Shah Wali S/O Sultan Mohammad and Ahmad Gul S/O Lal Mohammad are originally from Pasawand District of Ghor province but were carrying out terrorist activities in Nimroz province.
A statement issued by the NDS on Thursday states that the gunnies were detained with a pistol and a cycle of violence from the jurisdiction of Nimroz province.
In the initial investigation, Wali and Gul have said that they were working for Mullah Jabar group of Taliban.
NDS statements usually do not contain the exact date of the achievements but they normally come after recent activities.

[Iran Press TV] Afghan cops have killed nearly 120 Talibs and maimed dozens of others during clean-up operations across the war-torn country over the past 48 hours, Press TV reports.
The Afghan Defense Ministry said in a statement on Thursday that at least 118 Talibs were killed and 62 others injured in a series of large-scale security operations carried out in a number of provinces, including Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. Two grenade bomb blasts exploding on Thursday, has killed at least one soldier and wounded 15 African Union forces in Somalia (AMISOM) in Mogadishu. The explosions happened in Maslah military camp in Hiliwaa district where AMISOM Sector 5 located.
“A soldier has lost his life after two grenades which he was carrying accidentally exploded” AMISOM said.
The wounded African Union soldiers have been taken to hospitals in Mogadishu for medical treatments. All injured soldiers are reportedly to have been in stable condition.

[Dhaka Tribune] An unidentified man, aged about 34, was killed allegedly by Rapid Action Battalion in the district Wednesday evening while three youths were taking meal at a restaurant near Mosjid market under Chandana Intersection. I'm not sure, but I think the kids ratted the RAB out...

The two Koreas exchanged fire across the border on Thursday in one of the tensest standoffs since the North shelled the island of Yeonpyeong five years ago.
The North fired anti-aircraft guns and direct-fire weapons at new South Korean loudspeakers that are blasting propaganda across the demilitarized zone. South Korea retaliated by lobbing 155 mm howitzer rounds into the North Korean side of the demilitarized zone.
Joint Chief of Staff spokesman Col. Jeon Ha-kyu told reporters, "The North Korean military staged two rounds of firearm provocations in the southern part of the Military Demarcation Line and the South fired dozens of rounds of a 155 mm self-propelled gun as warning shots."
The JCS said the North fired the rounds around 4 p.m. but they hit several kilometers away from the South Korean loudspeakers.
Seoul retaliated by firing 29 rounds toward the North Korean side of the DMZ but did not strike at the source of the attacks as it had vowed to do.
So this was all for show, both sides...
South Korea suffered no damage to materiel and personnel, while it remains unclear if the North sustained any damage.
The Unification Ministry said the North Korean Workers Party made a phone call through an established channel at 4:50 p.m. urging Seoul to halt the propaganda broadcasts. The North claimed the propaganda broadcasts are "declarations of war" and added that Pyongyang was willing to work to "resolve the current situation and open channels to improve relations."
But in another message at 5 p.m. the North Korean People's Armed Forces sent another message demanding that the South halt propaganda broadcasts within 48 hours and dismantle the loudspeakers or face further military action.
A government official said North Korea is trying to shift the focus from the incident that prompted the resumption of propaganda broadcasts -- the serious maiming of two South Korean soldiers by box mines planted along their patrol route in the DMZ. The government here warned of "stern measures" in the event of further provocations.

[Iran Press TV] At least seven members of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) have been killed after Turkish security forces carried out two separate operations in the country's Hakkari and Adiyaman provinces.
According to the Hakkari provincial governor's office, Turkish gendarmerie troopers mounted an offensive against PKK hard boyz on a road linking the Kurdish populated city of Yuksekova to Semdinli district on Thursday, killing five PKK hard boyz in the process.
The operation was conducted after police received a tip-off about the activity of heavily-armed gunnies in Yuksekova.
Separately, Turkish forces launched an operation in the southern province of Adiyaman. The Turkish soldiers then engaged in a firefight with the Kurdish PKK fighters and killed two of them. Two members of the Turkish forces also sustained moderate injuries during the shootout.

[Rudaw] A Peshmerga soldier was killed by a roadside kaboom targeting his convoy in Kirkuk's Bashir village on Thursday, a Kurdish police official announced.
"A roadside kaboom targeted Peshmerga forces today in Bashir, south of Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... " Sarhad Qadir, the provincial director of police in Kirkuk, told Rudaw. He added that one Peshmerga soldier was killed.
No group has immediately grabbed credit for the attack, but the Kurdistan region's Peshmerga forces have been locked in a fierce war with the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. [IsraelTimes] Reserve soldier said to have sold information to suspect on troop deployments for NIS 50,000

