#5  These are not victimless crimes.

There’s a reason why centuries of western civilization resulted in the adoption of an age of majority. Minors lack the cognitive development to make good judgments and appropriately process certain events.

The kinds of events described that included this minor will invariably lead to years of trauma, if not a lifetime of trauma and psychological issues.

Research indicates that the trauma will be greatly exacerbated by the fact the child is related to the perpetrator. A child suffers less harm, although still profound harm, when the perpetrator is from outside the family system.

This is reprehensible.

EXPOSED: #HunterBiden's $1 MILLION CONTRACT WITH #CCP
[The National Pulse] Documents found on Hunter Biden’s include a contract which shows the former veep’s son’s $1,000,000 contract with Patrick Ho, the same individual Hunter Biden described as the "spy chief of China" in an audio recording.

The contract, an "Attorney Engagement Letter," appears to show an agreement between Hunter Biden and Patrick Ho, the Secretary General of China Energy Fund Committee. Hunter Biden was expected to provide "counsel to matters related to US law and advice pertaining to the hiring and legal analysis of any US Law Firm of Lawyer."

The fourth section of the document, "Compensation," reveals that "at the time of execution of this agreement" Ho would pay Hunter Biden a sum of $1,000,000 as a retainer.

Ho, however, was described by Hunter Biden himself as the "Spy Chief of China" in an audio recording obtained exclusively by The National Pulse.

State trooper dates Cuomo's daughter, gets transferred close to Canada
[NYPOST] A state trooper assigned to Gov. Andrew Sonny Cuomo’s security detail got hot and heavy with one of New York’s first daughters — and was soon transferred to a post near the Canadian border, The Post has learned.Trooper Dane Pfeiffer, 35, met Cara Kennedy-Cuomo, 25, through his job as one of her dad’s bodyguards, sources said.

They began dating about seven months ago — after she moved into the Executive Mansion in Albany due to the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
pandemic — and Cuomo learned about the relationship a short time later, sources said.

Pfeiffer’s relationship with Kennedy-Cuomo mandated his removal from her dad’s protective detail due to "the protocol of dignitary protection," according to a law enforcement source familiar with the matter.

On May 24, Pfeiffer requested a "voluntary transfer" to Troop B in northeastern New York, a state police front man said. Pfeiffer began his career there after graduating from the State Police Academy in 2015, records show.

"He was transferred to keep him away from the daughter because the governor didn’t like whatever they were doing," a source familiar with the situation said.

The move failed to cool the couple’s ardor and Pfeiffer routinely returns to the Executive Mansion to pick up Kennedy-Cuomo for dates, further upsetting the governor, a source said.

Headline doesn't say it but illegal migrants carry disease, deportation safest option for America
[MedicalXpress] ICE detention centers saw sustained outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases, says study.

More than a dozen U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention centers experienced large, repeated outbreaks of vaccine-preventable illnesses in the last three years, according to a new study by researchers at UC San Francisco.

Between Jan. 1, 2017, and March 22, 2020, the researchers identified 1,280 cases of influenza, 1,052 cases of chickenpox, and 301 cases of mumps. There were 41 flu outbreaks, 26 chickenpox outbreaks, and 12 mumps outbreaks.

"These numbers are pretty shocking, and very concerning," said Nathan C. Lo, MD, Ph.D., the first author, who is a resident physician and public health scientist at UCSF. "They suggest this vulnerable population is being placed at very high risk for these infections while being detained."

Given how widespread the outbreaks were, Lo said federal authorities should offer vaccination to both adult and child migrants as soon as they are brought to the detention centers, which is not currently being done. The vaccines should protect people, even if they have already been exposed. Chickenpox, in particular, can be very serious and even life-threatening.

"Crowding people together and giving them poor access to health care or vaccines makes these detention centers ripe for facilitating infectious outbreaks," Lo said.

The study is published October 29, 2020 in JAMA.

When the study began in January of 2017, only a handful of centers reported cases of chickenpox, flu or mumps. By the time it ended in March of 2020, 17 of the 22 ICE detention centers under review had outbreaks of one or more of the three viruses.

One facility had a chickenpox outbreak that lasted for 33 months, and also had year-round transmission of the influenza virus. Many centers had outbreaks of mumps. Both chickenpox and mumps are relatively rare in the general population, and flu typically circulates in the winter, but not all year round.

Nearly half of the infections—44.7 percent—occurred in the South Texas Family Residential Center. Another 16.5 percent occurred at the Port Isabel Service Processing Center, also in Texas.

