[Epoch Times] This may be recycled news - it seems slightly familiar. Except for the "furrin cleavage" part. The remarkable similarities between a recently leaked 2018 proposal from EcoHealth Alliance head Peter Daszak and the defining characteristics of COVID-19 raise new questions regarding the origins of the pandemic.
The proposal, dated March 27, 2018, sets out the organization's plan to create entirely new coronaviruses through the synthetic combination of preexisting virus backbones. It describes how those viruses were going to be made more virulent in humans by the insertion of a furin cleavage site, a feature that distinguishes COVID-19 from all other SARS-related coronaviruses.
The plan also envisaged the creation of an aerosolized vaccine that could be used to immunize wild bat populations. But it turned out to not affect bats. Unexpectedly.
Daszak's proposal, which was leaked by a whistleblower to DRASTIC, an online community of researchers investigating the origins of the pandemic, has since been authenticated by Linfa Wang, one of the scientists who was involved in Daszak's proposal.
While it isn't known whether Daszak's proposal was realized, there are a number of indications that it was, including a distinct overlap between his proposal and work being carried out by the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).
The new revelations contained in Daszak's proposal will likely have far-reaching implications as to the ongoing search of the virus's origins.

[BBC] - North Korean state media has aired footage of soldiers putting on a display of their combat prowess and ability to smash various objects with their bare hands.
The performance was staged at a defence exhibition in Pyongyang, and watched by leaders including Kim Jong-un.
Besides destroying bricks and tiles, soldiers were seen lying on beds of glass shards and iron nails, with concrete slabs sledgehammered to bits onto their bodies.
The finale showed men bending iron rods with their necks and breaking out of chains.
North Korea media said it was to show enemies that their soldiers had "iron fists to protect the peace of the country".
Though it goes without saying, it's probably best to avoid trying any of these stunts at home.

[Newsmax] Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. is going to stick to his call for accountability and plead guilty to several charges in his Marine court-martial, according to one of his attorneys Tuesday.
"This case began with a call for accountability and Lt. Col. Scheller will demonstrate to senior leadership how to accept accountability for his own actions," attorney Tim Parlatore told told The Hill.
Scheller's legal team is working on an agreement with the hope of securing an honorable discharge after he criticized Biden administration military leaders and called for their accountability after 13 U.S. service members were killed in an ISIS-K suicide bombing during the evacuation phase of the Afghanistan withdrawal at the end of August.
Scheller, a 17-year Marine, took to social media in his calls for senior leaders being held accountable and was reduced by his command to work in an office. After being given a gag order, Scheller violated that order and was sent to the brig, a military prison, while he awaited a pretrial hearing for his violating the gag order.
The week in the brig was "totally excessive and unnecessary," Parlatore told The Hill.
"The real big question that remains is whether all the very important messages that he brought out will be adopted," Parlatore said, adding "nobody is saying that he said anything that was untrue."
[Washington Examiner] A D.C. Metro train partially derailed near Arlington National Cemetery, causing delays on the Blue Line on Tuesday.

Blue line delay is actually between Roslyn and the Pentagon.
The Metrorail system was, by 2010, plagued by overcrowding. They solved this by having well publicized accidents and bad service so that by 2019 ridership was about 20% less than in 2010.
In 2020l ridership plummeted to about 25% of the 2019 level. This year ridership is about double 2020 but still way, way, way below capacity.
Of course, passengers must wear face masks which makes the experience more awful.

As some have stated, based on how they have looked at the official Covid-19 morbidity demographics data.
It seems the Covid-19 by its design is a focused Bio-Weapon. That was built to target and reduce certain age groups and those with certain genetic & medical issues.

the increase in SSI is automatic, Biden has no direct involvement,
you could argue that by virtue of his policy the inflation is an indirect cause of the increase but there are actually some other causes, e.g. the world wide pandemic

My propane went from $1.55 to $2.50 a gallon. I will survive as I will shoot a deer and turn her into jerky to make up for meat cost rises. I also can veggies but and I still have a 200’ lbs of ground oats. I feel sorry for the country as a whole.

Natural Gas in my GA Zip code went from $0.51 to $0.79 per therm. A 54.90% increase and SSA COLA is something like 5.61%.
So how do they figure the COLA?
Because it does not seem to be based on my Food, Gas and Utilities inflated costs.

Not so fast -- this could be significant if this is paralled by a Treasury investigation into Hunter's many huge wire transfers he received from abroad .
Treasury usually gets automatically involved when large sums of money are being wired into and out of individuals' accounts - as with the multi-million dollar wire transfer Hunter received from the corrupt Russian oligarch and ex-wife of the even more famously corrupt former mayor of Moscow.

Smith was dragged out of the room before he could share his point - he says his daughter was sexually assaulted on May 28 by a boy in the girls' bathroom
He wanted to use what happened to her to illustrate why he thinks kids shouldn't be able to pick which gender bathrooms they use
But he was dragged out before he could and has since been vilified for his views
The incident happened at Stone Bridge High School on May 28
He tells The Daily Wire that the boy 'sometimes wears a skirt' and had started using the female bathroom
The school told Smith his daughter had been assaulted but didn't call police
In the end he did, and the boy was charged with multiple counts of sodomy two months after the incident - after the school board meeting
On June 22, Loudoun County school staff said they'd never had a report of of a sexual assault in a trans bathroom
Smith says they were lying, and that he 'exploded with rage'
Two months after the incident, the boy - who has not been named because he is a juvenile - was arrested for forced sodomy
And in October, he was arrested again on different charges for allegedly assaulting a different girl, at a different school

Texas Border Patrol agents arrested 24 migrants who they believe used a train to travel deeper into the United States after illegally crossing the border.
Agents at the Corpus ChristiBorder Patrol station received a 911 call Friday afternoon regarding 10 suspected migrants walking near the train tracks near the town of Robstown.
Border Patrol agents, working with the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) and Robstown Police Department, arrested those 10 migrants and an additional 12 that were discovered, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Authorities discovered a bag containing bolt cutters among the group’s possession which was suspected of being used to gain access to train cars, CBP said.
While waiting for the migrants to be transported, authorities noticed a suspicious blue GMC Yukon pass by them. Sheriff’s deputies initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle and discovered that the two occupants were also illegal immigrants and were suspected of attempting to pick up the group of people who had just been arrested, CBP said.
Border Patrol agents took all subjects into custody. CBP said the group of migrants were citizens of Mexico, Guatemala and El Salvador.

Ahmad al-Faqi al-Mahdi, who was sentenced to nine years imprisonment in 2016, was a changed man who had learned to play guitar and to sew while in jail, his lawyer told the ICC.
"I stand before you today to express to the whole world my remorse, my sadness and my regret for all the crimes I have committed in the past and the damage resulting from these crimes," al-Mahdi told the court.
"I assure you that I have completely separated myself from the world of crime and I will never return," added al-Mahdi, who had cut his long curly hair short and shaved his beard for the hearing.
Al-Mahdi was the first person to be convicted by the ICC for the war crime of attacking a nation’s cultural heritage, over the destruction of the UNESCO world heritage site at Timbuktu.

[NPASYRIA] On Tuesday evening, the city of Afrin, north of Aleppo, northwestern Syria, witnessed a military alert state by two opposition factions, following the killing of a displaced person from Rif Dimashq.
A member of the Ottoman Turkish-backed Levant Front faction fired at a displaced person from Eastern Ghouta, and fled, an eyewitness told North Press.
The Ottoman Turkish-backed Jaish al-Islam ...Liwa al-Islam (Brigade of Islam) was established by Zahran Alloush, the son of Saudi-based religious scholar Abdullah Mohammed Alloush, after Syrian authorities released him from prison in mid-2011 where he had been serving time for his Salafist activism. The group claimed responsibility for carrying out the July 2012 Damascus bombing that killed Defense Minister Dawoud Rajiha, Deputy Defense Minister Asef Shawkat, and Assistant Vice President Hassan Turkmani. It was a driving force behind actions in the Damascus region. It cooperated and conducted joint operations with al-Nusra. In Sptember 2013 Saudi Arabia engineered Liwa al-Islam's merger with fifty other more or less Salafist groups as a counterweight to al-Nusra, which the Learned Elders of Islam considered was growing too powereful... faction set up security checkpoints throughout the city, amidst mobilization of Levant Front and the tension between the two factions, the eyewitness added.
Groups of Jaish al-Islam and the Military Police in the city of Afrin began searching the fleeing member, amid the alert state by the two factions.
The city of Afrin and its villages, north of Aleppo, have been controlled by Ottoman Turkish forces and the affiliated factions since March 2018.
The Afrin region has been witnessing cases of killing, kidnapping and arrest, in addition to frequent bombings, amid the inability of the factions controlling it to settle the security in the region.

