[PJMedia] Ever since President Trump announced that Mar-A-Lago had been raided by the FBI, we’ve been looking for answers. How did this happen? Why did this happen? Who knew about it, and when did they know about it? While we’ll likely find out more about who and when later, what we do know now is how it happened. New details have come to light about the judge who signed off on the search warrant that will make you sick to your stomach — and suggest this effort by the Biden administration to target Trump will backfire drastically.
Miranda Devine of the New York Post discovered that the sealed search warrant was assigned to magistrate judge Bruce E. Reinhart.
Reinhart is a former U.S. Attorney who left that position to represent employees of notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The Post reports:
Reinhart was elevated to magistrate judge in March 2018 after 10 years in private practice. That November, the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein’s employees — including, by Reinhart’s own admission to the outlet, Epstein’s pilots; his scheduler, Sarah Kellen; and Nadia Marcinkova, who Epstein once reportedly described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”
Kellen and Marcinkova were among Epstein’s lieutenants who were granted immunity as part of a controversial 2007 deal with federal prosecutors that allowed the pervert to plead guilty to state charges rather than federal crimes. Epstein wound up serving just 13 months in county jail and was granted work release.
According to the outlet, Reinhart resigned from the South Florida US Attorney’s Office effective on New Year’s Day 2008 and went to work for Epstein’s cohorts the following day. […] Reinhart was later named in a civil lawsuit that accused him of violating Justice Department policies by switching sides in the middle of the Epstein investigation, suggesting he had used inside information about the probe to build favor with the notorious defendant, the Herald reported in 2018.
So, Reinhart bailed on his gig with the government prosecuting Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplices so he could represent them, and he succeeded in getting his sex-trafficking clients immunity.
Oh, but there’s more. Not only did Reinhart make an ethically questionable move from prosecuting Epstein and his accomplices to representing them, but according to FEC records, Reinhart donated $1,000 to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and another $1,000 to a pro-Obama PAC in 2008.
So, aside from the blatant abuse of power by the Biden administration, an Epstein-linked Obama donor approved the warrant authorizing the raid on Trump’s home.

Does really matter. They can always find a friendly judge. The people who requested this are the ones who just completed our descent to banana republic.

^ The mildly good news there would be that magistrate judges don't have lifetime tenure -- they have to be re-appointed every eight years after input from a "panel of citizens".

#6 Not to be all geek about it, but this was a federal magistrate, not a Florida state magistrate. But if I were him I would have let a federal district judge do the honors. "I feel a touch of COVID coming on, but I think Judge XYZ is around..."

Got kind of a pretty mouth...suitable for smaller, er, equipment?:
[Real Clear] Numerous news reports have emerged about the reforms to the energy infrastructure permitting process that Senator Joe Manchin has obtained as promises from President Joe Biden, Senator Chuck Schumer, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in exchange for his support for the "Inflation Reduction Act." That title sets a new standard for Beltway disinformation: Inflation is a monetary phenomenon, and the most that plausibly could be said is that the bill would not increase the deficit and thus the scope for debt monetization by the Fed. The bill ostensibly increases various taxes by $739 billion, authorizes new spending (oops, "investments") of $433 billion, and so yields "deficit reduction" of $300+ billion.
That these numbers as well as the prospect for "inflation reduction" are utter falsehoods is a given; and the same is true for the proposition that Congressmen and Senators will choose to raise taxes by more than they raise spending, systematically accepting an excess of the political pain of taxing over the political sunshine of spending. And so the budget numbers specified in the 725-page draft legislation are based upon an obvious deception: that the new spending somehow will not be renewed after an initial three-year period, an exercise in Congressional gameplaying that cannot possibly have escaped notice by Manchin.
So why has he signed on to this monstrosity? Back to the promises of energy infrastructure permitting reforms: It is clear that Manchin understands that his partners in legalized crime are not to be trusted. Last weekend he said that "potential ’consequences’" would ensue were the Democratic leadership to renege on the deal. Because of the Senate requirements for legislation to be passed with only a simple majority, the permitting reforms are not included in the draft legislation. Instead, they are to be enacted as part of separate legislation later this year, subject to a filibuster and thus requiring 60 votes. The central reforms that Manchin claims are being promised are the following:

My overall sense of what happened at Mar-a-Lago is that this is a provocation.
If New York Times reporting is right — and they never err on the side of being soft on Trump — then this raid was over documents the National Archives thinks Trump should not have, or perhaps classified documents in his possession. That is not something the FBI raids major political candidates over — See, In Re Hillary Rodham Clinton.
This is a provocation. They are trying to get a reaction that allows a further crackdown. See, In Re J6.
It’s also a provocation to get Trump to declare his candidacy for President before the midterms. Democrats would love to turn 2022 into a referendum on Trump rather than the deliberate destruction of the national borders and inflation.
Would the FBI and DOJ do such a thing? Aren’t they “above” politics? The then FBI Director James Comey admitted to trying to set up the new President Trump by alerting him to the Steele Dossier, and then leaked the story of the briefing to CNN, which gave license to report on the false allegations in the dossier. So yes, the FBI and DOJ would do such a thing, and have done such a thing to Trump.
All the more reason to keep your heads about you.
Don’t take the bait. Being stupid isn’t tough, it’s just stupid.

The "Don't do anything" strategy. Right. Just roll over and enjoy it. Congratulations, you've just signaled them that they can outright steal this November's midterm following that approach.
Guess what, you and they are never going to be able to control what ever you call the activists on both sides.
#4
The end game is stupid. The President can declassify anything they want, so this disqualified to run is based on them finding documents he 'forgot' to declassify or that were mislabeled? That's daft. And if that technicality somehow works it'll push more people onto team Desantes.

Greg Jarrett today on Kudlow, noted that 18 US Code 2071 limits the legibility for President, a directly defined element of the Constitution. Jarrett said, even US Code, defined by the Congress cannot modify the Constitution without an actual Constitutional Amendment approved by the States, thus nullifying this tactic.

The title of this article is a threat to MAGA.
[SDUT] Two administrators of the anonymous Facebook "news and media" page Tijuana 664 were gunned down Saturday night in front of their home, according to local law enforcement authorities.
Unfortunately, not as anonymous as they planned...
Both men were killed on the 1 de Mayo street in the Cañón El Rubí neighborhood, where they were roommates with other people. Police identified the victims by their first names only: Sergio, who was 40 years old, and Mario, who was 43.
Anonymous Facebook pages in Tijuana often purport to be offering news, but the content can run the gamut from memes to copy-and-pasted stories from mainstream news organizations to insider crime blogs that offer explicit details about violence in the border city. Many local journalists have publicly spoken out about how the existence of these anonymous pages puts their safety at risk by both encouraging violence and by creating confusion among the public about the role of journalists.
"These kinds of pages, and the people behind them, are putting us at risk," Sonia de Anda, a longtime Tijuana journalist who runs the news site Esquina 32, has said repeatedly. During her Monday morning newscast, she made the distinction between what the operators of anonymous Facebook pages do and the work of journalists, who go through a process to verify the information they publish and who include their real names with their reports, she explained.
The lines aren’t always perfectly clear, according to people who run the pages, human rights groups and civil organizations, who have pushed Facebook to continue allowing for anonymity. Some bloggers who run anonymous narco-news sites argue the only safe way to report on rivaling drug cartels is to remain anonymous.
Investigators said Monday they are looking into the possibility that the men were killed because of some information they shared with the public on their page, which is named after the telephone area code for Tijuana. Users suggested in comments that many of the page’s postings about drug trafficking had been deleted immediately following the murders.
A Facebook post following the men’s deaths identifies both as the founders of the site, which has more than 17,000 followers.
"Regarding this page, it was created by the two of them and due to what happened today, there are few of us left in the team, our intention was never to offend or make fun of anyone," the post reads, "however the publications were decided by the founding administrators, now this page will change course to offer what it was originally made for, news and good and important things from Tijuana, we apologize if anyone felt offended by previous posts."
A request for further comment sent to the messages section of the page was not immediately returned.
Facebook posts on other anonymous pages in Tijuana can sometimes include messages to rival gangs and operate much like a digital "narco-manta," or a banner left at crime scenes meant to take credit for a crime and to intimidate and threaten others in the area. On the lighter side of the business, some anonymous pages take money to promote specific events in the area.
Anonymous Facebook pages may have played a role in the Jan. 17 killing of longtime Tijuana veteran photojournalist Margarito Martínez, who was gunned down in front of his home.
Beforehand, a local blogger falsely accused him of running two anonymous Facebook pages — Tijuana en Guerra and Quemando Malandros — which was akin to accusing him of possibly being in cahoots with some of the city’s most dangerous criminal groups. Martínez feared for his life after the accusation was made.
Prosecutors say the motive for the murder of Martínez was likely retaliation for the publication in another news outlet of personal details and other information about the network of a violent criminal group that controlled the neighborhood where Martínez lived, according to text messages and evidence revealed in court.
In February, the son of a Mexican journalist was fatally shot outside his family home in Tijuana. The victim, Marcos Ernesto Islas Flores, managed a Facebook page titled Zona Norte Noticias, which shared news releases and articles. The state Attorney General’s Office said staff interviewed family members, who stated Islas Flores had not been recently working in the field of journalism and communications, but they have not said whether his murder was related to his posts on the Facebook page.
[Intelnews.com] A GROWING CONVERGENCE BETWEEN the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the United States military has been one of the most notable changes in American intelligence after 9/11. Some argue that the resulting overlap between the CIA and the military, in both capabilities and operations, has altered their character —perhaps permanently. The CIA has become more involved than ever before in lethal operations, while the military has embraced intelligence work with unprecedented intensity.
Today, more than two decades after 9/11, joint activities between the CIA and the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) have become customary. JSOC was founded in the aftermath of operation EAGLE CLAW —the failed attempt to free US diplomatic personnel held in Tehran during the Iran hostage crisis. Its mission is to bring together the Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements across the US military. In addition to ensuring inter-operability and standardization between these elements, JSOC oversees the operations of elite joint SOF units that perform highly classified activities around the world.
Increasingly since 9/11, the CIA and JSOC have been launching combined counter-terrorism operations and have learned to compete less and collaborate more —though turf wars between them are not uncommon. Today it is not unusual for CIA civilians to gather intelligence on a particular target before hand it over to JSOC, which in turn tasks its military personnel to use lethal force against the target. This type of collaboration may bear fruits in the counter-terrorism domain, but also makes it difficult for the US political leadership, primarily Congress, to exercise appropriate oversight over covert action.
PARTIAL OVERSIGHT
In an article published on Sunday, Dr. Jennifer Kibbe, Professor of Government at Franklin and Marshall College, and a specialist on the oversight of intelligence operations, explores the effects of the CIA-JSOC convergence on democratic accountability. The article, "CIA/SOF Convergence and Congressional Oversight", appears in the peer-reviewed journal Intelligence and National Security. If features statements from interviews by current and former Congressional staffers with experience in working for the intelligence committees of the US Congress.
Kibbe finds that the system of compartmentalization, which has traditionally secluded the activities of Congressional committees, coupled with the CIA-JSOC convergence, presents significant challenges for oversight. Presently, the Congressional intelligence committees oversee the activities of the CIA, while JSOC reports to the armed services committees. This poses problems in cases when, for instance, the CIA leads the front end of an operation and then hands it over to JSOC. This means that the intelligence committees in the House or Senate get access to only half of the operation and are unable to share their findings with the armed services committees. Conversely, the armed services committees are not privy to the CIA-led segment of the operation. This happens because of built-in compartmentalization procedures, but also because committee staffers tend have different clearance levels.
THE FUTURE
It is clear that the convergence between the CIA and JSOC is a product of the peculiar counter-terrorism environment that developed in response to the attacks of 9/11. Arguably, therefore, as Washington continues to shift its focus away from non-state actors, and concentrate instead on great-power competition, the CIA will return to its traditional intelligence role. In turn, its special operations wings, which have been involved in lethal operations since 9/11, will atrophy. It follows that the CIA-JSOC convergence, which makes it difficult for Congress to keep an eye on intelligence operations, is likely to subside and may even disappear altogether.
Kibbe strongly rejects this scenario, calling it “naïve”. She argues that, although it does not currently pose existential threats to the US, international terrorism will continue to be on the radar of American policy makers for the foreseeable future. Additionally, the ‘gray zone’ activities of the Kremlin, which have become a standard feature of great power competition in our time, invite covert action as an instrument of policy. Finally, she argues that the rapidly growing field of cyber operations is likely to feature prominently in “that area between diplomacy and war”, in which the CIA and SOF elements of the military are most useful to American policy makers.

