[NYPOST] Two 15-year-old boys were shot in the leg during a dispute outside of an East Harlem public housing complex on Wednesday night, police said.
A third teen was injured by broken glass from the shooting on the grounds of NYCHA’s East River Houses on East 105th Street at about 8:50 p.m., sources and cops said.
All three victims sustained non-life threatening injuries, police and sources said. The two gunshot victims were taken to Harlem Hospital.
Witnesses told police the shooter may have been a female, sources said.
The suspect fled after the shooting and no arrests were immediately made.
Investigators recovered nine shell casings from the scene, sources said. "Don't litter. Police up yer brass!"

The latest incident sources said, happened when Boko Haram fighters laid an ambush for ISWAP fighters in the Abadam Local Government Area of Borno State.
This was said to have led to a shootout between the two groups.
The Boko Haram fighters led by Mohammed Ari were said to have overpowered those of ISWAP, killing about 50 of them.
Their bodies were also shown in a trending video as they were being slaughtered and dumped inside makeshift graves around the Lake Chad axis.
Some ISWAP forces of Evil were also burnt inside their gun trucks.
[SAHARAREPORTERS] ANigerian Customs officer, Muawiyya Gambo Turaki, and his son, Khalifa, have been identified as some of those kidnapped by bandidos during a fresh attack on Kofar Gayan low-cost in Zaria, Kaduna State.
SaharaReporters had earlier reported how button men on Wednesday night stormed the estate and whisked away many residents of the estate.
A source in the community had said, "Many people were taken from the Low Cost Housing Estate in Zaria. In our estate, a number of people’s relatives were taken by kidnappers."
Also, a flyer tagged "Pray for Low Cost, Zaria", sighted by SaharaReporters, reads, "Low Cost Area in Zaria of Kaduna State is under attacks by bandidos right now. Gunmen raided low cost housing estate in Zaria Wednesday night and kidnapped an unspecified number of persons."
Kaduna is currently one of the most terrorised states in Nigeria. On Monday, a Kaduna-bound train was attacked by terrorists. Eight persons have been confirmed killed and 26 injured from the attack.
Last Saturday, a large number of gunnies overran the Kaduna airport, killing one person.
The Nigerian Army has reacted to a viral video of a soldier identified as Musa M. who claimed he was abandoned in the bush by his colleagues in a forest in Niger State during an operation.
A video which circulated the social media on Wednesday evening showed Musa solely running in a bush.
But in a statement signed by Onyema Nwachukwu, the Director of Public Relations, the Nigerian Army described the soldier as a "coward."
Nwachukwu noted that the soldier was part of troops that had carried out a clearance operation at the Gurara Local Government Area of Niger State.
The soldier was said to have fled the operation and had sent out the video in a deliberate attempt to shield himself from being accused of cowardice.
The army said, "The attention of the Nigerian Army(NA) has been drawn to a viral video making the rounds on the social media, where a soldier on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 claimed to have been abandoned by his colleagues during operations.
"Contrary to the claims and impression created by the soldier in the video footage, preliminary investigations have revealed that the video footage was a deliberate attempt to shield himself from being accused of cowardice, having abandoned his colleagues during an ongoing clearance operation in Gurara, Niger State.

[Breitbart] A Gulf Cartel commander and four of his bodyguards died Thursday morning during a shootout with the Mexican military near the Texas border.
The shootout took place in Miguel Aleman, where soldiers clashed with a Gulf Cartel strike team led by “Commander Tilin.”
One was a female who was fatally injured in the shootout despite efforts to save her by responding medical personnel.
According to information provided to Breitbart Texas by Mexican law enforcement sources, Tilin and his security detail were in Miguel Aleman on Thursday morning when they encountered a military patrol. The incident turned into a chase with both sides exchanging fire.
The shootout set off blockades throughout the city. The military did not sustain any casualties.

