visions of memories of perhaps those places,

19 people have been arrested over a massive brawl which broke out at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba on Sunday.
A mass brawl broke out on Sunday night between the Talalka and Alexasi families at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba, during which gunfire was heard outside the gates of the hospital. Four were injured and required medical treatment, two were injured by stab wounds and two were injured by hits. All the injured are in mild condition and were transferred for treatment. After about an hour, order was returned to the area.
Young people were seen throwing stones and hitting each other, near a municipal security vehicle. Police forces are working at the scene to restore order, arrested 19 suspects and opened an investigation into the incident. The commander of the Beersheba police station, Tiran Yehud, stated: "We take the incident of violence in a hospital seriously and the investigation will be serious as well."
Dr. Shlomi Kodesh, director of Soroka Medical Center, said that "we condemn and are concerned about this showing of severe violence that has taken place in the area of the medical center. This crosses a red line and we demand that vigorous actions be taken to maintain peace in the hospital and for its staff. "
Shimon Tuval, deputy mayor of Beersheba stated that "What's going on here is madness. Not only did we lose Beersheba, we lost the whole country. Shots in a hospital are a red line that cannot be crossed."
Pini Badash, head of the Omar local council, warned that "shooting in hospitals is the peak of the lack of governance in the Negev. We must recover and fast."
The Negev Rescue Committee stated that "another line has been crossed in the framework of criminal terrorism. The residents of the city of Beersheba are hostage to terrorism that washes over Ben-Gurion's vision. Shooting inside a humanitarian facility crosses a red line."

You are too old school, we can tell by the way you type with two fingers and a thumb, And because your solutions to problems make too much sense.
That means you were likely born in the last millennium before the turn of the last 1/2 Century mark, and own a pick-up 👆 truck.

Given the remarkable homogeneity of the stuff in their carts, I suspect they are stealing for resale, not to eat because they’re starving.
Organized Retail Crime is a *huge* thing, and the policies the left have been pushing have made it easier and more profitable. Of course, the organizations conducting it tend to have other illegal activities, and some funnel the money overseas to such bastions of peace and civilization as Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc.

Inflation's even worse than the officially-calculated figures indicate -- fu-king liars.
They're way underestimating the sharp increase in the cost of housing for renters and new homebuyers ("shelter inflation").
Here's ex-Wall Street economist David P. Goldman aka 'Spengler' in AsiaTimes yesterday:
"The US Consumer Inflation Report for October was horrible, showing a 12% annualized rate of price change. But it’s even worse than it looks. The shelter component of the index lags the more reliable private gauges of rent inflation. That means worse is to come.
"Three US companies publish national rent indexes – CoreLogic, Zillow and Apartmentlist.com – and their readings of year-on-year rent inflation range from 9% to 16%. But the US Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a year-on-year rise in the rents of just 3.4%. Shelter represents a third of household expenditures according to the Consumer Price Index...."

Can we get Lukashenka to come to Mexico so our idiot virtue-signalers can see this invasion for what it is-- an assault on the USA?
Or is that really their purpose after all -- to turn as many states as possible into new-feudal oligarchies, each with millions of poor unskilled dependent immigrants, one-party shitholes like California?
I think we all know the answer by now. F--k these traitors. Damn them for what they are doing to our country.
[AmericanThinker] That’s certainly one perspective, but not one that even the generality of the Pakistani judiciary has held, let alone the various schools of Muslim jurisprudence.

I read of American GIs in Afghanistan after 2001 being asked by locals if they were "people of the book", so this position is known at least to some Muslims somewhere.
Of historical interest, it is well documented that Francis of Assisi traveled to Egypt during one of the Crusades, got through the lines and confronted one of the major Muslim leaders with Francis's intent to convert him to Christianity. The odd thing about this encounter was that Francis came back alive and unharmed. Muslims probably took him for a dervish -- they basically dressed the same as Francis did.

[WIRE] A group of several former U.S. Navy SEALs who are now running for U.S. Congress slammed President Joe Biden during a Fox News interview this week over the administration’s disastrous pullout from Afghanistan back in August.
"If the Biden administration is so concerned about saving American lives with these mandates, these mask mandates and so on so forth, why don’t they mandate we rescue our citizens and save their lives as well over in Afghanistan?" asked Morgan Luttrell, who is running in Texas’ 8th Congressional District. "I was fortunate enough to run into an interpreter that served with us overseas for so long, in the past couple of weeks, and his family is still over there. And he pleaded with us, he begged us, he’s like, ’Who do I need to get to help me get my family over?’ He spoke perfect English. Where’s that at?"
"All Biden has to do is say, let’s do this," he continued. "Let’s mandate this; task Milley, task Austin, and go get our people."
You're defining "our people" as US citizens regardless of identity.
For Milley, Austin, Ferret, and the rest of Perv Magoo's identity-obsessed crew, "our people" is a political designation that excludes a majority of those Americans left in AFG. Normal Americans especially non-Woke whites don't matter.

[DW] All the major political parties are represented in the top-level Presidium of the Bundestag, Germany's parliament, except one: the far-right AfD. Is that fair, or democratic? Germany's top court is examining the case.
Neither fair nor democratic. It would also help if the in-group traditional parties of the left and right — including the totalitarian hard-left Communists/Greens — would accept the difference between conservative populists like Alternativ für Deutschland and crazy totalitarian, slightly-right-of-Communist neo-Nazis. In the meantime, it isn’t just Trump they hate, but their own populists as well. I’m betting that the court votes against AfD, but would love to be surprised.

[GP] On the anniversary of the 2020 election steal, Republican lawmakers Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Louie Gohmert visited the DC Gitmo to visit the Jan. 6 political prisoners.
They were denied entry at first by the prison staff.
Several American citizens are being held in DC Gitmo for participating in the Jan. 6 protests at the US Capitol — where four Trump supporters lost their lives, one being shot in cold blood.
These prisoners are denied their God-given rights under the US Constitution and are beaten, abused, and placed in isolation for their political beliefs — in America.
On Saturday The Epoch Times posted more on the abused Jan. 6 prisoners.
According to court filings, the abused political prisoners were removed from the DC prison on stretchers after the assault by the guards.
Multiple Jan. 6 defendants were taken out of their cells on stretchers on Thursday, according to a court filing.
The situation started when one of the defendants refused to wear a mask, family members of Kelly Meggs, who is being held in the D.C. Jail, told Meggs lawyer.
Prison guards began spraying a chemical substance described as "some kind of mace or pepper spray, according to a filing in federal court.
"They sprayed mace or some type of gas at an inmate and kept missing so it went into an intake that fed into other cells and the lady with the key left because she didn’t like the gas, so the inmates in the cells who were being fed the gas from that intake were locked in for like 15 minutes while it was going into their rooms and they couldn’t see/breathe," the family told Jonathon Moseley, the lawyer.
More than one of the defendants was taken out on stretchers to medical bays.
Julie Kelly, a writer for the American Greatness, reported on Wednesday that prison guards filled an area of the jail with chemical spray and three detainees had to be taken out on stretchers.

[AlAhram] The top US Air Force general in the Mideast said Saturday that American airmen would continue to be stationed in the region even as military planners consider competition with China and Russia as Washington's next major challenge.
Speaking to journalists ahead of the Dubai Airshow, Lt. Gen. Gregory Guillot acknowledged that presence ``could adjust`` after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in August. The US Air Force operates a major base in nearby Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi... , which oversaw operations in Afghanistan, as well as Iraq and Syria.
``But I don't see any scenario where the United States does not have an important role,'' Guillot said.
Guillot's comments come as tensions remain high between Iran ...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence... and the US after years of confrontations following then-President Donald Trump ...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US... 's decision to unilaterally withdraw America from Tehran's nuclear deal with world powers. Israel meanwhile is suspected of launching a series of attacks targeting Iran's atomic program.
As talks over the deal remain stalled, Iran elected a hard-line protege of the country's supreme leader as president and has itself seized vessels at sea and is suspected of launching drone attacks.
Guillot several times declined to directly attribute recent drone attacks in the region to Iran, though he acknowledged the rising number of such assaults in the region.
``The collaborative defense of multiple countries, you know, in the region is going to be our key to detecting those and staying one step ahead of the threat as it evolves,'' he said after appearing at the Dubai International Air Chiefs' Conference.
Russia is expected to display its Sukhoi Su-75 Checkmate fighter jet at the Dubai Airshow this week. It's a direct competitor to the American F-35 fighter, which the United Arab Emirates has been trying to buy since diplomatically recognizing Israel last year. That sale has slowed under President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Former Senator-for-Life from Delaware, an example of the kind of top-notch Washington intellect hacked up by the World's Greatest Deliberative Body. The guy who single-handedly lost Afghanistan... 's administration.
Asked about the Checkmate, Guillot said he hoped that US allies and partners would use equipment that would be ``interoperable'' with the American military. He said buying the Russia fighter ``absolutely'' would affect that.
During his presentation, Guillot displayed a graphic that included the Israeli flag among others in the region. The American military now considers Israel as falling under US Central Command due to the recent recognition deals. Bahrain and the UAE just conducted a joint drill with the US Navy and Israel in the Red Sea.
Guillot said air drills with Israel and those nations could happen as well.
[The Ledger] The generation that fought World War II has largely disappeared. The remaining Korean War veterans are glimpsing the twilight.
The country’s soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines who came of age in the 1960s during Vietnam are mostly in their 70s and 80s. Not surprisingly, they constitute the largest group of surviving veterans, in numbers approaching six million.
For these veterans, especially those who experienced combat in Vietnam, the memories can be exceptionally vivid.
Most veterans of that era never went to Vietnam, and of those who did, the vast majority were not assigned combat roles. But for those so deployed, they experienced a largely directionless war that killed in excess of 58,000 of their countrymen and an estimated million or more Vietnamese.
[Rudaw] Private Syrian carrier Cham Wings Airlines on Saturday halted flights to Minsk as hundreds of migrants colonists mostly from the Middle East remained trapped on the Belarus-Poland border.
"Due to the difficult situation on the Belarus-Poland border and because most of the travellers on our flights to Minsk are Syrian citizens... we have decided to halt our flights to Minsk" as of Saturday, the airline said in a statement.
Cham Wings said it took the decision "because we cannot differentiate between travellers and migrants colonists".
The announcement came hours after Polish police said that the body of a young Syrian man had been found in a forest close to the border between Poland and Belarus.
"The cause of the death could not be determined at the scene," the police said, adding that a group of around 100 migrants colonists had attempted to cross the border during the night in the same area.
Thousands of migrants colonists -- mainly from the Middle East and including Kurds and Syrians -- have crossed or attempted to cross the EU and NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all.... border since the summer.
The crisis escalated this week when larger groups of hundreds of migrants colonists began arriving at the border and attempting to get through.
Poland is refusing to allow them to cross, with the West accusing Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko of luring them into his country to send over the border in Dire Revenge for sanctions.
On Friday, Iraq said it was drawing up lists of its nationals blocked on the border who wish to be repatriated voluntarily.
Iraqi Airways indefinitely suspended its service between Baghdad and Minsk in August, airline front man Hussein Jalil said.
In recent weeks, would-be migrants colonists have been forced to fly through third countries, usually The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... , to reach Belarus.
But on Friday, Turkey banned citizens of Syria, Iraq and Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... from flying from its airports to Belarus because of the refugee crisis.
Cham Wings is the only Syrian airline that flies to the Belarusian capital, Minsk.
Syria's national carrier operates limited flights due to international sanctions imposed on the Damascus government after the start of the civil war in 2011.
Some people from Iraq have travelled to Lebanon Hezbollahstan ...The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years. It produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. That's three statements. Only the first is subjective.... in recent weeks to try to catch flights from Beirut to Minsk, airport officials in the Lebanese capital said.
"Around a month ago, we started preventing Iraqis arriving from Iraq" who wanted to fly to Minsk, one official told AFP.
"They have e-visas but we know they are illegal immigrants colonists," the official added on condition of anonymity.

