[ABC13 Hoouston] One person was reportedly assaulted at the office of Houston mayoral candidate US Representative Sheila Jackson Lee on Monday morning, according to the Houston Police Department.
Going from congresswoman to mayor? Isn’t it usually the other direction?
The attack happened at Jackson-Lee's satellite office in the 4400 block of Almeda Road just before 10 a.m., according to police.
HPD said a suspect allegedly attacked 66-year-old Gerald Womack, Jackson-Lee's campaign chair. Police say the two are familiar and that he was harassing Womack for six months.
Womack reportedly told police that they began arguing when he saw the man inside the building that morning. The two got into an argument, and the suspect punched Womack in the face, causing him to fall to the ground.
A minor scuffle ensued before the suspect left the building on foot, according to police. According to HPD, one officer said Womack did sustain a large bump on his head from the assault.
A statement was sent out by the mayoral candidate's office, which read in part:
"We are deeply concerned by these attacks, and this is yet another example of how dangerous conspiracy rhetoric inflamed by Republican extremists has real consequences where people get hurt. We have taken additional security measures and we will continue to move forward with our task at hand to elect the best choice for Mayor of Houston, Sheila Jackson Lee."
According to police, this case will be considered an assault on an elderly person.

What I want to know is why she still parades around with a last name honoring not one but two white oppressors, Andrew Jackson and Robert E. Lee. She should appoint a "search committee" to help her find an "authentic" name. I'ma thinking Shaun King (Talcum X), Rachel Dolezal (Nkechi Amare Diallo) and Elizabeth Warren (Fauxahontas).

A bit of background: The Mayor's office in Houston is basically non functional. The current mayor, Sylvester Turner, is a civil rights lawyer who chased the job like a dog chases a car. Until he caught it. He's decided to go back to his old job, but nobody wants to be mayor.
Sheila's at her sell by date in congress, and her husband is vice something-or-other at the University of Houston.
So it's basically a retirement job.

Hunter Biden told an associate via email on August 31, 2018, that the number was his father’s. The email cc’d Joe Biden’s “Robin Ware” auks@att.blackberry.net email, Joe Biden’s fourth email alias that Breitbart reported in September: “Please have them call my dad ******3535?regarding getting to the North Shores house , apologize profusely for me I thought Hallie was joking- seriously that she wasn’t going to help. I’m in CA.”
Peter Schweizer, Government Accountability Institute president, said in May that he conveyed a phone number linked to Joe Biden to the House Oversight Committee. He said Hunter Biden paid for the number.
“We obtained that phone number, and we’ve shared it with individuals and the Oversight Committee in Congress is going to subpoena those phone records,” he said. “And what’s important here is that’s not a government phone; this is not Joe Biden’s private phone that he’s paying for himself. It’s actually [Hunter] Biden’s business that paid for it.”
“What is the line of communications between Hunter Biden and his business partners and Joe Biden when he is vice president of the United States?” Schweizer asked. “It’s not the government phone. It’s not Joe Biden’s personal phone.”
Hunter Biden’s best friend in business, Devon Archer, told House investigators that Hunter Biden included then-Vice President Joe Biden on speakerphone more than 20 times with business associates to sell “the brand.”
A committee spokesperson told Breitbart News the committee had not yet issued subpoenas for President Biden’s phone records.

[Breitbart] A plan sought by President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) would see illegal aliens released into the United States and only required to “check-in” with federal officials annually, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official Claire Trickler-McNulty gave a presentation to the House Homeland Security Committee in September regarding details of the administration’s proposed “Release and Reporting Management” (RRM) program.
RRM would replace existing DHS programs to more quickly get illegal aliens into the U.S. interior after they have arrived at the southern border — turning the nation’s borders into a European-style checkpoint.
Tickler-McNulty’s presentation to the committee, reviewed exclusively by Breitbart News, suggests that RRM would ensure that millions of illegal aliens released into the U.S. interior would only have to make annual check-ins with ICE. Most of those check-ins would not be in-person but rather done electronically. A Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting with 16 million that don't speak the same languages. What could go wrong?
RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), told Breitbart News that the latest details regarding RRM show “the entire goal” is to ensure there “is no real monitoring of illegal aliens for the duration of their removal proceedings, all while doling out taxpayer-funded social services in the meantime.”
“It must be stopped,” Hauman said.
According to former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan, Tickler-McNulty is among a number of bureaucrats looking to dismantle the agency’s enforcement powers from within.
“My sources at ICE tell me that Trickler-McNulty is behind the administration’s shift from using strong compliance and tracking technologies to social service programs, and she is also attempting to close immigration detention facilities, lest we deport anyone with final orders,” Homan wrote in an exclusive op-ed for Breitbart News.
“In an unprecedented move, ICE gave her power over all enforcement contracts, and she has used the past three years to redirect the agency mission toward NGO-delivered welfare services for those coming here illegally,” Homan wrote.
Reports about RRM last month revealed that the Biden administration is now overseeing 5.7 million illegal aliens across all 50 states who are considered to be on ICE’s “non-detained docket,” meaning they are not being held in ICE detention while awaiting deportation proceedings.
Under RRM, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) would secure lucrative federal contracts to provide social and medical services to millions of illegal aliens.