DoD did NOT control events in Iraq or Afghanistan. Following initial 'boots on the ground,' all strategic calls were made by the Klingons and Foggy Bottom from their US Embassy thrones. The US military provided channeling, disruption, base and road security operations while the real decision makers conducted selective round-up and neutralization missions.
Loyalties began to change following The Goldwater–Nichols Department of Defense Reorganization Act of October 4, 1986. The US Special Operations budget was separated from the larger Army budget and funding process under the Goldwater-Nichols.
[Breitbart] For months, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) and Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) have bused thousands to New York City, New York, and Washington, DC — drawing opposition from New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) and Washington, DC, Mayor Muriel Bowser (D).
While Bowser — who requested the D.C. National Guard but was turned down by the Pentagon — has described the busing of border crossers and illegal aliens as a “crisis,” Adams has called the buses arriving in his city “horrific.”
Now, Biden is said to be concerned about “the optics” of pro-sanctuary city Democrat mayors swiftly opposing illegal immigration when it arrives on their doorsteps.
Reuters reports:
Thousands of migrants bused to Washington in recent months by Republican governors of states on the U.S.-Mexico border have caused tensions between the White House and the Democratic mayor of the U.S. capital city, four U.S. officials told Reuters. [Emphasis added]
…
White House officials disagree with Bowser’s portrayal of the migrant arrivals as a “crisis,” which echoes Abbott’s language about the border, three officials and another source familiar with the matter said. [Emphasis added]
“The message and the optics aren’t what the White House wants to hear or see from a Democratic mayor,” said one U.S. officials who, along with others, requested anonymity to discuss the internal consensus. [Emphasis added]
Most recently, as Breitbart News exclusively reported, buses of mostly single male adult border crossers and illegal aliens have started arriving in New York City. Workers with local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have provided the new arrivals with burritos, among other items.
[Breitbart] President Joe Biden was noticeably disoriented Monday as he struggled to put his sport coat back on during a visit to Kentucky.
During the trip back to Washington DC, the president traveled aboard Marine One and exited the helicopter at the Lexington airport wearing a mask and his aviator sunglasses.
The president paused after exiting to put his sports coat back on but fumbled for several seconds as he tried to get his arms into the sleeves.
He finally turned to First Lady Jill Biden for assistance after his arms got tangled.
The president, still wearing his mask, finally adjusted his coat successfully but then his aviator sunglasses fell off of his face, prompting him to stoop and pick them back up.
He then removed his mask as he approached Air Force One and walked over to speak with reporters.
“Are you hot enough?” he asked reporters as he approached.
The president, recently recovering from coronavirus, also coughed loosely as he spoke and answered a few questions about his trip.

[Jpost] The head of Lebanon's powerful armed movement Hezbollah, Sayyed His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah ...The satrap of the Medes and the Persians in Leb... , warned on Tuesday against any Israeli attempts to expand their targeting of Palestinian militants to Lebanon.
"Any attack on any human being will not go unpunished or unanswered," Nasrallah said in a televised address marking Ashura, a melancholic commemoration for Shi'ite Muslims of the killing the Prophet Mohammad's grandson Hussein.
On Saturday, Israeli defense minister Benny Gantz hinted at the possible targeting of Islamic Jihad officials abroad, who he said could be seen in "restaurants and hotels in Tehran, Syria and Lebanon."
"They too will have to pay the price," Gantz said.
On Monday, a day after a truce brokered by Egypt ended the Gaza violence, he said Israel could carry out "pre-emptive strikes" abroad.
"In the future too, if necessary, we will deliver a pre-emptive strike in order to defend Israel's citizens, sovereignty and infrastructure and this is true for all fronts, from Teheran to Khan Younis," he said.
Iran-backed Hezbollah is vehemently opposed to Israel and tensions between the two have been escalating in recent months over a disputed maritime border between Lebanon and Israel.
[Jpost] Tehran has rejected claims the satellite could be used by Moscow to boost its intelligence capabilities in Ukraine, saying Iran will have full control and operation over it "from day one."
A Russian rocket carrying an Iranian satellite successfully launched into space on Tuesday, causing national security and intelligence concerns for Israel and the West.
The remote sensing satellite, called "Khayyam" was launched by a Russian Soyuz rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, the home of Russian space launches located in southern Kazakhstan, at 08:52 a.m. Moscow time (0552 GMT) on Tuesday, according to a video broadcast by Russia's Roscosmos space agency on YouTube.
Israeli officials are concerned that the latest space cooperation between Moscow and Tehran will increase Iran’s capabilities to potentially launch intercontinental ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads in the future, as well as improve its monitoring of targets in the Jewish state and throughout the region.
An additional concern for Jerusalem could be this and future Russian-Iranian satellites reducing Israeli spies’ ability to penetrate the Islamic Republic’s border with operations which hold back its nuclear progress.
Meanwhile, the US and the West are concerned that the satellite could be used by Moscow to boost its intelligence capabilities in Ukraine.
Tehran has rejected the West’s claims, saying Iran will have full control and operation over it “from day one,” though this did not assuage Israeli concerns.
Iran says the satellite is designed for scientific research including radiation and environmental monitoring for agricultural purposes.
Iran’s space organization has received the first telemetry data sent from the Khayyam satellite.
WHITE NOISE OR SECURITY CONCERN?
This is the second time in three months that Russia has made noise about its assistance to Iran in the satellite technology sphere. Russia has sought to deepen its ties with Iran since February 24, when the Kremlin ordered tens of thousands of troops into Ukraine.
In July, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Iran on his first international trip outside the former Soviet Union since the start of Russia’s military campaign in Ukraine. While there, Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told Putin that Tehran and Moscow needed to stay vigilant against “Western deception.”
In past Russian-American crises, space had been one field where the sides found a way to maintain cooperation and strong ties despite geopolitical tensions.
Roscosmos and NASA recently inked a deal to carry each other’s astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS), but Moscow has declared its intent to quit the ISS at some point in the future.
In mid-June, The Washington Post reported that Russia was preparing to provide Iran with an advanced satellite that would enable it to track potential military targets across the Middle East, sending shudders through much of the region. The Post followed up with another report with similar concerns last week.
Anonymous Israeli officials told KAN in mid-June that they were concerned by the report, while US officials in public did little to dispel the mystery surrounding the issue.
In addition, officials were worried that Tehran might acquire photos and pass them on to proxies like Hezbollah and Hamas to increase the accuracy and effectiveness of their destructive power.
Putin had called the report “garbage,” but the Russian leader rarely admits to controversial actions that he orders.
The mid-June report had said that the new satellite would allow “continuous monitoring of facilities ranging from Persian Gulf oil refineries and Israeli military bases to Iraqi barracks that house US troops,” citing three unnamed sources – a current and a former US official and a senior Middle Eastern government official – briefed on the sale.
Though the Kanopus-V reported on in mid-June is marketed for civilian use, seemingly similar to the Khayyam, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps officials had reportedly made several trips to Russia since 2018 to work on Russian-Iranian space cooperation.
Further, the report said that Russian experts traveled to Iran this spring to train crews who would operate the satellite from a newly built facility near Karaj, west of Tehran.
The mid-June satellite report said it would feature Russian hardware, “including a camera with a resolution of 1.2 meters – a significant improvement over Iran’s current capabilities, though still far short of the quality achieved” by US or Israeli spy satellites.
The IRGC announced in April 2020 that it had successfully launched the country’s first military satellite into orbit. This led former US secretary of state Mike Pompeo to demand consequences before the UN Security Council.
In a press briefing in June, US State Department Deputy Spokeswoman Jalina Porter responded to a question about the Russian-Iranian satellite cooperation without taking a clear position. The US has not yet commented about the latest Russian-Iranian launch.
Israel space program chief and Maj. Gen. (res.) Isaac Ben-Israel was unfazed by concerns from the mid-June report, saying that it lacks any strategic significance.
To an average reader, a satellite that can get pictures within 1.2 meters from the ground sounds phenomenal. However, he said, currently Iran and any other country can buy satellite photos from the commercial sector at a mere $10,000 per shot, which are three times better.
[Jpost] Ibrahim Nabulsi has been wanted by the IDF for years for a number of terrorist attacks in the West Bank, including against Joseph's Tomb.
Ibrahim al-Nabulsi, who was wanted by the IDF for several years, was killed in an operation in the West Bank city on Tuesday.
Along with Nabulsi, two others were killed – Islam Soboukh and Hussein Taha. According to the Red Crescent, over 60 people were injured.
Special forces, from the police’s elite Yamam counter-terror unit and the IDF’s undercover Duvdevan Unit, entered Nablus early Tuesday morning and surrounded Nabulsi’s home. Nabulsi had been wanted by the IDF for years and was said to have been responsible for a number of terrorist attacks in the West Bank, including shooting attacks against military positions in the area and against Joseph’s Tomb which is located on the outskirts of Nablus.
Nabulsi refused to surrender and the security forces proceeded to use the “pressure cooker” method to reach him, which involved firing an anti-tank missile at the building in which he was holed up.
During the operation, a firefight broke out between IDF soldiers and Palestinians after security forces. There were 30 Palestinians said to have been wounded in the ensuing gun battle, which took place in daytime, a rarity in the West Bank. No casualties to Israeli forces were reported, although a trained dog belonging to Yamam was shot and killed when entering the building.
According to a statement from Yamam following the events in Nablus, police confirmed the death of Nabulsi, adding that “in the raid carried out in the location he was staying, a large number of explosives and additional weapons were found.”
In a recording shared online, a voice reported to be Nabulsi can be heard saying “I love you all, I am now going to die a martyr’s death, I am asking that you never leave your weapons. I love my mother, pray for me."
Commander of the IDF’s Samaria Regional Brigade Col. Roi Zweig, stated on Tuesday afternoon that “The operation to eliminate the terrorist Ibrahim al-Nablusi is a success. We will not allow there to be cities of refuge in Judea and Samaria. We will put our hands on every terrorist and we will go wherever we are required.”
AFTER THE deaths, al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades warned that the response would be “blood for blood” and that the deaths would lead to “operations that will shake” Israel.
WHO WAS IBRAHIM NABULSI?
Nabulsi, who did not have an organizational affiliation, took part in various attacks on Jews.
He was one of the terrorists involved in a shooting at Joseph's Tomb at the end of June, in which two Israeli civilians and one IDF commander were injured. The attack occurred during a regularly scheduled visit to the tomb to mark the new month, in which thousands of Jewish worshipers are allowed access to the site after the IDF has secured passage to the tomb.
He had evaded arrest several times in the past, and in February of this year, he was believed to have been eliminated by IDF forces along with three other members of his cell, but it was later discovered that he was still alive.
Then, in July, several months later, Nabulsi again escaped arrest during an IDF raid in which two additional members of his cell were killed.
OPERATION BREAK THE WAVE:
In addition to the operation carried out in Nablus overnight, IDF troops, along with Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) forces and other special forces, arrested an additional four wanted people throughout the West Bank.
In addition to the arrest, several illegal weapons, including grenades, were seized by security forces, as well as a stolen vehicle.

