#1 Speaking to the media in Lahore, the prime minister said that the Afghan government has been informed about the cross-border attack. He said that such attacks can severely damage relations and trust between the two countries.

One could also blame Dutch Communists, ie, Case Yellow. Sorry, wrong conflict.
