Biden administration officially reverses Trump-era environmental regulations that allowed showerheads to use more water
[Insider] The Biden administration has officially reversed Trump-era relaxations of water conservation standards former President Donald Trump personally pushed for that allowed more gallons of water per minute to flow through showerheads.

Under standards initially set in the 1990s, federal regulations stipulated that all newly manufactured toilets had to use a maximum of 1.6 gallons of water per flush and new showerheads could only use 2.5 gallons of water a minute. Under the Obama administration in 2013, the Environmental Protection Agency tweaked the regulation to also apply that limit to more modern shower fixtures with multiple nozzles.

But when Trump was in office, the EPA relaxed the standard even further to apply the 2.5 gallon limit to each individual nozzle on a showerhead, meaning a showerhead with two nozzles could use five gallons of water per minute.

Because the Trump rule only went into effect a year ago in December 2020, shortly before Trump left office, consumers aren't likely to see much of a difference in their showerheads and water pressure, the Washington Post noted.

Alleged border smuggler reveals how much he can make getting illegal immigrants into US
[FoxNews] Border crossers will pay up to five figures to enter the United States illegally, according to the smuggler.

Fox News' Griff Jenkins speaks to a human smuggler who says working with cartels makes the process more safe

How much are migrants trying to enter the United States illegally willing to pay?

An alleged border smuggler gave Fox News an idea of just how much the risky operation is worth. The Reynosa, Mexico, man revealed a few quotes through a translator.

"If you want to go to Houston … it depends on if you can walk or take a trailer for a vehicle. Trailer is between $5,000 and $7,000 for a person," he told Fox News' Griff Jenkins after estimating the lower cost of getting just over the border — up to $1,500 per person. "Trailer is much better and more secure because it's a long way to walk."

It can take around eight hours per walk if someone opts to walk over three days, so the trailer is the safer option, he added.

"We make a lot of money. I don't understand how people sell their houses and everything to get to the American Dream," he continued. "I do it mostly to help people, but yes, we earn a lot of money."

Mexican drug cartels contribute to the smuggling business and are even an integral component, he said.

"The cartels ask us for money, and they give us a code, and they take care of us, and that's how we take care of people here," he added. "Actually, Ramos is very safe because we work with cartels and nothing happens to people."

He even said cartels "take care" of the migrants as they make their way across the southern border.

"The cartels work like a guide that goes on the way with the migrants and I keep an eye that the police isn't around [sic], and in case there's danger, we return and don't let anything happen to the immigrating people," he said.

He estimated that on the high end, "some people spend even $15,000 to $20,000 to get into the United States."

The smuggling business will not stop any time soon, he said, and those on the southern side of the Rio Grande have certain advantages.

The Slog - Why getting out more broadens the perspective
[SLOG] I tried an escape route last week. For various (and nefarious) reasons, it failed. But – as always – one learns far more from failure than success. A lot of the failure was at an intensely personal level, whereas the learning came from observing the behaviour of a broad spectrum of national cultures through the medium of their citizens. Nothing this year has so effectively demonstrated to me the insidious effect of insistent propaganda and planned demonisation in play throughout the risibly defined First World.

This is how the totality spans out:

There are millions of Little Hitlers out there just gagging to tell you off. The alternative to mRNA messenger poison in your arm is still (just about) being made available…but there are no special offers, incentives or clear explanations to guide you. If you want a Covid test and you’re “vaccinated”, it costs €5 and you go to the front of the queue: if you’re a swine too selfish to think about “other citizens”, it costs anything from €15-98 and attracts 3rd class service.

At the Gare Montparnasse TGV departure station in Paris, there is but one pharmacy; it’s at the back of the third level, and there are no signs directing you to it. Yet despite that – and I know this by having befriended the senior medic providing the service – this small centre is knocking out 275 rapid flow tests during an average day. Multiply that by the seven days of the week, imagine how many pharmacies there are in France performing tests, and you will arrive at a very large number.

When given a negative result, you have 24 hours (in France) to get to the Moon and back. Nobody will serve you a meal indoors. At rail stations, they give you a cute little blue bracelet that grudgingly let’s you on the train…but is effectively a Judische Stern marking you out as Unclean. On the TGV from Paris yesterday, a young woman sat next to me, spotted the blue bracelet, and asked the Guard to reseat her elsewhere.

#1  It boils down to this: salaries, pensions and consumption are no longer under your control, they’re digital; travel is no longer under your control – you need a digital health pass; and the right to privacy is no longer under your control, because the Smart stuff tells Them what you’re doing, where you are and when you consumed. Even the new generation of electricity meters spy on us, telling the boys at EdF when you take a shower, when you wash the dishes, when you’re watching TV and so on ad nauseam. Of course, no pressure to get the new meters…but sadly, you’ll have to forego all the special offers and your KWHrs will be charged at a higher rate.

Much truth telling in this para.

Economy
There is a way in which the government can increase wealth
[American Thinker] Twelve thousand divided by 67 equals 179. But 179 of what? What if the 12,000 was money and we were dividing $12,000 by 67 years? If a government were to consider giving every citizen a Christmas gift of $179.10 yearly from birth to retirement age 67, the consensus opinion of that government would be that it is the ultimate Ebenezer Scrooge!

Few would guess that the same sum, $12,000, given in a lump sum at birth would amount to almost $1 million ($922,000 to be exact) at age 67. This would be received by both male and female citizens, mending a long-term gender bias. In addition to money, all citizens, present and future, receive free educational support: pre-school, K-12, adult, parental, vocational, and on-the-job. (This at a time when 70% of citizens have less than $1,200 in ready assets and 48% have no investment assets, and inflation grows.)

People have a hard time thinking beyond the present moment. It’s a short-sightedness that clouds the minds of most of humanity. Too often, we fail to consider the long-term human capital consequences of today’s actions. And we also ignore the ability of financial capitalism to evolve—to compound.

#1  Our government is well aware of the benefits of long-term economic or monetary compounding. It is the equitable distribution or sharing of the compounding which they appear to be reluctant to undertake.

Proofs abound, but one current example of our politicians understanding can be found in the recent spat between AOC and Pelosi over the stock market investments of congressional members.

FDR understood the concept of compounding as well. Mandatory Social Security accounts, when fenced, and left to earn would create untold levels of national wealth. Problem was, the fund was too tempting and eventually become merged with the federal budget where it quickly become invisible and exploited. In other words, it is stolen from the annuitants and redistributed elsewhere.

Imagine if you will a country of Elon Musks calling these thieving bastards in Washington out at every turn? They simply cannot permit it to happen.

Very democratic and socialist.
Stipends for being a citizen. I suppose the voting non-citizens will go for it.
Free education? Is it a benefit for the unwilling, unable, incapable or just plain angry?

Broad brushes sweep all in their path.

-Short Attention Span Theater-
The reality of One World government
BLUF:
[American Thinker] The intellectual elite has devised a seemingly impenetrable web of structures with such elaborate interconnections, including tax-exempt foundations and secret societies, that no one can unravel the whole scheme. The Bank for International Settlements (the "bank of banks"), the World Bank, the World Conservation Bank, the World Wilderness Land Inventory Trust, the International Monetary Fund, the U.N. Man and Biosphere Programme (into which we have placed our most precious national parks and landmarks), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (think minimum global tax), are operating as quasi-world government whether Americans are prepared to concede the point or not.