On its website, Philadelphia-based Ghost Robotics says: 'Our goal is to make our Q-UGVs an indispensable tool and continuously push the limits to improve its ability to walk, run, crawl, climb and eventually swim in complex environments that our customers must operate in, day in and day out.
'Ultimately, our robot is made to keep our warfighters, workers and K9s out of harm’s way.'
Ah, like Search and Rescue.

[KhaamaPress] Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... officials in Kunar province ... which is right down the road from Chitral. Kunar is Haqqani country..... in eastern Afghanistan say that the Mighty Pak Army and the Taliban forces engaged in an armed clash in the province along the Durand line.
According to Najibullah Hanif, the Taliban’s Head of Information and Culture Department in Kunar province, there were no casualties and the situation is now resolved.
Taliban official, Hanif, stated that the incident occurred because the Pak military planned to construct a post and put up barbed wire in the Bain-e-Shahi region of Dangam district in Kunar province close to the Durand Line.
Locals in Kunar province, on the other hand, said that the skirmish went on until 10:00 PM and that both sides utilized light and heavy weapons.
After the clash, Najibullah Hanif stated that Pak forces fired mortar shells, attacking various areas in the Dangam district.
The Taliban forces have repeatedly started severe armed festivities with the neighboring nations since assuming control in mid-August of last year, especially near the borders with Tajikistan, Iran, and Pakistain.
[KhaamaPress] Residents of Kabul, the Afghan capital, say that telecommunications services have been interrupted and cut off in a number of the city’s areas. "Mo didn't have Giganet access, and neither do you!"
According to a resident of Kabul, mobile networks are currently not working in the third, fifth, and thirteenth districts of the capital of Afghanistan.
Another 13th district resident said that the networks have been down since yesterday.
They express their concern regarding the internet outage and say that no one is willing to provide an answer for the reason the internet is not accessible.
Despite the Taliban ...Arabic for students... authorities’ silence on the matter, a telecommunications company claims that the Muharram ceremony has caused technical issues with telecommunications services in Kabul’s western districts.
Security threats against mourners have recently increased in the Shia-populated area west of Kabul.
Not only are there disrupted internet and telecommunications services, but several of the roads in Kabul’s western areas are also inaccessible.
Numerous people were killed and injured in two deadly explosions that took place in the western Kabul areas of Sar-e-Kariz and Pol-e-Sokhta on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
The majority of those killed and injured were Shi’ite Afghans who were practicing the Shi’ite Moslem occasion of Muharram.
[KhaamaPress] Taliban ...Arabic for students... supreme leader, Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, has assigned the deputy prime minister of the Taliban, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, to round up beggars from the streets of Kabul, the Afghan capital.
According to the Taliban-controlled Bakhtar News Agency, the Deputy Prime Minister of the group has been directed to coordinate with respective agencies to begin work on rounding up panhandlers from Kabul city, addressing and solving their problems.
After biometrics, beggars with skills and abilities will be given jobs and their guardians will be asked to give up and swear off begging in the future, according to Bakhtar.
Per the statement, street children beggars would receive an education, and beggars who are extremely underprivileged and unable to work will receive a monthly salary.
According to a recent Save the Children report, 13 million children are among the 24.4 million people in Afghanistan who urgently need humanitarian assistance.
After the Taliban took control of Afghanistan it put the nation in a sharp decline in international aid, loss of access to foreign reserves, and disruption of financial links.
The aforementioned factors resulted in a significant contraction of the economy, soaring poverty, and financial insecurity, as well as high unemployment and spiked food inflation, making Afghan people beg on the streets.
[ToloNews] During his visit to the province of Khost ...which coincidentally borders North Wazoo and Kurram Agency... , Noorullah Munir, the acting minister of education, stated that girls' schools had been shut down due to cultural constraints. He expressed his hope that the Islamic Emirate's leaders and the elders would agree to reopen girls' schools.
"People are not sensitive to the education of their girls, but to their girls leaving the house, and the culture of Afghans is quite sensitive in this area. You know better that the Islamic Emirate is attempting to reach an agreement with the people and start this process," he said.
Munir denies reports that the closure of the girls' schools was caused by the change in the curriculum. He said that the Afghan curriculum has issues and that there is currently no plan to change it.
"We have never said that we would begin working on the curriculum right away. Bringing changes to the curriculum is the right of every nation, people, and every government," he stated.
On Sunday, the Deputy Minister of Education said that the delay in reopening girls' schools was caused by problems in the curriculum for girls.
"Three times work has been done on the available curriculum, still this issue has not been completed. God willing, we are responsible to our people over this issue, whether it is a man or a woman," said Sayed Ahmad Shahidkhail, deputy of the Ministry of Education.
The Acting Minister of Education admits that more than 5,000 of the 20,000 schools in the country do not have buildings and need reconstruction and renovation.
[Hot Air] In June, the FDA approved COVID vaccines for children ages six months through five years. For a variety of reasons, many analysts predicted that participation rates for these age groups would be significantly lower than for the rest of the population. But the vaccines began being shipped out to pediatricians and clinics around the country anyway. Those predictions turned out to be more than a little prescient.
The Boston Globe reports this week that doctors are throwing out vials of vaccine at an alarming rate due to the storage and usage requirements for the Pfizer doses. Massachusetts has one of the highest vaccination rates for young children in the country, but that rate is still barely in double digits. The national figures are considerably lower still.
[Washington Examiner] A recent congressional push against Russian influence in Africa threw a bit of a wrench into Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s plans to improve U.S. ties with one of the continent’s leading states.
He arrived in South Africa in part to unveil a new U.S. strategy for sub-Saharan Africa, which is in the midst of a population growth surge that could propel African societies to economic and political heights. "By 2050, 1 in 4 people on this planet will be African," he said. "So this is the future, quite literally. And what we’re investing in is that future."
Blinken touted that investment while attempting to surmount the impediments left by the history of Western imperialism in Africa, a legacy that China and Russia routinely invoke while advancing their strategic interests in the region. South Africa's foreign minister, Naledi Pandor, acknowledged that Blinken "confirmed that America is not asking us to choose" sides in a new geopolitical struggle, but she didn’t hide her displeasure for a House-passed bill that would require the State Department to assess and "to hold accountable the Russian Federation and African governments and their officials who are complicit in aiding such malign influence and activities," as the legislation put it.
"In terms of our interaction with some of our partners in Europe and elsewhere, there has been a sense of patronizing bullying toward ’you choose this or else,’ and the recent legislation passed in the United States of America by the House of Representatives we found a most unfortunate bill that we had hoped the media would say more about," Pandor said. "Because when we believe in freedom — as I’m saying, it’s freedom for everybody — you can’t say because Africa is doing this, you will then be punished by the United States."

(www.oann.com) According to reports from The Miami Herald, the Florida judge who signed off on the search warrant that allowed FBI agents to raid former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home on Monday once represented Jeffrey Epstein’s accomplices.
The news organization detailed that Judge Bruce Reinhart had quit his job as a US attorney in 2008 to go work for the disgraced financier. Reinhart represented his plane pilots, his assistant and many others who had ties to Epstein. The Florida judge donated to the campaign of former President Barack Obama as well as to opponents of then-candidate Trump during the 2016 election.
The Monday raid by the DOJ is being labeled as highly political. Many speculated federal agents are looking for something beyond classified White House documents.
A number of Republicans slammed the FBI by saying its actions are motivated by a political bias. They pointed out that the bureau has protected Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden from congressional scrutiny.
Rep Scott Perry is the newly elected Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus – whose mission is “to give a voice to countless Americans who feel that Washington does not represent them.
[ZERO] President Joe Biden on Monday reacted to China's military announcing it is extending drills surrounding Taiwan. The four days of live fire exercises, which Taiwan sees as a direct threat and has described as effectively a "blockade", were scheduled to end Sunday, but the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Eastern Theatre Command announced Monday that it is "continuing joint training under real war conditions, focused on organizing joint anti-submarine warfare and naval strikes."
In the fresh remarks, Biden said in what was a surprise to many that he's "not worried" about Chinese aggression toward Taiwan at this moment. "I’m not worried, but I’m concerned that they’re moving as much as they are. But I don’t think they’re going to do anything more," Biden told a group of reporters before traveling to Kentucky.
#1
Of course he "isn't worried." He and the treacherous Deep State are facilitating and abetting the Chinese aggression.
One of these provocative military exercises will suddenly go HOT and we will do absolutely nothing. The Chinese know they have a Biden window and must act soon.
#4
The Biden window and the Pelosi Provocation are pretext for the massive ChiCom PLAN effort to sustain provocative and increasingly credible demonstrations in-force to make the Taiwanese uncloak any remaining major sensor and weapons systems. This mapping of any unknown but suspected assets is perhaps a final ISR factor in the Go/NoGo decision matrix for Xi.
My guess is the Russian experience has added a limiting political consideration for Xi should it not go well and he faces the CCP Central Committee.
[Mises] The following is a plea to Germany—the war is over and has been for three-quarters of a century. It's time to stop prostrating yourself for the supposed "good" of Europe. It's time to take complete control of your domestic and foreign policy, without interference from haughty, busybody world elites, and do what is best for yourself. You will be pleasantly surprised that what is good for yourself is also good for your neighbors and the world.

LOL as if the German government wants what's good for Germany.
No.
What they want is to pursue their own objectives: mastery of the EU, joining a superstate that will be linked with other superstates to form a global governance, open borders, and the end of the German ethnicity in favor of a Afro-European mixed race population.

