#5 Local.store has a case full of "exotic meats" that features skinned goat heads. Next to the hams they have entire -- skin and all -- pig heads.

I think what bothered the whiner the most was that it was recognizable as an animal.

#9 GM seriously, one if our old schooled maintenance guys has a freezer near full of them "toes on". Part of it us he hates to hunt and leave waste, the second is ther's a small niche market. He gives away into this market but accrues good will.

It's like squirrel only ever so much more so and is very dependent on local conditions.

#13 Just to be a downer, raccoons are smart, evil and strong bastards. Cornered they are fearless, they can cli,b like a hawk and slash like a bobcat. They make poor but exciting pets, they are one human acts, hate children and can lay waste to a kitchen in nothing flat, they can open peanut butter jars, eat all your damn marshmallows and teach you Goldie hiw to play checkers while stealing his treat money.
