Building your entire economy on foreign sources, most across an ocean and based in the main enemy homeland might become noticed by the ignorant masses who keep electing the democrat politicians!
Only the clueless raised during the golden years of the American postwar/Cold Ware culture could be so dumb. Reindustrialize and close the borders, and spend a decade or so cleaning house if you want any chance of clinging to the promise of American Exceptionalism. Three decades of Clinton-Gore open borders browning of American and offshoring most of the industrial base has left us a hollowed shell in many ways. The hard times ahead require hard choices...

My Dad had a thought many years ago to develop cottage industries in every community. I really like that idea. The only person who could pull that off would be a Trump, in my opinion.
#3
/\ You paint my barn.... I tune up your truck and car. A 'win' for both painter and mechanic. The handling of the governments constantly devaluating filthy lucre (theft mechanism) avoided. Bottom feeding politicians and corporate middlemen are excluded from invovlement.
Exceptionalism is cultivated. Generational bonds and trust are established.

Amen. Retrench and Restore.
And Reject globo-Wokism and its "invade & invite" the world insanity

Any recent developments on the special transformers needed to keep the US grid going? Last I heard these were special order items, each one different from all the others, all made overseas, with a lead time of many months. There was some talk about establishing agreements on several standardized transformer types and laying in a supple of ready to use replacement transformers in domestic warehouses.

Was the shortage of needed PPE for managing airborne epidemics ever really resolved? At the start of COVID-19 the supposed US emergency stockpile had been depleted and nowhere near the amount that was suddenly in demand.
China has probably since shipped us a few cargos of PPE, which may or may not actually work as described, but who's keeping track?

develop cottage industries in every community.
Didn't the chinese try that in the early days? Run a forge in your backyard comrade! Result: very poor quality steel.
[HotAir] The parent movement scored another victory, as confirmed last night, with a vote taken by the Alabama School Board Association. That association voted to leave the National School Boards Association which brings the number to 26 states that have distanced themselves from or terminated their membership with the national organization, as noted by Christopher Rufo on Twitter.
It turns out that parents don’t appreciate being labeled as domestic terrorists and investigated by the Department of Justice. The National School Boards Association was caught red-handed with coordinating with the White House in sending a letter to DOJ asking for help in stifling parents’ participation in the education of their children. Merrick Garland came under fire for agreeing to go along with the scheme, then lying to Congress about his involvement. Garland told Congress that there was no coordination between DOJ and NSBA. Garland lied under oath to Congress when he said there was no coordination between DOJ and NSBA. Parents Defending Education obtained internal emails through a FOIA request which exposed the connection.
The National School Boards Association, like teacher unions, wields entirely too much sway with politicians and elected officials. If the parent movement can break the NSBA, perhaps there is hope down the line in breaking the teacher unions, too. If I’m not mistaken, Alabama is the twelfth state to make a break with NSBA. Other state school boards have officially distanced themselves from the organization. Alabama appears on an older list of states planning to make the move they made yesterday.

States Distance Themselves from the National School Boards Association with more 1/2 the country gone; the association becomes a candidate for extinction.
Only woke school boards are now keeping the organization alive; given time, recalled boards, resignations and/or firings, the Commies are going to be on the run...
Support any organized parents that want to see this happen, save America one demonstration at a time, wipe this Communist Cancer out of America.

I hope someday soon retired academics will band together to create an alternate higher education system, with their own accrediting body to compete with the Commies.

[Evening Standard] Bill Gates has warned that governments must prepare for future pandemics and smallpox terror attacks by investing billions in research and development.
“Gimme lotsa money.”
Mr Gates made the warning during a Policy Exchange interview with the chair of the Health Select Committee Jeremy Hunt.
The Microsoft founder also called for the formation of a new billion-dollar World Health Organisation Pandemic Task Force.
While the research may be expensive, he said that it could also lead to other innovations, such as eradicating flu and the common cold.
Aren’t they working on that right now, with Covid research?

No need for billions of dollars for Gates and Fauxi to divvy between themselves. Just ban travel from certain countries and I think we all know which countries.

