It is a petty that their recognition of Heroism will always be tainted with the Biden name and its suspected political application with Mid-terms hopes already deep down the drain.

BTW: It was President Donald Trump that signed into law H.R. 8276, which authorizes the President to posthumously award the Medal of Honor to Cashe and others.

#3 ...The effort to get SFC Cashe a richly deserved MOH has been underway for some time now - IIRC at least since the Obama Administration - with DoD being curiously unwilling to consider it.

#4 Nowadays, any time I see the phrase "first black/woman/gay/lez/weirdo to _____", I am immediately suspicious of that person's qualifications, assuming they identify as a person, of course. But reading about SFC Cashe, he sounds like the real deal. I am puzzled by the DoD's reluctance to recognize this.

#6 Not denigrating in any way the honor and sacrifice of those to be honored,but the timing in the midst of Biden polling disaster is highly suspect.
I have no doubt that these bottom-feeders will use every public ceremony of dignity and honor as a photo op for positive media coverage and preening by that senile clown puppet of the Kalorama Kompound Central Committee. They are beneath contempt.