The study most likely underestimates the number of infections. The scientists were only able to get data from the 22 centers that have the ICE electronic health record system and are served by ICE Health Service Corps. That is a small subset of the 315 facilities around the country, some of which are privately managed, that house detained migrants.

Also, the data came from ICE officials at those 22 detention centers who searched the medical charts of detained migrants to see which of them had been diagnosed with chickenpox, flu or mumps, so any cases that went undiagnosed would have been missed.

Britain
Jeremy Corbyn Booted Out of Britain's Labour Party
[Daily Beast] Labour leader Keir Starmer has suspended his predecessor over the party’s handling of anti-Semitism just six months after he stepped down.

Just six months after he stepped down as Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn has been kicked out of the party as part of a lingering anti-Semitism crisis that sullied much of his leadership.

It is the first time a former leader has been removed from the party since 1931, as Keir Starmer seeks to reshape the party after four years of Corbyn’s radical left-wing leadership and two successive election defeats.

A report by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) published Thursday ruled that Labour had breached equality laws under the leadership of Corbyn, who has been accused of failing to stamp out anti-Jewish rhetoric within the left-wing, anti-Israel fringes of the party.

The report by the EHRC, which has previously only been moved to investigate racism within the far-right British National Party, found that the system for dealing with incidents of anti-Semitism was inadequate under Corbyn. "It is hard not to conclude that anti-Semitism within the Labour party could have been tackled more effectively if the leadership had chosen to do so," it said.

This stinging personal attack on Corbyn was not enough to see Corbyn thrown out of the party, but his response on Thursday morning triggered decisive action from his successor Starmer.

Corbyn wrote an equivocating Facebook post in which he accepted that anti-Semitism was unacceptable, but caused anger by making the incendiary claim that its prevalence within the Labour Party had been "dramatically overstated for political reasons."

Minutes after a press conference on how he would resolve the anti-Semitism issue within the party, Starmer ordered Corbyn to retract his statement. The former leader refused to do so and was formally suspended from the party.

Although he will remain a member of Parliament, Corbyn will not represent the Labour party unless he’s cleared of wrongdoing in an investigation into his conduct, which is already underway.

In a furious tweeted response to his suspension, Corbyn wrote, "I will strongly contest the political intervention to suspend me. I’ve made absolutely clear those who deny there has been an antisemitism problem in the Labour Party are wrong. I will continue to support a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of racism."

Corbyn is one of Labour’s longest-serving lawmakers, having been a member of Parliament since 1983. He won a shock victory in 2015 to become Labour’s leader but announced his resignation last December after leading the party to successive general-election defeats.

Although his election failures left him widely discredited in Britain’s political establishment, Corbyn remains a heroic figure for the intensely loyal and vocal left-wing of the Labour party, and his suspension is likely to ignite a civil war among the party’s factions.

Labour MP and Jeremy Corbyn ally charged with housing fraud over council flat
[TheSun] Apsana Begum,
...the hijab-wearing 2nd gen. Bangladeshi-Brit —with dimples! — following in her father’s Labour politician footsteps in the same safe district, though she is from the Socialist left of the party...
30, entered Parliament at last December’s general election with a giant 28,904 majority in East London’s Poplar and Limehouse.

But she has been accused of three offences relating to how she was given her council flat.

She is due before magistrates on December 10.

If convicted, Ms Begum could face a jail sentence and lose her Commons seat.

We told last November she was facing a probe over the riverside flat she moved into after leaving her estranged husband’s home.

Investigators wanted to know how she had leapt to the top of an 18,000-strong housing list so quickly despite having no children.

Trump leads in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, gaining in Wisconsin, Nevada
[Arutz 7] - President Donald Trump has pulled into the lead in several key battleground states, and has cut into former Vice President Joe Biden’s lead in at least two more, according to polling data released by the Trafalgar Group.

Trafalgar, which correctly predicted the outcome in Pennsylvania and Michigan in 2016 and again in the midterm elections in Florida and North Carolina in 2018, released a series of polls this week, spanning six critical battleground states.

In three of the states, the polls found that Donald Trump now leads Joe Biden including in Pennsylvania, where Trafalgar polls had previously shown Biden ahead of the president.

The latest Pennsylvania poll gives Trump a narrow lead of 0.8 points, a 3.1-point swing compared to the mid-October poll which showed Biden leading by 2.3 points.

If the election were held today, Trump would carry the state 48.4% to 47.6%, the poll found, nearly identical to Trump’s margin of victory in the state four years ago.

In Florida, Trump expanded his lead in the Trafalgar poll, going from a 2.3-point margin in mid-October to a 2.7-point lead, 49.6% to 46.9%.

