#1 he was air lifted on a Pakistain Army helicopter to Lahore for treatment on special directives from Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.

Broke down walls, used football grounds, sent in helicopters, and attended to by 'top experts'. Then dies due to attention denied because of a brawl. Overweight (well fed), taxi driver. Whoa ! This guy was like a microcosm of Pakistan itself.