[IsraelTimes] Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®, claims 2 members killed in fighting, while terror group DFLP also says one of its fighters died during 3-day IDF operation
The Paleostinian Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... terror group identified on Monday 12 members of its military wing who were killed in three days of intense fighting with Israel, including two of the terror group’s top commanders in Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... .The Israel Defense Forces has said it believes a far higher number of Islamic Jihad bad boyz were potted in the fighting, but stresses that its figures are estimates.
PIJ’s al-Quds Brigades released a graphic with photos of the fighters, among them Tayseer Jabari and Khaled Mansour, the leaders of Islamic Jihad’s northern and southern brigades in Gaza, respectively.
The former was killed in an Israeli strike Friday that kicked off the conflict, while the latter was targeted on Saturday night.
Hamas, the terror group that controls Gaza, said two members of its military wing were killed in the fighting between Israel and Islamic Jihad, while the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Paleostine ... a breakaway faction of the Pöpular Frönt för the Liberation of Paleostine. The are regarded as the most intellectual of Paleostinian fedayeen groups, smoking cheap cigarettes and drawing heavily on Marxist-Leninist theory to explain their crappy lives. They can occasionally be seen strutting through the streets of Paleostine, dressed up like soldiers and lugging firearms, though they seldom manage to hit anything and then usually by accident. This may be because of their habit of wearing black masks that cut off most of their vision. That would also explain their habit of occasionally walking into walls, which is a well-known attribute of those immersed in true understanding of the dialectic... said one of its fighters was killed.
The IDF made clear it was not interested in an escalation with Gaza’s rulers and avoided targeting the terror group’s operatives and assets.
The Israel Defense Forces embarked on Operation Breaking Dawn after several days of road closures and lockdowns in Israeli communities near the Strip due to what it said was the possibility of an imminent attack, with Islamic Jihad seeking to avenge the August 1 arrest of its West Bank leader, Bassem Saadi.
Israeli leaders and military officials said the operation was started because Islamic Jihad had refused to back down from its plans to attack Israeli targets close to the border.
The IDF announced on Monday it was removing all the safety precautions, including the reopening of roads near the Gaza border and restrictions on gatherings, after a ceasefire came into effect on Sunday at 11:30 p.m. and held.
According to the IDF, Paleostinian snuffies fired over 1,100 rockets toward Israel during the fighting, around 380 of which were intercepted by the Iron Dome missile defense system, with a success rate of 95-97 percent. The military estimated that around 200 projectiles failed to clear the border and landed inside the Strip.
In a briefing to news hounds, an IDF spokesperson said the military believes Israeli strikes killed 35 people in Gaza during the fighting, 11 of them civilians.
According to the military’s estimates, an additional 16 people uninvolved in the hostilities were killed by Gazook rockets that fell short.
The Gaza Health Ministry, run by Hamas, said that at least 44 Paleostinians had been killed, including 15 children, and 360 people had been maimed since Friday. Israel is said to believe that most of the children killed in Gaza died as a result of rocket misfires by Islamic Jihad.
Several Israelis were lightly injured by shrapnel during the fighting, or while running for shelter when the rocket sirens sounded.
Time for Israel to work up a new set of targets, as this answers the question of how long the hudna will last.
[IsraelTimes] The head of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group threatens to resume its attacks if two of its members currently being held by Israel are not released, a day after a ceasefire went into effect, following three days of fighting.
In an interview aired on the Islamic Jihad’s Palestine Today television network, Ziad Nakhaleh said the organization had made the ceasefire contingent upon Israel releasing two members of the group: Bassam al-Saadi, the head of the organization’s activities in the West Bank, and Khalil Awawdeh, who is currently on a hunger strike in protest of his administrative detention by Israel.
“From the very beginning, we insisted that the two leaders be freed — the brother on hunger strike, and Bassam Al-Saadi. The enemy tried to proceed slowly in agreeing to this demand, but in the end it has conceded to these demands, with explicit Egyptian guarantees — that our mujahid brother Khalil Awawdeh will set out for the hospital tomorrow, and then he will go home. As for Bassam Al-Saadi, we received an explicit promise, in writing, that Egypt pledges to follow up on his release in the shortest possible time frame,” Nakhaleh says.
Israeli officials have denied this arrangement, saying they did not intend to release either man early.
In his speech, Nakhaleh says his organization told the Egyptians that Israel has one week to release the prisoners or it will call off the ceasefire.
“I want to make it clear that if Israel, the enemy, does not abide by these demands that it agreed to, then we would treat this as if there was no [ceasefire] at all, the [ceasefire] agreement was void, and we will resume the fighting, inshallah. If the enemy does not carry out its obligations according to the agreement, we will not hesitate for a moment to resume the fighting, and then Allah can do with us as He wills,” he says.
[IsraelTimes] Housing Minister Zeev Elkin says the government is not prepared to free thousands of Palestinian prisoners to get back Israeli captives held in Gaza.
“There won’t be a release of thousands of prisoners in return for the captives and the missing,” Elkin tells the Kan public broadcaster, amid reports that there was a chance to forge a deal in the wake of the ceasefire agreement.
The Hamas terror group holds two living Israelis — Avera Mengistu and Hisham al-Sayed — as well as the bodies of two Israeli soldiers: Oron Shaul and Hadar Goldin.
Israel and Hamas have held indirect talks in an attempt to reach a prisoner exchange deal. A similar deal in 2011 to release Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit from Hamas’s clutches saw 1,027 Palestinian security prisoners released, many of them convicted terrorists.
However, Elkin says that “there are constant efforts to move the negotiations forward.

[ShabelleMedia] Æthiopian warplanes have bombed parts of the Hiran region in central Somalia today.
The shelling took place in the areas of Bagda, Qabno, and Cowmaad located between the districts of Mataban and Mahaas in the Hiran region.
According to local residents, the Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... targeted areas where al-Shabaab ...... Somalia's version of the Taliban ...Arabic for students... , functioning as an arm of al-Qaeda... hard boyz were present.
There is no statement from the Æthiopian government or al-Shabaab regarding the air raid and the official losses that resulted.
It was recently when the fighters of al-Shabaab launched an attack on the border areas of Æthiopia.
[REDSTATE] GOP Leadership in the House has responded forcefully to the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago, with GOP leader Kevin McCarthy ...the GOP house majority whip. He replaces Eric Cantor, who got whupped because his politix are like Kevin McCarthy's... directly calling out Attorney General Merrick Garland, and the Republicans on the Judiciary Committee tearing into the FBI for the raid.
McCarthy’s statement was straight to the point.
McCarthy’s tweet came hours after former President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... emailed supporters announcing the FBI was raiding his home in Mar-a-Lago. Trump was not at the resort at the time of the raid. It also comes after Garland in recent weeks indicated he was serious about moving forward on investigating the former president in relation to the riot at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Republican members of the House Judiciary Committee had strong words for and about the FBI after the raid became public. There is currently no indication that anyone on the Judiciary Committee or at the White House was made aware of the raid before it happened and was announced by Trump.
Individual members of the committee also had comments to add.
The Republicans are currently expected to take the House of Representatives in the November midterm election.
The raid appears to stem from classified documents that were removed from the White House and taken to Mar-a-Lago. The National Archives have been working for months to get those documents back to no avail. There does not seem to be any link between the raid and the Jan. 6 investigation put on by a separate House committee and one from the Justice Department.

If there was a single real American man amongst them they would all be calling for his firing and arrest. Spineless coward corrupt RINOs, every single one of them.
Keeping track of the latest developments in this story — a sharp lesson for any company thinking to purchase fashionable political “virtues”.
[IsraelTimes] Ben & Jerry’s is seeking an injunction in a New York court against its parent company, amid ongoing legal fallout over the ice cream maker’s attempted boycott of West Bank settlements last year.
The ice cream maker wants to prevent its parent company Unilever from transferring intellectual property to Ben & Jerry’s Israel, which Unilever granted independence in a settlement earlier this year.
Ben & Jerry’s argues that Ben & Jerry’s Israel could usurp the company’s image by taking a new flavor and changing its branding. For example, Ben & Jerry’s could make a pro-Paleostinian flavor, and the Israeli branch could take the same flavor, and brand it as pro-settlement, the lawyers argue.
Ben & Jerry’s considers the branding surrounding its social mission and activism as key to its business success.
As evidence, the plaintiff’s lawyers point to the Ben & Jerry’s Israel website, which displays company branding in English, and an interview Israeli franchise owner Avi Zinger gave to Haaretz, in which he said he "can do what he wants" with the company.
Lawyers representing Conopco, the main US branch of Unilever, say Ben & Jerry’s does not have the authority to make such claims because the intellectual property is owned by Unilever, and Unilever’s agreement with Ben & Jerry’s Israel is already closed.
The Ben & Jerry’s board, which is pressing the case, only has limited power related to its social mission, and does not have the authority to force business decisions, the lawyers argue.
They also say there is no imminent threat to Ben & Jerry’s branding, calling the suspicions "highly speculative and remote," and that the agreement with Ben & Jerry’s Israel only allows the use of Hebrew and Arabic branding anyway.
The judge has not yet ruled on the injunction. The hearing takes place in the federal Southern District Court of New York.
[BREITBART] Israel won a swift and decisive victory last weekend in a brief conflict with Paleostinian Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. (PIJ), an Iranian-backed terrorist group based in the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. Strip.
A short, victorious war.
The war began after Israel arrested a PIJ leader in the West Bank last week. PIJ then began mobilizing for terror attacks along the Gaza-Israel boundary, and Israel launched a preemptive strike, killing PIJ leader Taysir al-Jabari.
Starting Friday afternoon, PIJ then launched about 1,000 rockets, many of which were intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome missile shield. Some PIJ rockets actually killed Paleostinian civilians in Gaza.
Meanwhile, ...back at the wreckage, Captain Poindexter wished he had thought to pack sun block... Israel wiped out PIJ targets — including the whole leadership — with minimal impact on civilians.
The whole conflict ended Sunday evening with an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire, leaving many observers puzzled as to whether PIJ — and Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... — had made a massive blunder.
There are several consequences that are immediately clear:
1. Iran looks vulnerable. Iran’s proxy was easily routed, which raises questions about the military readiness of other proxies, such as Hezbollah in Leb ...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozeen flavors of Christians. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... . One of the reasons Iran has been able to deter a possible military strike on its nuclear facilities — either by Israel or the U.S. — is the fear that it could retaliate against Israel using rockets launched from Lebanon and Gaza. While Hamas, the well-beloved offspring of the Moslem Brotherhood, — also supported by Iran — has been able to hurt Israel somewhat, PIJ’s utter failure damages Iran’s deterrence.
2. Paleostinians failed to rouse international sympathy. When President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences... took office, amid promises of opening a Paleostinian consulate in Jerusalem, and restoring some funding to Paleostinian organizations, it seemed Israel might suffer. But after Hamas launched a war against Israel last year, forcing Biden in a more pro-Israel direction, the Paleostinians — and their left-wing allies in the U.S. — lost their opportunity. There was barely any international opposition to Israel this time around.
3. Israel is winning the media war. Sixteen years ago, during the Second Lebanon War, terror groups were able to trigger international outrage against Israel by hiding fighters and weapons among civilians, and manufacturing stories of atrocities. It fell to independent bloggers to debunk the media’s worst anti-Israel stories. Israel’s media operation is far more sophisticated today. It responded instantly to claims of an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... on Paleostinian civilians by showing they had been hit by a PIJ rocket.
4. Qatar ...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi... is becoming a positive player. Qatar had, until recently, been known as a major sponsor of the Moslem Brüderbund and Paleostinian terror groups. But Qatar has begun to play a more positive role, limiting its funding to more legitimate uses in Gaza, and reportedly helping Egypt to mediate the ceasefire between Israel and PIJ. If Qatar joins the other Arab states that have become friendly toward Israel, within and beyond the Abraham Accords, that will be huge step toward regional peace.
5. Israel’s left-wing government may be stronger heading into fall elections. Israelis have tended to trust former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on foreign policy and national security. But interim Prime Minister Yair Lapid can now say he led Israel to victory. Moreover, the Arab party in his coalition stayed quiet, and there was little of the inter-communal Arab-Jewish violence of the previous conflict. Lapid and his allies might hope to remain in power, thwarting a Netanyahu revival.
As always, there are few certainties in the Middle East. And while PIJ may have lost decisively, other Iranian-backed groups, notably Hamas and Hezbollah, are thought to have much more sophisticated arsenals. Still, with Iran facing possible renewed international isolation in the absence of a new nuclear deal, the momentum in the Middle East appears to have shifted — and the Biden administration can seize the moment, if it tries.

