#1 Wow! According to the Giffords Center I'll be moving from an A- state to an F state in a couple of months.

Of course that's one of the reasons we picked NH.

#2 In an effort to perpetuate the "Us v Them" narrative The Giffords Center alternately portrays "gun violence" as an abstract human concept of 'morality' as well as the biological metaphor of an 'epidemic'. Quite telling is they fail to assign any blame whatsoever to the criminals that commit the offensive actions. And of course with gun deaths continuing towards a 30+ year downwards trend the notion that the US is experiencing an epidemic is absurd. Equally absurd is their contention that there's an established "correlation" between States with "stronger gun laws" and fewer gun deaths.

There is none.

Seriously, since Kansas confirmed constitutional carry, there has not been a hail of lead so heavy one could walk across the Arkansas River. There have not been gunfights to make Doc Holiday peevishly weep. Classes continue daily at Berkely-on-Kaw.

Came across this little passage:
