#12 If Duke truly did not allow Christians to meet on campus (or deny the pro-life group to meet) or any other shun to Christian (or Jews, Buddhists or atheists, for that matter), then I smell a lawsuit coming. Only takes 1 person of those other faiths to be offended and I'd bet some law-group would defend them for free.

#15 My point about private institutions is they can choose, and in Duke's case they chose poorly.

Duke could have chosen to broadcast Hitler speeches and Tokyo Rose during WWII, their leadership was simply wiser back then.