The COVID Scam: The Progressive Path to Power, and Tyranny
[American Thinker] Physicians who still practice medicine cannot afford to write or say the following for fear of being canceled. As a retired physician, I cannot be coerced to keep silent with threats to my medical license or hospital privileges.

COVID-19 is probably the greatest and most successful swindle in history. By comparison, Carlo Ponzi and Bernie Madoff were pikers. The COVID scam has affected most of earth’s 7.8 billion inhabitants, consumed trillions of dollars, and achieved a level of government control unprecedented in modern democracies.

The COVID "pandemic of fear" is a con, perpetrated by those in power to extend and expand their power. Their scheme is simple. Take a new flu-like respiratory virus created in China, COVID-19; tout it as a threat to all human life; suspend (temporarily, of course!) personal liberty and freedom; then justify their tyranny by asserting a need to protect all Americans from death by virus. When the threat recedes, redefine the terms, demand vaccine passports, and booster shots to maintain public fear. As new viral variants evolve such as Delta or Omicron, resume draconian measures including masks and lockdowns, more boosters, and loss of employment if unvaccinated.

Make sure any evidence exposing the scam is labeled "misinformation." Censor any reports that call into question the accuracy of official narratives. Punish those who question the government or refuse the mandates.

Is COVID a scam, or is it a real danger? Are masks safe? What are the effects of Washington’s anti-COVID policies: medical, political, financial, and social? Does natural immunity protect us? Do medications work? What does the data show us?

Medical risk. Based on CDC data, the risk of death for children is less than 0.1 percent and for healthy adults less than 0.17 percent. COVID is dangerous only to a small segment of the population: the elderly, diabetics, and the infirm with serious pre-existing medical conditions such as immunocompromise, chronic lung disease, kidney or heart failure, often several of these illnesses in a single patient.

There is much more to this "pandemic" than just covid. Crushing the economy, loss of liberties, enslaving our children, polluting our bodies with experimental drugs that may influence generations to come just to mention a few. It's past time the public pulls their heads out of the sand and start standing up to government's bad rule.

Dr. Ben Carson: Pandemic Could Be Solved Quickly If Politics Thrown Out
[ET] "We’ve been having tunnel vision" dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Ben Carson told EpochTV’s "American Thought Leaders" program.

"Let’s throw the politics out. We could solve this problem pretty quickly," he stated in an interview that will premiere on Dec. 18 at 7 p.m. New York time.

"Let’s open this thing up to all the different mechanisms," said Carson, a renowned neurosurgeon who was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom—the highest civilian award in the nation—in 2008 for his work. He retired in 2013 and ran for the presidency in 2016, before serving as the secretary of Housing and Urban Development during the Trump administration.

"Let’s look around the world at things that work. Let’s look at the fact that on the western coast of Africa, there’s almost no COVID. And let’s ask ourselves, why is that? And then you see, it’s because they take antimalarials, particularly hydroxychloroquine. Let’s study that. Let’s see what’s going on there.

"Let’s listen to these physician groups who’ve had incredible success with ivermectin. Let’s look at the results with monoclonal antibodies. Let’s look at all of these things. Let’s put them all in our armamentarium so that we don’t have a one-size-fits-all system."

Eg. "Hospital admissions spike 50%"
Total Staffed Beds in All U.S. Hospitals
919,559. Source so 60,000 of 919,559 = roughly 6.5% of the available hospital beds are occupied.

WOW!! what are we going to do with the other 93.5% or 859,787 beds?

The hospitals are mostly full of people who are sick from vaccine accidents or are finally having procedures that they had put off previously. #16  Detroit area hospitals showing innovative responses to demand for monoclonal antibody infusions amid spike in cases

The sick make their way to a Detroit parking lot, unroll the car window, and push up their sleeves for infusions of a medical cocktail to help them recover from a modern scourge, COVID-19.
Monoclonal antibodies are pumped into their arms intravenously at Wayne Health's drive-through clinic on Mack Avenue, staged outdoors to reduce the risk of spreading the virus..."COVID testing and vaccinations remain our pillar, but we're also very heavily engaged in monoclonal antibody infusions, which are a great way to prevent people who do contract COVID — particularly high-risk individuals — from getting sick to the point where they require hospitalization or at risk for dying,"

said Dr. Phillip Levy, professor of emergency medicine at Wayne State University and chief innovation officer for Wayne Health.

Dr. Bruce Muma, president and CEO of the Henry Ford Health System Physician Network, is feeling a similar pinch.

"One of our infusion centers expanded their hours to 3:30 in the morning ... because there was a subset of ER nurses who were so concerned about what they were seeing in the ER that they wanted to start doing something to prevent patients from needing to be in the hospital. So they are ... coming in four hours early for this shift."

Detroit-based Henry Ford got about 2,000 requests for treatment in the last week, but was able to administer about 725 infusions.

"By hook or by crook, we're expanding our capacity every week," Muma said.

Thirteen months after the initial FDA EUA for these treatments, some hospitals and local media are finally getting serious about doing what can be done. This news article actually included a toll free phone number for patients wishing to contact Wayne Health for treatment.

Biden gets 40 judges confirmed in first year, double Trump's number
[WashingtonExaminer] President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. A latter-day version of Romulus Augustulus, only more friendly to the barbarians at the gates...
is moving at twice the pace filing vacancies in federal court than his immediate predecessor during his first year in office, but the Democrat has a long way to go in catching up to Donald Trump
...His ancestors didn't own any slaves...
's total first-term number.

With the Senate confirming a raft of judicial nominees late Friday into early Saturday, Biden's 2021 total was brought to 40 federal court nominees confirmed, which is 21 more than the 19 Trump had in 2017.

The confirmations will be the last ones of the year, though the Senate voted to advance the nominations of two other judges, Gabriel Sanchez and Holly Thomas to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, who are set to have their final votes in January.

The last president to have at least 40 judicial nominees confirmed in his first year was Ronald Reagan, who had 41, according to a tweet from Thomas Jipping, a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation.

Despite the head start, Biden is nowhere near Trump's total number. Trump had 234 judges appointed to lifetime tenures across four years, including 54 appellate judges and three Supreme Court
...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations...
judges. Biden has not had an opportunity to nominate any judges to the high court in his first 11 months in office, but he is making headway in diversifying the federal bench.