[NPASYRIA] Hawl Camp, east of Hasakah, is an international dilemma that all international powers should assume responsibility for solving this issue, Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish) said on Saturday.
This came in a statement by the General Command of Asayish following a killing incident of two residents of the camp one of which was head of the Iraqi Council for Refugees, yesterday, by an Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... (ISIS) sleeper cell.
Hawl Camp is known as a "ticking time bomb" due to the presence of turbans of ISIS wives and children, and tens of thousands of their supporters in a camp sometimes described as "the most dangerous camp in the world."
"An ISIS sleeper cell attacked the reception department within the camp at 03:30 AM on Friday," the statement said.
The attack that was carried out via light weapons "killed two residents of the camp who were in the reception department," it added.
"Our forces started a broad-scale and accurate investigation in order to arrest members of the sleeper cell," the statement noted.
The Hawl Camp has witnessed many killing incidents, during the current year, most of them were carried out via silencer weapons.
Since early 2021, 90 killing incidents were recorded in the camp most of them were carried out against Iraqi refugees.
The Hawl Camp is house of about 15,650 families with total of 57,516 individuals including 8,049 Iraqi families and 5,153 Syrian ones.
Additionally, it includes about 2,448 families with an estimate o8,245 individuals including women and kiddies of detained and dead of foreign ISIS Death Eaters.

[Breitbart] Former President Trump trounces his potential competitors in a hypothetical 2024 Republican Primary matchup, a Zogby Analytics survey released Friday found.
The survey asked respondents, "For whom would you vote if the Republican Primary or Caucus for President was held today?"
Trump takes a dominating lead, as over half, 59.1 percent, chose the former president. No one else even came close, as former Vice President Mike Pence fell 47 points behind with 12 percent support. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis came in third with 7.4 percent, followed by former U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley (5.2 percent), former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (2.2 percent). Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (1.6 percent), Sen. Ted Cruz (1.5 percent), and Marco Rubio (1.3 percent). Over 5 percent said they are "not sure," and 4.3 percent indicate they would vote for somebody else:
The survey, taken October 8-10, 2021, among 371 likely Republican primary voters, has a margin of error of +/- 5.1 percent.
Similarly, the survey asked the same among likely Democrat primary voters and found Biden leading with 40.2 percent of the vote. Former first lady Michelle Obama came in second with 20 percent, followed by Vice President Kamala Harris (9.8 percent), failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacy Abrams (6.3 percent), California Gov. Gavin Newsom (4 percent), and Sen. Cory Booker (3.6 percent).

I’d vote for Desantis over Trump because he would be far more effective at dealing with the deep state and it’s minions in the press. Truth is Trump sucked at draining the swap. Starting with appointing Sessions and leaving people like Wray in place, and his utter failure to roll heads at FBI, CIA, NSA, Justice, and flag rank in the military that resisted or slow walked his orders and policies. Plus he was too foolish to resist personal provocations and becoming side tracked, unlike Desantis. My hope is Trump is satisfied playing king maker, or better yet, run for Congress and become Speaker of the house, a far better role for his performance oriented persona. Imagine that. President Desantis and Speaker Trump. McConnel and the GOPe wouldn’t know what hit them, and they steamroller the progressives and RINOs

I've never been able to figure out how Trump had so many really bad backstabbers in his administration. Lots of them were people who had no obvious reason for ever having been chosen in the first place (Omarosa, Scaramucci, Grisham) or maybe could be argued to be qualified but obviously didn't work out so well (McBastard, Sessions) There's a story in it somewhere.

[Al Ahram] Police said in a statement Friday that the boat carrying 61 people was intercepted early Wednesday off the Mediterranean island's southern coast and escorted to port in the resort town of Paphos.
The boat had initially set sail from Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... , Lebanon Hezbollahstan ...In 2006 unknown persons blew up Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, the car he was traveling in, the road he was traveling on, and a few innocent bystanders of no account whatsoever. The person or persons unknow weren't Hezbollah, you can bet on that. Really. Even though there was an international tribunal that said it was them... , and was headed to Italia, but had to stop in Cyprus due to choppy seas.
Police said the migrants colonists expressed a wish to continue their trip to Italia and that none had applied for asylum in Cyprus.
But the boat resumed its journey westward on Thursday evening without apparently anyone noticing. Once the alarm was raised, police patrol boats gave chase and caught up with the boat, but its occupants rejected police overtures to turn back.
Police said they continued to escort the boat until it reached 52 nautical miles (60 miles, 96 km) from Cyprus' coastline.
Police said two separate reports into the incident indicated that there were grounds for a disciplinary investigation against the dozen members of the police.

[Al Ahram] The Saudi-led coalition has been reporting high corpse counts in almost daily strikes since October aimed at repelling a rebel offensive on the city of Marib, the government's last stronghold in the north.
The Iran-backed Huthis rarely comment on the tolls, which have exceeded 3,000 in total. AFP cannot independently verify the coalition's figures.
A coalition statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency said that the latest strikes had focused on the front line west of Marib, near the ruins of ancient Sirwah, and on al-Bayda province farther south.