[KhaamaPress] Afghanistan’s caretaker cabinet in a ministerial meeting in Presidential Palace on Monday, October 11 made some key decisions in security and economic spheres.
A statement released from Presidential Palace (ARG) reads that the meeting chaired by Prime Minister Muhammad Hassan Akhund discussed political, economic, and security issues and made some key decisions.
The statement reads that the leadership ordered the expulsion of the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... members who are not needed and ill-treat people.
In the meeting, the cabinet pledged to be setting up a depot for humanitarian aids provided by the international community and added to be distributed transparently.
"The security bodies were directed to ensure the security of ministries and government administrations and for the Afghan traders and investors." Reads the statement.
In the meantime, the caretaker cabinet directed the resolution of the problems of transportation unions in the country and added to be giving license to a helicopter firm to fly freely in Afghanistan.
Earlier there have been reports that individuals allegedly related to the Islamic Emirate forces have disturbed, beaten and otherwise caused problems for the people; however, the Emirate stressed that no one is allowed to illegally act toward the people.

Seventy Thousand Assyrians – William Saroyan
"I’m kicking off my Short Story Mondays with a review of William Saroyan’s Seventy Thousand Assyrians. William Saroyan (1908-1981) was born, and raised in California, to Armenian immigrants.
In the opening paragraph of the story, he writes :
“I hadn’t had a haircut in forty days and forty nights, and I was beginning to look like several violinists out of work. You know the look: genius gone to pot, and ready to join the Communist Party. We barbarians from Asia Minor are hairy people: when we need a haircut, we need a haircut…(I am writing a very serious story, perhaps one of the most serious I shall ever write. ..."

[IsraelTimes] Another 25 unidentified bodies have been found in mass graves in the Libyan town of Tarhuna, Libyan authorities say, following years of brutal militia rule.

This comes as Iraqi and Kurdish migrants colonists continue to be stuck at the border with Belarus.
"The situation at the Polish-Belarusian border is dire, it’s very difficult, because the border is very well protected, there are a lot of border guards. We’ve built a fence and we are still building the next fence in order to stop the illegal migration," Marcin Przydacz, Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister of Foreign Affairs told Rudaw’s Bestoon Othman on Tuesday. "It’s a very low possibility that someone can cross the border without being noticed."
Thousands of migrants colonists, mostly from the Middle East, have tried to gain entry to EU nations from Belarus in recent months. On whether they will try to fix relations with Minsk, the deputy minister said "there are absolutely no signals that there will be any change of the EU policy toward Belarus. The only victim of this policy are citizens of Belarus and also citizens of other countries, including Iraq."
Few have passed though, being put in detention at the Polish and Lithuanian borders, and they are "waiting to be sent back to Iraq." On October 12, 1776, while crouching behind a woodpile, Colonel Edward Hand gazed in astonishment at the sea of Redcoats in front of him. Married to an American, the Irish immigrant doctor had resigned his position as a surgeon’s mate in the British Army immediately before the Revolution began in 1774 and thrown his support to the Patriot cause. Although he and his twenty-five expert marksmen faced more than four thousand British Redcoats intent on landing, Colonel Hand maintained his composure.
Under cover of the morning fog, Lord William Howe had transported his troops by sea up the Long Island Sound to Throgs Point in the Bronx in hopes of trapping the Continental Army in Manhattan after the Battle of Harlem Heights. Fortunately for the Americans, high tide made the peninsula more of an island. To step foot on the mainland, the troops had to cross either a single bridge or a narrow strip of land wide enough for only one or two men at a time.
As soon as the Continentals realized British intentions, they quickly tore up the wooden planks on the bridge, leaving only the causeway to connect the point to the Bronx. A woodpile near the far end of the causeway provided cover, and Hand and his men took full advantage of it. The marksmen picked off the British soldiers one by one as they attempted to cross. Officers, in particular, remained in the riflemen’s sights.
Methodically, the men went through the tedious process of loading and firing their rifles, timing their shots so that someone was always ready to fire on the British troops as they attempted to cross the narrow causeway spanning the marsh in front of them. Small puffs of smoke rose in the air, and the acrid smell of gunpowder infiltrated his nostrils while rifles cracked on either side of him. Taking a scrap of parchment from his pocket, Hand dashed off a note requesting reinforcements and tasked a messenger with delivering it to Washington. He then picked up his weapon and joined his men in their ceaseless efforts to fend off the enemy.
After scrambling out of their eighteenth-century versions of landing craft, the British moved inland. A British officer recorded in his diary that they marched forward until they came a bridge and dam where a small party of Rebels opposed them.
Colonel Hand and his small detachment of Pennsylvania riflemen had been stationed there to guard against such an attempt. Still, they never imagined that the two dozen of them would need to hold off an army. Miraculously, Hand and his crack riflemen managed to check Henry Clinton’s forces long enough for reinforcements. Later that day, 1,800 Massachusetts and New York Continentals arrived, bringing with them two cannon. Those additional Americans included the Marbleheaders.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Police in Australia have arrested and charged two teenage boys after 15 kangaroos were found slaughtered in a town near Sydney.The bodies of the animals were found on two different roads at Batemans Bay on Saturday, sparking a police investigation, the BBC reported.