Whereas Trump had Republicans, led by then-Majority Leader Mitch McConnell
...Senate minority leader from Kentucky. A politician's politician, Mitch is smarter than he's given credit for, not as smart as he thinks he is. He is married to former education secretary Elaine Chao, whose father has extensive shipping interests, including a company in China, which makes sense since he's Chinese. He is sometimes maligned as Cocaine Mitch because a few million bucks' worth of the drug was once found on one of his father-in-law's ships in Colombia, which is kind of a tenuous assertion, to say the least...
, in control of the Senate during his one term, Biden is working with an upper chamber split 50-50 along party lines, with Vice President Kámala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California, and then a former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful. She dropped out because she was polling in negative numbers because of racism or misogyny or something like that. Her father is a Marxist professor emeritus at Stanford and her mother is an Indian of the Hindoo tribe. She is reputedly the proud descendant of a long line of women. Joe Biden picked her for her skin tone, feeling she could also bring in the Native American, women's, and bimbo votes. She's an outstanding exemplar of the Peter Principle, proudly displaying her level of competence in her handling of the Biden Border Surge
as the tie-breaker.
And if the Democrats lose control of the Senate next November, which looks possible, two years of confirmations will be all they get. Something to ponder when those on the Left get excited.
The Senate also confirmed other sorts of nominees in this final batch of the year, including former reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown
...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel...
Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who was an Obama adviser, to be ambassador to Japan. Roughly 30 senators missed the votes, with the tallies for each one hovering between the high 60s and low 70s.

Germany: Police seize bomb-making supplies in far-right raid
[DW] Cologne
...the largest city in North Rhine-Westphalia and the fourth populated city in Germany....
police have raided several properties in an operation against suspected far-right Death Eaters. They seized bomb-making materials and a "not insignificant amount" of narcotics.

Police arrested four people and seized bomb-making supplies during raids targeting suspected far-right snuffies in the western German city of Cologne on Thursday.

Officers searched the homes of four men allegedly belonging to the far-right Death Eater scene. Police said the men were seeking to construct an bomb.

The suspects were 36 to 53 years old. Special forces and explosives sniffer dogs took part in the raids.

Police said they found the basic supplies for building an bomb, as well as firecrackers.

State criminal police are investigating.

The raids took place in the Cologne districts of Nippes, Holweide and Mulheim. Police also seized drugs, in sufficient quantity to form the basis of initial charges against the suspects.

A police spokesperson told local paper Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger: "There was a suspicion that someone was obtaining basic materials for the manufacture of IEDs, unconventional explosives and incendiary devices."

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said on Wednesday that far-right extremism posed the greatest threat to German democracy.

2018 Bodh Gaya blast: 3 JMB terrorists get life imprisonment, 5 others sentenced 10 yrs in jail
[OneIndia] A special NIA court here on Friday sentenced three JMB Lions of Islam to life imprisonment and tossed in the clink
Drop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un!
five others for 10 years in connection with a blast at the Bodh Gaya temple complex in 2018, an official said.

The eight Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh
The JMB is said to be the youth front of Al Mujahideen, the parent organization that began working toward establishing Bangladesh as an Islamic state in the mid 1990s, which remains obscure and probably defunct today. Other organizations, such as Jama'atul Jihad, JMB, Jagrata Muslim Janata Bangladesh (JMJB), Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HUJI), Hizbut Tawhid, Tawhidi Janata, Islami Jubo Shangha, Islami Shangha, Al Falah A'am Unnayan Shanstha and Shahadat-e al Hiqma are believed to be part of the Al Mujahideen network. The JMB at its peak was reported to contain at least 100,000 members, and an alleged 2,000-man suicide brigade, few of whom actually exploded. JMB allegedly received financial assistance from individual donors in Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Libya. Reports have claimed that funding of JMB by international NGOs like Kuwait based Society of the Revival of Islamic Heritage (RIHS) and Doulatul Kuwait, Saudi Arabia based Al Haramaine Islamic Institute and Rabita Al Alam Al Islami, Qatar Charitable Society and UAE-based Al Fuzaira and Khairul Ansar Al Khairia. The top leadership of JMB was captured in 2005 and hung in 2007, which pretty much shot their bolt.
...nowadays it appears to be connected to Al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent...
Lions of Islam were convicted on December 10, the official said. Paigambar Sheikh, Ahmad Ali, Nur Alam Momin have been awarded life imprisonment, while Adil Sheikh, Dilwar Hossain, Abdul Karim, Mustafizur Rahman and Arif Hussain have been awarded 10 years rigorous imprisonment, the NIA official said.

The case was registered in February 2018 regarding planting of three IEDs in and around the Bodh Gaya temple complex premises, the official said. After investigation, a charge sheet was filed against three accused in September 2018.

A supplementary charge sheet against the remaining six accused was filed in January 2019, the NIA official said. The official added that further trial against one remaining charge-sheeted accused continues.

France rescues 138 UK-bound migrants in Channel
[Rudaw] French boats have rescued 138 migrants colonists stranded in the Channel as they tried to reach Britannia from La Belle France on makeshift vessels, authorities said on Friday.

French authorities released a statement saying they were informed on Thursday that "many boats trying to cross the Channel were in trouble" and that two navy vessels and two lifeboats brought the migrants colonists back to shore.

Police and local authorities in northern La Belle France received the migrants colonists after their rescue.

Clandestine migrant crossings in the Channel have been a bone of contention between Britannia and La Belle France as bilateral relations deteriorated this year.

Twenty-seven migrants colonists died last month when their boat foundered near the French port of Calais, triggering a fresh round of recriminations between Gay Paree and London over policing the people smugglers behind the crossings.

From the start of 2021 until November 20, some 31,500 migrants colonists left the French coast for Britannia, with a record 1,185 migrants colonists landing on the English coast on November 11.

Ethiopia forces claim recapturing of towns from Tigray rebels
[Garowe] Æthiopian forces have recaptured several towns from Tigrayan rebels, including Kobo and Woldiya in the north, the government announced on Saturday, as fierce fighting raged in the 13-month war that has left thousands dead.

The conflict between forces loyal to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) rebel group has triggered a severe humanitarian crisis.

Mr. Abiy announced last month that he would head to the front, following which the government has claimed to have retaken several key towns.

On Saturday, the government communication service said pro-Abiy forces "have managed to fully control Sanqa, Sirinqa, as well as the cities of Woldiya, Hara, Gobiye, Robit, and Kobo."

"The enemy force which beat feet from destruction and was fleeing... is being followed by our allied forces," it said in a statement on its Facebook page.

Starting late October, the two sides have each claimed major territorial advances with several key cities apparently changing hands in the weeks since.

On Sunday, the rebels recaptured the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lalibela, 11 days after Æthiopian forces claimed to have retaken it from the TPLF.

The war broke out in November 2020 when Mr. Abiy sent troops into Æthiopia's northernmost region of Tigray to topple the TPLF, accusing them of attacking army camps.

He vowed a swift victory but the rebels mounted a shock comeback, recapturing most of Tigray by June before advancing into the neighboring regions of Afar and Amhara, where Kobo and Woldiya are located.

The fighting has displaced more than two million and driven hundreds of thousands into famine-like conditions, according to UN estimates, with reports of massacres and mass rapes by both sides.

On Friday, the UN Human Rights Council voted to send international Sherlocks to Africa's second most populous nation amid warnings of looming generalized violence, in a move slammed by Addis Ababa.

Diplomatic efforts led by the African Union
...a union consisting of 53 African states, most run by dictators of one flavor or another. The only all-African state not in the AU is Morocco. Established in 2002, the AU is the successor to the Organisation of African Unity (OAU), which was even less successful...
to try to reach a ceasefire have failed to achieve any visible breakthrough.