Gosh. He sounds like a Bio-Terrorist.
I see the batting average of The Weirdos increasing.
[Townhall] In a recent online exchange, YouTuber Casey Neistat posted his fury after his car was broken into and the contents stolen. Los Angeles, he railed, was turning into a "3rd-world s-hole of a city."
The multimillionaire actor Seth Rogen chastised Neistat for his anger.
Rogen claimed that a car's contents were minor things to lose. He added that while living in West Hollywood he had his own car broken into 15 times, but thought little of it.
Online bloggers ridiculed Rogen. No wonder - the actor lives in multimillion-dollar homes in the Los Angeles area, guarded by sophisticated security systems and fencing.
Yet both Neistat and Rogen accurately defined Third Worldization: the utter breakdown of the law and the ability of the rich within such a feudal society to find ways to avoid the violent chaos.
After traveling the last 45 years in the Middle East, southern Europe, Mexico, and Asia Minor, I observed some common characteristics of a so-called Third-World society. And all of them might feel increasingly familiar to contemporary Americans.
Whether in Cairo or Naples, theft was commonplace. Yet property crimes were almost never seriously prosecuted.
In a medieval-type society of two rather than three classes, the rich in walled estates rarely worry that much about thievery. Crime is written off as an intramural problem of the poor, especially when the middle class is in decline or nonexistent.
Violent crime is now soaring in America. But two things are different about America's new criminality.
One is the virtual impunity of it. Thieves now brazenly swarm a store, ransack, steal, and flee with the merchandise without worry of arrest.
Second, the Left often justifies crime as a sort of righteous payback against a supposedly exploitative system. So, the architect of the so-called 1619 Project, Nikole Hannah-Jones, preened of the riotous destruction of property during the summer of 2020: "Destroying property, which can be replaced, is not violence."
Third Worldization reflects the asymmetry of law enforcement. Ideology and money, not the law, adjudicate who gets arrested and tried, and who does not.
There were 120 days of continuous looting, arson, and lethal violence during the summer of 2020. Rioters burned courthouses, police precincts, and an iconic church.
[Breitbart] America is facing an "existential crisis of identity" from "woke" ideology, Vivek Ramaswamy, author of Woke, Inc.: Inside Corporate America’s Social Justice Scam, told Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow.
Ramaswamy identified the left’s political paradigm of framing people’s primary identities based on race, sex, and sexual preference.
"This is what the heart of the book is about," Ramaswamy stated, "the existential crisis of identity in America, right now. America is going through an identity crisis, and I don’t think we have a good answer to the question of what it means to be American in 2021."
Ramaswamy alluded to civic nationalism as a means to unify Americans across varying demographic strata.
He continued, "The America that I came to know as a child who was born here ... is that America wasn’t even a place. It is a vision of what a place can be. It is an idea that, 250 years ago, brought together a divided polyglot group of people, and we have forgotten what those common ideas were."
He described "wokeness" as a "new group identity-based fixation on race, gender, and sexual orientation."
[OneIndia] The Rajasthan police recently nabbed one Nibab Khan on the ground that he was working for the Pakistain's spy agency ISI. The police said that he had been working as a spy and sharing sensitive information with Pakistain since 2015.
He is suspected to have received renumeration from Pakistain for supplying sensitive information relating to the Indian Army. Khan was arrested by the Rajasthan Police CID with the help of the central agencies under the Official Secrets Act. He was also said to be in touch with officials in the Pakistain High Commission.
Khan came in touch with the ISI during his visit to Pakistain in 2015. After being trained for 15 days in intelligence gathering, he was paid Rs 10,000. The payments that were made to him later were through hawala channels, the police also learnt.
The major role played by Khan was activating social media accounts, which were used heavily to run a disinformation campaign following the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir ...a disputed territory lying between India and Pakistain. After partition, the Paks grabbed half of it and call it Azad (Free) Kashmir. The remainder they refer to as "Indian Occupied Kashmir". They have fought four wars with India over it, the score currently 4-0 in New Delhi's favor. After 72 years of this nonsense, India cut the Gordian knot in 2019, removing the area's special status, breaking off Ladakh as a separate state, and allowing people from other areas to settle (or in the case of the Pandits, to resettle) there.... With the internet serviced being suspended in J&K, social media accounts were created and a disinformation campaign was run to create unrest. Khan also used the social media accounts to share information relating to the Army movements and deployments in Pakistain. The social media was misused by Pakistain to put out false narratives about Kashmir and provoke the people.
Khan runs a shop that sells mobile phones and SIM cards. Director General of Intelligence, Rajasthan Police said that he had been spying for the ISI for a long time.
[DW] The bill will now go to President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S., who gives the term geriatric a bad name. He blames Afghans for losing Afghanistan.... to be signed into law. It means the government can avoid a shutdown, with funding secured to keep federal agencies running until mid-February.
A bill to fund the United States government through mid-February has been approved in the Democrat-controlled Senate.
Senators voted 69-28 to pass the measure. It will next go to US President Joe Biden, who is expected to sign it into law.
The bill's passage prevents a shutdown of federal agencies at the end of this week.
"I am glad that, in the end, cooler heads prevailed — the government will stay open," Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer ...Senator-for-life from New York, renowned for his love of standing in front of cameras and microphones. Schumer has been a professional politician since 1975, when disco was in flower, which is 45.99628 years, or 321.97396 years in dog years. Senate minority leader as of 2017... said.
The Senate vote was held just hours after the House of Representatives approved the measure.
STANDOFF OVER VACCINE MANDATE
The resolution was expected to get stalled in the Senate, where a group of hardline members of the opposition Republican Party threatened to tank the measure in protest of rules related to the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... pandemic.
Democrats agreed to allow a straight majority vote on defunding for a Biden edict that required vaccination or weekly tests for some sections of the US workforce, which the right-wing Republican group argued is an assault on personal liberty. The vote failed, however, and the mandates remain in place.
Utah Senator Mike Lee, leader of the minority group of Republicans, said that citizens' "jobs are being threatened by their own government," referring to mandated vaccination or testing for workers in larger businesses.
The majority of Senate Republicans supported the resolution, fearing that they would be blamed for a shutdown of federal agencies.
This week, a court ruling blocked the mandate from being enforced for some health care workers, and on November 6 a federal court issued a stay on the mandate.
WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE BILL?
The vote means the government will not have to shut down. A standstill may have forced government medical staff and research personnel to be laid off at a time when the country is trying to prevent the spread of the omicron coronavirus variant.
The longest shutdown in history happened under former President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and whatever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... . The Congressional Budget Office estimates that over those 35 days in 2018-19, the government shutdown wiped $11 billion (€9.7 billion) from the US economy.
The bill will keep the government running for 11 more weeks at current spending levels, with an extra $7 billion for Afghanistan evacuees. This stopgap measure buys politicians time to negotiate full-year spending bills for the rest of fiscal 2022.
Now that the shutdown is off the table, Democrats can now focus on passing a $1.8 trillion social welfare and climate spending plan which is central to Biden's legacy. The plan is threatened by feuding between centrist and progressive factions of the Democratic Party.

The really stupid thing is that during a government "shutdown" only "non-essential" workers are sent home. And even those will get their back pay when they return to work.
I'm not sure what percent are listed as "non-essential".

[IsraelTimes] Amsalem Hasouna and Iyad Hasouna charged with ’serious’ offenses; are relatives of Mousa Hasouna, who was shot to death in the city a few days earlier in disputed circumstances.
Israeli security forces announced on Thursday the arrests of two residents of Lod in relation to a shooting in the city during a flare-up in violence in May.
Amsalem Hasouna and Iyad Hasouna, two Arab residents of Lod in their late 20s, have been arrested, according to the Shin Bet. The two men are relatives of Mousa Hasouna, who was shot to death in disputed circumstances a few days earlier.

