Is Texas reading RANTBURG?

Because a week or so ago we were discussing. Why weren't the parents of these illegal foot-hold arriving kids being arrested for Clear Child Endangerment ?

Note: While crossing the USA Border is a violation of US Federal Law.

Every State, not just Southern Border States, can still enforce any State law that a US Citizen or a NON-Citizen Illegals violates, down to littering.
