#1 Oh, yes - I did a review of "The Great Raid" when it came out. Decent movie, some small quibbles, here. I even mentioned Robert Prince by name.

We're losing WWII vets by the thousands per month, now.

#5 A great [quiet] Soldier and a great story.

Since the MARINES have their great classic "GUNG HO", RICHARD WIDMARK for the Navy's UDTS, perhaps its time someone in Hollywood did one for the ALAMO SCOUTS, OSS in Europe + Pacific, etc. There are many stories, + Heroes, which remain untold or unknown to this day.