[IsraelTimes] Judge rejects proposed plea deal with shorter prison term, says defendant acted out of ’racist and nationalistic’ motives in January assault on village of Sarta as residents slept.
The Lod District Court on Wednesday sentenced a teenage Israeli settler to 20 months in prison for throwing stun grenades into Paleostinian homes in the West Bank at the beginning of the year.
Judge Hagai Tarsi rejected a proposed plea bargain that would have seen the defendant, now 18, serve just 12 months, and also ordered him to pay NIS 60,000 ($18,950) to the Paleostinian families he attacked in the village of Sarta.
Tarsi described the attack, which was caught on security cameras, as being carried out due to "racist and nationalist outlook and motives."
Lior Amihai, executive director of the Yesh Din legal aid group assisting the Paleostinian victims, noted that by not accepting the plea bargain, the judge had shown that "violence by settlers against Paleostinians, wherever they are, must pay a heavy price."
The defendant, 17 at the time of the attack, was arrested in February along with four other suspects in connection with the attack in the Paleostinian village in the northern West Bank on January 4. His name has not been published.
The court found the defendant and seven others — three of whom have yet to be identified — drove to Sarta in two vehicles in the middle of the night and entered the village on foot, armed with stun grenades, large stones, and a sharp instrument.
The convicted man threw a stun grenade into two homes as families slept inside. Together with the others involved, he also hurled stones at four homes and vehicles, causing damage.
As a result of the attack, a Paleostinian man, 61 was injured in the forehead from broken glass, while his daughter, 17, suffered a serious anxiety attack and dizziness. The man and the teen were both taken to the hospital for medical treatment. In total, 22 Paleostinians suffered injuries during the attack.
Village residents alerted Paleostinian police to the attack and they, in turn, contacted Israeli authorities.
[IsraelTimes] Omri Goren tells news hounds: ’Who says it was Iranians? It was hackers on Telegram’; detention extended till January as formal remand hearing postponed
Defense Minister Benny Gantz’s house cleaner, who has been charged with attempting to spy on the minister on behalf of Iran, on Thursday challenged the accusation that the Iranians were behind the espionage.
Omri Goren appeared via video link at the Lod District Court for a remand hearing, which was postponed as his defense attorney claimed that he has not been provided with all of the case material. The remand hearing was delayed until the beginning of January, but the court ordered that Goren nonetheless behind kept in jug till then.
Before the start of the hearing, and under unclear circumstances, news hounds managed to address Goren on video as he waited for the court session to start.
A Channel 12 news news hound asked him why he had sought to spy for Iran.
"Who says it was the Iranians? It was hackers on Telegram," Goren responded. Reporters were then apparently prevented from asking any further questions.
Attorney Gal Wolf, Goren’s representative from the public defender’s office, told the court that Goren was being held as a national security offense prisoner and has not been permitted to make any phone calls.
Wolf told media that the hearing was delayed because he has still not received all of the case material which, he said, was "trickling in."
"This is inconceivable — to take a person and put him in solitary confinement as a kind of punishment and not allow him external communication — and certainly not with his defense attorneys," Wolf said.
The Shin Bet security service revealed last month that it had arrested Goren — a convicted bank robber who has served multiple prison terms — for allegedly offering to spy on Gantz for Iran.
Goren was hired before Gantz became defense minister, and it appeared that the Shin Bet never looked into his background. Gantz was chief of staff of the IDF before he entered politics.
According to the Shin Bet, Goren reached out in November to "a figure affiliated with Iran ...They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... and offered to help him in different ways, in light of his access to the minister’s home."
In an indictment against Goren, the figure was identified as a representative of Black Shadow, which carried out a major cyberattack on Israeli civilian websites last month, including stealing data from a popular Israeli LGBT dating site.
Though the charge sheet did not explicitly deal with Goren’s motives, it indicated that he was acting out of financial considerations, allegedly telling the group that he would "transfer information from the house to [Black Shadow] in exchange for a sum of money."
According to the indictment, he took photographs of Gantz’s desk, computer, phone and tablet; a closed safe and a shredder; pictures of Gantz and his family; and a copy of the minister’s local property tax payments.
Channel 12 News has reported that Goren reached out to Black Shadow on the Telegram messaging app using a fake identity, and said he worked for the defense minister and could help the hacking outfit in various ways. He reportedly asked for $7,000 to spy on Gantz.
Wolf has said his client admitted to some of the offenses he was accused of, but denied carrying out the security-related crimes attributed to him.
The attorney told The Times of Israel last month that his client "was not exposed to any security-related materials" while working in Gantz’s home — echoing the Shin Bet security service’s claim.
[KhaamaPress] Pakistain’s special representative to Afghanistan Mohammad Sadiq Khan has said that Indian wheat and medicines have been allowed to be delivered through Wagah and Torkham crossing points.
Mohammad Sadiq Khan in a series of Tweeter posts said they also allowed Afghan trucks to deliver humanitarian aids.
"Pakistain allowed Indian wheat and medicines to be transported to Afghanistan on a humanitarian basis. This demonstrates the commitment and seriousness of the government of Pakistain to facilitate the purposed humanitarian assistance." Reads a Twitter post.
The special representative also said that the decision was conveyed to Charge d’ Affairs of India at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistain.
Khan added that the Indian diplomat was urged to proceed quickly and take necessary actions in order to deliver humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan.
Earlier, Indians had complained that Pakistain does not allow them to deliver their allocated humanitarian aids to Afghanistan.
It is still unclear why Pakistain was hindering humanitarian assistance.
[KhaamaPress] A spokesperson of the French Foreign Ministry on Friday, December 3 said that the country has carried out an evacuation mission in Afghanistan taking 258 Afghans, 11 Frenchies, some 60 Dutch people, and an unspecified number of people liked to them out of the country.
The evacuation flight was organized with the help of Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi... The evacuees included Afghans who were at risks such as journalists and the Afghans who were once employed with the French army in Afghanistan.
French Foreign Ministry in a statement said that this was the tenth evacuation flight since September 10 this year that bringing the total number of evacuees to 396 Afghans and 110 Frenchies.
All the flights were conducted with the help of Qatar.
In the meantime, La Belle France and Qatar jointly operated a humanitarian mission on Thursday, delivering medical equipment, food, and winter supplies to international organizations operating in Afghanistan.
The supplies were delivered with a Qatari military plane.
Qatar has been one of the key countries for European and Western countries since the start of evacuation that played the role of third-country to Afghans leaving their country.
[Rudaw] Diplomats paused international talks in Vienna Friday aiming at the revival of the 2015 Iran ...The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both... nuclear deal, with European participants "disappointment and concern" after five days of negotiation.
"Tehran is walking back almost all of the difficult compromises crafted after many months of hard work," said senior diplomats from the so-called E3 (Britannia, La Belle France and Germany), referring to the previous rounds of talks between April and June. Quelle surprise!
Delegations from the talks will now return to their national capitals before talks restart in Vienna in the middle of next week "to see whether gaps can be closed or not", the diplomats said.
The E3 "remain fully committed to a diplomatic way forward," they added, but stressed that "time is running out".
The talks are aimed at reviving the 2015 nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA, which was initially agreed between Britannia, China, La Belle France, Germany Iran, Russia and the United States.
The accord aimed at putting curbs on Iran's nuclear programme to ensure it couldn't develop an atomic weapon, in exchange for sanctions relief for Tehran.
Iran has always insisted that its nuclear programme is peaceful.
The deal began unravelling in 2018 when then US President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... pulled out of the deal and reimposed sanctions, prompting Iran to start exceeding limits on its nuclear programme the following year.
Trump's successor Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Being a self-defined foreign policy whiz kid means never having to say you're sorry... has said he wants to re-enter the deal and the US has been participating in this week's talks indirectly.
'DRAGGING THEIR FEET'
On Thursday the US had already issued a warning about the prospects for an agreement.
American Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that it was "not too late for Iran to reverse course" but insisted it could not "sustain the status quo of building their nuclear programme while dragging their feet on talks".
Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett had used a call with Blinken to call for the "immediate cessation" of the nuclear talks, accusing Iran of "nuclear blackmail".
The talks had resumed in the Austrian capital on Monday after Iran paused them in June following the election of ultraconservative President Ebrahim Raisi.
During this week's talks Iran had submitted two draft proposals on sanctions lifting and nuclear-related measures.
The head of the Iranian delegation Ali Bagheri told the IRNA news agency Friday that the proposals were evidence "of our serious will to reach an agreement".
But acknowledging the frosty reception they had met with from the Europeans, he added: "I told them it's normal that we're not presenting documents and suggestions which correspond to your points of view".
European diplomats said there was "no path forward" based on the Iranian proposals.
The talks could resume in the middle of next week but speaking on a trip to the Gulf, French President Emmanuel Macron hinted that there could be a longer break before negotiators reconvene.
In a telephone call with EU top diplomat Josep Borrell, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said the talks were going well "but slowly on all tracks".
"We think that a good agreement is possible but that requires a change of approach by certain parties who must drop their threatening language and opt for texts focused on cooperation, mutual respect and results," the minister said.
Speaking after the end of Friday's talks, China's ambassador to the UN in Vienna Wang Qun struck a more positive note, saying that "all parties have reengaged themselves in very substantive terms".
He told news hounds outside the Palais Coburg hotel where the talks have been taking place that he hoped the pause in talks "will help to provide further political impetus to the negotiations".