State prosecutors on Thursday filed an indictment against Lod resident Salman Jribea on charges of spying on IDF troops for unspecified hostile entities.
Prosecutors from the Justice Ministry's Central District filed charges of espionage, conspiracy to commit a crime, and unlawfully obtaining classified information in the Lod District Court Thursday.
According to the indictment, Jribea, 29, paid a reservist IDF soldier for classified information about IDF patrols, unit deployments and other movements along the border with Egypt.
Jribea allegedly contacted the soldier, identified as Benny Rabayev, and said he would pay him NIS 50,000 ($12,800) for the information. Rabayev served as a driver at an IDF base in the south of the country in July.
Rabayev allegedly delivered the requested information, which Jribea then passed on to others, though authorities have not identified the final recipient, which could have been jihadist groups such as Hezbollah or Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... 's Sinai branch, but also several criminal networks smuggling drugs and other illicit goods across the desert border.
Jribea is also said to have received roughly NIS 50,000 for his part in the plan.
Rabayev faces charges by the IDF Military Advocate General in the military court in Castina.
The case is not the only one involving Rabayev allegedly taking advantage of his military service for illegal activities. He was also named in an illegal gun deal in which a Hadera resident allegedly tried to buy two pistols from the soldier.

I know people who have contact with this Jewish Community they still are used to the old Soviet system of cheating the Government as much as possible, and being very proud of it.

[IN.REUTERS] Rockets hit an Israeli village near the Lebanese border on Thursday and Israel struck back in the Syrian Golan Heights, saying the rare salvo had been launched there by an Iranian-backed Paleostinian myrmidon group. We don't hear much from IJ lately. I'm guessing they've been losing membership to Hamas.
Or ISIS/Al Nusra on the Syrian side of the border, if they prefer Sunni terror to straight up Shiite terror.
The group, Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... , denied the Israeli allegation. It had previously threatened reprisals should one of its activists in Israeli detention, Mohammed Allan, die of a hunger strike. Allan ended the fast on Wednesday after an Israeli court intervened.
Israeli officials said two rockets struck close to a northern village in the upper Galilee, near the Lebanese border, setting off brush fires but causing no casualties. Air-raid sirens had sent residents to shelters.
The attack was unusual as that frontier had been largely quiet since the 2006 war between Israel and the Lebanese guerrilla group Hezbollah. By contrast, the Israeli-occupied Golan, about 16 km (10 miles) to the east, has occasionally come under fire from within Syria during the four-year-old civil war there.
The Israeli military said in a statement the rockets that hit the upper Galilee "were launched from the Syrian Golan Heights ... by Islamic Jihad, sponsored by Iran".

A commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards orchestrated Thursday's rocket fire on northern Israel from Syria, military sources said late Thursday night, prompting an unusually strong response from the Israel Defense Forces.
According to a senior Israeli security official, Saeed Izadi, the head of the Paleostinian Division of the Iranian al-Quds Force planned the attack. It was carried out by the Paleostinian Islamic Jihad, a terror group that operates mostly out of the Gazoo Strip, but whose headquarters are in Damascus. The Islamic Jihad has denied its involvement.
Israel held the Syrian government responsible for the attacks, retaliating with its largest assault on Syrian territory in decades. The IDF fired artillery shells and launched Arclight airstrikes against Syrian Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Supressor of the Damascenes... The Syrian army and Hezbollah have been since July 4 engaged in the battle of Zabadani, the last city under the control of Death Eaters in the Qalamoun region on the Lebanese border.
The ongoing battle is part of a wider operation launched by the Syrian forces and the resistance movement's fighters on May 4, which has reportedly driven bully boyz out of more than 90 percent of the territory in the mountainous region.

According to the doctor who was forced to treat the ISIS fighters, the men were quarantined by terror group's leadership after they went through medical tests, confirming they had HIV.
The doctor whose identity has not be revealed further added that the men were treated at an ISIS-run hospital i the eastern-Syrian city of Al-Mayadeen.
He said the men who are mostly foreign nationals had unprotected sex with two Moroccan sex slaves.

A civil rights activist in al-Mayadeen said "IS leadership is planning to assign suicide kabooms for its forces of Evil who are tested positive with AIDS."

Well I think it is bull shit too but let us grant it may be a brilliant psych op urban rumor circulated by those who would sow confusion amongst gullible Jihadis. Given the rather rigorous rape ethic espoused by ISIL, based on an exceptionally clear reading of the Prophet's admonitions, why should brethren who present a health risk to fellow warriors not be granted or perhaps ordered to accept martrydom and paradise where they may disport with virgins of unquestionable purity? Well maybe some will feel weakness in their loins and desert rather than go into that good nite.
In effect, I hope US intell has spread this rumor. In VN one would kiss his forefinger upon hearing this kind of stuff.

Perhaps ISIS is just scaring some folks into becoming suicide bombers because they are running low. Perhaps they do have AIDS, and blowing themselves up amongst a bunch of heathens will spread AIDS to those it doesn't kill outright.
