Burkina Faso Opposition Leader, Ouedraogo Declared Missing After Being Whisked Away By Secret Policemen
[PUBLISH.TWITTER]

Burkina Faso’s opposition leader, Ablasse Ouedraogo, has been declared missing for three days after he was reportedly taken away from his house by people who said they were police officers.

Voice of America reports that the disappearance of Ouedraogo, who served as foreign minister and also as deputy director general of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and held positions at the African Development Bank, was made known by his party on Wednesday.

The 70-year-old Ouedraogo is currently the head of the opposition party Le Faso Autrement, and has been critical of the military regime that took over power in the country in a September 2022 coup.

It was reported that in early November, the Burkina military drafted Ouedraogo with the aim of sending him to the front to assist in "the fight against terrorism" in the country where a jihadist insurgency has raged for years.

At the time, his political party condemned the move as retribution for Ouedraogo's criticism of the junta's regime.

Human Rights Watch said in November that about a dozen dissidents have been drafted by the military leaders to participate in the fight against jihadists.

Le Faso Autrement said in a statement released on Tuesday that on Sunday evening, Ouedraogo "was taken away by individuals who presented themselves as members of the national police at his house in Ouagadougou."

Since he was taken away, the party has not had any news of his whereabouts and has been unable to contact him, it said, calling for Ouedraogo's "immediate release without conditions."

Ouedraogo, who served as foreign minister under President Blaise Compaore in 1994-1999, in an open letter published in early October denounced what he said were "restrictions on individual and collective liberty, muzzling of the press" and "decline of democracy" under the ruling junta.

Led by Capt. Ibrahim Traore, the military seized power in the former French colony in 2022, citing failing efforts to quash a jihadist insurgency that erupted in 2015, when a rebellion by Al-Qaeda-affiliated extremists spilled over from neighboring Mali.

In December, the U.S. State Department expressed concern over "growing use of targeted forced conscriptions, shrinking civic space, and restrictions on political parties."

Nigeria: Christmas Massacre Death Toll Hits 195, 10,000 Displaced, More Than 1,000 Homes Burned Down
[Breitbart] Local authorities in Plateau state, Nigeria, updated the death toll of a presumed jihadist massacre of Christians beginning on Christmas Eve to 195 people on Thursday, warning that the arduous search for bodies in the bush continues and will likely add to the catastrophic number of lives lost.

Attackers identified in Nigerian media as “bandits,” believed to be members of the majority-Muslim Fulani ethnic group, went on a killing and pillaging rampage in the heart of Plateau beginning on Christmas Eve, burning down hundreds of homes and killing entire families. The mass murder, which law enforcement authorities described as “well coordinated,” was the latest in a string of killings that religious freedom advocates and Christians on the ground denounce as genocide — an attempt by the Fulani to eradicate the Christian presence in Nigeria’s Middle Belt region and usurp its territory.

The Middle Belt is the dividing line between Nigeria’s majority-Christian south and majority-Muslim north. Populations there, particularly in Plateau and Benue state, are predominantly Christian farming communities and have experienced a dramatic rise in genocidal violence on the part of Muslim Fulani who demand access to the farmland to graze cattle. As a result, some international voices claim the conflict is about the use of the land without a religious dimension and exacerbated by “climate change.” Local persecuted Christians aggressively reject this diagnosis.

The Nigerian newspaper Vanguard reported on Thursday that local authorities in Plateau had found 195 bodies of victims, and at least 10,000 people were displaced from their homes, adding to a population of millions of displaced Christians in the Middle Belt.

Vanguard detailed on Thursday that “1,290 houses were burnt down in Bokkos council, one house was razed in Mangu LGA and that of Barkin Ladi was yet to be ascertained at press time.” Barkin Ladi is one of the most severely affected communities by the “bandit” massacre and requires more time and effort to fully assess the damage there.

Local Bokkos leader Monday Kassa told the newspaper Daily Trust on Wednesday that the challenge to recovering the bodies is that many fled to the bush, the undeveloped area around the communities, and search operations are ongoing in difficult terrain.

“The situation on [the] ground now is not yet Uhuru [free]. We are working tirelessly with the search and rescue team to ensure we recover all the victims. Many residents are still missing; that is why we are still searching,” Kassa said. “Today (yesterday), we have recovered more than 20 bodies from the bushes, and the search is not over yet. In another one hour, you will see more bodies being brought from the bush.”

