If there is one depraved, immoral law on Earth, that statute is it. Self-defense is an inalienable individual right -- no matter what King George, Hillary Clinton, the UN, Hitler and all their friends claim.

I'm pretty sure that Berkeley probably requires you to cooperate completely with the criminal in anything they would like to do to you.