[TopWar] The Ukrainian army is actually not as strong as they say in Kyiv, the number of personnel and equipment does not match the official data provided by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. For example, a third of the tank brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine exists only on paper. About it writes the American edition of Forbes.
The Kyiv regime, headed by Zelensky, relied on Western assistance, and in order to show the United States and Europe that the Ukrainian army is stronger than the Russian one and only needs to be invested in, Kyiv came up with the idea of making "virtual" units that exist only on paper. According to the American publication, a third of the tank brigades in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are only listed as part of the Ground Forces, in fact they are not.
According to Forbes, there are six tank brigades in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 14th and 17th. Of these, two - 5 and 14 - exist only on paper. According to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 5th tank brigade is allegedly stationed in Odessa, but does not make any movements, even with the start of the Russian special military operation of Russia. According to the Americans, if the brigade existed, it would have fought long ago either in the Donbass or in another direction, since it makes no sense to keep such forces in the rear in the current situation.
The same goes for the 14th Tank Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was listed in the documents of the General Staff, and then simply disappeared from all orders, etc.
The publication expresses confidence that the case with the "virtual" tank brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is far from the first, just not everything is known yet. In Ukraine, it has long been a habit to advertise itself to the West with the help of fictitious achievements, units, etc., thereby showing the alleged combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In WW2 the US Army had an entire series of fictitious military formations. Left 'holes' in the numbering sequence of new units, had the Army heraldry department design 'authentic' unit insignia and even had a small group of radio transmitters mimic fake radio traffic when they supposedly were on training maneuvers (1942 and later). Quite involved and culminated in the deception plan for the D-Day invasion in 1944.

There is a difference between maskirova and cooking the books. Ukraine being Ukraine, my first suspicion is the latter. You could argue that it is all maskirovka, the only difference being whether the target is enemy forces or your own accountants.
There was a story back in the Cold War days about a Russian sub being watched by satellite recon while it was docked at a pier. After a typhoon went thru the area, the photo analysts were amused to see the "sub" folded in half.

I am going to be generous and say part optimism and part bureaucratic corruption.
Theory: the roster of Armored Brigades, along with other mechanized units, was decided on prior to 2014. Because of Russian "adventurism" (lets call it that) the Ukrainians needed to adopt a levée en masse to bulk up the army and switched to an army based on local "militias and volunteer" units discarding the "Modern Mechanized Army" -- no money and no time. Since then it was too much hassle to officially disband the ghost units and perhaps there were bureaucrats happy with their 'phoney baloney jobs' in the skeletons of the ghost units.
[ShabelleMedia] Mortar shells struck residential neighbourhoods near the presidential palace in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu on Sunday shortly after parliament convened to approve the country’s recently appointed cabinet, underlining the security challenges confronting the new government.
In addition to a looming famine, the Horn of Africa nation also faces a grinding Islamist insurgency, with al-Shabaab ...... al-Qaeda's tentacle in East Africa... Death Eaters ratcheting up their attacks in recent months.
On Sunday, as parliament met to approve Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre’s 75-member cabinet, which includes a former al-Shabaab deputy leader, several rounds of mortar shells landed near the presidential palace, according to a security official and a witness.
"We have no recorded casualties so far as investigations are ongoing," district security official Mohammed Abdifatah said.
One of the rounds damaged a medical facility in the area, according to an onlooker.
"One of the mortar rounds struck in the midst of the Xararyaale intersection and another hit a hospital close by," Abdikadir Yare, a witness, said.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack, which came weeks after recently elected President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud hinted at his government’s willingness to negotiate with al-Shabaab, saying it would only happen when the time is right.
A total of 229 politicians voted in favour of the new cabinet, with seven votes against and one abstention.
Former al-Shabaab deputy leader and front man Muktar Robow, who once had a $5-million US bounty on his head, will be the country’s new religion minister.
Robow, 53, publicly defected from the al-Qaeda-linked Death Eaters in August 2017.

[RIA Novosti] Six foreign ships with food left Ukrainian ports on August 7 and 8, Mikhail Mizintsev, head of Russia's National Defense Control Center, said.
"As part of the implementation of the Initiative on Mutual Understanding for the Safe Transportation of Grain from the Ports of Ukraine, on August 7, the dry-cargo ship Riva Wind (Marshall Islands, cargo - corn) left the port of Odessa, the tanker Mustafa Nekati ( Turkey , cargo - sunflower oil) , dry cargo ships "Star Helen" (Marshall Islands, cargo - flour) and "Glory" (Marshall Islands, cargo - corn) from the port of Chernomorsk," the general said.
In addition, on Monday, the cargo ship Arizona ( Liberia ) with corn left the port of Chernomorsk, and the dry cargo ship Sakura (Liberia) with soybeans left the port of Yuzhny, Mizintsev added.
At the same time, 61 foreign ships from 14 countries still remain blocked in six Ukrainian ports, namely in Kherson, Nikolaev, Chornomorsk, Ochakov, Odessa and Yuzhny.
It became unprofitable for Ukrainian farmers to grow grain
He stressed that Russia strictly implements all agreements to ensure the export of grain, food and mineral fertilizers from Ukrainian ports.
Earlier on Monday, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine informed that the Polarnet vessel, which was one of the first to take part in the initiative for the safe transportation of grain and food, successfully passed the inspection team in Istanbul and arrived at its final destination in Turkey.
Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN signed a "trade deal" on July 22. The package of these documents provides for the removal of restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers to world markets, and also determines the algorithm for the safe exit of commercial ships from the Black Sea ports controlled by Ukraine along specially created sea corridors. The humanitarian operation is taking place with the active participation of Russian officers as part of the Joint Coordination Center in Istanbul.
Links to all of today’s articles and commentary on the subject can be seen here. We had the first report of the FBI raid yesterday evening here.
[REDSTATE] It was certainly shocking news to hear on Monday that the FBI was raiding Mar-a-Lago. There was more news about what might be behind it, relating to classified material that Trump might have but if that’s the case, it makes it even more ridiculous as there would be other ways to proceed. It seemed like a fishing expedition to see what they could grab.
But perhaps nowhere could it be more shocking or more upsetting than to the Trump family who have been pursued, for so long by the Democrats, with every political effort they have thrown at them.
Lara Trump — Trump’s daughter-in-law and Eric Trump’s wife — was on Fox News. She gave some of the family’s reactions since she had been talking with the former president about what had just happened. She said that this was not just about Trump. But if they could even go to this length against the former president of the United States of America, what stops them from going after you?
She made it clear she thought it was an attempt to guard against him running again in 2024, weaponizing the justice system against him. She also pointed out that the family had been cooperating with the FBI.
Eric Trump also provided some further information. His father had said that they even broke into his safe. But Eric told Fox’s Brian Kilmeade there had been nothing in the safe, so they came away with nothing there.
Eric said this was outrageous, with 30 agents at the house, and he said he believed it had to come from Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of propity.... There’s no other way to say it but that they are right. The Democrats have been trying to get Trump since before he was elected — to knock him out with false Russia collusion allegations, then the efforts to impeach him on ridiculous charges. Now, with Joe Biden in horrible shape, and the Democrats about to lose horrifically in the midterms, they’re after him again in the hopes they can knock him out in some way in 2024.
But if anything, it’s only going to charge up Republicans, even more, to circle the wagons and realize there is no choice, everyone has to get out and throw the Democrats out of office in November if we are ever to stop this kind of corruption. We are not a banana republic but they are doing all they can to make us into one in their naked effort to hold onto power.
[BREITBART] Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... Jr., the eldest child of former President Donald Trump, reacted to the FBI raid at the former president’s Florida home, Mar-A-Lago, saying that the Democrats are "openly targeting their political enemies."
"[President Joe] Biden’s out of control DOJ is ripping this country apart with how they’re openly targeting their political enemies," Trump stated on social media.
He added that a raid on political opponents "is what you see happen in 3rd World Banana Republics!!!"
The former president, who was the first to confirm the raid, released a lengthy statement, part of which stated, "These are dark times for our Nation," as his home "is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents." He added, "Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before."
Politico reported on the raid:
Two sources familiar with the search said it was related to allegations that Trump allies improperly removed boxes of presidential records from the White House after leaving office — including some that may have included classified information. One of those sources said the raid took "hours."
However, those who apply themselves too closely to little things often become incapable of great things... CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... noted that the National Archives, which collects and sorts presidential material, has already stated that "at least 15 boxes of White House records were recovered from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort — including some that were classified." And how would CNN know this? An ass-covering leak?
But, in an interview with Breitbart News’s Kristina Wong, Kash Patel, a former top Trump administration official, said the claims that "classified materials were found at Mar-a-Lago are misleading" since the "documents were actually already declassified by then-President Donald Trump, but the classification markings had not been updated."

If so, I'm sure it was unintentional, so that gets him the "Hillary Pass", right?

Using the DC Swamp well documented History of:
ORGANIZED VOTER FRAUD,
FAKED IMPEACHMENT EVIDENCE,
BIDEN FAMILY & OTHERS PAY-O-LA/BRIBES,
PERJURY,
SUBVERSION & TREASON.
I read this and say they needed to stop TRUMP from running in 2024. Plus, needed to get the evidence he had on them to avoid criminal charges and a purge of the LSD installed 5th column Gov.

