#6 The Conspiracy Theory™ as old as the 80's is that Israel, ~~South Africa~~, Taiwan and Japan do NOT have 'functioning' nuclear weapons in their arsenals. They would components that can be assembled, très surprise!, into a nuclear 'device' (AKA weapon). Plausible denialability and also allows the possessors to tinker with what is a singular craftwork.
