Why is anyone surprised that it's killing civilians? Of course nobody will be punished. Nobody did anything wrong.

#3 Strikes such as that are not the idle actions of some enlisted man behind a drone joy stick, they are authorized at the highly levels of the National Command Authority.

The Pentagon's statement merely indicates that no further investigative action will be undertaken. Shocking... no ?