[Censor] The brutal killing of our captured Azov people in Yelenovka is another way out of the bounds of any humanity of the Russians. Last Thursday, the relatives of the prisoners gathered in Sofia Square to ask the world to recognize Russia as a terrorist country and to demand access of the Red Cross to the living prisoners.
However, there are people in Ukraine who have been wandering the stairs of hell for several months, because they do not even know what happened to their relatives. These are, in particular, relatives of conscript National Guardsmen who defended Mariupol. Many of these boys died during the defense of the city, many were captured, but there are also those whose fate is unknown. More precisely, there are eyewitnesses who saw how they were captured, but they were not officially given the status of a prisoner.
The nephew of my interlocutor was a conscript of the 3057th military unit of the National Guard. He was drafted in the summer of 2021 and was assigned to Mariupol.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the boy communicated with his relatives every day - by phone or SMS. But that lasted only until March 9.
"They were in a cheerful mood. They said: "Everything is fine, we are fighting." The only thing they asked was: "How is Kyiv, is it holding up? Is it as terrible there as here?". For some reason, they did not have information," the woman says.
Then there were two weeks of complete obscurity, until the families of the National Guardsmen found a contact with the unit and he said that everything is fine, the guys are in position.
"Two more weeks passed like this, after which we were told that contact with the positions was lost. Then contact was lost altogether," says the boy's relative.
Later it became known that some conscripts got to Azovstal - some were evacuated there wounded, some ran there. It is not known what happened to the others.
And somewhere on April 27, one national guard came to the relatives and reported that he had seen a relative of my interlocutor and his brothers taken prisoner.
Since then, the family has appealed to all possible authorities. They also found people with the same problems and organized themselves into a common group. Among them are relatives of not only conscripts, but also officers.
Relatives complain that they do not know how prisoner registers and exchange lists are formed. "Someone has a video of them being taken prisoner, but they seem to be missing, someone was seen being taken prisoner, as in our case," - notes the interlocutor of Censor.NET.
But the boys remained missing, and the military man who apparently saw their capture was not interviewed. At least his relatives do not know about his interrogation.
As a result, having lost faith in the Ukrainian government, people begin to look for their relatives ... because of Sharia. "Out of desperation, people become adherents of Sharia, they bow down to him, he mocks people, but what's interesting is that he finds boys, he tells where they can be," says my interlocutor.
People were already ready to bring the story to the people, but those in power ask not to do this.
Interlocutors of Censor.NET in power say that fortunately there are few such cases. They explain that this problem also arose due to the fact that at first the prisoners were dealt with by several institutions - the Office of the Ombudsman, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk and intelligence. Since May 30, only intelligence has been dealing with the issue of prisoners.
But for now, the relatives of the invisible National Guardsmen have only despair, because they do not know where and what happened to their relatives.
A few weeks before the events in Yelenovka, my interlocutor managed to find out that her relative was also there, but then they were transferred.
Commentary by Russian blogger Donetsk
[DonRF] Lev Removich, who I respect , undoubtedly knows history well, better than I do. And his irony about thebarn is understandable, I would still be ironic in a different way, given the progress of more than a week of active fighting. I could, but I won't. Because our Verdun has two dimensions - military and political.
In the military dimension, everything is clear - the enemy has a numerical advantage, we have an artillery advantage. The goals are limited, both for them and for us. As a result, battles take place in narrow sections of the front, where we, having a large number of guns, are trying to break open long-term defenses without using a lot of infantry. The enemy, having lost positions, brings reserves into battle and counterattacks. So it happened with Seversk, so it happened with Peski. So it was at Lisichansk/Severodonetsk.
As a result, it turns out that - to take a little, it is necessary to keep it. Infantry is needed to hold, and infantry is scarce. It is not enough of it consciously - the Russian Federation does not participate in hostilities, the Russian Federation is conducting a special military operation - a special military operation. In the country itself (except for the Borderlands) there is peace and quiet, people are busy with their own affairs.
The goals are limited: the calculation for the exhaustion of the enemy with further access to the peace agreement. I'm not saying that this is good or bad, these are the realities. And in fact, from what I know, it partially works. Coffins are being sent to the West, reserves from the large bases of the former Red Banner Carpathian Military District have been removed and sent to the Donbas direction. They trade holding territory for corpses. And with a certain perseverance, sooner or later their defense will be crushed.
True, there are nuances - even if the goals of the first phase are fulfilled, namely, by occupying the suburbs of Donetsk and Artemovsk with Soledar, the problem will not be solved. Furthermore. They themselves estimate their mob potential at 1.5 million people, of which 700-800 thousand have joined the ranks. That is, we run the risk of getting a long chain of Verdun, for the wear of suitcases and the depletion of warehouses. Moreover, the position is there:
Russia will close the possibility for further negotiations with Ukraine and Western countries in the event of holding referendums on the territory of the regions under its control. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in a video message published on his official Telegram channel.
It is unambiguous, and it already worked once when the referendums were put on hold in the spring. But spring is, God bless it, the main thing is something else - having 1.5 million motivated (more by the prospect of a prison term or a chance to become a combat dog ... som) meat, supported by NATO artillery, albeit in small quantities, and a means of influencing our rear (HIMARS), they will fight to the extreme. And with poverty in the infantry, we should not expect big operations. Only local. The end result is a dead end. Long battles to grind reserves - advance - a new operation of the same type. For months each. Until they break down.
This is exactly what happened in the LPR, this is what is happening in the DPR. And no mobilization -- excuse me, the call of "volunteers" -- in the Republics will help. All who knew how and we wanted already. And there are few people left in the Republics. Otherwise ... I can only join in the chuckle at the "alarmist" Strelkov, which I thought of - to prohibit the dismissal of military personnel for the duration of the NWO, and to mobilize at least specialists.
It's funny ... Just like the bridges across the Dnieper, and the notorious decision-making centers. Meanwhile, in the DPR, the number of civilians killed due to shelling yesterday was four. And 17 were wounded. A total of 29 people suffered from Lepestkov.
[REDSTATE] The way Democrats and the mainstream media talk incessantly about former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... , one would think that it’s Trump and not Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem mschine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family... who currently occupies the Oval Office.
Indeed, even Biden himself can’t stop obsessing over Trump, bizarrely invoking him in recent comments he made about his recent bout with COVID. He also made sure that Democrats marked the anniversary of the Jan. 6, 2020 Capitol riot complete with a speech in which Trump was the focus and where Biden proclaimed Trump was responsible for the breach of the U.S. Capitol, something he reiterated during a virtual White House event in July.
But in the midst of focusing on Trump as though he’s the biggest threat they could face in 2024, some Democrats are now reluctantly acknowledging that there is a foe out there who is far more formidable than Trump: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. And they say Biden should stop spending so much time making Donald Trump a focal point and more time trying to dent DeSantis’ rising popularity:
"To me, DeSantis is the scarier prospect," one Democratic strategist said. "He’s a smarter version of Trump, he’s way more strategic, and he doesn’t have a hundred lawsuits at his feet."
"If Trump goes bust, and he very well may, he’s the main guy I’d be watching," the strategist said of the Florida governor.
Throughout his administration, DeSantis has made it a point to use Biden as a foil, blaming the president for policies he says are taking the country in the wrong direction.
"What’s inexplicable to me is, why — not just Joe Biden — but the entire Democratic establishment isn’t trying to disqualify him now in the governor’s race," said Fernand Amandi, a Miami-based pollster and consultant whose firm helped Barack Obama I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody... ’s presidential campaign win the state in 2008 and 2012.
"He’s getting an absolute free pass," Amandi said of DeSantis. "He has no sense of shame. ... He’s acting like someone who doesn’t feel accountable to anyone."
In truth, DeSantis is acting as though someone who is accountable to Floridians, which is precisely the way he should act, and which is why he’s likely to get reelected. But that’s a story for another day.
The funny thing here is that Biden has tried to play "tough guy" against DeSantis in the past. The problem with that, though, is that DeSantis flattens him every time he attempts it, whether it’s on illegal immigration, vaccine mandates, parental rights legislation, and even when Biden pretended to forget DeSantis’ name.

Democrats are not used to opponents that are actually on the correct side of the law and know it. All they can do is harass but nothing sticks and god forbid if there is turn-about looking into them they are finished.

[REGNUM] United Nations Secretary General António Guterres is working closely with the IAEA leadership to organize a visit of agency inspectors to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. This was announced today, August 8, by the official representative of the head of the World Organization, Stephane Dujarric.
According to Dujarric, the UN leadership is extremely concerned about the situation around the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, which may be under attack. In this regard, the UN and the Secretary General hope that the IAEA will be able to send inspectors to the station to find out exactly what is happening there.
“The Secretary General works closely with the IAEA and supports the organization in every possible way,” Dujarric said.
As REGNUM reported earlier , on the night of August 7, Ukrainian troops again fired at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant from jet systems. It is worth noting that Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, said that UN officials continue to hinder the IAEA leadership in carrying out objective monitoring of the state of the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
Commentary by Russian military blogger Andrey Chervonets
"Attacks on nuclear power plants are a suicidal act. We hope this stops. At the same time, we want the IAEA to gain access to the station," Antonio Guterres said at a press conference in Tokyo. In Japan, he took part in events dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima.
The statement is correct, but:
a) Antonio somehow "politically correct" kept silent that it was the Armed Forces of Ukraine that had been shelled from behind the Dnieper for many months by the Russian-controlled nuclear power plant. Moreover, if Russia was to blame for the shelling, this would certainly have been mentioned in the most condemning epithets.
b) Antonio also kept silent that the Russian side is not against it, it was the official Kyiv that imposed its veto on the visit of the station by the IAEA specialists to the station.
c) The "blind-sighted" General Secretary, "blurring" the responsibility for the bombing of nuclear power plants, actually encourages the Ukrainians, pushing them to insane terrorist acts.
The IAEA visit will never take place because it will not receive permission from Ukraine. If they wanted to, they would come there. Russia called on both the UN and the IAEA to sort it out on the spot directly at the nuclear power plant. But they won't do it. Security is only in words, and in the first place for them is a policy controlled from the USA.
By the way, not to name the guilty is apparently a favorite feature of the UN and the collective West as a whole. The same picture was a few days ago in Japan, when they remembered the victims of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. Everyone spoke mournful speeches and again NONE of the speakers named those who dropped the atomic bomb. Whether it was Stalin, or the Martians. This fact is allegedly unknown to history.

My sister once wrangled ostriches at the Baltimore zoo. The trick is to hold a straw broom up in the air and slam the bird while watching for its kicks. After a few "pecks" to the head with a broom it gets the message that you are a "bigger bird" and backs off.

20:00 The buyer refused the Ukrainian grain, which was on the ship Razoni to the Lebanese port of Tripoli, the Ukrainian Embassy in Beirut reported. The refusal was justified by the delay of the cargo for a period of more than five months due to the war. Now the supplier is looking for a new buyer in Lebanon or any other country. Razoni became the first dry cargo ship with Ukrainian grain to leave the port of Odessa as part of the grain agreement between Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the UN. Analysts examined Russian weapons found in Ukraine and found at least 450 types of components produced in the West - in the US, Japan, Switzerland, the UK and other countries. Some of them were produced after the imposition of sanctions in 2014. Experts note that there is a network of suppliers and sellers in East Asia and other countries that are ready to supply such components to the Russian Federation.
18:55 The State Emergency Service has developed the MineFree application, which will help Ukrainians bypass mines. In it, you can view a map showing potentially dangerous areas, receive a message when approaching a dangerous object, inform rescuers about explosives or suspicious items.
18:39 The leader of the "DPR" Pushilin confirmed the information that in the occupied Mariupol they want to hold a "trial" of the captured fighters of Azovstal. Earlier, the mayor of Mariupol, Vadym Boychenko, reported that the occupiers were assembling prison cells on the stage of the chamber philharmonic, where they planned to hold a demonstrative "trial" of the defenders of Ukraine in September.
18:17 Zelensky said that he had the first conversation in the history of bilateral relations with the President of Botswana: "Thanked for condemning the actions of the Russian Federation, for support at the UN and at other sites, called for joining restrictive measures. He assured that Ukraine would remain a reliable food exporter."
18:13 The EU is discussing the imposition of sanctions against Turkey due to rapprochement with Russia, writes the Financial Times. Sources among Western officials said they were concerned about the promise of Erdogan and Putin to expand cooperation in trade and energy. At the same time, the EU has not yet held discussions on this issue, and there are disagreements in the union itself on the possible imposition of sanctions against Ankara.
18:10 The White House called on Russia to stop all military operations near Ukraine's nuclear facilities.
17:58 Military instructors from Finland will also take part in the training of fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the UK. According to the Ministry of Defense of the country, Finland sends about 20 instructors.
17:54 The invaders brought to Melitopol extras from other occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region in the amount of 700 people and held a "forum" in the city's Palace of Culture under the leadership of Gauleiter Yevgeny Balitsky, who at one time scored less than 10% in local elections. According to Ivan Fedorov, mayor of the city, the invaders realized that their plans to hold a pseudo-referendum were on the verge of collapse, "because even at gunpoint Russia is supported by no more than 10% of Melitopol residents." Therefore, it was decided to create a "picture" for the Russian media by organizing a "forum" at which it was decided to prepare for a "referendum".
17:43 "Governor" of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev said that he sent a team of Sevastopol managers to the Zaporozhye region to help with the organization of the "referendum".
17:25 The main threat to the Zaporizhzhya NPP at the moment is that it is connected to the energy system of Ukraine with just one operating power line, Energoatom President Petr Kotin said on the air of the telethon. According to him, the Russians damaged the lines connecting the plant with the Zaporizhzhya TPP and the energy system of Ukraine, and now, in the event of damage to the last line, the ZNPP will be forced to go into blackout mode - a complete blackout: "This situation is already very unsafe from the point of view of keeping nuclear fuel in a safe state in reactors and spent fuel pools".
16:58 The SBU reported that it had detained the killers of the special services of the Russian Federation who planned the murders of the Minister of Defense and the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. For the murder of each of them, the "curators" from the GRU promised a reward in the amount of 100 to 150 thousand dollars.
16:25 Amnesty International used the testimonies of people under pressure from the occupiers to prepare a scandalous report, says the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security under the Ministry of Culture and Information. In particular, according to the department, the material was collected on the territory of filtration camps and prisons, the survey was conducted among those who "wished" to provide such information.
The Center notes that such information collected on the territory of the camps should not have been used at all in compiling the report, since the interviews were selected under constant pressure from the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation. Sometimes this kind of "correct" interview was the only chance to pass the filter and leave the occupied territories. In addition, the materials collected by journalists and hired volunteers were checked by the administration of institutions and, in some cases, by employees of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
16:11 Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets called on the UN Secretary General, the IAEA and the entire world community "to take all possible measures to send a mission on security issues to the Zaporozhye NPP, completely demilitarize the territory of the NPP and provide security guarantees to the employees of the nuclear power plant and residents of the city of Energodar to service the station." In the relevant letters, he refers to the data of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, according to which the territory of the ZNPP is mined, and the plant employees are subjected to torture and enforced disappearances, they receive threats.
15:52 On August 11, Copenhagen will host the Conference of Northern European Allies to support Ukraine at the level of defense ministers, in which Reznikov will also take part. As spokesman for the German Ministry of Defense Arno Kolatz said, this event will be a continuation and expansion of the Ramstein format: "It is important for us that assistance can be stable, long-term. And this somewhat distinguishes this format from the Ramstein format, where we are talking about short-term arms supplies to Ukraine."
In Copenhagen, among other things, issues of long-term financing, training of the Ukrainian military, etc. will be discussed. Kolats noted that Germany plans to make its contribution, which will be "slightly wider than in the Ramstein format."
15:46 The "referendum" in the Zaporozhye region will be held in person, the electronic voting option is being considered, "but it's too early to talk about it," the "authorities" of the occupied region said.
15:44 In Kharkiv, as a result of enemy shelling, CHPP-3 was damaged, which provides heat and hot water to almost a third of the city, Oleg Sinegubov, head of the OVA, said.

