The document, authored by people from an alliance of leftwing organizations, even notes that teaching children about transgenderism and the transitioning process when they are young may be advantageous since kids have malleable minds. The document reads, “[I]n most cases younger students are much more flexible in their thinking.”
Joel Baum, the Senior Director of Professional Development and Family Services for Gender Spectrum, is one of the lead authors of the document. Breitbart News revealed that Baum was one of the facilitators of a training on gender and sexuality for the National Association of Independent Schools, America’s largest private school network.
The training was conducted in partnership with Gender Spectrum — an organization sponsored by a firm of transgender surgeons called Align Surgical — which has hosted online chat groups that mix minors and adults.
The ACLU and the NEA did not respond to requests for comment.

Soldiers with concerns or questions are told to discuss them with their chain of command.
The slide is part of a mandatory training presentation all soldiers must receive following the Biden administration’s January 2021 order to the Department of Defense that all qualified transgender persons be allowed to join the military and serve openly. The order reversed a policy under the Trump administration that prohibited transgender persons with gender dysphoria from serving.
Another slide from the presentation states that a soldier’s gender transition is considered administratively “complete” once the soldier has completed the “medical care necessary to achieve stability in the self-identified gender,” but that the medical care is the “medical process identified or approved by a military medical provider in a documented medical treatment plan” and “often does not include surgical treatment.”
“Once gender transition is complete and the Soldier’s gender marker in DEERS is changed, the Soldier is expected to adhere to all military standards associated with the Soldier’s gender marker in DEERS and use billeting, bathroom, and shower facilities in accordance with the DEERS gender marker,” it says.

Over the past week, thousands of Macedonians have been taking to the streets of capital Skopje to protest against what they call a forced "Bulgarization" of their nation. Protesters threw rocks and petrol bombs and other objects at police, ignited fireworks, and damaged government buildings, including of the Parliament and Foreign Ministry. Nearly 50 copperswere maimed in violent mostly peacefulfestivities on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, violence escalated further when small groups of Macedonians and ethnic Albanians, which comprise around 25% of the population, clashed in the center of Skopje, endangering the fragile multiethnic peace in the Balkan country.

My neighbor, the retired director of procurement for Boing/Rockedyne (A. G. ) introduced me to many Russians engineers at some backyard parties many years ago and always have repeat to me that the Russians where lights years away from us in big science
Their people are way more advanced and educated than us.
Russians care about reliability, they do not believe in planed obsolescence

When we lived in Western Europe after the Berlin Wall fell — that is, when Mr. Wife’s large international corporation parked the trailing daughters and me in Germany/Belgium while he flew back and forth developing new products for markets in Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet Union — it struck me as interesting that the entire managerial class over there (and in most of the world, in fact) had doctorates in whatever they did thereafter, while in America many managers had only bachelor degrees or in the C Suite mere MBAs or the equivalent. To us that’s silly, but they could not conceive of anyone less trained having the necessary level of knowledge.