Air defense test.. could be.
A more entertaining explanation is the perfidious Juice sent in a single drone so they could gather electronic signatures when the Persians lit up their radars. Stuff like that will be handy for future 'negotiations'.
[ToloNews] supreme leader of the Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... , Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, on Friday issued a decree regarding the rights of women in Afghanistan.
The decree, which was released by the spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Zabiullah Mujahid, stipulated that the relevant institutions must take steps in its implementation.
The decree is comprised of six elements:
"Adult women’s consent is necessary during Nekah/marriage. (Though, both should be equal with no risk of sedition). No one can force women to marry by coercion or pressure."
"woman is not a property, but a noble and free human being; no one can give her to anyone in exchange for peace deal and or to end animosity.
"the death of the husband, ’Sharaie Adat’ (four months and ten nights or pregnancy) passes, no one can marry a widow by force including her relatives. A widow has the right whether to marry and or to determine/ choose her future. (Though, the principle of equality and preventing sedition should be kept into consideration).
"It is the Sharia right a widow, to obtain ’Mahar’ from her new husband. [Mahar is an amount of money specified by the wife and husband during the Nekah to be paid by the husband to the wife.]
"A widow has heritage rights and fixed share in the property of her husband, children, father and relatives, and no one can deprive a widow of her right."
"Those with multi marriage (more than one wife) are obliged to give rights to all women in accordance with Sharia law, and maintain justice between them."
The letter instructed the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, the Ministry of Information and Culture, the Supreme Court ...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations... as well as provincial governors and district governors to implement the dictates of the decree and to communicate them to the public.
The Taliban ...Arabic for students... decreed Friday that they are banning the forced marriage of women in the war-torn country, in what appears to be a move to address criteria that developed nations consider a precondition to recognize their government and restore aid.
Forced marriages have become more commonplace in the poor, conservative country, as the internally displaced marry off their young daughters in exchange for a bride-price that can be used to pay debts and feed their families.
The announced decree did not mention a minimum age for marriage, which previously was set at 16 years old.
Women in Afghanistan for decades were treated like property _ as an exchange token for blood money or ending disputes or tribal feuds. The Taliban now state they are against the practice.
[Rudaw] The Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group (ISIS) grabbed credit for the Thursday attack on Peshmerga forces in Erbil province’s Makhmour town which killed 13 Kurdish fighters and villagers without mentioning the attack on civilians.
The Liheban and Khidirjija villages in Qarachogh area were attacked late Thursday. When Peshmerga went to their aid, they were attacked too.
ISIS said in a statement published on its propaganda channel on Telegram that its fighters attacked Peshmerga in Khidirjija village with submachine guns and RPGs. It claimed to have killed 13 members of Peshmerga forces while Kurdish officials have put the number at 10. It seems that ISIS has counted the three villagers - brothers who resisted the attack on their village - as Peshmerga.
Three civilians and 18 Peshmerga fighters have been killed in the attacks conducted in recent days by ISIS bandidosgunnies in areas disputed by Erbil and Baghdad. The group has increased its attacks on Kurdish forces in these areas.
ISIS seized control of swaths of land in Iraq in 2014. It was declared territorially defeated in 2017 but continues to carry out bombings, hit-and-run attacks, and abductions across several provinces. It is especially active in parts of northern Iraq that are disputed by Erbil and Baghdad, including in the provinces of Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... Diyala, Salahaddin, and Makhmour.
Sirwan Barzani, commander of Peshmerga forces in Makhmour, told Rudaw’s Rozhan Abubakir late Friday that the US-led global coalition against ISIS has decreased Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... s against the group "because the ISIS [ISIS] movement has changed. Now, their tactic is to carry out partisan war, and by the time the [war]planes arrive they will hide or go to into the caves and tunnels."
He added that attacks against the bandidosgunnies used to be be easier as they go out in small groups now. The commander also said that "we have information that imported muscle[of ISIS] are returning to Iraq from Syrian borders."
[BenarNews] Government troops killed five suspected members of an Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. -linked Death Eater group, including its emerging top lieutenant, during a gunbattle in the volatile southern Philippines, the military announced Friday.
Asim Karinda (also known as Abu Azim), who was the new leader of the Daulah Islamiyah group, died in a clash with soldiers near the town of Mamasapano in Maguindanao province on Thursday, regional military chief Maj. Gen. Juvymax Uy said.
"The recent armed clash with the Daulah Islamiyah Terrorist Group only shows that your security forces are persistent and committed to ensuring the safety of our communities and the Filipino people," Uy said in a statement.
Four of Karinda’s followers were also killed, Uy said.
Lt. Col. Charlie Banaag, ground commander of the 6th Infantry Battalion whose forces clashed with Karinda’s group, said the intense firefight lasted for an hour and occurred before dawn Thursday.
"Our ground forces recovered the abandoned lifeless bodies of Azim and his four followers after the firefight," Banaag said, adding there were no injuries on the government side.
Karinda had recently replaced Salahuddin Hassan, a notorious bomb expert who planned and helped carry out high-profile attacks, as the group’s top leader, according to military intelligence reports. Salahuddin was killed in a clash with government forces on Oct. 29.
In the southern Philippines, where there are numerous pro-IS Death Eater groups, this particular group is a collection of primarily hardline Filipino Moslem separatists who opted to continue fighting after the government struck a peace deal with the larger Moro Islamic Liberation Front.
On Wednesday, another suspected Death Eater identified as Adsam, who is said to be the son of Daulah Islamiyah’s deputy leader Hasan Indal, was also killed in a military operation, the military said.
"I continue to call on the remaining members of gangs to surrender and return to the folds of the law. Your government is willing and ready to help you live normal and peaceful lives with your family," Uy said.
Daulah Islamiyah is based mainly in the central part of Mindanao, the southern region where a Moslem insurgency has raged since the 1970s.
Some of its members were believed to have worked with foreign and local Islamic State bandidosLions of Islam who ransacked the city of Marawi in 2017 during a five-month siege that left 1,200 civilians, government forces, and bandidosLions of Islam dead.
[Breitbart] Congress has voted to spend $1.6 billion to help cartels deliver children and job-seeking youths to cities and towns around the United States.
The giveaway is buried within the continuing resolution, which was rushed through Congress late Thursday to keep government agencies operating until February.
“This money is available through September 30, 2024, and its intended purpose is disguised in legislative language that says ‘for the account specified and for the activities specified, in section 141 of this Act,'” said a December 2 report by the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS).
From February to October 2021, President Joe Biden’s deputies admitted roughly 125,000 younger migrants from Central America as “Unaccompanied Alien Children.” That inflow was six times larger than the 20,000 younger migrants who were admitted during the prior four months by President Donald Trump.
Pro-migration groups — including lobbies for Fortune 500 investors — portray the cartel smuggling as a rescue effort for “children” trapped in crime-ridden countries.
But the cartels are using a 2008 law that requires federal agencies to relay migrants to U.S. destinations if they claim to be younger than 18.
The agencies then deliver the migrants to “sponsors” throughout the United States, saving the cartels and clients from paying the extra cost of smuggling people from the border to distant U.S. destinations.
The vast majority of the sponsors are either illegal migrants who earlier paid the cartels to sneak them and their children into the United States, or else the labor traffickers who steadily work with the cartels to smuggle indebted workers into the United States.
This government-funded migrant-delivery system helps to persuade illegal migrants to stay in the United States instead of returning home to their left-behind families. It also provides U.S. employers with cheap labor that reduces the need to hire Americans or invest in American-made labor-saving machinery.