This is the latest type of missiles that are in service with the Russian Federation. After being put into service in 2018, only a few dozen were produced. It's not us who are holding a referendum. Here, apparently, it is necessary to understand to whom Zelensky is addressing with this statement - to the citizens of Ukraine of the mentioned regions or to the citizens of Russia... If to the citizens and leadership of Russia, then we are the wrong address. there are a lot of those who do not want to live in his country."
12:43 There are currently no necessary prerequisites for a meeting between Putin and Zelensky, Peskov said. According to him, the meeting of the two presidents is possible only after the delegations of negotiators "do all their homework, and this is not happening now." "There is no negotiation process between the Russian Federation and Ukraine now, since the Ukrainian delegation has gone off the radar," he added.

And if there is the toughest order, we must fulfill it with honor," Vasiliev told his soldiers.

The collaborators said that the Ukrainian missile hit the construction equipment, the supporting structures of the bridge survived.
"The invaders cordoned off the bridge from two sides, they don't let local residents close, they behave almost inadequately when communicating with people. Be careful and try to stay away from this area. The orcs are specifically on edge. The bridge itself, according to preliminary data, was seriously damaged," Sobolevsky said.

According to preliminary estimates, a significant amount of military equipment and more than 100 Russian soldiers were destroyed.

06:12 The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) notes that the "power" of the occupied Ukrainian territories can turn the "door-to-door voting" in a pseudo-referendum into an intelligence-gathering operation to destroy the Ukrainian opposition. Also, the Russian occupation authorities are expanding the possibilities for direct intimidation of Ukrainian civilians and making it impossible for any independent oversight of the "voting" process, experts emphasize.
The abolition of in-person polling stations removes many of the requirements for bureaucrats to staff these places. The Russians struggled to recruit people for these positions, recalls ISW. Voting at home also limits the ability of guerrillas to attack.
You would need to collect about 75 average lightning bolts a year to get the 11,000 kWh (Eia.Gov) used to power a typical US 3/2 home.
OWN A EV ?
At a typical 3.3 miles per kWh, driving 150 miles per week, that's about 2,363.6 kWh a year. So add another 15 to 20 lighting bolts you'll need.

[Jpost] Palestinian Islamic Jihad's leader Ziad al-Nakhaleh had a series of meetings last week and a picture was released on Saturday of him with Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps head Hossein Salami.
Under Nakhalah’s leadership, Islamic Jihad – whose founder Fathi Shikaki took his inspiration for establishing the organization in 1981 from Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini and the 1979 Iranian Revolution – has turned into a fully owned and operated subsidiary of Iran.
While Iran and Islamic Jihad had a brief falling out in 2015-2016 over the Saudi campaign against the Houthis in Yemen, today Islamic Jihad is to Iran in Gaza what Hezbollah is to the Islamic Republic in Lebanon, and the Houthis are to the Iranians in Yemen.
Iran supports Hamas but it controls Islamic Jihad. There is a difference. To understand the latter terrorist group’s behavior over the past week, it is important to understand Iran’s interests. One need not be a brilliant Mideast strategist to understand them: cause Israel as much hurt as possible.
“We are with you on this path until the end – and let Palestine and the Palestinians know that they are not alone,” Salami told Nakhalah during a meeting in Tehran.
Salami said Islamic Jihad’s actions have ushered in a “new era,” that Israel “will pay a heavy price once again for the recent crime,” and that “Palestinian resistance groups” today have “the ability to manage major wars.”
Be that as it may, after three days of Operation Breaking Dawn, Israel can point to several significant achievements in this “minor war.”
First, it surprised Islamic Jihad on Friday with its pinpoint strike on the safe house in Gaza City of its Northern Command head Tayseer al-Jabari, as well as the killing at the same time of Abdullah Kadoum, head of the group‘s anti-tank guided-missile section. It scored another success late Saturday night by killing Khaled Mansour, the group’s Southern Command chief. Those actions highlighted both Israel’s technical and intelligence capabilities.
Israel also sent an unequivocal message to Islamic Jihad, and all others watching, that it will continue to fight terrorism originating in the West Bank by going on the offensive, by taking the battle to the enemy, and by not waiting until a terrorist attack “succeeds” before going after terrorists and terror supporters throughout the volatile region.
Jerusalem will not be deterred from acting in Judea and Samaria by an Iranian-backed terrorist group issuing threats from Gaza. Israel sent a strong message that Islamic Jihad’s attempts to establish new rules – to set a new equation whereby any IDF action in the West Bank would lead to an automatic response or the threat of one, that in and of itself could paralyze the South – would not be tolerated.
But Jerusalem was surprised as well.
It was surprised by the intelligence information regarding Islamic Jihad’s intent after the arrest last week of Bassam Saadi in Jenin to fire anti-tank missiles at Israeli targets near the Gaza border. The conventional wisdom, based on experience, was that Islamic Jihad would issue some threats, maybe even fire some rockets toward Israel that would either be intercepted or land harmlessly in fields, but then – after a few hours – life would return to normal.
That didn’t happen this time.
Israel had hoped it would, and it was not alone. Even Hamas had hoped life would return to normal since a significant conflagration at this time does not serve its purpose of trying to reconstruct Gaza with Egyptian and Qatari help. Hamas also benefits from some 14,000 workers who have received permits to work in Israel – permits temporarily rescinded last week.
Hamas, not Islamic Jihad, has overall authority for the life of the citizens in Gaza. It wants to be the one to decide when to launch a campaign against Israel. It does not want its hand forced by an organization that lacks the day-to-day responsibility for the citizens of Gaza, and whose considerations are not necessarily in sync with its own.
Islamic Jihad did not respond as expected because it was not in Iran’s interest for it to do so. Tehran has an interest in keeping the situation in the South at a fever pitch; it has no interest in calming the situation. And the considerations foremost in the mind of the jihadist group’s leaders are what suits the Islamic Republic, to whom it is tied ideologically and financially. Last year, Nakhalah said Islamic Jihad took “direct orders” from the IRGC and that Iran delivered missiles to the Gaza Strip that were used to attack Tel Aviv.
After its initial successes against Islamic Jihad on Friday and Saturday, Israel’s interest was to end the fighting sooner rather than later. The longer the fighting would continue, the greater the likelihood of something going wrong that would fundamentally change the picture – such as an errant Israeli rocket that would kill Palestinian civilians – and lead to pressure on Hamas to join the fray.
Iran, on the other hand, would like to see the fighting continue. If it doesn’t continue, then that is a sign of the sway of other actors in the region able to convince Islamic Jihad that to continue firing rockets now would be inimical to their interests.

When you start giving away money in the Billions instead of in Millions and wonder why inflation is running out of control. That's when you should be tried for corruption and incompetance.
#2
And not a peep about negotiations which means Biden still thinks he can win this war and also means he doesn't care how many people die.

The bribes must continue as long as the Puppet Show is useful. Once they finish the deals to let Jojo leave office under some risible excuse, that whole library of evidence in Kiev is meaningless to the new Puppet Show except for the usual blather about"we had no idea and I'm shocked".

Question. If US and/or NATO is redirecting future stock supply or directing existing to Ukraine. Is it being replaced at same rate or are we quietly depleting our own? Just like the reserve petroleum.
We left $ 80B in Afghanistan. Could this war be a strategic resource drain as part of a larger plan?

...except the 'stock' is being used for what it was designed and bought for, destroying Soviet/Russian war materials and means. I prefer the current situation where others are carrying that purpose out.
[IsraelTimes] At least six Iranian and Lebanese advisers were killed in Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... by a ballistic missile that went kaboom! while being redeployed at a camp run by the Iran-backed Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... rebel group, according to Arabic-language reports.
The reports carried by Saudi broadcaster Al Arabiya and al-Hadath say dozens of Houthi fighters were also killed, and that the blast triggered a second explosion in a nearby factory and weapons dump near Yemen’s capital Sa’ana.
It was not clear from the reports if the Lebanese were linked with Hezbollah, another armed faction supported by Tehran.
"Domestically produced", that's why Iranian assholes were there, right? The fatal blasts reportedly occurred as a result of a malfunction during the conveyance and installation of ballistic missiles at the al-Hafa base.
Six Iranian and Lebanese rocket scientists, along with dozens of Houthi militia members were killed in two blasts in a military camp near Sana'a, Yemen on Monday, Arab media reported.
The fatal blasts reportedly occurred as a result of a malfunction during the conveyance and installation of ballistic missiles at al-Hafa base, which includes a weapons manufacturing site.
Following the blasts, the pro-Iranian militia blocked off all entrances to the Houthi camp, located east of the Yemeni capital of Sana'a.

Meanwhile, at this stage of the Civil War, control over Siberia was especially important for the Soviet government. Here there were both bread and fuel, which were so necessary in the European part of the country. In order to take them out, at least a respite in hostilities was needed.
On March 28, 1920, the Constituent Congress of the Baikal region was convened, at which the deputies, after the explanatory work of the Bolsheviks, agreed to create a special state in the Far East. On April 1-2, the last Anglo-French-American troops and Czechoslovaks left Vladivostok. Negotiations were also held with the Japanese command on the terms of the evacuation, and on April 4, the corresponding Russian-Japanese agreement was signed.

The TTP commander is reported to have been a former journalist and poet who studied at several madrasas in Pakistain’s Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... The top national rewards program run by the US Department of State, Rewards for Justice (RFJ), revealed that "Wali reportedly operates from Afghanistan’s Nangarhar The unfortunate Afghan province located adjacent to Mohmand, Kurram, and Khyber Agencies. The capital is Jalalabad. The province was the fief of Younus Khalis after the Soviets departed and one of his sons is the current provincial Taliban commander. Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. and Kunar Province ...one of the four N2KL provinces (Nangarhar, Nuristan, Kunar and Laghman). N2KL is the designation used by US and Coalition Forces for the rugged and very violent region opposite Pakistain's Federally Administered Tribal Areas and Northwest Frontier Province. Kunar is the center of the N2KL region. Its population is 95% Pashtun. It is adjacent to Bajaur Agency.. s."
The current peace talks between the TTP and the Pakistain government have come to a halt after the group refused to back down from its demand that the merger of the former Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) with Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province be reversed.
The Afghan Taliban requested the negotiations, which resulted in a one-month cease-fire in November.