Mahanan Matawal, a local politician in Bokkos, Plateau, told the Nigerian newspaper Daily Trust that, in addition to displacement and killing, the survivors lost their homes and crops, threatening their secure access to food.

“You cannot quantify the food they have destroyed. A good number of houses were also destroyed. They killed more than a hundred innocent people, including children,” Matawal said. “We are asking the government to come to our aid.”

The governor of Plateau, Celeb Mutfwang, lamented on Tuesday that the attacks in his state had occurred for years with minimal federal government aid.

“When people are dislocated from their villages, and they have to run for shelter … if they stay away from those communities for a sustained period of time, the terrorists would come in,” Mutfwang said during a broadcast on the Nigerian outlet Channels TV on Tuesday. “As I am talking to you today (Tuesday), in Riyom Local Government, in Barikin Ladi Local Government, schools have been occupied by these terrorists for almost a number of years now.”

“We have not less than 64 communities that have been displaced, and their lands have been taken over by these terrorists,” he said. “I can tell you these schools that are being occupied, it didn’t just start now; some of those schools have been occupied in the last three, four, five years.”

The governor denounced:

Under the last regime [of former President Muhammadu Buhari] the feeling among people in Plateau State, particularly the victims of these terrorist attacks, is that it looks as if the terrorists were given official government backing to be able to terrorise them because little or nothing was done to repel these attacks.

Matawal, in the remarks to Daily Trust, noted that the “herders,” meaning the Fulani Muslim population, had, for years, been actively terrorizing Christians in the region.

“I know we have been having a series of problems with the herders in the area. They would always destroy your farm and tell you not to talk. When you complain, they attack you,” Matawal explained. “What was our offence? Even if cattle were rustled somewhere different from our communities, we should not be blamed for the atrocities.”

Fulani communities have responded to the massacres by blaming the Christians on the land. The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association (MACBAN), a Fulani group, claimed that Christians were “burning” Fulani homes and killing herders prior to the massacre without providing evidence.

“What baffled us is that security personnel were leading the operation. This we describe as security brutality, which is totally unacceptable. The Fulani, in general, are oppressed and stretched beyond elasticity,” a MACBAN official claimed, dismissing the Christmas Eve massacre as an “unfortunate incident.”

“That’s their (Miyetti Allah’s) opinion, and everyone is entitled to his or her opinion. We are not saying anything about the Plateau killings now,” a police commissioner told the Daily Trust.

A local Islamic leader, Sultan of Sokoto Sa’ad Abubakar III, insisted in an address on Wednesday that the killings did not have a religious dimension.

“Muslims, Christians, and even people who don’t have religion go to the same market, they buy the same foodstuffs, they enter the same vehicles, pay the same fares, so it is not the issue of religion,” the sultan said. “Let’s not say that anybody is planning this against Christians or against Muslims. No, it is the issue of leadership.”

Cameroon's Ambazonian Militants Retaliated In Cross River Community After Nigerian Army Attack
[TWITTER]

Ambazonian murderous Moslems from the Republic of Cameroon
...a long, narrow country that fills the space between Nigeria and Chad on the northeast, CAR to the southeast. Prior to incursions by Boko Haram nothing ever happened there...
have launched a retaliatory attack on Balegete community in the Obanliku Local Government Area of Cross River after a clash with the Nigerian Army.

SaharaReporters learned that Ambazonian murderous Moslems on December 5, 2023, invaded Balegete with weapons and injured a lot of residents. The invasion led to the intervention of the Nigerian Army and police who came to the aid of the residents of the community and killed one of the murderous Moslems in the process.

SaharaReporters learnt that soon after the Nigerian security personnel left the community, the Ambazonian murderous Moslems retaliated by killing their traditional leader.

A letter obtained by SaharaReporters from a member of the community, Elder Kechie John E., which was addressed to the Head of Local Government Administration in Obanliku council, alleged that Ambazonian murderous Moslems kidnapped the traditional leader of the community and some youths during the retaliatory attack and forced them to bury their deceased members.

It was noted that during the attack, the murderous Moslems rubbed out the traditional leader and displaced many residents of the community.