Fears of a rebel march on the capital prompted countries such as the United States, La Belle France, and Britannia to urge their citizens to leave Æthiopia as soon as possible, although Mr. Abiy's government has insisted the city was secure.

'We have not been victorious over it': Kamala takes a swipe at Joe for declaring independence from COVID on July 4 – and blames scientists for failing to see Omicron or Delta coming
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Kamala Harris on Friday spoke to The Los Angeles Times and discussed the new surge of Covid-19 infections

  • She said that the US government had been taken by surprise by the emergence of both Delta and Omicron

  • Harris said that they were unsighted because 'most scientists - upon whose advice and direction we have relied - didn't see Delta coming'

  • Also on Friday Harris appeared on Charlamagne Tha God's show on Comedy Central, which became heated after the radio host asked her: 'So who's the real president of this country? Is it Joe Manchin or Joe Biden?'

  • The vice president seemed to blame scientists, and yet other countries were feeling the effects of Delta and Omicron before the US began to act

  • Scientists have always explained that coronavirus is mutating constantly, and new variants are always likely

  • Of the five Covid-19 variants designated 'variants of concern' by the World Health Organization (WHO), three were identified before Biden took over

Islamic Emirate Must 'Ensure Inclusiveness': Kabulov
[Tolo News] Quit laughing
Russian special envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov warned that the "Taliban" will risk losing power in Afghanistan if an inclusive government is not formed.

He made the remarks to the Russian news agency Sputnik on Friday.

"Ethnic political inclusiveness is needed. They might lose power in the near future if they keep acting like that. They will have to ensure inclusiveness. By the way, we say this without ultimatums, calmly - just do it. They will have to do it," Kabulov said.

He put the blame for the Afghanistan humanitarian crisis on the Western nations. While asked if Moscow was willing to provide a loan to Afghanistan, the Russian envoy responded that his country’s priority is to provide humanitarian assistance to the Afghans.

"We can, of course, if (Russian) President (Vladimir Putin) decides. But you understand, have we got some extra money? Let us be careful with this. Our priority is the provision of humanitarian aid, food supplies, the provision of specific products and other essentials. Things due to what the Afghan people can survive this winter," Kabulov said

The Islamic Emirate reacted to the Russian envoy’s remarks regarding Afghanistan and said that the Afghan government was inclusive.

"The Islamic Emirate has an inclusive policy. You know that the government is in a process of being completed, we are trying to fill the vacuums and have a government complete in all aspects," said Bilal Karimi, deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate.

Political analysts said that the government’s leadership needs to be inclusive.

"All Afghans have the right to be part of the government and serve their country. Afghanistan is not a country limited to one certain tribe or aspect," said Hussien Haqyar, a political analyst.

"An inclusive government that is formed of expert and loyal people is needed in Afghanistan," said Omran Afghan, a political analyst.

#5  An air campaign developed as the WWII offspring of the mass bombardment destruction and denial of critical services and resources really didn't work in a country and culture that is accustomed to doing without.

The evolved surgical drone strike preserved resources and persons from collateral damage but was little more than mechanical assassination that did not alter a culture's behavior, only local actors identified thru their cellphones.

We have the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) as the next stage in approaching a SKYNET strategy which will be equally ineffective in nation building by killing farmers in a barter society.

Consider how effective ABMS would be when never used against inner city gang controlled neighborhoods or border defense.

Crushing defeat and massive collateral damage is the only purpose for an air armada designed but no longer used to deliver payloads of death.

Denial of access and protecting the FLOT remain viable air defense initiatives until orbital capabilities mature.

Conservative WA state senator dies with COVID after trip south & medevac north
[MSN] Washington state Sen. Doug Ericksen, a staunch conservative, has died at age 52. Ericksen's death Friday came weeks after he said he had tested positive for the coronavirus while in El Salvador, though his cause of death wasn't immediately released. In a message to state House and Senate members, Ericksen asked for advice on how to receive monoclonal antibodies, which were not available in the Latin American nation.

He soon arranged a medevac flight from El Salvador, former state Rep. Luanne Van Werven said. Van Werven said the next week that the senator was recovering at a Florida hospital. No further information about his location or condition had been released.

German Vice Chancellor Calls Nord Stream 2 Geopolitical Mistake
[Sputnik] - German Vice Chancellor and Economy Minister Robert Habeck has described the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline as a geopolitical mistake, saying that it is unclear whether or not it will be commissioned.

"Geopolitics-wise, the Nord Stream 2 was a mistake. All European countries, except Germany and Austria, have always been against it. Now the pipeline is built. The issue of whether it can be launched remains open. This matter has to be resolved under the European and national law," Habeck, a co-chair of the Alliance 90/The Greens party, said in an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper, published on Saturday.

Too many whites attend campus concerts, says Oberlin College newspaper columnist
[WashingtonExaminer] The student newspaper at an Ohio college known for its left-leaning politics published a column decrying the number of white students attending campus concerts.

"When there are so few resources for non-white students on campus, it can be upsetting when concerts headlined by artists of color are dominated by white students," wrote Kayla Kim, a first-year student at Oberlin College.

In the Dec. 10 column titled "Concerts Need to Be Better for Students of Color," Kim claimed that whites, who comprise the majority of the student population, take over events by displacing black students in the front rows.

"It’s hurtful when white students do not hold themselves accountable for their actions in such a space," she wrote.

The school had already taken steps to address police behavior at campus events, such as requiring a 30-minute behavioral training class and making students sign a form to acknowledge "different identities" before attending affairs monitored by "vibe watchers" looking for misconduct.

At a poetry reading hosted by a club called OSLAM, organizers asked white students to give up their seats for black students in the spirit of "black liberation," Kim wrote. She interviewed a black student who witnessed this and left the event because it made him uncomfortable.

"People who came to just listen to poetry and not knowing the context of OSLAM overall were put in a situation that I feel they didn’t deserve to be in where they were subjected to this feeling of being treated differently because of their skin color," the student said.

Kim also wrote a column about on-campus racism, which discussed how white students had complained on social media about feeling uncomfortable walking through black dorms. When black students responded, they were "talked over" and "experienced microaggressions," she claimed.

Given the present US demographics

Racial and ethnic groups in the United States (2020 Census)
Non-Latino White Americans (57.8%)
Latino Americans (of any race) (18.7%)
Black Americans (12.1%)
Asian Americans (5.9%)
Two or more races (4.1%) some 50% White also
Native Americans (0.7%)
Some other race (0.5%)
Pacific Islander Americans (0.2%)

The 2020 US Census Data, something the Oberlin College newspaper "accidentally" omitted ,shows Whites out number all other races in the USA.

In Fact Oberlin College Demographics
Shows the majority of Oberlin students are White (60+%). So this liberal college in fact has more WHITES than the National average. This Liberal college only has 5.41% Black students 2 times LESS than the National Average?

A Christmas Miracle! December Sees Antifa Thugs Prison-bound!
[PJ] Let’s take a look at some of the non-binary creatures who will be celebrating Christmas, and perhaps a few more Christmases, in orange jumpsuits.

