#5 ...Sadly, the Black Knights are every bit as dirty as any NCAA team, and have been for a long time. Annapolis too, and the only reason the USAFA Falcons aren't that bad is that they've never been able to recruit the talent.

The academies need to 86 their football programs. They do nothing but bring in more questionable cadets than good and turn out officers who have a difficult time with concepts like 'honor' and 'duty'.

#6 /\ Only keep the programs if they drop to a lower division. Leave the "Semi-Pro Farm" Division 1 and 1A and all of its corruption.