The letter reads: "Balegete is a community in Becheve ward in Obanliku Local Government Area of Cross River State of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Boundary in the east by Republic of Cameroon in Central Africa, in the South West boundary by Okwah and Bumaji in Boki Local Government Area and North by Obudu Cattle Ranch Resort.

"This village has government facilities such as Government Primary School established in 1958, Primary Health Post established in 1988, Cross River National Park Station founded in 1993.

"However,
the difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits...
in the foregoing circumstances, this village has not witnessed any catastrophe of this type. Sad to inform you that on the 5th day of December, 2023, at about 4.00am, the Ambazonian murderous Moslems from Republic of Cameroon in Central Africa invaded Balegete Community with heavy guns and long knives maimed many with knife cuts.

"On the same day the matter was reported to the HOLGA, Police and soldiers were released to the scene, killed one of the Ambazonian bully boy and left. Other Ambazonian murderous Moslems ran to their country.

"Furthermore, the Ambazonian murderous Moslems came back after the Nigerian soldiers had gone, captured the chief and some of the youths forced them to bury the dead bully boy, shot the chief to death, burnt houses, displaced the community, some ran to Okwah and Bumaji in Boki Local Government Area, some ran to the forest and to the Ranch. Except four of our community members who are still on the lam, thus; Akor Abraham, Ochuck Ransom, Ndah Fidelis and Ushia Michael Kububu are not seen till now."

The Ambazonian murderous Moslems are a rebellious group fighting in southwest Cameroon for illusory sovereignty. Balegete is not the only Nigerian community that has been ravaged by this group. Okwa, a community in Cross River State's Boki Local Government Area, is another community that has been victimised by invasions by the bully boys.
It is claimed that the Ambazonian rebels are connected to Boko Haram.
The Ambazonia rebels fighting in southwest Cameroon for illusory sovereignty have reportedly invaded Okwa community in the Boki Local Government Area of the state.

Okwa is located at the border with Southwest Cameroon within the Gorilla Protection Unit of the Okwangwo Division of the Cross River National Park.

Two weeks ago, they reportedly invaded Belegete community, kidnapped over 40 natives, killed a clan head, Chief Francis Okweshi, raped women, burnt houses and occupied it for over a week.

Victor Abang, a member of the House of Representatives for the Ikom/Boki federal constituency, confirmed the invasion in a statement signed by his media aide, Simon Abang.

The continuing invasion of areas of the state, according to Abang, is a security threat on the country's national boundary that must be stopped.

The statement reads: "On December 17, 2023, these aggressors invaded the community, causing panic by firing indiscriminately, issuing threats, and restricting locals from accessing their farmland without cause.

"This incident follows the tragic execution of Chief Ogweshi Francis Ongwele in Belegette, a neighboring community, resulting in injuries, kidnappings, and destruction of properties; this must stop."

A resident of Dagestan receives a suspended sentence for connections with militants in Syria
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[KavkazUzel] The Kizilyurt district court in Dagestan sentenced local resident Batyr Aliyev, deported from Egypt after participating in militant activities in Syria, to three years of suspended imprisonment.

The sentence to a resident of Dagestan, whom the court recognized as a member of an illegal armed group abroad, was reported on December 27 by the press service of the republican FSB.

According to the investigation, the man “shared extremist ideology” and deliberately arrived in Syria to join the militants there. “Later, through Turkey, the man left for Egypt, from where he was deported in August 2023 and upon arrival in Russia he was detained by law enforcement agencies,” Interfax-South quotes an FSB representative as saying.

A resident of Dagestan was charged with participation in an armed formation not provided for by federal law (Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of Russia). This article provides for from eight to fifteen years of imprisonment, but the court imposed a much milder sentence on the resident of Dagestan - three years of suspended imprisonment.

According to the file of the Kizilyurt District Court, the last case considered under this article was brought against Batyr Aliyev. He was sentenced on November 16, it came into force on December 4, and on December 27 the case was archived, according to the information on the court’s website.

From the verdict, also published on the court’s website, it follows that Batyr Aliyev had no previous convictions, was not officially married, although he previously had two wives, and did not work anywhere at the time the case was considered.