Salad-dodger Jacob Michael Gaines traveled from Texas to Oregon to play tough gal with federal law enforcement. He attacked a U.S. Marshal with a hammer, striking the officer three times, back in July of 2020. He pleaded guilty to assaulting a federal officer with a deadly weapon.

The judge sentenced him to 46 months in prison.

FACT-O-RAMA! Jacob Chansley, the so-called "Q Anon Shaman," got 41 months in the hoosegow and didn’t touch a soul.

It’s not a party without a 12-pack of Corona. Antifa yobbo Justin Christopher Moore was arrested last week for bringing half a case of Molotov cocktails with the intention of burning down a Seattle police station. He has yet to be sentenced. The feds usually take arson seriously.

Richard Rubalacava was sentenced Thursday to a whopping 85 months in prison (seven years) for setting fire to a Minneapolis Dollar General after he looted it. He then went on to torch a restaurant. The judge hit him with a fine of over $354,000. No word if his hair colorist was arrested for committing crimes against decency.

Nineteen-year-old Gabriel Agard-Berryhill pleaded guilty this week to tossing an incendiary device at a courthouse and causing $1,000 worth of damage. He is expected to be sentenced to time served and two years probation, which, if he is smart, and that’s a big if, should keep him out of the Antifa Olympics for a while.

Asayish shares confessions of terrorists plotting attacks in Kurdistan

The Kurdistan Region Security Council announced the dismantling of an ISIS cell in Erbil that was planning to launch attacks in the Region.

In a statement, the Council issued the confessions of the terrorists.

The Council said, "the cell consists of a security group that has recently formed a detachment in the city of Erbil to carry out suicide operations," noting that three jacket wallahs are working with the Cell.

The statement clarified that one of the suicide bombers went kaboom! on July 19, on the day of Arafa, the eve of Eid al-Adha
...a major Moslem holiday, marked by animal sacrifice and ritual rioting...
, in Sadr City, east of Baghdad.

The statement added, "This group purchased weapons and military equipment and sent them to Baghdad to launch suicide operations."

According to the Region's Security Council, one of the cell members, Adam Suleiman Saadi Suleiman, known as "Abu Islam," said that he got to know the Organization through its media channels and that his father was a member of Ansar al-Islam.

He confessed that he agreed with a friend to form a terrorist group in Erbil under the supervision of "Saif," an ISIS emir in the "state of north Baghdad," who asked them to attract more members and suicide bombers from Erbil and carry out an operation inside the City.

As for the other element, called Muhammad Abdul Karim Saeed, known as Bilal, he said that the idea of "jihad" was born in him by following the actions of ISIS and the speeches of their leaders.

Samir Shams al-Din, the third member, said that he met a person affiliated with ISIS and told him a year ago about "jihadist thought," so he agreed to join them.

Earlier, Kurdistan's Internal Security Forces (Asayish) announced that they thwarted a series of terrorist operations targeting the Region's capital city, Erbil.
Rudaw has photos of the five, and adds:
“This group bought weaponry and military equipment and were sending them to Baghdad,” KRSC wrote in a video confession of the group published on Facebook, adding that they were “planning to carry out more terrorist acts in the future.”

“They were a security group. They had set up checkpoints before in the city of Erbil and provided them with suicide bombers,” said the statement.

“One of the terrorist acts of this group is one of their suicide bombers, called Hidayat, blew himself up in Baghdad’s Sadr city” on July 19. That attack in Sadr City’s al-Wahilat market killed around 30 people.”

One of those arrested, Adam Sleman, known as Abu Islam from Erbil, said he got into “jihad” through ISIS-affiliated channels. “They trusted me; they knew my father who was in Ansar al-Islam before.”

He added that he sat down with a friend of his, Mohammed Shaaban known as Abu Hajar, who remains at large. “We sat down together to form a group inside Erbil that is affiliated with the Islamic State and works for the Islamic State.”

Multiple ISIS suspects have recently been arrested across the Kurdistan Region, including in Erbil. Last week, Kurdish counterterrorism forces conducted operations against ISIS in Erbil province, arresting two arms smugglers of the group.

Nigerian Troops Neutralise Scores Of Bandits, Injure Many In Sokoto

A joint military taskforce has neutralised scores of bandidos operating within Isah Local Government Area of Sokoto State.

This is as the military’s taskforce operations launched attacks in the bandidos’s camps.

The bandidos led by Bello Turji were left scampering for safety in the wake of the raid that saw many of them killed, while others received various degrees of injuries during the shootout, Daily Post reports.

Sources in the army said the military onslaught was led by the General Officer Commanding 8th Division, Nigeria Army Headquarters, Sokoto, Major General Uwem Bassey.

It was learnt that two villages within Isa Local Gvernment Area, Satiru and Katanga, suffered series of attacks from bandidos, which resulted to the death of many community members in the axis.

It was gathered that the military operatives, however, stormed the bandidos’ hideouts between Thursday and Friday, killing many of the gunnies in the local government area.

Sources said that some of the bandidos, who survived the shootout, were seen running away from their enclave to the outskirts of Bafarawa Village

Salvation Army ditched by donors and volunteers after disastrous release of 'anti-racism' guide
Go woke, get broke.
[WashingtonExaminer] Salvation Army chapters across the country are reporting massive shortages in volunteer hours and toy donations just weeks after the charity distributed (and then pulled) a controversial guide calling on white people to confront their "racist attitudes."

Some 20,000 volunteer hours have gone unfilled for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle campaign this year, which historically represents about 33% of the charity's total yearly donations. The charity has also reported substantial shortages of toy and gift donations in some parts of the country, such as New Jersey, where donations are down 30% across the state.

The SA spokes person who opened mouth and inserted BOTH feet should have looked at the demographics of SA donors vs. receivers?

#5  I'm sure you know, there are others out there that can use your help, for other reasons, too.

Given that the SA had been my and my late wife's go to charity, until their 'attitude changed', I sought out and found, what I think is a worthy cause during my time reading The Liberty Daily website earlier today.
The article:
Virginia Catholic Family Wins Landmark Victory for Patient Rights, Needs Financial Support
The above link pushes you directly to Lifesite.com as does the original link @The Liberty Daily.com

I donated and I posted this under comments:

The Virginia Declaration of Rights was drafted in 1776 to proclaim the inherent rights of men, including the right to reform or abolish "inadequate" government.[2] It influenced a number of later documents, including the United States Declaration of Independence (1776) and the United States Bill of Rights (1789) .... more at donation site

So, yes, we each have our own issues we care about and charities we support - I chose this one because I too had to take a hospital & their doctors to court because they refused to treat my wife, who had less than 2 years before that been diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's but was bleeding from her lady parts due to ovarian cancer. I.e. The doctors wanted her to bleed to death...I get it, but they are still Heathen tards.
I believe this post to be within bounds, given the larger topic of charities; I AM NOT soliciting on behalf of this particular charity only illustrating alternatives in todays world.

