In Joe Biden’s America, earning more means buying less.

Although economic recovery from the pandemic means more Americans are going to work, "the hot economy is heating prices more than it is heating wages," said Jason Furman, an economics professor at Harvard University, according to CNN.

Furman has argued that the current economic trends are reminiscent of the economy of the 1960s.

"One of the troubling things in the 1960s was that wages didn’t keep up with prices, and so people saw their purchasing power, their real wages fall. I’m not saying that’s what’s going to happen now, but that is the scenario to be worried about," he told The Associated Press.

Texas House sergeant-at-arms visiting homes looking for Democrats who fled: report
[FoxNews] The Texas House sergeant-at-arms and law enforcement are searching for the state Democrats who fled the state to avoid voting on the state’s election reform bill, according to local reports.

Texas House Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Black is reportedly traveling to the homes of the lower chamber’s members who skirted voting by flying to Washington, D.C.

Black finished his rounds at the Texas Capitol in Austin, where he was tasked with delivering 52 civil arrest warrants for the missing Democrats.

Around 25 Texas lawmakers remain in D.C., preventing the Texas Legislature from voting on the election overhaul bill.

The rogue lawmakers cannot be arrested until they reenter Texas.

Critics slam Biden's long-weekend silence as Afghanistan falls to Taliban
[NYPOST] Republican leaders are slamming President Joe Biden
...... 46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?......
for taking a long weekend out of the public eye as major cities fall to the Taliban
...Arabic for students...
in Afghanistan.

Biden on Thursday sent 3,000 US troops to Kabul to evacuate embassy workers as the Taliban seized Herat
...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns...
and Kandahar, Afghanistan’s second- and third-largest cities — but he hasn’t commented publicly on the crisis since Tuesday.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy
...the GOP house majority whip. He replaces Eric Cantor, who got whupped because his politix are like Kevin McCarthy's...
(R-Calif.) said Friday that Biden "must immediately focus all efforts on making sure there is a plan to safely extract all American service members and civilians still remaining in Afghanistan."

"He also owes the American public an answer on what he plans to do to make sure the region doesn’t turn into a breeding ground for more violent mostly peaceful extremism that will lead to large-scale global attacks of terrorism," McCarthy said.

Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (R-Pa.) told The Post, "this strategy of putting your head in the sand and not taking questions is a way to not get associated with his military debacle."

"I don’t think it’s gonna work," he said. "I don’t think that hiding from cameras is a way for him to not have the fall of Kabul and the fall of Afghanistan tattooed on his political legacy. "

Reschenthaler, an Iraq War veteran, said "the history books are going to remember that it was Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?...
who surrendered to the Taliban."

The president took no questions as he departed the White House on Thursday afternoon for a trip to his home in Wilmington, Del., and he’s expected to remain out of view for days.

#1  I noted with interest that the planned August Vacation in Delaware has now shifted to Camp David, where unlike Delaware, no press access can be mandated, and no listing of visitors from Mt Weather and other places can be tracked. Hiden Biden cannot be exposed to press scrutiny as his utter clueless-ness would be on display. This retreat to protect a fragile public mask for the cabal running the country only delays the inevitable for a moment. The cauldron of public anger and demanding issues is getting white hot, and DHS is prepping the domestic battlespace for the coming confrontations I suspect:

Australian System of Government is Broken

Australia is a federation of six states which, together with two self-governing territories, have their own constitutions, parliaments, governments and laws. This info-sheet is about the national or central government, usually called the Federal Government, Commonwealth Government or Australian Government.

In my opinion, it needs to have a break-switch activated to stop this Authoritarian Psychotic Behavior, which is now their government.

If not, their economy will be in ruins for decades to come, and civil liberties will not recover anytime in this decade.

-Great Cultural Revolution
Nebraska governor vows to continue fighting critical race theory as university rejects resolution
[FoxNews] Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts told Fox News on Friday that he would continue fighting critical race theory (CRT) despite the state university's decision to reject a resolution designed to combat the contentious ideology.

His comments came amid an ongoing controversy over the issue, which has prompted input from professors and students at the University of Nebraska. On Friday afternoon, the Board of Regents voted 5-3 to reject the anti-CRT measure, which opposed the "imposition" of the ideology in curriculum.

"While the board didn't pass the resolution, I'm committed to continuing the fight to keep [CRT] from being imposed upon Nebraska schools or institutions of higher education," Ricketts said.
Does not the state governor appoint the regents for the state universities? This seems an ideal time for Governor Ricketts to share the spoils with the more erudite among his supporters.
Jim Pillen, the regent and GOP gubernatorial candidate who introduced the resolution, similarly said he wouldn't stop fighting what he and others see as a divisive influence on education.

"I'm disappointed in today’s outcome, but this fight is not over," Pillen said in a statement provided to Fox News. "The issue isn't going away. I will continue to oppose Critical Race Theory being imposed on students in higher education, and it will be a priority to ban it from Nebraska’s K-12 schools as governor."

Opponents argued that the resolution would impede academic freedom and avoid teaching hard truths about race relations. But both sides expressed fear that faculty would be forced one way or another on the issue.

After the United College Athlete Advocates, the American Association of University Professors and the faculty senate criticized the measure, the university's president and chancellors released a statement expressing "concerns."

"As we have shared with Regent Pillen, we have significant concerns about the resolution and how it would be interpreted by the faculty, staff and students we hope to recruit and retain," the statement read. "We will continue to work together and with the Board to vigorously protect and defend academic freedom at the University of Nebraska."

Pillen's resolution read, in part: "Whereas we oppose discrimination in any form and Whereas Critical Race Theory does not promote inclusive and honest dialogue and education on campus and Whereas Critical Race Theory proponents seek to silence opposing views and disparage important American ideals. Be it resolved that the Regents of the University of Nebraska oppose any imposition of Critical Race Theory in curriculum."