“About the beginning of 2013,” a resident of Dagestan, “sharing a religious ideology of an extremist nature,” decided to move to Syria and join the militants there. On November 10, 2013, he left Dagestan for Azerbaijan through the Yarag-Kazmalyar checkpoint, then arrived in Baku, from there on November 15 he flew to Istanbul, and on November 18 he went with a certain Samir to the Turkish-Syrian border, the text of the verdict says.

As the court found, by November 20, 2013, Aliyev had already arrived in the Syrian city of Bab al-Hawa, “which was controlled by illegal armed groups operating as a united front against government forces.” There he voluntarily joined one of these groups, but performed the duties of its member less than a month, until approximately December 10, 2013.
That sounds like the original Free Syrian Army, made up of everything from romantically idealist Baathists who turned their back on the corrupt Assad government to Salafists and Muslim Brotherhooders to ISIS and Al Qaeda in Iraq in Syria/Al Nusra. By December of that year ISIS and Al Nusra had broken off from the group, and the six largest Muslim Brotherhood-style groups had set themselves up as the Islamic Front. As I recall, the non-religious rump of the Free Syrian Army subsequently withered away, the name being resurrected some years later by Turkey for its Ottoman proxy sockpuppets.
Aliyev fully admitted his guilt in court, but refused to testify against himself. The text of the verdict also states that in Syria he met several people from Dagestan, natives of the Makhachkala village of Khushet, whom he identified from photographs provided by FSB officers as members of an illegal armed formation.
Ah. His reduced sentence is a reward for turning state’s evidence.
Judging by the text of the verdict, Aliyev was unable to give more detailed testimony against these people, citing the fact that his fellow countrymen “didn’t let him get close to them.”

Regarding himself, Batyr Aliyev said that he spent only two weeks among the militants, without having time to understand the activities of the unit. He then went to Turkey, and a month later he moved to Cairo and lived there for more than a year until he was detained by local law enforcement officers. After being in custody for about a month, he was deported to Russia.

Batyr Aliyev was in custody during the consideration of the case, from August 3 to November 16, 2023. As mitigating circumstances, the court took into account the admission of guilt, repentance, the presence of Aliyev’s young children and positive characteristics from his place of residence, and as a result, sentenced him to three years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of two years.

The "Caucasian Knot" also wrote that in April 2023, the cassation court returned for review to the prosecutor's office the case of Khanumkyz Kulibekova, whom the court in Khasavyurt sentenced to five years in prison on charges of intending to join an illegal armed group in Syria. The court recommended that the charges be reclassified under a more stringent article.
Dear Khanumkyz joined ISIS, an entirely different matter.

Kyrgyz special services prevented a terrorist attack near an Orthodox church in Jalal-Abad
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[Regnum] Employees of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan prevented a terrorist attack in the city of Jalal-Abad, the department’s press service reported on December 28.Security forces detained members of the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
- Vilayat Khorasan group,
...Afghanistan-India-Pakistan. Their bases are in Afghanistan...
who were preparing an armed attack on an Orthodox church and a kaboom near the New Year tree in the city center.
Well done, guys! Don’t let those scum establish a foothold.
As part of counter-terrorism measures, security forces detained two members of the group, born in 2007, who had previously been recruited remotely via the Internet.

Foreign curators gave them the task of planting a homemade bomb near the main spruce tree in the central square of Jalal-Abad. In addition, they were instructed to organize a terrorist attack and an armed attack on the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Mobile devices containing evidence of the preparation of a terrorist attack were confiscated from the detainees. Thus, in the gadgets they found correspondence with emissaries of the terrorist group, an action plan and instructions for making explosives.

In addition, the devices contained video recordings of an "oath of allegiance" to the leader of the terrorist organization.

A criminal case was opened against the detainees for a terrorist attack. By court decision they were placed under arrest. Security forces are carrying out activities to establish criminal connections on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.

As Regnum reported , the FSB prevented a terrorist attack on the Kuibyshev railway on December 27. Department employees detained a resident of Samara, an accomplice of a Ukrainian terrorist group that was preparing a kaboom.

Molotov cocktails were confiscated from him, as well as mobile devices for communication with coordinators. He confessed. By court decision, the detainee was taken into custody.