[KhaamaPress] Officials of the Passport Directorate said that they will start the issuance of passports in Balkh, Paktia, Kandahar, Kunduz, Herat ...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns... , Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. Khost is populated by six different tribes of Pashtuns, the largest probably being the Khostwal, from which it takes its name... s on Sunday, November 14.
Head of the Directorate Alam Gul Haqqani said that the decision was made by the ministry of interior affairs in order to further facilitate the process for those who apply for passports.
Alam Gul Haqqani said that priority will be given to those who have already filled online form for the passports.
"The passports will be issued based on the e-ID or the previous IDs that are verified officially. The rumors about lack of passport are not true." Said Haqqani.
Haqqani added that there are 900,000 passports in the directorate, 600,000 passports with the company responsible for their printing, one million passports are in the process of printing, and one and a half million more are going to be printed.
The decision will gradually lessen the crowd of thousands of people who gather from across the country at the gate of the Passport Directorate in Kabul.
As per statistics, the Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... have issued one hundred thousand passports since they resumed the process and have made 500 million Afghanis from it.
At an official exchange rate of 1,000 afghanis to US$10.93, that’s $45.7 million — not a trivial amount.

"Freezing the balls off the brass monkey," a Navy phrase about cannon balls...
This piece of alleged history explains that in the olden days of sailing ships, cannon balls were stacked on the decks on brass plates called “monkeys.” The plates had indentions in them that held the balls on the bottoms of the stacks. Brass, however, expands and contracts with the temperature and if it got cold enough, the cannon balls could fall…giving real foundation to the phrase “cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey!”
According to the United States Navy Historical Center, this is a legend of the sea without historical justification. The center has researched this because of the questions it gets and says the term “brass monkey” and a vulgar reference to the effect of cold on the monkey’s extremities, appears to have originated in the book “Before the Mast” by C.A. Abbey. It was said that it was so cold that it would “freeze the tail off a brass monkey.” The Navy says there is no evidence that the phrase had anything to do with ships or ships with cannon balls.
Thus = FICTION !
But my dear monkey friend, do not go to Novosibirsk, today, November 14, at night light snow is expected from time to time, southwestern wind 4-9 m / s, air temperature -2 ... -4 ° C, ice on the roads in places.
Hey monkey buddy, what are those two things rolling down the road...

The FBI is aware of fake emails originating from an FBI account, the agency said in a statement to Bloomberg News.

Then, if we're wise, we take it as an opportunity to be down the retrenchment that should've happened 30 years ago.
We shut down dozens of overseas bases -- so $200 billion a year right there -- and save trillions by declining to fight wars that our military will not or cannot win.
And then we redeploy troops to guard the southern border and stop this Camp Des Saints invasion

Huh. I shopped at Dihillhirin, when I passed though Paris in 1985. It was actually very nice, affordable to me - although the prices weren't marked on the merch then, you had to have a salesman help. Still have some kitchen tools and a copper pudding mold that I bought. Still regret not looking into buying any copper pots and pans, but the trunk of my car was already pretty full.

We will do nothing vs the Chinese. No US president would defend Taiwan. As OrangeMan famously and sensibly said to the brass, "We're 8,000 miles away from Taiwan. China's like 100 miles away. If they invade there's not a f--king thing we will do about it."
No US president whose family is not receiving millions from Ukrainian thieves would defend Ukraine. So the Biden Crime Family capo might well order warships into the Black Sea to do something incredibly stupid.
But Putin will once again wrongfoot his stupid US counterpart with rope-a-dope, now you see us, now you don't, little green men etc. Just as he did a dozen times against Obama the idiot. So no war on Russia's flank either -- just de facto sovereignty for the Transdniester region, as there should be.
And America's Suez episode will reach its farcical end.

It ain't about Ukraine; all the "Ukranians" Biden's family were taking money from were clients of Yanukovitch like Zlovchevsky; Yanokovitch is currently living the high life in "exile" in Russia. According to him, according to preliminary information, the mine was previously installed by Ukrainian sappers at a railway crossing to cover tank-hazardous directions.

The newspaper said that US Central Command, which oversaw US air operations in Syria, acknowledged the strikes for the first time this week and said they were justified.
The US military covered up 2019 airstrikes in Syria that killed up to 64 women and children, a possible war crime, during the battle against Islamic State, the New York Times reported on Saturday.
The two back-to-back airstrikes near the town of Baghuz were ordered by a classified American special operations unit tasked with ground operations in Syria, according to the report.
The newspaper said that US Central Command, which oversaw US air operations in Syria, acknowledged the strikes for the first time this week and said they were justified.
In a statement on Saturday, Central Command reiterated the account it gave the newspaper that 80 people were killed in the strikes including 16 Islamic State fighters and four civilians. The military said it was unclear if the other 60 people were civilians, partly because women and children could have been combatants.
In Saturday's statement, the military said the strikes were "legitimate self-defense," proportional and that "appropriate steps were taken to rule out the presence of civilians."
"We abhor the loss of innocent life and take all possible measures to prevent them. In this case, we self-reported and investigated the strike according to our own evidence and take full responsibility for the unintended loss of life," Central Command said.
The number of civilians among the 60 fatalities could not be determined because "multiple armed women and at least one armed child were observed" in video of the events, it said, adding that the majority of the 60 were likely combatants.
Central Command said the strikes took place while Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were under heavy fire and in danger of being overrun and the SDF had reported the area clear of civilians.
The Defense Department's inspector general launched an inquiry into the March 18, 2019, incident, but its report was ultimately "stripped" of any mention of the bombing and a thorough, independent probe never took place, according to the Times. The newspaper said its report was based on confidential documents and descriptions of classified reports, as well as interviews with personnel directly involved.
An Air Force JAG-OFF lawyer present in the operations center at the time believed the strikes were possible war crimes and later alerted the Defense Department's inspector general and the Senate Armed Services Committee when no action was taken, the Times said.

