Convicted back in 2008 and it "may" only end up taking 16.5 years to carry out the sentence.

Here is some addition case info.
Lisa Marie Montgomery, at age 36, was convicted of strangling Stinnett from behind. Then gutting Stinnett to remove her 8 month old UNBORN child from her womb. The newborn was later recovered live by authorities and returned to the father.