Massive pro-Palestine protests erupt in New York City: HUNDREDS of demonstrators try to force their way into the World Trade Center as Times Square is taken over
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Chants of 'Biden you will see, Palestine will be free' and ' Israel bombs, USA pays, how many kids did you kill today?' was part of the rhetoric used

  • The march to the World Trade Center was targeted around the entrance to the Oculus, a massive shopping center that also houses the PATH train

  • It continued the protests in a week where anti-Israel marchers have shut down traffic at JFK Airport

The Zuccotti Park protest was deemed an 'emergency' one by the pro-Palestine group Within Our Lifetime.
WOL started as a spinoff of the New York City branch of Students For Justice in Palestine, and has come to be the place for those who enjoy shouting nasty things and beating up Jews. They claim to be Palestinian youth expressing their demand for a one-state solution, that state being Palestinian and Judenfrei.
There have been over 500 demonstrations across the city since the Hamas terror attack in Israel on October 7 that killed 1,200, according to New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

Question:
Why is the DC SWAMP sitting with their thumbs up their butts, and allowing this potential terrorist problem to grow in the USA?

PLAIN AND SIMPLE
Since its conception, 1,413+ years ago. The Muslim/Islamic faith has called for, allowed, and still promotes the murder of non-believers, females not wearing burkas, honor killings, LGBTQ-PN?'s types, and attacks on various other immoral lifestyle oddities that comprise the Democrat Voting party now. Plus, they still openly practice human slavery and do not acknowledge Female Rights.

Yet! We are told, and see, DC and State Democrat leadership supporting this dangerous "كومة من القرف"?

#17  I am all for ending this rotten nonsense Within Our Lifetime and I would love to see Justice for Palestine. However, my vision of justice is perhaps different than theirs and certainly involves more grapeshot.

As for Chants of 'Biden you will see, Palestine will be free' and ' Israel bombs, USA pays, how many kids did you kill today?' was part of the rhetoric used, that is not rhetoric. Those are mindless slogans. Admittedly, shouting mindless slogans in unison is stimulating to the monkey brain.

Singer eyed as Israel's Eurovision entry killed fighting in Gaza
[IsraelTimes] An Israeli military reservist was killed in the Gaza Strip on Monday just weeks after he successfully auditioned on a TV show that picks the country’s submission for the Eurovision Song Contest.

Cpt. (res.) Shaul Greenglick, 26, from the central town Ra’anana, performed on “The Next Star” on December 3 while on furlough from his mobilization in the war against Hamas.

Dressed in army fatigues and lieutenant’s stripes, he sang a popular ballad and was green-lit for the next round in the selection process. His pick was a cover of the new single “Blind Bat” by Hanan Ben Ari, a song about living with deep pain.

Judges told Greenglick he was “a natural talent with an amazing voice.”

One of the judges, Keren Peles, told Greenglick on the stage: “I’m happy to see you wearing a uniform, because it’s reassuring that someone like you is in uniform. I would be happy to see you representing Israel at Eurovision.”

But Peles, writing after Greenglick’s death in northern Gaza clashes was published on Tuesday, said he had dropped out of the show because of his duties in the infantry reserves.

“I imagined this year differently, as a year of aspiration and of living my dreams,” Greenglick said in a December 14 post on Facebook, which listed his job as a travel health adviser.

“Now I’m living an old dream, of fighting for the country …. A new, different dream will have to wait a bit.”

Greenglick, of the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion, was killed Monday in the northern part of the Strip.

“Shaul participated in the current season of ‘The Next Star’ and moved us all. We send our condolences and share in the deep sorrow of the family members and friends. The next episode of the next star will be dedicated to Shaul. Of blessed memory,” said the Keshet Media Group, which created the show, in a statement.

The 2024 Eurovision Song Contest will be hosted in May in Malmo, Sweden.

At least 164 soldiers have been killed in Israel’s group operation in Gaza, triggered by Hamas’s murderous attack in southern Israel on October 7 when thousands of Hamas-led terrorists killed more than 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and abducted around 240.

Khan Younis hospital operating without 80% of staff
[GEO.TV] A hospital in Khan Younis, the largest hospital in south of Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
and the second largest in the whole of the enclave, is operating without 80% of its staff, Al Jazeera reported citing one of the doctors working there.

Doctor Mohammed Qandil has described scenes of desperation in Nasser hospital, which is grappling with severe shortages of supplies — including anaesthetics and pain medicines.

The facility is also undergoing a severe shortage of health workers unable to provide their services due to the fighting.