[FoxBusiness] CMS instructs nursing homes to allow visits at all times for all residents
The government on Friday directed nursing homes to open their doors wide to visitors, easing many remaining pandemic restrictions while urging residents, families and facility staff to keep their guard up against outbreaks.
The new guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services instructs nursing homes to allow visits at all times for all residents. Facilities will no longer be able to limit the frequency and length of visits, or require advance scheduling. Although large groups of visitors are discouraged, nursing homes won't be allowed to limit the number of loved ones and friends who can pay a call on residents.
Many states and communities are still grappling with COVID-19 surges driven by the aggressive delta variant, but the most recent government data show that cases among residents and staff have continued to decline after rising earlier in the summer and fall.
Nationally, vaccination rates average 86% for nursing home residents and 74% for staff, although that can vary dramatically from state to state and facility to facility. Many nursing homes are rushing to provide booster shots for their residents. Staffers were recently required by the government to get vaccinated.
This "gets us the closest to pre-pandemic visitation that we've ever been since the beginning of the pandemic," said Jodi Eyigor, director of nursing home quality and policy for LeadingAge, an industry group that represents nonprofit facilities.
The federal guidance draws a line on visits by people who have tested positive for COVID or meet the criteria for quarantine. Nursing homes should not allow COVID-positive visitors to enter.
But residents can still receive visits if their facility is in the midst of an outbreak investigation or if they themselves are under special precautions to prevent COVID transmission. In such cases, residents and visitors must wear masks and protective gear.
It was unclear Friday how the new federal guidance would work with local and state requirements that may be more restrictive.
People in long-term care facilities have borne a cruel toll from the pandemic. They represent about 1% of the U.S. population, but accounted for roughly in 3 in 10 deaths. The ravages of COVID were compounded by enforced isolation. Nursing homes went on lockdown in March of last year and residents were unable to see their loved ones in person until early this spring.

Nb. the latter are forced to wear masks when playing sports or musical instruments in band or orchestra. Ever tried to run a 440 with a bag around your face or play the trumpet through a face diaper?
And little kids at zero risk are now forced to get vaccines that don't work, or that even pose 5x as much risk, in the case of young males and myocarditis risk, as they face from COVID if not vaxxed.

[DailyDot] A hacker claims to have stolen and leaked reams of data from the Oath Keepers, the far-right militia group whose members were present at the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
More center-right, it seems to me — they want to conserve the current system as intended rather than replace it with something else.
The roughly 5GB of data, which was provided by the hacker to the journalist and transparency collective Distributed Denial of Secrets (DDoSecrets), contains everything from emails and internal chats to details on the organization’s members and donors.
Composed of current and former military and police who believe they are defending the U.S. Constitution against a tyrannical government, the Oath Keepers have become a focal point of the ongoing federal investigation into the Capitol riot after at least 19 members were charged for their alleged involvement.
The hack includes, among other things, the militia’s Rocket.Chat server, an open source communication platform where members coalesce. An older archive details messages made in June 2020 while a second cache shows messages sent from March 2021 up until Sept. 19.

Subhead ought to be ISIS-K go after Hazeras yet again.
[KhaamaPress] An explosion killed at least one and maimed three more civilian people in Police District 18, Dasht-e-Barchi of Kabul on Saturday afternoon, November 13.
Spokesperson of the Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... Zabiullah Mujahid in a Twitter post confirmed the casualties but said that the incident happened after a car caught fire but eyewitnesses have said that the car was targeted by a magnetic bomb.
Though no group has grabbed credit for the incident, the Taliban officials have acknowledged that they have started investigations about that.
Dasht-e-Barchi in the west of Afghanistan is a residence where mostly the Hazara ...a grouping of Dari-speaking people of Sino-Tibetan descent inhabiting Afghanistan and Pakistain. They are predominantly Shia Moslems and not particularly warlike, which makes them favored targets... (Shite Moslems) are living who are often targeted by the ISIS-K affiliates.
A bomb went kaboom! on a mini-bus Saturday on a busy commercial street in a Kabul neighborhood mainly populated by members of Afghanistan's minority Hazara community, emergency workers and the bus driver said. At least one person was killed and five maimed.
Workers with the ambulance teams at the scene told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named that the blast appeared to have been caused by a bomb on the bus.
The bus driver, speaking to the AP at the hospital, said that at one point during his route, a suspicious man got onto the bus and a few minutes later, the earth-shattering kaboom went off at the back of the bus.
The driver, who goes by a single name Murtaza, said he saw two passengers with their clothes on fire falling out of the back of the vehicle while other passengers escaped out the front.
The front man for Afghanistan's ruling Taliban ...Arabic for students... , Zabihullah Mujahid, told the AP that a fire broke out on the mini-bus and caused a kaboom, killing one person and wounding another.
Photos from the scene showed the burning wreckage of a vehicle with a pall of smoke rising into the air. The explosion took place on the main avenue running through Dashti Barchi, a sprawling neighborhood on the west side of Kabul largely populated by Hazaras.
Afghanistan's Hazaras, who are mostly Shiite Moslems, have been the target of a brutal campaign of violence for the past several years, blamed on the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group. Militants have carried out several deadly attacks in Dashti Barchi, including a 2020 attack on a maternity hospital.
[NPASYRIA] On Saturday, Iraqi Ministry of Defense said, its forces killed the leader of the sniper detachment in the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. (ISIS), nicknamed Abu Qutada, in Kirkuk.
In an ambush, the Mechanized Infantry Division of the Iraqi army managed to kill Abu Qutada and wound two of the murderous Moslem organization in the al-Bu Muhammad area in Wadi al-Shay in Kirkuk governorate, the ministry stated.
Wadi al-Shay is located southwest of the town of Daquq, about 40 km south of Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... where ISIS sleeper cells are still active in that vast area.
Simultaneously, the Iraqi army and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) launched an eight-side operation in the Hamrin Mountain range in Diyala governorate, in the center of the country.
"The operation is targeting more than twenty targets of ISIS deployed over an area of 100 km," the front man for the Diyala area in the PMF, Sadiq al-Husseini, said.
The operation has come to block the void spaces, comb the rough hills, and secure more of the Kirkuk-Baghdad road, which passes in the northeastern part of Diyala," he added.
[Just The News] The newly installed head of the Oklahoma National Guard has ordered that troops under his command will not be forced to comply with the Pentagon's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for members of the armed forces.
"No Oklahoma Guardsman will be required to take the COVID-19 Vaccine," Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino wrote in a Thursday memo. The memo was at odds with a Defense Department directive that the "total force" - including the National Guard - must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Mancino noted in the memo that Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt is the organization's "lawful Commander in Chief" when not under federal orders, implying that Stitt - not Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin - has the final call on any vaccine mandate.
Mancino wrote in the memo that "no negative administrative or legal action will be taken" against guard members who do not get the vaccine.
Mancino was appointed on Wednesday as adjutant general of the Oklahoma National Guard, replacing former Adjutant General Michael Thompson.
Governor Kevin Stitt earlier this month asked Austin to suspend the vaccine mandate for members of the Oklahoma National Guard.
"It is irresponsible for the federal government to place mandatory vaccine obligations on Oklahoma national guardsmen which could potentially limit the number of individuals that I can call upon to assist the state during an emergency," Stitt wrote in a Nov. 1 letter to Austin.
"This mandate violates the personal freedoms of many Oklahomans, as it asks them to potentially sacrifice their personal beliefs in order to not lose their jobs," Stitt wrote. "All of our national guardsmen take this calling very seriously. These are patriotic citizens who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect others in our communities during times of greatest need."