Trump made even greater gains in Michigan, expanding his narrow 0.6-point lead in mid-October to a 2.5-point lead, beating Biden 49.1% to 46.6%.

In two other battleground states, Biden retained a lead, despite Trump gaining on the former Vice President.

Earlier this month, Biden led Trump by 1.3 points in Wisconsin, a state Trump won four years ago. Now, Biden holds just a 0.4-point lead, besting Trump 47.5% to 47.1%.

In Nevada, a state Hillary Clinton carried by 2.42 points in 2016, Trump now trails Biden by just 2.3 points, 47.1% to Biden’s 49.4%.

Only in Minnesota has Biden seen his lead over Trump stabilize.

In the last Trafalgar poll in the state, conducted in August, Biden led Trump by less than one point. Now, Biden holds a 3.2-point lead, 48.0% to 44.8%.

Keith Ellison (D-Mecca) Wields Power to Restrict Freedom of Assembly of Political Opponents at Minnesota Trump Rally
[Breitbart] The venue for President Donald Trump's political rally in Minnesota scheduled for Friday will be restricted to only 250 people after Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison put pressure on the business owners of multiple locations.

The rally was initially planned at the Rochester airport, but Ellison's office demanded a "COVID preparedness plan" from officials from the City of Rochester, Olmsted County, and the Rochester airport, as well as the Republican National Committee to ensure the event was safe.

The event was then moved to Dodge Center, prompting Ellison's office to ask the Trump campaign and the owner of the building McNeilus Steel for their "COVID Preparedness Plan."

That prompted the Trump campaign to move the event again, back to the airport.

"Thanks to the free speech-stifling dictates of Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison, only the first 250 people will be admitted," the campaign said in a statement sent late Thursday night.

"Without question, Minnesota Democrats had hoped that the President would simply cancel the event, but he will not allow partisan politicians to deprive people of their First Amendment rights to gather peacefully to hear directly from the President of the United States," the statement continued.

FBI opened a money laundering investigation of Hunter in 2019
[NationalReview] The FBI opened an investigation into Hunter Biden and associates in 2019 on suspicion of money laundering, a Justice Department official told Sinclair Broadcasting.

The criminal investigation is ongoing, the DOJ official said.
Personally, I wonder about Bobulinski. In 2017 it might have made sense to explore a partnership between a US company and a PRC company but after Bobulinski learned that the PRC company was basically an arm of the CCP, he (Bobulinski) should have had the sense to call the whole thing off.

Seattle City Council mulls law that could result in dismissal of many misdemeanor crimes
[KomoNews] The Seattle City Council is considering new legislation that would create a legal loophole that would make substance addiction, mental illness or poverty a valid legal defense for nearly all misdemeanor crimes committed in the city.

The council's consideration of the plan has occurred with virtually no public discussion about the proposal, which has been included in the municipal budgeting process. The council has not, so far, conducted a standalone meeting to discuss the idea.

Scott Lindsay, the former public safety advisor for the city, said Seattle would be in a class of its own if it ultimately enacted the ordinance.

"I'm not aware of any legislation like this anywhere in the United States (or) even globally," he said Monday. "All cities have criminal codes to protect their citizens from criminal acts. This would essentially create a legal loophole that swallows all those codes and creates a green light for crime."The legislation was proposed by Seattle City Councilwoman Lisa Herbold last Wednesday.

The proposal would allow for the dismissal of crimes of poverty and it would do so by revising the definition of duress as a defense against prosecution.

Seattle police currently make about 12,000 arrests every year that are not DUI offenses or related to domestic violence. In 2019, charges were filed for just over 5,400 misdemeanor cases, not including DUI charges or domestic abuse allegations.

If approved, the ordinance would excuse and dismiss -- essentially legalizing -- almost all misdemeanor crimes committed in Seattle by offenders who could show either:

Symptoms of addiction without being required to provide a medical diagnosis;
Symptoms of a mental disorder; or
Poverty and the crime was committed to meet an "immediate and basic need."

For example, if a defendant argued they stole merchandise to sell for cash in order to purchase food, clothes or was trying to scrape together enough money for rent. The accused could not be convicted.

"If you don't feel very protected right now, this would wipe out almost all remaining protections that we have," Lindsay said.

The offenses that would be covered by the Seattle ordinance would include just about any crime below the level of a felony while excluding charges of driving under the influence or domestic violence."This would absolutely open the floodgates for crime in Seattle, even worse than what we often currently struggle with," Lindsay said. "It's basically a blank check for anybody committing theft, assault, harassment (and) trespass to continue without disruption from our criminal justice system."