[Garowe] The National Intelligence Security Agency [NISA] has killed at least 12 al-Shabaab ...... Somalia's version of the Taliban ...Arabic for students... , functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda... Death Eaters in the country, following an operation that was activated in the capital, Mogadishu, which has lately been infiltrated by the al-Qaeda linked group.
For the last three weeks, at least two explosions have been recorded in Mogadishu, leaving 10 people dead and scores injured. The al-Shabaab Death Eaters grabbed credit for the recent deadly attack which targeted a security firm guarding UN offices.
On Wednesday, NISA officials confirmed that a crackdown in Mogadishu yielded fruits after 12 Death Eaters were killed in the operation. The Death Eaters are believed to have been individuals behind the wave of insecurity in Mogadishu.
"A special operation tonight targeted 15 AS Mafia officers in charge of disrupting security in the capital Mogadishu. Twelve bad boyz were potted. It is a national duty to protect the security and safety of the Somali people," read the statement from NISA.
The Somali sleuths added that the operation had targeted 15 gunnies but three managed to escape. However, we can't all be heroes. Somebody has to sit on the curb and applaud when they go by... the force did not specify exactly where the operation was carried out nor if the other three were nabbed or managed to escape the police dragnet.
Sources say the operation was triggered by last week's kaboom which killed eight people, wounding 17 and badly destroying a nearby school within Mogadishu. The attack was condemned by various members of the international community including the US.
Early this week, NISA operatives managed to unearth explosives in Mogadishu, arresting three people in the process. The government has intensified operations against the bad boys, especially in central and southern Somalia.
On Wednesday, Molly Phee, the Assistant Secretary of State, told the US Congress that Washington is keen to have AMISOM reconfigured so that it helps to contain political fallout besides helping in the fight against al-Shabaab Death Eaters in Somalia.
[Garowe] A shootout exchange between al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... forces of Evil and the African Union ...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful... Mission Forces [AMISOM] from Djibouti left three children from the same family dead, in what could yet again trigger condemnation in the Horn of Africa nation.
Reports indicate that al-Shabaab forces of Evil fight AMISOM troops from the Djiboutian contingent in Beledweyne, central Somalia, leading to the death of three children from the same family in Somalia.
According to multiple sources, al-Shabaab fighters fired mortar shells at the Djibouti forces military base in Howl-wadaag area sparking a fight between the two sides. It's not the first time the forces of Evil are targeting military bases in the country.
The Mortar shells landed in the family of the two siblings killing them and injuring others, sources added. It's the al-Shabaab mortars that killed the children and not the bullets from either side, reports indicate.
Already, the situation has been controlled but authorities from the town and the Djiboutian military are yet to issue a public statement with regard to the matter. However, man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them... the al-Shabaab forces of Evil have since taken responsibility for the attack.
The Djiboutian contingent has been operating in the region for almost a decade under the African Union Peacekeeping mission. The mandate of the soldiers will expire later on this month but there are plans to reconfigure them for a joint mission with United Nations ...a lucrative dumping ground for the relatives of dictators and party hacks... Cases of civilian deaths in Somalia are common in such circumstances, with the latest taking place in Lower Shabelle. Already, three Ugandan soldiers have been slapped with a death sentence ...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead... after it emerged that they killed seven civilians who didn't have affiliation with al-Shabaab.
[DW] Following protests in Burkina Faso, President Roch Marc Christian Kabore has vowed to step up the fight against terrorism. Many people feel these are empty words, and are calling for his resignation.
A surge of Islamic militant violence in Burkina Faso is taking on a new dimension.
The situation is particularly worrying in Nadiagou, located in the southeast, not far from the border with Benin and Togo.