In November last year a senior prison officer and a school principal were sacked for working with Lions of Islam in Jammu and Kashmir. After investigation suggested that these persons had terror links, Deputy Superintendent of Jails in the Union Territory, Feroz Ahmad Lone, and government school principal Javid Ahmad Shah were sacked. In October last year the J&K government sacked six of its employees for having terror links. Two among those dismissed were police constables.
The probe revealed that Lone was working with Riyaz Naikoo, a terrorist of the Hizbul Mujahideen ...Party of Holy Warriors, founded by Muhammad Ahsan Dar in September 1989. One of the Pak sock puppets waging jihad in Indian Kashmir. It was originally organized as the armed wing of Jamaat-e-Islami. In 1990, Dar declared Hizbul as the sword arm of Jamaat. Hizbul murdered many of the pro-independence intelligentsia in Kashmir. After the organization was taken over by Syed Salahuddin Dar and several other ex-Hizb leaders were assassinated between 2001 and 2003... who was recently rubbed out by security forces. He is alleged to have helped the Lions of Islam gain access to the prison and meet with another terrorist who was arrested.
A close watch is kept on these government officials, especially those who are working in the jail administration. The jails in Jammu and Kashmir have over the years become breeding grounds and radicalisation takes place in a big way before newer recruits are produced in jails itself, the official cited above said.
These developments come in the wake of the instructions issued by the administration on the periodic character and antecedents verification of babus government employees.
The instructions said that the general administration department of every employee is mandatorily required to maintain absolute integrity, honesty and allegiance to the Union of India and its Constitution. The instruction also said that the employee shall not do anything unbecoming of a government servant.
The J&K administration took the decision after a designated committee mandated to scrutinise sensitive cases under Article 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution. The committee recommended the removal of the six employees over terror links.
Iraqi Security forces launched a search campaign today to locate the sources and hideouts in which explosive devices are being manufactured and distributed, north of Jalawla, a security source reported.
The source told Shafaq News agency that the campaign covered the orchards and al-Islah Bassin, following explosions that resulted in injuries among the residents of the area.
The forces have deployed more units and enhanced their presence in the area and cooperation with the residents to monitor any suspicious potential terrorist movements.
Areas northeast of Diyala, located between Jalawla, Khanaqin, and the borders of the Kurdistan region, are continuously subjected, since 2017, to terrorist attacks and security breaches, after the withdrawal of the Peshmerga forces and the security gaps that emerged resulted in from it.
Jalawla officially became a sub-district in 1958, is inhabited by about 70,000 people, and is located 70 Km north of Baquba. It is one of the contested territories between Baghdad and Erbil.
Meanwhile, al-Hashd al-Shaabi (PMF) announced launching a military operation to secure the Diyala river.
A PMF statement said that the joint operations command units managed to secure wide areas during the early hours of the operations.

The Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced that seven terrorists were arrested today, Thursday.
The Ministry said in a statement that the intelligence agency dismantled an ISIS terrorist cell consisting of four members, responsible for providing logistical support for ISIS gangs in Diyala and Saladin.
The statement noted that the arrest was the fruit of four-day teamwork, pointing out that the defendants confessed to their crimes.
For its part, the Baghdad operations command arrested the three other terrorists in the Iraqi capital.

The Iraqi Security Media Cell revealed the "Strong Will" operation's final results against ISIS in the governorates of Nineveh, Saladin, and Al-Anbar.
In a statement, the Cell said that the security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces destroyed 19 dens and six tunnels and seized six booby-trapped houses, 25 explosive devices, 250 detonators, four Katyusha rockets, and two RBG7, 12 kg of C4, various medical supplies and other materials.
"The security forces would launch other operations to pursue the terrorists," the statement added.
On Tuesday, the Iraqi security forces and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) carried out large-scale operations in three governorates against ISIS members this morning.
In a statement, the PMF media said that the Nineveh-Saladin- Al-Anbar Operations Commands, affiliated with the Joint Operations Command of the Ministries of Defense and Interior and the Air Force Command and Army Aviation, launched security operations to "eliminate terrorist groups and destroy their hideouts in Al-Jazeera and the areas among the governorates of Nineveh, Saladin, and Al-Anbar."
For its part, the Joint Operations Command, the highest authority in the Iraqi army, said that the commanders of the operations of Al-Jazeera, Saladin, and West Nineveh, in collaboration with the Popular Mobilization Units, the Nineveh, Saladin, and West Anbar axes, and the Air Forces, carried out an overall security operation (Strong Will) in the southern Al-Hader and Al-Jazeera regions in the north of the Euphrates and the areas west of Wadi Tharthar.
The Al-Anbar Operations Command said it had launched the "Lions of the Desert" Operation, which targets areas north of the Al-Qaim district towards the Al-Jazeera desert in Mosul.
"Our forces carried out this morning a security operation from three main axes, in partnership with the Iraqi army and the army's aviation," Qassem Musleh, the PMF commander of Al-Anbar Operations, said in a statement.
The Commander added, "the operation is one of the PMF's major security operations since the victory over ISIS."
An explosive device blew up during the operation, targeting a vehicle belonging to the 16th Division of the Nineveh Operations Command of the Iraqi army, wounding two soldiers.

Three Paleostinian button men were killed in a firefight with Israeli troops Thursday when commandos entered the Paleostinian city of Jenin in a rare daytime raid and dozens more were arrested, the army said in a statement.

