I keep seeing the phrase "no chemical weapons". Sounds like a lawyerly denial, given the news about bio weapon labs. Which don't exist/Which *do* exist/Which are research facilities/Which belong to someone else.

#2 Doesn't dispersed into the forests mean that they are no longer available for military purposes. What will the crews of the vehicles do for food and fuel?
The way is now clear to create another such debacle. A blockage along the way caused succeeding vehicles to pile up behind them.