...There's a few ways this could go, none of them good:
*They could Federalize the OKNG, and then - strictly by the book - it's game over. I personally feel this is the most likely scenario; given how into control this administration is, and it is the least likely to be overturned before implementation. Keep in mind also that OK went solidly for Trump in 2020 - there will be a lot of motivation to show those Okie hicks who's boss.
*DOD could shut off funding to the OKNG, but that opens up a whole can of worms across the rest of the country - you'll have Governors on both sides asking if they can lose their funding if they do anything the Feds disagree with. Remember - don't give Biden a power or privilege that you don't want a DeSantis or Trump to have. (NOTE: On the other hand, it's entirely possible that the Administration and DOD simply aren't bright enough to realize that.)
*The Administration can talk a good fight and try to make it look as if they're applying pressure, but instead quietly trying to get them to make some kind of concession. Again, I don't think they're smart enough to do this.
*DOD can effectively ignore it. Quite possible, but that will encourager les autres.
Popcorn, anyone?

Given the 5th Federal Court has rule The VAX Mandate unconstitutional.
They now stand on firm Legal Ground being Citizen-Warriors and not full time DOD.

/\ Yes, "Federalize" the full-time position of the State Adjutant General. If Gen. Mancino then fails to comply with the Biden mandate, relieve him and bring in someone from Fort Sill who will.
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the states respectively, the appointment of the officers, and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress
Yeah, federalize them, then how do you control them? You quickly run into a 'consent of the governed' issue cause you can't court martial them all. One day a member of the Oklahoma National Guard, the next day a member of the state's militia not subject to federal authority.
#5
/\ Announce that DoD and the President of the United States have lost confidence in General Marcino's ability to lead.
Federalize ONLY the position of Adjutant General. Send down an OGA-Stasi minder "advisor" to the office to make sure things go as planned.
Each of the 11 Unified Commands (CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, EUCOM, etc) have OGA 'liaison officers' who sit outside the CINC's office. The precedent has already been established.
The Biden administration is at WAR! State's Adjutant Generals are routinely replaced by Active Duty generals during wartime or in national emergency situations. See Joint Task Force Katrina and LTG Russel L. Honoré for details.

Depending on the state and their constitutions, the appointment belongs to the state, not the feds. The feds can federalize the troops but not his office. As for Katrina, that was coordination and cooperation not subordination of guards assets that were not federalized.
#9
A US military completely purged of unvaccinated sailors, soldiers, airmen and marines is a military that will follow any unlawful order and that can be used against the very citizens it is supposed to protect. That is the purpose of the vaccination order and the earlier stand down to fight against "white supremacy". The DNC wants a military like the Nazi regime that will just "follow orders" so they can wield it as they wish with no concern for the law or the constitution. Such a military might even refuse to follow orders of a duly elected GOP president and turn on him if ordered to do so by a democrat.

[REGNUM] Russian Aerospace Forces fighters escorted four reconnaissance aircraft of NATO member countries over the Black Sea. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.
The objects of the potential enemy were recorded by the aerospace forces' radar. The Russian defense department emphasized that monitoring of military activity by the United States will continue.
We will remind, earlier on November 9, three NATO reconnaissance aircraft were seen in the Black Sea area, similar incidents were also recorded on November 10 and 11.
Anadolu Agency said a Ottoman Turkish national was also arrested. Police detained them after a tip off from an employee working in the Camlica radio and television tower on the Asian side of Istanbul.
The employee claimed they were taking photographs of Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First ...Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him. It's a sin, a shame, and a felony to insult the president of Turkey. In Anatolia did Recep Bey a stately Presidential Palace decree, that has 1100 rooms. That's 968 more than there are in the White House, 400 more than in Versailles, and 325 more than Buckingham Palace, so you know who's really most important... 's nearby home from the tower's restaurant earlier this week.
They were formally arrested pending trial for "political and military espionage" by an Istanbul court.
In a statement issued late Friday, Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid denied the couple work for an "Israeli agency." He said his department has been in regular contact with the pair and is trying to organize their release.
Israeli newspaper Haaretz identified the couple as Natalie and Mordi Oknin. Citing their lawyer, it said they were taking photographs of the Ottoman-era Dolmabahce Palace while taking a ferry. Parts of Dolmabahce, located on the city's European side, are used as a presidential working office.
The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire... is said to be weighing between bringing charges of espionage against an Israeli couple detained in Turkey for taking photographs of the president’s palace or charging them with a lesser offense of engaging in acts that harm the country’s national security, Israeli TV reported Saturday night.
Channel 12 reported, without citing sources, that Ottoman Turkish prosecutors were intent on charging the couple and were still considering between the serious espionage charge or a lesser charge. The news channel also reported that the Israeli government feared that Ottoman Turkish President His Enormity, Sultan Recep Tayyip Erdogan the First would exploit the crisis to extract some sort of price from Israel for the release of the couple.
Also Saturday, Walla news reported that Israel has not received an explanation from Ottoman Turkish officials for the arrest and detention of the couple, Mordy and Natali Oknin, and officials increasingly suspect the arrests were made for political gain.
The Foreign Ministry still hopes the standoff can be solved through Israel’s consulate, without political actors getting involved. "But right now, it doesn’t look good," a bigwig told Walla.
An unidentified source familiar with Turkey’s legal system told Channel 12, "It is clear that this was a political, rather than a legal, decision... It is clear that elements in Erdogan’s circle exerted pressure and briefed him as if these were Mossad agents on an Israeli mission."