Although the measure could radically alter the way Seattle levies charges in criminal court, there have been no public hearings about it and it has not been discussed so far by the council's Public Safety Committee.

It was proposed late in the third hour of a council Budget Committee meeting.

Said Lindsay: "This is a back door to get this legislation into the budget process (and) not through the normal democratic processes with transparency, dialogue, (or) public discussion."

If Councilwoman Theresa Mosqueda, chairperson of the council's Budget Committee, adds the legislative proposal to the budget, it would be considered by the full council as part of the entire budget.

But if Mosqueda opts to not add it to the budget, the legislation could still be approved if five Seattle City Council members agree to add it as an amendment to the budget.

Hillary's back...and planning the Dems' revenge
[AMERICANTHINKER] Almost four years of stewing in bitter anger has not softened the edges on Hillary Clinton. Retreating to long walks in the woods and the comforts of Chardonnay has done nothing to mellow her out. On the contrary, with her plastic surgery falling apart, her cackle as robust as ever (a model for Kamala Harris), and her voice still able to strip paint, newly available video of her interview yesterday on Sirius/XM is the perfect warm-up for Halloween this weekend.

If you dare, 4-plus minutes of video is embedded below, in which she plans on "moving quickly" following the election victory she anticipates, on "the courts" and " everything, election reform, climate change, COVID relief, expanding health care, everything that we care about."

Amusingly, she manages to forget that Joe Biden is the Dems' candidate:

But, you know, I've told the Obama campaign, I mean, the Obama — I've told the Biden campaign and the Biden transition, that they're going to have to move really fast because let's assume we take back the Senate.

Wisconsin Republican Party Says Hackers Stole $2.3 Million from Trump Reelection Account
[NATIONALREVIEW] The chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Party said Thursday that hackers have stolen $2.3 million from the party’s account.

Chairman Andrew Hitt said the Wisconsin Republicans noticed suspicious activity on Thursday of last week and the next day alerted the FBI, which Hitt said is investigating the matter.

"There’s no doubt RPW is now at a disadvantage with that money being gone," Hitt said.

The hack reportedly started as a phishing attempt and targeted invoices from four vendors that were hired to provide pro-Trump gear as well as direct mail for Trump’s reelection.

Trump and Biden both plan to visit Wisconsin on Friday, which will be Trump’s third visit to the battleground state in a week.

Less than a week before the presidential election, Democratic nominee Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Failed seeker of the Democratic presidential nomination on multiple occasions, vice president under Barack Obama, giving it a last try in his dotage for 2020...
and President Trump are still in a tight race to win Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes. In 2016, Trump won the state by fewer than 23,000 votes.

#1  Money was taken by intercepting payments for vendors and altering the invoice account numbers, thus the money was paid into the wrong account. Not stolen directly, but forgery by stealing from legitimate vendors, apparently maass mailers, and hats, etc, that were already done. Likely billed 2%10 net 90, so the GOP more than likely can make this up after the election.

Chris Cuomo confronts CNN colleague Miles Taylor over 'Anonymous' revelation: 'You lied to us'
[WASHINGTONTIMES] CNN
...formerly the Cable News Network, now who knows what it might stand for...
’s Chris Cuomo confronted Miles Taylor, a former U.S. government official recently hired by the network, over revelations Wednesday about him anonymously writing an anti-Trump op-ed and book. The "Cuomo Prime Time" host questioned his colleague’s credibility during an interview done shortly after Mr. Taylor revealed he wrote the 2018 op-ed and subsequent book slamming President Trump.

Mr. Taylor, a former Department of Homeland Security official who resigned from the agency in 2019, previously denied being the anonymous author, Mr. Cuomo reminded him during the discussion.

"You lied to us, Miles," Mr. Cuomo began the interview. "You were asked in August if you were ’anonymous’ here on CNN with Anderson Cooper, and you said ’no’," he told Mr. Taylor.

"Now, why should CNN keep you on the payroll after lying like that?" Mr. Cuomo asked Mr. Taylor, who briefly served as DHS chief of staff before joining the network as a contributor last month.

Mr. Taylor indicated he believed it was necessary to remain nameless until now to avoid providing Mr. Trump with the opportunity to use his identity to distract from the concerns he raised.

"We have seen over the course of four years, that Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
’s preference is to find personal attacks and distractions to pull people away from criticisms of his record," he said. "I wrote that work anonymously to deprive him of that opportunity and to force him to answer the questions on their merits."

"I owe Anderson Cooper a beer, I owe him a mea culpa," Mr. Taylor said later during the segment.