Stephen Lara, 39, a Marine from Texas, sued the DEA to get back the $87,000 the agency seized from him in February
Lara had been traveling to meet his daughters in California when a Nevada State Trooper pulled him over as part of a routine traffic check
Lara told the officer he was traveling with his life savings because he does not trust banks and provided full ATM receipts to the prove the money was his
The officer called over a DEA agent who claimed a drug-sniffing dog found the scent of drugs on the cash, allowing them to seize all the money
Lara filed a suit against the DEA for the 'wrongful seizure' and is also suing to stop The Nevada Highway Patrol from sharing profits from seized property

I am starting to think those dogs are trained to smell $100 bills.
Funny story: years ago on a camping trip with my girls for the ymca y-princess program. A state trooper came out for a drug sniffing demonstration. After explaining how good the dog was at detecting marijuana two Fathers slow started to try and sneak away from the group…

We had a drug sniffing dog on the base. One day I was tasked with accompanying the team through the unit barracks. It went bonkers on one of the lockers. The kid that had the locker was not a druggie type, more like like an overweight nerd. He came to barracks and opened up the locker. It was a friggin 7-11 snack aisle in there. Seems the dog was trained with chocolate chip cookies as a reward.

....Speaking of sniffing, for some reason this doesn't pass the sniff test. He doesn't trust banks, but he had it IN a bank long enough to accumulate almost ninety grand, and then had to take it out from an ATM when he could have gotten a cashier's check or money orders, all of which are a damned sight more secure than hauling around cash - he could have had those tucked on his person.
In the words of Ricky Ricardo, "I dun blivit."

I don't see the need for any bank to accumulate the cash, except perhaps for cashing checks, and then only keeping the sum in the bank long enough to make cash withdrawals. News media keep reporting finds of large amounts of cash when buildings are razed or remodeled, or when hoarders hoards are cleaned out.
These sorts of legalized robbery should have been outlawed years ago, but our legislators have more important things to do.

[Breitbart] President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden displayed Christmas stockings for their six grandchildren inside the White House but apparently excluded their son Hunter Biden’s illegitimate daughter.
The New York Post noted on Wednesday:
The decorated State Dining Room celebrated the “Gift of Family,” the White House said, and the six stockings hanging over the fireplace were for Naomi, 27, Finnegan, 21, Maisy, 20, Natalie, 17, and Robert Hunter Biden II, 15, and little Beau, 1, according to the “Today” show. Hunter Biden’s 3-year-old daughter, Navy Jones Roberts — who was born out of wedlock to a stripper — was reportedly not included in the festive display. The family reportedly has not met the child.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Two hundred isn’t anything like an army— is it even so much as a battalion?
DeSantis pitched the unit - which would be called the Florida State Guard - as a way to give support to the Florida National Guard during emergencies
He noted that the force, which he says would start at 200 volunteers, would give him 'the flexibility and the ability needed to respond to events in our state'
The Republican governor wants $3.5million to start up the force and train and equip the volunteers
However, DeSantis courted controversy when he said one of the benefits of the guard would be that it was 'not encumbered by the federal government'
DeSantis, who faces re-election in 2022, was heavily criticized by Democratic rivals Annette Taddeo and Charlie Crist

Nothing many other states have done. When the Feds nationalize the national guard and send it out of state who's there when natural disasters (you know, like say, a hurricane) hit. That this hit a nerve with the Left clearly shows they know they're playing with fire.

[RIA Novosti] Russian fighters have escorted American reconnaissance aircraft over the Black Sea , the National Defense Control Center said.
So, on December 3, airspace control facilities detected targets over neutral waters approaching the state border of Russia .
To prevent violations, a Su-27 and an Su-30 were sortied.
"The crews of the Russian fighters identified the aerial targets as the US Air Force RC-135 strategic reconnaissance aircraft and the US Army's Artemis CL-600 reconnaissance and targeting aircraft," the department added.
They emphasized that after the turn of foreign military aircraft from the border, both SUs safely returned to the airfield. The flights of the Russian fighters took place in accordance with the international rules for the use of airspace.
Violations of the state border were not allowed, the National Center for Defense Management emphasized.
Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu pointed out the activation of NATO countries near the Russian borders at the end of November. He stressed that in such conditions, Moscow is forced to maintain the combat readiness of its nuclear forces and build up the potential of its non-nuclear deterrent forces.

"Less than a mile from the Canadian border" -- that describes most of downtown Detroit and a good portion of the suburbs. But to actually cross the border, you'd have to get across the river -- and Great Lakes shipping is shut down for the season, so they'd stand out -- or take the bridge or tunnel. All traffic across either the tunnel or bridge has to stop at customs and immigration, so that's not an escape route, either.