[Rudaw] A Ottoman Turkish backed proxy group in Syria has logged more than 50 olive trees of a Kurdish farmer in the city of Afrin in northwest Syria, a local source told Rudaw on Saturday.
The source, who spoke to Rudaw on the condition of anonymity, alleges a Ottoman Turkish-backed Syrian rebel group known as Hemzat logged the trees.
"On the 11th of this month, around 50 to 60 olive trees of a Kurdish local in the village of Meydanke were logged by fighters of Hemzat group," the source said.
Video footage sent to Rudaw by Afrin locals shows partially-cut olive trees in a field. The region is a heavy olive producer, but following the Ottoman Turkish operations to the area in 2018, many of the olive fields were seized by Ottoman Turkish backed groups.
"The olive season is very important in our history and for our people, every year they wait for that season to come because their livelihood depends on these olive trees," Hanif Rashid, an agriculture engineer from Afrin, told Rudaw.
"The Ottoman Turkish occupation and their proxies cut off the olive trees and sell them without any ethics or sympathy and deal a large blow to the people." he said. "The people depend on these trees and some of them age more than 60 to 70 years."
Afrin is a Kurdish-majority region in Syria’s northwest. The People’s Protection Units (YPG) took control of the area after regime forces re-deployed to defend Arab-majority areas against rebels at the start of the uprising in 2011. In 2018, The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the decaying remnant of the Ottoman Empire... and its allied Syrian militias seized control of Afrin, forcefully displacing much of the local population.
The Kurdish population fell by more than 60 percent in only the first two years of the invasion, according to Afrin’s human rights ...which are usually entirely different from personal liberty... organization.
"According to the latest statistics that we received, the size of the indigenous population of Kurds in the Afrin region reached 34.8 percent in January, while they previously made up 97 percent of the population," reads a statement from the organization published in April 2020.
According to U.N. estimates, upwards of 150,000 Kurds have been displaced, most of them displaced to Shahba camp in Tel Rifaat, north of Aleppo.
[Fox News] It's time to pass the baton of PPOTUS (PPOTUSPants Pooper) to #FJB. Democrats fear voters could see brown red wave in 2022 midterm elections
New York Democrat Rep. Jerry Nadler may be concluding his nearly 30 years of congressional service at the end of his term in 2023, according to reports Saturday.
Lots of rumours about that kind of thing, on both sides of the aisle.
Fox News could not immediately reach Nadler for comment, but according to a Hill insider, Nadler has not decided whether he will seek re-election in 2022, reported the New York Post.
"People are wondering when he would decide to retire," the source said. "He has a fighting spirit but maybe now is the time to exit."
Though Nadler is unlikely to face fierce competition in the 2022 midterm race if he decides to run again, the staunch Democrat may not want to continue the fight with the prospect of losing the House to the GOP.

Remember the tug of war over a microphone in the impeachment circus with Adam Schiff? Nadler may be thinking that after all the hard work kissing posteriors was wasted... so it is a good time to quit.

Belarus, of all places, is making war on Poland, of all places, by forcing them to accept Syrian and other Muslim refugees -- in retaliation for EU sanctions.

[AlAhram] Sudanese security forces killed at least five demonstrators Saturday in a crackdown on anti-military takeover protests, medics said, after the military tightened its grip by forming a new ruling council.
The pro-democracy protests come nearly three weeks after top general Abdel Fattah al-Burhan ousted the government, detained the civilian leadership and declared a state of emergency.
The independent Central Committee for Sudanese Doctors said five protesters were killed in Saturday's rallies, two in Khartoum's twin city of Omdurman and three in east Khartoum.

[Regnum] The last surviving submarine of Project 633RV (Romeo) was towed to the underground museum complex in Balaklava.
The submarine S-49 was sent to the underground museum after repair and restoration work, the hull of the boat was updated and painted. As a permanent exhibit, the submarine will be placed in the dry dock of the museum complex. The dry dock is a reinforced concrete pool 100 meters long and over 8 thousand cubic meters in volume.
The S-49 submarine was laid down at the Krasnoye Sormovo plant in Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod) on March 29, 1952 and launched in July 1961. At the end of the 60s, the S-49 was reequipped for testing the anti-submarine systems "Waterfall" and "Wind" and until 1985 was involved in testing all missile-torpedoes in service with the Navy. In 2019, the submarine was withdrawn from the Black Sea Fleet.