An Israeli man was seriously maimed Thursday morning in a terror stabbing near the West Bank settlement of Neve Daniel, south of Jerusalem. The 28-year-old was assaulted by another bus passenger, a Paleostinian armed with a screwdriver. Medics said three others were treated at the scene for anxiety.
The terrorist was rubbed out by an armed passenger on the bus, the Israel Defense Forces confirmed.
Paleostinian health officials identified the assailant as Nidal Juma’a Ja’afra, 30. Israeli soldiers later entered Ja’afra’s hometown of Tarqumiyah to search his house.
According to Paleostinian media reports, festivities erupted in the area soon after the troops raided the town. There was no immediate comment by the Israeli military.

The Division 25 led by Suhail al-Hassan, Known as "Tiger", is the major fighting group in the Russian-air-backed government’s battles in northwestern Syria.
These military drills are an attempt by Russia to send clear messages to the international community that Syrian military Divisions of the "regime’s army" are on standby to fight alongside Russians in the Russian-Ukrainian war in the event of escalating fighting, according to SOHR.
The Russian Sputnik news agency cited sources as saying that the "Tiger conducted advanced military drills for the third consecutive day in areas in Idlib for airdrops by members the Division 25 Special Missions."
The "Division 25 special operations", which was formed in 2013, spreads on contested front-lines in the Syrian Desert as well as Idlib fronts.

This is the Russian/Soviet tactic as was seen in the last days of the battle Berlin. My guess is Div 25 will be sent in to the breakaway republics for a campaign of mass murder, rape and torture as part of their "deNazification" process. On the other hand, they might even be needed.

Ottoman Turkish-held areas of Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) and Tel-Abyad, northeast Syria, witnessed a state of security chaos and violations that claimed the lives of civilians, in addition to cases of killing, the bulldozing of houses and rape during the fourth week of March.
Ottoman Turkish forces and opposition factions bombed the villages of Sayda, Mu’allaq, in addition to the vicinity of the M4 highway in the countryside of Ain Issa town, north of Raqqa, twice during the past week, local sources told North Press.
The shelling that targeted that area with dozens of artillery shells on the 25 and 30 of this March, caused large material damage to private and public property.
Meanwhile, ...back at the fist fight, Jake ducked another roundhouse, then parried with his left, then with his right, finally with his chin... the Ottoman Turkish forces bombed several villages in the countryside of Zarkan (Abu Rasin) north of Hasakah, on March 27, which displaced residents from their villages.
It is worth noting that the Ottoman Turkish forces and opposition factions have controlled the city of Sere Kaniye and its countryside in addition to Tel-Abyad, since 2019 following an invasion that displaced about 300 thousand of the indigenous population, according to human rights ...which often include carefully measured allowances of freedom at the convenience of the state... reports.
CONFLICT AND INSECURITY
The state of security chaos continues in the areas of Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain) and Tel-Abyad.
On March 18, well-informed sources told North Press that two leaders of Ottoman Turkish-backed armed factions were killed in a landmine went kaboom! near the village of Ranin in the countryside of Tel-Abyad.
The two leaders were Abu Ali al-Dar’awi of Levant Front ( al-Jabha al-Shamiya) faction, who led the Suluk area, and Yasin al-Hamad of al-Majd Corps, according to the source.
Yesterday, Wednesday, social media reported the outbreak of heavy festivities between the Ottoman Turkish-backed Hamzat and 20th Division factions, in the Church neighborhood in the center of Sere Kaniye.
According to the information circulated, the festivities, the causes of which were not known, resulted in deaths and injuries, without confirming the number.
Infighting and liquidation among the Ottoman Turkish-backed armed factions in their areas of control in northeast Syria have been increasing as a result of the disputes over the places of control and the seizure of property.
BULLDOZING CIVILIAN HOUSES AND ORCHARDS
Amid the escalating disputes between the factions, local media outlets reported that the Ottoman Turkish forces and the opposition factions destroyed the house of a displaced civilian named Abdulrazzaq al-Omar from the village of Talil al- Dala’ in the Tel- Abyad countryside.
Cross-checked sources previously reported to North Press that a Ottoman Turkish-backed opposition faction bulldozed several houses in Ain Hisan village south of the Ottoman Turkish-controlled Sere Kaniye (Ras al-Ain).
Mazlom Hamo Kor, one of the owners of the houses that were bulldozed in the village, said that an armed faction bulldozed 12 houses in Abu Mazloum’s farm, in the village owned by his family.
In the same context, the Sere Kaniye IDPs Committee posted on its Facebook account that al-Hamzah Division bulldozed the houses, at the behest of the Ottoman Turkish state.
The committee indicated that the aim of bulldozing houses and uprooting trees is to establish military headquarters for the Ottoman Turkish army and armed factions.