[Breitbart] The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released more than 5,000 unaccompanied migrant children to sponsors in November 2021. Another 13,644 are still detained and await similar transfers.
In November, HHS released an average of 179 children against another 366 apprehended near border crossing points daily — showing little progress on rolling detention totals.
According to HHS, the numbers do not include children from Mexico. In most cases, those are immediately returned.
Findings documented within a recent Congressional Research Service report identify the discontinuance of removals under the Title 42 COVID-19 emergency order as the likely cause of the surge in unaccompanied migrant children. The report found that migrant family units are voluntarily sending their children into the United States alone. Once the minor is in HHS care, the relative will enter and claim the child to begin the family re-unification process.
About 10,980 unaccompanied migrant children entered the United States illegally and were apprehended by CBP in November, down from 12,647 in October. According to CBP, more than 140,000 unaccompanied migrant children were encountered in Fiscal Year 2021.
Health and Human Services previously opened more than a dozen emergency intake sites to deal with the influx of children. These facilities often make use of vacant oilfield man camps and COVID-shuttered convention centers.
Unlicensed facilities have faced criticism due to insufficient staffing, drinking water issues, and COVID-19 protections. Earlier this year, Texas Governor Greg Abbott sharply criticized the Biden Administration over conditions at multiple HHS detention facilities, specifically citing a water issue in Midland plus a COVID-19 outbreak in Carrizo Springs.
HHS estimates the cost to detain a child is $775 per day. In other long-term facilities, they indicate that cost to be approximately $275 per day. Based on these estimates and the number of UACs currently in custody, the cost to the American taxpayer stands at more than $3.4 million daily.
[An Nahar] U.S. President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant. Just look at the competent way he dumped Afghanistan... on Friday vowed to make it "very, very difficult" for Russian President Vladimir Putin ...President-for-Life of Russia. He gets along well with other presidents for life. He is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substance. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. The old bunch, without close personal ties to Putin, are in jail or in exile or dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substances... to take military action in Ukraine, saying his administration is putting together a comprehensive set of initiatives to curb Russian aggression.
The president offered the measured warning to Putin amid growing concern about a Russian buildup of troops on the Ukrainian border and increasingly bellicose rhetoric from the Kremlin.
"What I am doing is putting together what I believe to be will be the most comprehensive and meaningful set of initiatives to make it very, very difficult for Mr. Putin to go ahead and do what people are worried he may do," Biden told news hounds.
There are signs that the White House and Kremlin are close to arranging a conversation next week between Biden and Putin. Putin's foreign affairs adviser Yuri Ushakov told news hounds Friday that arrangements have been made for a Putin-Biden call in the coming days, adding that the date will be announced after Moscow and Washington finalize details. The Russians say a date has been agreed upon, but declined to say when.
Biden did not detail what actions he was weighing. But Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who met Thursday with Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Sweden, said the U.S. has threatened new sanctions. He did not detail the potential sanctions but suggested the effort would not be effective.
"If the new 'sanctions from hell' come, we will respond," Lavrov said. "We can't fail to respond."
Deep differences were on display during the Blinken-Lavrov meeting, with the Russia official charging the West was "playing with fire" by denying Russia a say in any further NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A collection of multinational and multilingual and multicultural armed forces, all of differing capabilities, working toward a common goal by pulling in different directions... expansion into countries of the former Soviet Union. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has pushed for Ukraine to join the alliance, which holds out the promise of membership but hasn't set a a timeline.
Blinken this week said the U.S. has "made it clear to the Kremlin that we will respond resolutely, including with a range of high-impact economic measures that we've refrained from using in the past."
He did not detail what sanctions were being weighed, but one potentially could be to cut off Russia from the SWIFT system of international payments. The European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... 's Parliament approved a nonbinding resolution in April to cut off Russia from SWIFT if its troops entered Ukraine.
Such a move would go far toward blocking Russian businesses from the global financial system. Western allies reportedly considered such a step in 2014 and 2015, during earlier Russian-led escalations of tensions over Ukraine.
Then-Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said it would be tantamount to "a declaration of war."

That's all, folks. The Russian Duma has drawn its line in the sand. In the event of Ukrainian military action against Donetsk and Lugansk, the next scenario will be similar to the 2008 War in South Ossetia.

[Rudaw] German prosecutors on Thursday called for life in prison for a former Syrian intelligence services colonel accused of crimes against humanity in the first trial worldwide over state-sponsored torture in Syria.
Anwar Raslan, 58, is accused of overseeing the murder of 58 people and the torture of 4,000 others at the al-Khatib detention centre in Damascus between April 29, 2011 and September 7, 2012.
He sought refuge in Germany after deserting the Syrian regime in 2012.
Raslan was put on trial in April 2020 along with another lower-ranking defendant, Eyad al-Gharib, accused of helping to arrest protesters and deliver them to al-Khatib.
Al-Gharib was sentenced to four and a half years in prison in February for complicity in crimes against humanity, in the first verdict worldwide over torture by Syrian Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Light of the Alawites... 's government.
The case against the two men was brought using the legal principle of universal jurisdiction, which allows offences to be prosecuted even if they were committed in a foreign country.
Raslan worked for 18 years in the Syrian intelligence services, where he rose through the ranks to become head of the domestic intelligence "investigation" service, according to a German investigator who testified at the opening of the trial.
Prosecutors say he oversaw rape and sexual abuse, "electric shocks", beatings with "fists, wires and whips" and "sleep deprivation" at the prison.
Since the opening of the trial, more than a dozen Syrian men and women now living across Europa ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... have taken the stand to testify about the abuses they endured there.
They have reported flogging, electric shocks, cigarette burns and blows to the genitals. Some say they were hung by the wrists, with only the tips of their feet still touching the ground.
Images of dead Syrians smuggled out of the country by a photographer known as "Caesar" have also been used as evidence in the trial.
Raslan has repeatedly denied any responsibility, stating that he had "neither beaten nor tortured" prisoners and had "never acted inhumanely".
He said he "did not and would not condone" the abuses committed by the Syrian regime and felt "regret and compassion" for all the victims.
According to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group, at least 60,000 people have been killed under torture or as a result of the terrible conditions in Assad's detention centres.