New South Wales Police had told the BBC the kangaroo packs had been hit by a car.
They arrested two 17-year-old boys in the town on Monday.
Two baby kangaroos were among the animals killed.
A third baby kangaroo that was injured was found by a local resident the next day, with Australian wildlife rescue service WIRES said it had taken the "single surviving joey" into its care.
They tweeted a picture of the small animal wrapped in a cream blanked after being rescued.
The animal charity said they have since aptly named him ’Hope’.
"He has been aptly nicknamed ’Hope’ and is now in care with local WIRES member Shelley," they said. "We will continue to update you on Hope’s progress."
The charity said it had been left shocked by the killings.
"Our community of carers and supporters are saddened by the news of events in Batemans Bay on Friday night resulting in the deaths of 15 Kangaroos, including two joeys across two separate locations. This has left an indelible mark on our dedicated volunteers and local residents."
Police did not provide any information on the motivation behind the killings.
The teenagers have been charged with recklessly beating and killing an animal, and will appear in court next month.
Under New South Wales law, anyone convicted of animal cruelty faces up to five years in jail and a fine of $15,000. They're in big trouble. It'll be a specially-convened kangaroo court.

Wild kangaroos are shot for meat, leather hides, and to protect grazing land. Kangaroo meat has perceived health benefits for human consumption compared with traditional meats due to the low level of fat on kangaroos.

COLIN THE ABORIGINE
A rich man living in Darwin decided that he wanted to throw a party and invited all of his buddies and neighbours.
He also invited Colin, the only aborigine in the neighbourhood.
He held the party around the pool in the backyard of his mansion. Everyone was having a good time drinking, dancing, eating prawns, oysters and BBQ and flirting.
At the height of the party, the host said, 'I have a 15ft man-eating crocodile in my pool and I'll give a million dollars to anyone who has the balls to jump in.'
The words were barely out of his mouth when there was a loud splash and everyone turned around and saw Colin in the pool fighting the croc, jabbing the croc in the eyes with his thumbs, throwing punches, doing all kinds of stuff like head butts and chokeholds, biting the croc on the tail and flipping the croc through the air like some kind of Judo Instructor.
The water was churning and splashing everywhere. Both Colin and the croc were screaming and raising hell...
Finally Colin strangled the croc and let it float to the top like a dead goldfish.
Colin then slowly climbed out of the pool. Everybody was just staring at him in disbelief.
The host says, 'Well, Colin, I reckon I owe you a million dollars.'
'Nah, you all right boss, I don't want it,' said Colin. The rich man said, 'Man, I have to give you something. You won the bet. How about half a million bucks then?'
'No thanks... I don't want it,' answered Colin. The host said, 'Come on, I insist on giving you something. That was amazing. How about a new Porsche and a Rolex and some stock options?
Again, Colin said "No."
Confused, the rich man asked, 'Well Colin, then what do you want?
Colin said, 'I want the bastard who pushed me in.'