Thanks for reading

#13  The Salvation Army's response

As of April 2018, the "Inclusion" page on the official UK website states that the Salvation Army stands against homophobia and does not permit discrimination in its employment practices or delivery of care.[186]

On its USA Central Territory website, it explicitly claims that it serves and welcomes the LGBT community.[187]

On the website of its USA division, the organisation currently maintains an informative and promotional document titled "The LGBTQ Community and The Salvation Army" in which it states (among other things) that it is "committed to serving the LGBTQ community"; "[w]hen a transgender person seeks help from us, we serve them in the same manner as any other person seeking assistance"; it "is an Equal Opportunity Employer" with regard to "sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression" (et al.); and that it "provide[s] benefits to the spouses of employees in same‐sex marriages".

Storied 29th Infantry Patch Possibly on Chopping Block Due to Confederate Ties
[Mil.com] Thousands of soldiers with the 29th Infantry Division were among the first wave of troops who stormed the beaches of Normandy in the U.S.-led invasion of France in 1944.

When the doors to the landing craft opened, entire units were killed almost instantly by dug-in German forces. Scores of the division's troops were among the 3,000 killed in the opening hours of the assault on Fortress Europe in one of the most gruesome and heroic battles in U.S. military lore and immortalized in the opening scene of "Saving Private Ryan."

Now, in light of a reckoning over Confederate monuments for their racist history, the storied 29th Infantry Division patch — a yin-yang pattern with blue and grey -- is being reviewed for potential retirement by the Naming Commission, a panel stood up by Congress last year to review rebel references across the military.

Afghanistan
Islamic Emirate Blames US for Current Afghan Crisis
[Tolo} "Give Us Money™"
Precisely.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanikzai said the US is responsible for the existing crisis in Afghanistan and that the US should play an active role in the Afghan economy because Afghanistan’s economy was damaged over the past 20 years.

He made the remarks at a ceremony held to mark International Migrants Day in Kabul, where Khalil Rahman Haqqani, Refugees and Repatriation minister, and other top officials participated.

"It is the duty of the world, especially the US, to play an active role in the construction of Afghanistan; as it damaged our economy in the past 20 years, now it is their responsibility to come and rebuild the Afghan economy," Stanikzai said.

According to Stanikzai, the US pledged during the Doha talks that it would recognize the next Islamic system in the country and keep its (US) embassy open in Kabul.

"In the Doha agreement, the US pledged that after the withdrawal of its troops it would recognize the next system and keep its embassy open," he said.

Acting Refugees and Repatriation Minister Haqqani called on the regional countries to treat the Afghan refugees with humanity, and in accordance with Islamic values and international norms.

The deputy minister of information and culture, Zabiullah Mujahid, thanked the regional countries for hosting the Afghan migrants.

"We call on the world to be patient, so we can facilitate jobs and create a good economy and Afghans can return to their homes," he said.

When the Islamic Emirate came to power, thousands of Afghans left the country due to economic and security issues.

Caucasus/Russia/Central Asia
Aftermath of the Provorny
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.

Commentary by Russian military journalist Boris Rozhin

[ColonelCassad] The first shots of damage to the "Provorny" corvette after the fire.

In appearance, everything is very serious - here either for cancellation, or, in fact, re-completion. A significant part of the money spent clearly burned out yesterday, it’s good at least the weapons systems and some of the equipment didn’t have time to install, otherwise the damage could have been even greater.

In any case, yesterday's fire again raised a number of sore questions:

1. Continuous violations of safety procedures and various ones continue, which lead to periodic fires or serious material damage - "Losharik", "Yekaterinburg", "Orel", "Admiral Kuznetsov", PD- 51. And this is so, offhand for the last 10 years. Now here comes "Agile". A bit too much comes out.

2. The potential loss of a corvette, taking into account the small number of corvette in the construction and the duration of this very construction, is certainly a problem for the renewal of the Pacific Fleet's ship composition. He was clearly counted on.

Even if they can restore or finish building, the ship will appear in the fleet clearly later than planned. New corvettes of project 20385 should appear at the Pacific Fleet only in 2026-2027 with an average construction time of 4-5 years from the moment of laying (for understanding, 4-5 years for a ship with a displacement of 2200-2400 tons, while in China for 2-4 years, for example, destroyers of type 052 riveted, displacement of 7,500 tons, or on average in 3 years they build large destroyers of type 055, displacement of 13,000 tons, ordinary corvettes, for example, of the same type 056, China has already riveted more than 60 pieces, building a ship with a water capacity in 1300-1500 tons for about a year). On the "

3. The pace of construction of such ships is completely unsatisfactory. This unfortunate corvette has been built since 2013 and has not yet been commissioned. We can only dream about the Chinese construction pace (see the construction speed of Type-075 aircraft carriers and helicopter carriers) and large-scale production - for the good, for the country's needs, corvettes need to be built in a large series of 12-16 pieces (3-4 for each fleet) and not in such a protracted time frame, which raises the question of the need to modernize factories and shipyards and increase their productivity.

And if we had built at least a dozen of them, then the loss of one of them would not be perceived as painful as when they are already being built a little, and a new one is waiting in the fleet for many years, and he is several months before entering combat the composition of the fleet burns out.

Again, that doesn't mean that the same Chinese or Americans do not have negligence, slovenliness and safety violations - the burned out American helicopter carrier Bonom Richard and the fire on the newest Chinese helicopter carrier during completion, transparently hint that not only we have a mess. But in our country it is perceived more sharply, due to the big problems with compensation for the costs of such accidents to maintain the combat effectiveness of the fleet.

In general, this is a rather serious problem.

Taliban intends to mend Nasir Khisrow Balkhi's tomb
[Khaama] "Those Bamiyan Bhuddas? They're fooked"
Provincial officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the northern Badakhshan province have said that they will fundamentally mend the historic tomb of the Persian poet and writer Nasir Khisrow Balkhi.

A team of cultural officials of the province along with the Taliban officials has visited the tomb and decided to repair the historic monument based on its history.

Head of the cultural directorate of Badakhshan province Maazudin Ahmadi who was leading the team said protection of the country’s historic monuments is vital for the history of a nation and asked the residents to make efforts in this regard.

In the meantime, a Taliban member of the directorate said the Mafia of historic monuments wanted to destroy the tomb of Nasir Khisrow Balkhi and loot it but did not succeed.

The tomb of the Afghan prominent poet and writer who lived in 1000 AD is now located in the Yamgan district of Badakhshan province.

The tomb that is located in the beautiful greenery of the province is damaged by natural factors during history and there are fears of its complete collapse.

Nasir Khisrow Balkhi’s tomb is reportedly 400 years old and is situated on a hilltop from where the beautiful scenery of Yamgan district is vividly visible.

The history of the tomb is carved on the woods of the tomb.

One can easily see the beautiful and skillful verses of the Holy Quran carved both on the woods of walls and pillars of the tomb.

The Taliban protects and repair the tomb and other monuments including Bodas in Bamyan province as they would destroy these places in 90s.

Pentagon Worries About Chinese Buildup Near India
[ForeignPolicy] China’s new airports and highways near the border have put officials on edge.