[Rusvesna] The most likely time for the escalation of the military conflict in Donbass will be the end of January 2022, when a Russian invasion becomes possible. This was stated today by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov, speaking today in the Rada.
He noted that Ukrainian intelligence is studying all scenarios for the development of the situation in Donbass, including the worst ones.
"She (intelligence, - approx. RV Razvedka)
notes that the likelihood of a large-scale escalation from Russia exists. The most reliable time to achieve readiness for escalation will be the end of January, ”the Defense Minister said.
According to Reznikov, escalation is a likely scenario, but not necessary.
"And our task is to turn it away," he added. Ukrainians simply should hold their fire. The Bear just loves fucking with its rivals.
:We do not consider the way of appeasing the aggressor. If necessary, Ukraine will fight back," the head of the defense department assures the deputies.
Note that earlier the discussion was mainly about February.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] 'The President has a frog in his throat': WH doctor's official diagnosis after sick Biden, 79, coughed his way through hoarse speech and said he had a cold caused by Hunter's one-year-old son's kisses
Biden raised concerns Friday morning sounding particularly hoarse as he delivered remarks on November's jobs report
Biden said it was 'just a cold' and he is tested for Covid-19 every day
'What I have is a one and a half year old grandson who likes to kiss his pop,' Biden said
U.S. employers added just 210,000 jobs in November, well below the estimated half a million that economists had predicted

He will expire abruptly, which is not the same as unexpectedly. That said, every single aspect of the rules already in place for a succession will be ignored in a way that will make the 2020 election look fairly clean. The CIA, which has no Constitional role at all in such matters will literally run the show. None of the people in the line of sucession outlined in the Constitution will be seated as prexident.
You heard it here first.

/\ The CIA, which has no Constitutional role at all in such matters will literally run the show.
An international crisis or attack (name one, there are several brewing) will coincide with his departure to hospice care or beyond. Harris will nominally chair a troika of State, CIA, DoD actors and decision makers to meet the crisis. That's right, a 'central committee.'
Congress will continue to meet and engage in meaningless debate in secret locations. Quorums will be impossible as resignations pour in and elections are postponed. Due to time and action imperatives, the legislative process will essentially be nullified as will the US Constitution.
The congressional or representative gov't kabuki dance will have ended. The real locus of power will step from the shadows.

Gosh, Besoeker, you make it sound as though we should pray to keep Biden alive and healthy. I suppose, considering some of the alternatives, we should.

I think the Taiwan, Ukraine and Iranian nuke threshold crises all pop in the coming months. And in each case we bouster and flail badly. Who leads after Jojo is pushed aside is problematic since they must be capable of some amount of public support to continue the facade of normalcy just a bit longer while they either sabotage or postpone the midterms. If that heppens, the coup steps out of the shadows a bit and the Central Committee format becomes a bit more visible. My bet is some Obama variant perhaps with Big Mike as a figurehead but not the real Imperial Power. That remains a coterie of Billionaires, union, gay and minority power brokers, and the Middle Kingdom.
Great book plot if I’m blowing smoke…
[An Nahar] A night of violence ignited when a man was shot and killed in an Arab town in northern Israel ended on Friday with police shooting and killing a man involved in an alleged car-ramming attack that maimed two officers, Israeli officials said.
The chaos in the town of Umm al-Fahm
...home base of the Islamic Movement - Northern Branch, the Muslim Brotherhood in Israel, so trouble is kind of baked into the local culture...
comes amid a wave of violent mostly peaceful crime in Israel's Arab community that shows no sign of abating, despite far-reaching action announced in recent months by Israeli authorities.
Armed festivities among residents erupted after a man was shot and killed earlier on Thursday. Israeli police and firefighters raced to the town as gunfire rang out and buildings were set ablaze.
Early Friday, paramilitary Border Police opened fire on a vehicle speeding toward them, fatally shooting one man and wounding the other in the car, who was arrested after receiving medical treatment, Border Police said. They said the two officers suffered light to moderate wounds.
They said a gun and ammunition were found in the car, and that the two men were suspected of involvement in violent mostly peaceful family disputes that have rocked Umm al-Fahm in recent months. Authorities said the car-ramming was not politically motivated.
Arab towns across Israel have seen a major escalation in violence in recent years driven by organized crime and family feuds. At least 117 Arabs have been killed in 2021, the highest number on record, according to the Abraham Initiatives, which promotes Jewish-Arab coexistence. The crime rate among Arabs far exceeds their 20% share of the population.
[IdeaStream] Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals have reversed their employee COVID-19 vaccination mandates and will allow unvaccinated caregivers to keep their jobs after the federal order was blocked earlier this week by the courts, officials said in statements Thursday.
Both Cleveland Clinic and UH previously announced they would comply with the new federal rule that requires health care facilities to mandate vaccinations or risk losing their Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) funding. In a statement, UH officials say they changed course “in light of the federal court injunction issued Nov. 30 that temporarily blocks CMS from enforcing the mandate."
“Come Jan. 4, unless there is further legal action, caregivers may continue to provide patient care services regardless of their vaccination status,” UH officials said in the statement.
Officials with the local health system said in the last hour, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said it will not enforce vaccine mandates. The announcement from CMS was made Thursday afternoon.

NOW ANY Employer can be sued by a person being forced to take the VAX or lose their jobs.
Even more so, if they were forced and have a ADVERSE REACTION.

They (blue states) can continue to deny reality after everyone else has moved on. That's not the same as creating an "alternative reality." It's delusion.

Vice President Kamala Harris‘ staff are leaving because they're burned out and they don't want to be permanently branded a 'Harris person,' Axios reported
Harris is in the process of losing four top staffers, including her chief spokesperson Symone Sanders
Sanders is getting married next year and was never able to go on a proper tour to sell her book, No, You Shut Up, which was published in May 2020

They're leaving because she's a singularly unlikable failure at everything but ...well, you know.

How can they be burnt out? She never does anything!
A #BLM activist has been sentenced up to 9.5 years in prison for his role in using mortar fireworks to burn officers at a BLM riot. Brandon Pack, of Columbus, was convicted on multiple felonies for injuring 21 officers. His bail was fundraised on @GoFundMe.https://t.co/em6FY6qfm6

As we near the 1st year of the Biden Junta and enter in to the 2022 mid-terms campaign season.
I expect to see a lot of City DA's and State AG's starting to follow and enforce the law again.
Except a few states where it actually brings in the LIBERAL Vote they want. (eg.Wa, OR)
IF they steal this election the shame is on us.
Demand proper voting... DO NOT BEND A KNEE like was done in Fulton Co. GA. and other areas.

I imagine the same type of thing happened in classical Rome as it fell. City dwellers bugged out for the sticks - and stayed there for centuries as it turned out. Roman legions went freelance when their salaries stopped coming from on high.

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