"We lost around 80% of the medical staff, doctors and nurses who cannot reach the hospitals. One thing is that the hospital is unsafe: The al-Shifa Hospital scenario and other hospital scenarios were scary and they feel unsafe," he said, referring to the Israeli siege of al-Shifa in Gaza City.

"The other reason is the displacement wave, the displacement orders. Our physicians are in a very terrible situation, they have to secure their family. The big dream now for many physicians is to have a tent to put his kids inside rather than to leave them under the sky," he said.

"If this hospital is closed, and service is off that means that the health system in the south will be, I mean, zero almost," Qandil said.

Freed Israeli hostage Mia Schem says 'EVERYONE in Gaza is a terrorist' and that she 'went through a holocaust' while held prisoner not just by Hamas but also civilian families in her first interview
"They made fun of my LIPs", she sobbed.
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Freed Israeli hostage Mia Schem has broken her silence to share a harrowing account of captivity in Gaza, following her release at the end of last month.

Schem, 21, spent 54 days as a prisoner in the Palestinian enclave after being shot and taken hostage at the Nova festival massacre in southern Israel on October 7, before finally being released as part of a ceasefire and swap on November 30.

In her first interview since her release, she told Israeli outlet Channel 13 'I wanted to project the real situation about the people living in Gaza, who they really are and about what I've been through over there.'

'I went through a holocaust,' she said. 'Everyone over there is a terrorist.'

Schem, a French-Israeli tattoo-artist from Shoham in central Israel, claimed that she was held with a civilian family, with children, while in Gaza.

'It is families under the Hamas regime, you know. I realised that I was staying with a family. And then I start asking myself questions… why am I staying with a family? Why are there children here? Why is there a woman here?'

Before she was freed, she was made to film a video speaking about her experience, in which she said: 'People very good, very kind to me... Food good and the kindness and everything good.'

The report was made headlines as it contradicted accounts of other hostages who recounted abuse in captivity, prompting concerns she had been made to speak against her will.

Aviva Siegel reportedly told hostage relatives and members of Israel's war cabinet upon her return how guards had broken her husband's ribs and described how he languishes in prison 'barely' able to sit or eat.

'They touch girls, and everyone knows it. I won't recount details, but we had a procedure that no one moves without someone guarding them,' another female hostage said, as reported by Israeli newspaper Haaretz.

'Medications ran out, and they gave us the wrong drugs,' she added.

On December 6, a doctor treating hostages said at least ten had been sexually abused while in captivity.

The medic claimed men and women had been physically abused while held hostage, after treating some of the 110 released as part of a week-long truce in late November.

The doctor did not provide additional details and spoke on condition of anonymity to protect the identity of the hostages.

But his claims aligned with the testimonies of other freed hostages, who told a closed meeting of government officials on December 5 how women were 'touched' by Hamas guards, pleading for Israel to do more to secure the release of the remaining hostages.

Hezbollah wages drone, rocket and artillery attacks as border tensions escalate
[NAHARNET] Hezbollah waged Wednesday a combined drone, rocket and artillery attack on Israeli forces and vehicles in the occupied Shebaa Farms, attacked an Israeli force in Dhaira and targeted the Hadb al-Bustan post and Kherbet Ma'ar with Burkan rockets.

The group also attacked a "new command center" near the Israeli naval base in Ras al-Naqoura as the Israeli army said it has intercepted eight out of 18 missiles launched from Leb

Israel for its part struck the outskirts of al-Jebbayn, Tayr Harfa, Dhaira, Yarine, al-Naqoura, Aita al-Shaab, and al-Hamames south of al-Khiam while Israeli soldiers along the border fired heavy machine guns towards bordering Lebanese forests.

war on Oct. 7, Hezbollah and Israeli forces have engaged in near-daily festivities on the border that have killed around 150 people on the Lebanese side -- most of them fighters with Hezbollah and allied groups, but also at least 19 civilians.

An Israeli air strike on a house in Bint Jbeil on Tuesday night killed a Hezbollah fighter and two of his relatives.

On the Israeli side, at least four civilians and nine soldiers have been killed, according to Israeli officials.

On Tuesday, an anti-tank missile fired by Hezbollah maimed nine soldiers in Iqrit.

(2) Israel ARE the new Nazis!!!