Update, Dec. 17, 2021: This story has been updated to provide additional satellite imagery of the Chinese military buildup near the Indian border.
Images are posted in a Twitter thread here.
The U.S. Defense Department is newly concerned about China’s further military buildup near the demarcation line across its Himalayan border with India, a senior defense official told Foreign Policy, after Beijing deployed long-range strategic bombers to the area last month in another apparent warning to New Delhi.

The senior defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive policy deliberations, said that the buildup fits the pattern of Chinese regional aggression seen elsewhere in the Indo-Pacific region, such as in the Philippines, where Chinese coasties vessels moved to block Philippine supply boats in November. But there’s optimism among experts and officials that India will be able to stand its ground against the People’s Liberation Army. New Delhi has put up more diplomatic and military resistance than China’s antagonists in other territorial incursions, such as in the South China Sea, experts said.

Israeli man stabbed, lightly hurt by Palestinian woman, 65, in Hebron
[IsraelTimes] Suspect attacks settler near checkpoint close to Tomb of the Patriarchs; troops subdue and detain her, police say

A 38-year-old man was lightly hurt on Saturday morning when he was stabbed at a checkpoint close to the Tomb of the Patriarchs in the West Bank city of Hebron.

Police said the attacker, a 65-year-old woman from the nearby town of Idhna, was taken for questioning.
At that age it sounds like suicide-by-IDF or income-seeking aimed at the Palestinian Authority.
The victim, a resident of the Kiryat Arba settlement, struggled with the Paleostinian attacker before Israeli troops subdued her without opening fire, police said in a statement.

According to the Haaretz daily, when the Israeli troops approached, she threw the knife to the ground and lay down on the floor.

The Kan public broadcaster said the victim was treated on the scene for injuries to his face.

The attack occurred close to the Tomb of the Patriarchs, which is considered holy by both Jews and Moslems and is used for prayers by worshipers of both faiths. It has been a major flashpoint for violence.

The tomb is frequented by Jews during Shabbat and holidays and often under military protection.

It, and the nearby area, have been the site of numerous attacks and attempted attacks against Israelis. It is also the site of one of the worst incidents of settler violence against Paleostinians, the 1994 massacre carried out by far-right turban Baruch Goldstein, who opened fire during prayers, killing 29 people and wounding more than 100.

Saturday’s attack came amid a rise in Paleostinian terror attacks in recent weeks, with a man rubbed out on Thursday evening, and four taking place in Jerusalem alone, including a deadly shooting committed by a member of Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood,.
That last was the work of Fadi Abu Shkhaydam, a Hamas leader in the Shuafat refugee camp in East Jerusalem

Home Front: Politix
Kyrsten Sinema Wrecks Biden’s Hopes of Destroying Federal Election Integrity Laws
[Breitbart] Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) on Thursday wrecked President Biden’s hopes of destroying federal election integrity laws, causing Democrats to panic heading into the 2022 midterms.

While Biden on Wednesday was forced to shelve his massive tax and spend package until next year because of Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) opposition, Biden immediately pivoted to enact his second priority of altering election integrity laws, such as doing away with popular voter ID constraints.

“If we can get the congressional voting rights done, we should do it. … There’s nothing domestically more important than voting rights,” Biden said.

But Sinema singlehandedly burst Biden’s desperate attempt to weaken election integrity laws Wednesday evening by stating she will protect the 60-vote filibuster threshold. Fifty Senate votes are needed to trash the filibuster. If the filibuster is terminated, a simple majority vote could be held to destroy election laws.

To lure Sinema into destroying election laws, Democrats have watered down their original H.R.1 proposal. Yet Sinema’s spokesman John LaBombard told Politico she will protect the filibuster’s bipartisan standard and ultimately election integrity.

“She continues to support the Senate’s 60-vote threshold, to protect the country from repeated radical reversals in federal policy which would cement uncertainty, deepen divisions, and further erode Americans’ confidence in our government,” LaBombard said.

Sinema’s spokesman also implied that Sinema may be interested in the watered down “voting rights” proposal if it garnered bipartisan support above the filibuster’s threshold.

“Senator Sinema has asked those who want to weaken or eliminate the filibuster to pass voting rights legislation which she supports if it would be good for our country to do so,” LaBombard said.

Sinema’s position has caused congressional Democrats concern that 2020’s pandemic-centric election laws will not be applied in 2022, such as voting by mail and other weakened measures. Temporary 2020 elections laws reverting back to pre-pandemic rules likely reduce the Democrats’ ability to win elections.

“I don’t want to become too dramatic,” Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) told Politico on Thursday, “but voting rights may be the only thing we have to at least halt the trek away from democracy.”

Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) also voiced concerns that if election integrity laws are reinstated before the 2022 midterms, America’s democratic republic will no longer exist.

“I don’t want it to be constrained by trying to do it before the end of the year. I don’t know that you have to do it before the end of the year,” Clyburn told Politico. “I just want us to get a bill done that will help preserve this democracy because if we don’t, I think we’ve lost this democracy.”

Rep. Anthony Brown (D-MD) echoed Clyburn’s urgency. “I want to see Biden start running people in and out of the White House,” Brown said. “I want to start by seeing the president using the full leverage of his office. It’s a crisis in democracy and the president needs to address it.”

MSNBC anchor Al Sharpton warned that if election integrity is not weakened, the Democrat base voters will not vote for Democrats.

“An inaction at this point would lead to an inaction of Black voters. People are saying, ‘If they don’t do this, I’m not voting,’” Sharpton said. “People are saying they feel betrayed.”

Iran recalls envoy to Yemen's Houthis after catching COVID-19
[JPost] Jooo Plague/Spy squirrels, no doubt
Iran is evacuating its envoy to Yemen's rebel Houthi movement after he contracted COVID-19, Iran's Foreign Ministry said on Saturday, and a Houthi spokesman said Saudi Arabia and Iraq helped in the transfer of envoy Hasan Irlu.

Saudi Arabia and Iran, the region's Sunni Muslim and Shi'ite powerhouses, launched direct talks this year at a time when global powers are trying to salvage a nuclear pact with Tehran and as UN-led efforts to end the Yemen war stall.

"In order to transfer him (Irlu) to our country for treatment, the Foreign Ministry conducted consultations with some regional countries to prepare for his transfer, which is currently under way," ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh told state media.

Houthi spokesman Mohammed Abdulsalam said on Twitter: "Under an Iranian-Saudi agreement reached through contacts with Iraq, the Iranian ambassador in Sanaa was transferred on an Iraqi plane due to his health condition."

A Saudi-led coalition intervened in Yemen in 2015 against the Houthis after the movement ousted the internationally recognized government from Sanaa, the capital. The coalition has imposed a sea and air blockade on areas the group controls.

#7  Why is Israel support important? We should spend the money on ourselves instead. Israel already gets the most aid from the US for some baffling reason(minus Afghanistan) but it's actually much worse than this. After we consider the intelligence, weapons sharing etc. The value of US foreign aid to Israel is definitely far greater than any other country. Also when Israel gets military secrets, assets, or tech from the US they often then just turn around and sell them to China

F*&k Joe Biden - Poll: 50 Point Drop for Biden Among Young People
[Breitbart, yeah, I know] President Joe Biden has experienced a tremendous drop in support among the younger demographic — those under the age of 30 — since taking office, a YouGov/Economist survey found.