[AlAhram] Three Iraqi nationals, including a woman, were killed in violence inside the northeastern Syrian camp of al-Hol that houses relatives of suspected jihadists, a monitor said Saturday.
The overcrowded camp is under the control of the Kurdish administration running the region but violence, mostly perpetrated by the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group, is frequent.
According to the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights, a woman originally from the northern Iraqi city of djinn-infested Mosul ... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn... died of bullet wounds on Saturday.
On Friday, two Iraqi refugees were killed by suspected IS button men inside a section of the camp where those who have received threats are usually sheltered, Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman told AFP.
Al-Hol is home to an estimated 62,000 people, half of whom are Iraqi nationals.
Most of the camp's residents are people who fled or surrendered during the dying days of IS's self-proclaimed caliphate.
Relatives of suspected foreign IS fighters are held in a separate high-security enclosure.
Al-Hol is rife with IS sleeper cells and weapons. Breakout attempts, attacks on guards, aid workers and members of displaced families are common.
A massive security sweep of the camp in March had led to he arrest of more than 100 suspected IS sympathisers.
The Observatory's Abdel Rahman said "the latest violence could touch off a fresh escalation in the murder rate inside the camp."
Seventy-eight people have been killed in al-Hol so far this year, 58 of them Iraqis, according to the Britannia-based war monitor.
The Kurdish authorities running the area consistently said they did not have the capacity to organise trials for all the detained foreign suspects nor support their families.
Western countries have been wary of the impact mass repatriations could have on domestic security and public opinion.
The living conditions in the desert camp are dire and many organizations have described al-Hol as a security and humanitarian time bomb.
[AMGREATNESS] On Thursday, a photo went viral of a student admissions chart from the University of Maryland, which depicts a bizarre new racial category for non-White students titled "Students of Color, minus Asian," the Daily Caller reports. "Generic dumb" and "generically not dumb."
The photo, shared by investigative journalist and leading opponent of Critical Race Theory
...teaches that skin color is the most important characteristic of any person, which translates to separate but equal with a different bunch in charge. All whites are born racist and racism permeates every aspect of society, which should be dismantled and the remains turned over to the kind of dipshit who pushes this nonsense... Chris Rufo, depicts freshmen admission rates over the course of four years, from 2017 to 2021. At the bottom of the chart, newly-admitted freshmen are separated into two categories: "Students of Color, minus Asian," and "White or Asian students." Across all four years, the latter category notably made up roughly 80 percent of all admissions in every Fall semester.
"We’re at the point in the discourse when colleges have created the highly scientific and totally legitimate racial category of ’Students of Color, minus Asian,’" Rufo sarcastically remarked on Twitter.
In response to the controversy, the University of Maryland issued a statement in which it defended maintaining these two categories, saying that the chart was meant to depict the data of students that the university considers "underrepresented."

Summary of the Soddy retreat south by Boris Rozhin.
[ColonelCassad] The Iranian press publishes details of the disaster near Hodeidah, as a result of which the troops of the Saudi coalition abandoned all the conquests of 2018 and fled to the south. As it turned out, what happened is the result of separate agreements between the emirates and the UN.
It would be interesting to compare the Iran-oriented view of events with a Sunni -oriented view.
1. The withdrawal of troops took place without any agreement with the Hadists,
Who are the Hadists?
Just another name for Muslims, taken from the Arabic word Haditha.
who were simply presented with a fact. According to the speakers of the Hadists sitting in Saudi Arabia, what is happening under Hodeidah is happening without any coordination with the Hadists and without their knowledge.
2. On Thursday, November 11, 4 brigades: the 1st, 5th and 6th Giants + 21st Infantry Brigade, moved south from the front. The main force abandoned the front and drove off south to Mokha, 163 kilometers south. Already on November 12, Tuheit fell, from where the Giants had been dumped a few hours earlier.
3. The bulk of the fleeing forces did not report directly to the government of Hadi, but closed themselves on Tarek Saleh (the son of the assassinated ex-President of Yemen) and the Emiratis. Giants Brigade officers said they received direct orders from the Joint Operations Room, which is run by UAE officers.
4. The withdrawal of troops was preceded by separate negotiations in Mokh, where UN Special Envoy Hans Grudberg met with Tarek Saleh, where they discussed the creation of a "security zone" and the actual surrender of many key points to the Houthis, including kilometer 16 (de facto, this unblocked the Sanaa Hodeida highway).
The agreement provided for the complete withdrawal of the army and other power structures from the coastal areas and suburbs of Hodeidah. All of this was to serve as a "green space".
5. Since some units refused to retreat, they were directly threatened with UAE Air Force airstrikes if they did not obey orders and began to retreat to Mokha.
6. But already in the process of retreating, the opposite order came to return to the positions at kilo 16, which had already been occupied by the Houthis. Naturally, this did not work out and the retreat continued. The Giants' soldier who gave the interview called the incident "Treason".
In fact, the UAE, for the sake of realizing its goals, surrendered the territory controlled by the Hadi government to the Houthis. Once again, the poorly concealed contradictions between the UAE and Saudi Arabia have surfaced, further undermining the Saudi coalition.
PS. Today, the Houthi advance to the south continued and they occupied several more cities and towns south of Hodeidah without any serious resistance.
The Houthi command calls on mercenaries in the service of the Emirates and Saudis to abandon their weapons or side with the Houthis, since from the point of view of "Ansar Allah" the outcome of the war is obvious and the interventionists will be forced to flee from Yemen after Marib is taken. The Hodeidah disaster is being viewed as a trailer for the upcoming Yemeni drap.
[NPASYRIA] On Saturday, a leader and 15 other members of Syrian government forces were killed in an armed clash with the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... organization (ISIS) in the Masrab Badia, west of Deir ez-Zor, east Syria.
ISIS attacked a military vehicle of the National Defense Forces (NDF) of the Syrian government near the main road in the town of al-Masrab, with machine guns, and killed 16 members, including a big shot, North Press reported a military source from the government forces in Deir ez-Zor.
"Among the dead was Abdussattar al-Sha’eiti, commander of the Lions of the East Army (Arabic: Usud al-Sharqiya) of the government forces, who came from the town of al-Kishkiyah in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor," the source, who declined to be named, added.
After the attack, the government forces brought in large reinforcements to the place of the incident to comb the area after ISIS turbans fled into the depths of the desert.
It should be noted that the Iranian-backed militias and the government forces control large areas of the countryside of Deir ez-Zor, which have recently witnessed heavy festivities with ISIS.
This morning, a member of the Iranian-backed Liwa al-Baqir was killed and another was maimed, as a result of a dispute between them, near the entrance to the city of Deir ez-Zor.