Mr. Cuomo suggested Mr. Taylor may have a difficult time earning the trust of CNN’s viewers, however.

"The problem with having lied is that now you are a liar, and people will be slow to believe you when you lied about something as important as whether or not you wanted to own this," he said.

'Political parasite': Trump ally Lindsey Graham blasted in new Lincoln Project ad
[INDEPENDENT.CO.UK] Republican anti-Trump group the Lincoln Project has launched a blistering attack on senator Lindsey Graham
...soft-spoken senator from South Carolina, former best buddy of John Maverick McCain. Since McCain's demise, Graham has become more outspoken, more Republican and more of a supporter of President Trump. The speech he gave in support of Brett Kavanaugh was downright manly and really cheesed off the Dems...
, describing him as a "political parasite" just days before South Carolina's remaining voters head to the polls.

"Lindsey Graham: a political parasite with a record of lies and personal betrayals," the narrator says in a new ad, which aired earlier this week. "He was barely holding on before becoming Donald Trump
...Perhaps no man has ever had as much fun being president of the US...
's sycophant.

"Now? He's despised. And desperate," the narrator continues. Senator Graham, 65, faces the fight of his political life to hang onto his South Carolina seat, which he has held since 2002 after replacing Strom Thurmond.

He is up against a well-funded opponent in Democrat Jaime Harrison, with the latest polls showing the race on a knife edge just a week out from election day.

As chairman of the Senate judiciary committee, senator Graham was at the heart of GOP's successful move to install judge Amy Coney Barrett on the supreme court before the 3 November poll.

'Racism Lives Here' Signs Pop up in Coronado Yards
[NBCSANDIEGO] Police in Coronado were called out after some residents woke up to find out that signs reading "Racism Lives Here" were installed in their yards. The red, white and blue signs are well-made and are close in appearance to some Trump/Pence signs, with the phrase "Racism Lives Here" replacing the candidates' names and the updated 2020 campaign slogan "Keep America Great" switched to 2016's more-familiar "Make America Great Again."

While there are also red, white and blue Biden/Harris, signs, of course, the typography in the signs planted overnight much more closely resembles those used on signs representing the incumbent ticket.

Coronado police made visits to at least three homes about the signs on Wednesday morning. No crimes were committed by installing them, police spokeswoman Lea Corbin told NBC 7 in an email.

"We do not have a crime," Corbin stated. "Simply placing a sign in another’s yard may be unwanted but [is] not a crime."
Try trespassing and vandalism, tool
Police in Coronado were called out after some residents woke up to find out that signs reading "Racism Lives Here" were installed, reports NBC 7's Bridget Naso.

At least one resident was able to capture an incident on a home-security camera. CPD said they were going to collect that footage as part of their investigation. NBC 7 contacted Coronado police to find out why the footage was being collected if no crime had been committed but the station has yet to hear back.

Corbin said that the department had "[no] idea why the signs were placed in certain areas, and not others."

A Coronado couple who have a large Trump 2020 flag fluttering on their porch, told NBC 7 they were "shocked" and "sad" to learn the signs had been installed.

"It was sad that anybody would think that about us, first of all, just because of the flag we have, because that’s just not us," Ken Slanie said.

The Slanies said that while people may have different political beliefs, we are all Americans.

"We've lived in Coronado since 1968," Slanie said. "So we've been here 52 years, and I've never seen anything like this before, where people are so divided and it's ridiculous. Everybody -- we've got friends that are Biden fans and friends that are Trump fans and friends of all nationalities, and I've never seen anything like this before in Coronado, and it's kind of sad to see that."

Accusations of racism have been leveled against President Trump both before the 2020 presidential campaign and during it, including on the most recent episode of CBS' "60 Minutes," during which Sen. Kámala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, now a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut...
, who is the Democratic nominee for vice-president, said she believed the president was racist. For his part, Trump has recently denied the allegation, saying just last week during the presidential debate that he was "the least racist person in the room."

Michigan orders restaurants to collect customers' information amid COVID-19 surges
[DetroitNews] Lansing — Michigan restaurants will have to begin tracking the names and numbers of customers in case of COVID-19 outbreaks starting Monday under a policy announced Thursday as the state experiences surges in cases of the virus.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services unveiled orders that limit non-residential indoor gatherings without fixed seating to 50 people — the limit was 500 — and restrict individual table sizes at restaurants to six people.

The health department's order came on a day when Michigan set a new daily record with 3,675 COVID-19 cases — the most and 41 more deaths Thursday. That's the most new confirmed cases in a single day during the seven-month pandemic for the state.
