#7 The Russian one is basically a ballistic missile that flies horizontal. It is very expensive and Russia can't make or launch a lot of them. The US ones will be pricy, but not as much as the Russian ones when compared at a percentage of total military spending. Aka, we can make a shit ton of them and don't mind using them liberally.