According to the Economist’s analysis of the data, "Mr Biden’s failure to impress the young now threatens his presidency," as he has lost significant support since January. Currently, just 29 percent of adults under the age of 30 approve of Biden’s job performance, while half disapprove.

"The net rating of -21 points is the worst for any age group," the Economist found. However, his net approval is underwater with other age groups as well. Adults 65 and older give Biden an approval of -8, while those 45 to 64 give him -5. Adults 30 to 45 give Biden a negative rating in the double digits — -17.

Overall, Biden has experienced a -50 point drop-off in support among young Americans since taking office:

Here is my piece on our YouGov/Economist data showing a huge dropoff in support for Biden among young people. The decrease really is quite stunning: -50 points on net approval since January 26th (our first survey of his presidency).https://t.co/x5Ss0aB7sv

— G. Elliott Morris (@gelliottmorris) December 16, 2021

Per the Economist:

Why have the young turned on him? Many told YouGov that their biggest concerns were climate change and health care. Here the president has promised much but so far delivered little. Younger Americans also care more about civil rights and abortion—and may be energised by recent Supreme Court rulings on the latter. Others are angry about student-loan debt and Mr Biden’s unfulfilled promise to cancel at least $10,000 owed by every borrower.

Indeed, Biden has failed to act on several of the measures younger Americans prioritize on their list, including student loan relief. Biden is refusing to extend the forbearance period, which former President Trump started last year in the midst of coronavirus mandates and lockdowns.

As Breitbart News reported:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki admitted last week that the president has no plans to extend student loan relief, which began under former President Trump last year due to the Chinese coronavirus and coinciding mandates and restrictions, compromising millions of Americans’ jobs and ability to earn a living. The forbearance period for student loans end January 31, 2022.

"So, in the coming weeks, we will release more details about our plans and will engage directly with federal student loan borrowers to ensure they have the resources they need and are in the appropriate repayment plan," Psaki said during the press briefing, adding that the administration is "making a range of preparations."

On Thursday, Biden admitted his multitrillion-dollar Build Back Better agenda will be delayed due to ongoing negotiations with moderate Democrats.

On economics he was the Senatjr from MBNA and helped banks and other Delaware-domicile corporates hold off socialist policies and intrusive regulation.

The only consistency in this clown's political arc comes from lying, grifting and groping maidens.

Nobody with eyes to see and a memory longer than the last five years would ever have expected this scruple-free hack to pursue the Marxist agenda with any vigor or skill or coherence.

It's not surprising, given the garbage education our young people have received in the Woke era, that they had no idea what they were voting for when they elected Magoo.

Arabia
Over 50 Saudi-backed commanders killed in Yemen’s Ma’rib

Article from Iran PressTV, so should be read with a cynical eye:
More than 50 high-ranking Saudi-backed bully boy commanders loyal to former Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
i president Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi have reportedly been killed while fighting Yemeni army troops and their allies over the control of the country’s strategic oil-producing province of Ma’rib.

Yemen’s al-Khabar al-Yemeni news website, citing informed sources who preferred not to be named, reported that Ma’rib province has witnessed intense festivities between Yemeni army soldiers and fighters from Popular Committees on one side and Saudi-backed forces of Evil on the other over the past few weeks.

The report added that the Yemeni forces and their allies are slowly but steadily making progress, due to the geographical features of the region and heavy deployment of troops and military equipment by the Saudi-led coalition.

The sources highlighted that Ma’rib, al-Thaqba and al-Aswadah districts are now the scenes of pro-Hadi commanders getting killed one after another, and now fear and anxiety have increased among Saudi mercenaries as the Yemeni armed forces have launched fierce battles against them.

Al-Khabar al-Yemeni went on to say that intelligence forces of the Sana’a government have managed to infiltrate into the military and security circles of Saudi-backed Hadi loyalists, monitor all movements of commanders, and obtain sensitive information out of their meetings.

According to sources affiliated with the Saudi-led coalition, at least 53 pro-Hadi commanders have been killed in Ma’rib province in recent months.

On December 13, Major General Nasser al-Zubiani, who headed military operations for pro-Hadi forces, died while leading battles against Yemeni soldiers and fighters from the Popular Committees in the Balaq mountain range, south of Ma’rib city.

Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Fifteen of the nineteen WTC hijackers were Saudis, and most major jihadi commanders were Saudis, to include Osama bin Laden. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman quietly folded that tent in 2016, doing terrible things to the guys running it, and has since been dragging the kingdom into the current century...
, backed by the United States and regional allies, launched the war on Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing Hadi’s government back to power and crushing the popular Ansarullah resistance movement.

The war has left hundreds of thousands of Yemenis dead, and displaced millions more. It has also destroyed Yemen’s infrastructure and spread famine and infectious diseases there.

Despite heavily-armed Saudi Arabia’s incessant bombardment of the impoverished country, the Yemeni armed forces and the Popular Committees have grown steadily in strength against the Saudi invaders and left Riyadh and its allies bogged down in the country.

‘Permanent’ border wall construction starting in ‘days,’ Texas land commissioner says
[BorderReport] Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush said construction on a permanent, state-funded border wall will begin "in a matter of days."

He made the announcement Thursday on NewsNation’s "The Donlon Report."

"In the coming days, we’ll make an announcement in Starr County, which is in the Rio Grande Valley, where roughly 40% of all undocumented Democrat apprehensions in our country occur," Bush said.

Bush is the son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and grandson of former President George H.W. Bush. He is also a candidate in a crowded state attorney general race. He has broken with his family and supported former President Donald Trump
...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US...
, who has indicated he may endorse him.

Gov. Greg Abbott
... governor of Texas. Abbott is a Republican. His 2014 Dem opponent, state senatrix Wendy Davis, thought the absolute, most pressing, most important issue facing the state was abortion. Abbott beat the pantyhose off her. His 2018 opponent, Lupe Valdez didn't dwell too heavily on abortion, but she lost too...
launched Operation Lone Star in March. It utilizes the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas National Guard to prevent migrants colonists from crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

"[Operation Lone Star] allows us to apprehend detain, understand the folks in the risk profile the folks that are coming across, and then to be able to jail them," said Bush. "So it’s a catch-and-jail policy rather than catch-and-release."

Ten civil rights organizations have filed a joint discrimination complaint asking the Department of Justice to investigate the operation.

"They’ve created a nefarious state enforcement system to punish brown and black immigrants colonists," Laura Peña, legal director of the Racial and Economic Justice Program at the Texas Civil Rights Project, told BorderReport. "There’s real human suffering ... as well as consequences to the border communities that are required to enforce it."

Bush believes the program is "a clear-cut criminal trespassing statute program — at least in terms of arresting folks."

Private donations for a Texas border wall grew to $54 million as of October,
Impressive!
and Gov. Greg Abbott recently signed a $1.8 billion bill allocating additional state funding to border security initiatives.
The Daily Wire has photos of the start of construction and more details.

"A security force cordoned the site and started an investigation into the circumstances of the incident," it concluded.