[THEFEDERALIST] On Thursday, Barack Obama I inhaled. That was the point... ’s Attorney General Eric Inaction Jackson Holder ... aka Mister Fast and Furious... decided it was the time to bring the subtext of the Jan. 6 show trials and related domestic security state activities into the open.
"My guess is that by the end of this process, you’re going to see indictments involving high-level people in the White House, you’re going to see indictments against people outside the White House who were advising them with regard to the attempt to steal the election, and I think ultimately you’re probably going to see the president, former president of the United States indicted as well," Holder told SiriusXM host Joe Madison.
Holder noted that the U.S. Department of Justice he formerly headed is working with the illegally constituted Jan. 6 Commission towards this goal. We know these entities are also working with the FBI, whose head bit his thumb at congressional oversight repeatedly in a public hearing last week.
LOCKING UP OPPOSITION POLITICIANS IS WHAT PUTIN DOES
An indictment of former President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... would be a breathtakingly authoritarian turn. It would amount to the U.S. security state refusing to accept "no" from America’s voters yet again. An indictment would be an unelected and unaccountable federal agency overruling voters’ two-time rejection of impeachment through their elected representatives.
This is the core danger of the administrative state: Its now open propensity to go rogue. It is apparently hellbent now on turning the United States into a banana republic.
Democrats called Donald Trump a fascist ...anybody you disagree with, damn them... , authoritarian, and wannabe dictator for chants at his rallies of "Lock her up," referring to his opponent Crooked Hillary Clinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... . At the time, leftists pointed out that imprisoning, interrogating, investigating, and otherwise using government resources to harass and prosecute one’s political opponents was the mark of tyrannical regimes such as Vladimir Putin ...President-for-Life of Russia. He gets along well with other presidents for life. He is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substance. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. The old bunch, without close personal ties to Putin, are in jail or in exile or dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substances... ’s and Adolf Hitler ...late Fuehrer of Germany, founder of the Third Reich, currently communing with his pals Himmler and Heydrich. He is reincarnated every few days as a politician somebody doesn't like... . "Democracies don’t lock up political opponents," the Washington Post editorial board told us in 2016.
That is still true when the ones pushing the interrogations, investigations, entrapments into committing felonies, show trials in unusual venues with no cross-examination or due process, early morning home raids, excessive detainment, and asymmetrical punishments are Democrats. Democrats are trashing republican institutions, expectations, and guarantees for political purposes, most visibly now in their Jan. 6 effort to destroy the lives of protestors largely charged with misdemeanors and to expand Spygate tactics more broadly.

[Censor] Yesterday, August 7, the Russian occupiers used Kh-47M "Kinjal" hypersonic air-based missiles against military facilities in the Vinnytsia region.
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press center of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As noted, the main carrier of missiles of this type is the MiG-31 fighter, Tu-22M3 and Tu-160 bombers can also be used.
"This is the newest type of missile that Russia has in service. After it was put into service in 2018, only a few dozen of them were released. The warhead of the Kh-47M is 500 kg, the speed of the 3,500 missile is more than 12,000 km/h. After launch from the plane, the missile rises to a great height in the upper layers of the atmosphere. And when approaching a target along a ballistic trajectory, it can develop a speed of about 12,000 km/h," the message says.
Also, the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces noted that the tactical and technical characteristics of this missile do not allow the air defense means existing in the Armed Forces of Ukraine to effectively detect and destroy it.
"Since February 24, 2022, only a few combat applications of missiles of this type have been recorded, which the enemy is trying to use for extremely important purposes," the Command summarized.

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... news hound Maggie Haberman released photos on Monday apparently showing former President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... ’s handwritten notes flushed down two toilets, supposedly in violation of White House protocol. Trump himself ridiculed Haberman, and his office called her scoop "desperate."
Published by Axios on Monday, the photos show two torn-up wads of notes, apparently in Trump’s handwriting, lodged in a pair of toilets, one in the White House and the other from an overseas trip.
The names ’Rogers’ and ’Stefanik’ are visible on the shredded notes, likely referencing Republican Rep. Mike Rogers of Alabama and Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik of New York.
Trump has long been suspected of mishandling White House documents and briefing papers, with the Justice Department in May reportedly opening a probe into 15 boxes of letters, mementos and classified files that the former president is believed to have taken to his Florida residence after leaving Washington last year.

That's one way to do it, I suppose.
This has been going on for a while. The result is increased sales of the inflatable things for Chinese suppliers, purchased by the local version of coyotes and, I’m sure, certain NGOs.
Prating, posturing fools all — they know this does not even postpone the inevitable if Israel does not successfully intervene. [IsraelTimes] The United States indicates it is willing to adopt a new European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... proposal for a mutual return to the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran.
In a statement, the US State Department describes the tabled draft as "the best and only basis on which to reach a deal."
"For our part, our position is clear: we stand ready to quickly conclude a deal on the basis of the EU’s proposals," the State Department says, indicating the deal’s restoration was up to Iran.
"They (Iran) repeatedly say they are prepared for a return to mutual implementation," the spokesperson added. "Let’s see if their actions match their words."
Iran, for its part, sounded guarded, raising skepticism about the chances for a breakthrough after a months-long stalemate.
"Naturally, the cases require comprehensive study," IRNA quotes an anonymous senior Iranian Foreign Ministry official as saying. "We will transfer our views and supplementary points."
But Western diplomats have warned that time is running short, as Iran’s nuclear program rapidly advances under diminishing international oversight. They also worry that looming midterm elections in the US could empower Republicans who oppose the accord.

[KavkazUzel] The Gudermes court of Chechnya sentenced two local residents to two years and eight months in a strict regime colony, accused of intending to leave for Syria and participate in an illegal armed formation there. The Supreme Court of the republic toughened the punishment, assigning them a part of the term to serve in prison.
As follows from the materials of the criminal case, Islam Mutaev and Tamerlan Albekov could not leave for Syria due to circumstances beyond their control. In court, they fully admitted their guilt, but refused to testify, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, which allows them not to testify against themselves and their relatives.
They have been in custody since March 2021, Kavkaz.Realii reported on August 7.
The court in Gudermes handed down the verdict to Islam Mutaev and Tamerlan Albekov on April 4, follows from the case file on the court's website. It also states that Mutaev and Albekov were charged under part 1 of article 30 - part 2 of article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (preparation to participate in an illegal armed formation on the territory of a foreign state for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation), and that the verdict was appealed.
The prosecutor filed a complaint against the verdict. He demanded that the convicts serve part of the term in prison. The lawyer of Mutaev and Albekov asked that the verdict be left unchanged. Following the consideration of the complaint, the Supreme Court of Chechnya decided to change the sentence and appointed the convicts to serve one (first) year in prison, follows from the information on the website of the court.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in December 2021, a military court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced Ali Yahyaev, a native of Chechnya, to five years in a strict regime colony, finding him guilty of trying to go to Syria to participate in a terrorist organization.

[REDSTATE] Following the FBI raid of former President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... ’s home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Senator Marco Rubio ...The diminutive 13-year-old Republican U.S. Senator from Florida... (R-FL), and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem (R-SD) reacted to the raid.
Governor DeSantis tweeted:
"The raid of MAL is another escalation in the weaponization of federal agencies against the Regime’s political opponents, while people like Hunter Biden get treated with kid gloves. Now the Regime is getting another 87k IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... agents to wield against its adversaries? Banana Republic."
DeSantis calls out the FBI. He calls out the federal agency’s hypocrisy regarding Trump and Hunter Biden. Some conservatives want DeSantis to take action regarding the raid.
Senator Marco Rubio tweeted:
"Using government power to persecute political opponents is something we have seen many times from 3rd world Marxist dictatorships. But never before in America."
As Cuban flags fly alongside the American flag in front of Mar-a-Lago, Marco Rubio compared the FBI’s actions to a third-world "Marxist dictatorship." Many people have compared the FBI’s action to something that would place in a third-world country.
Governor Kristi Noem tweeted:
"The FBI raid on President Trump’s home is an unprecedented political weaponization of the Justice Department. They’ve been after President Trump as a candidate, as President, and now as a former President. Using the criminal justice system in this manner is un-American."
If the FBI wants any credibility, it can’t be partisan and biased like they are now. To those celebrating the FBI raiding Mar-a-Lago, the reaction would be the opposite if it were Crooked Hillary Clinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... ’s, Hunter Biden’s, or Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi Congresswoman-for-Life from the San Francisco Bay Area, born into a family of professional politicians. On-again-off-again Speaker of the House. It's not her fault when they lose, but it's her accomplishment when they win. Noted for her heavily botoxed grimace and occasional senior... uhhh... moments... ’s home being raided. It is utter hypocrisy from the Democrats.
Hunter Biden’s laptop showed that the "big guy" Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. We get to suffer the consequences... was involved in Hunter’s business dealings with China. Not to mention Hunter received millions of dollars from Ukraine, but the FBI did not even bat an eye. If their goal is to crack down on corruption, Hunter is one of the top places to start. But it seems evident that the FBI and DOJ want to shut down conservatives and any person who has a different ideology than they do. The rule of law applies to every single American, regardless of political beliefs or party affiliation.
[BREITBART] Monday, on the heels of news that former President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... ’s Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, FL was raided by the FBI, Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz criticized the raid as "misconduct."According to Dershowitz, a raid is the method of last resort, and the onus will be on the Biden administration to show justification, or anything obtained in the raid would be suppressed.
"The raid is supposed to be a last resort," he said. "But this administration has used the weaponization of the justice system against its political enemies. It has arrested people, denied them bail, put them in handcuffs — used all kinds of techniques that are not usually applied to American citizens. I just hope this raid has the justification. If it doesn’t have the justification, the materials seized in it will be suppressed."
"This is improper, and this is misconduct," Dershowitz added. "We have to find out what the facts are. But we have to make sure the shoe fits on the other foot — that we want to make sure what is being one here is something that Democrats would not oppose if it were being done to Democratic operatives, as well."

Wrong on so many levels. A totally unnecessary and cowardly act carried out against a former president, national icon and hero of tens of millions of American people. The betrayal of the nation continues.
A loathsome, disgusting bunch of political thugs masquerading as law enforcement.
I fear for this man and his family. I fear for our country.

The USA federal government has to be remembered that the most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men
We had the first report of the FBI raid yesterday evening here.
[Breitbart] President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of propity.... ’s staff claimed Monday they did not know about the FBI raid on former President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... ’s house at Mar-A-Lago.
"No advance knowledge. Some learned from old media some from social media," a senior White House official told CBS news hound Ed O’Keefe when asked about the raid. Obama: "I read about it in the news".
Fox News journalist Pat Ward also cited a comment from a White House official denying they did not receive notice of the raid and referred news hounds to the Justice Department.
President Joe Biden returned to the White House from his trip to view flood damage in Kentucky at about 6:00 p.m. and his staff called a "lid" for the day at 6:29 p.m.
Trump announced the news of the raid in a statement released just before 7:00 p.m.
"These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents," Trump said. "Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before."

And the WH bull sh!t flows like a mighty river of sewage.
Biden is constantly railing, saying Trump is a threat to Democracy and that MAGA are extremist terrorists/white supremacists.
Alright then, fire and permanently dismiss everyone involved immediately. Offer a televised national apology to President Trump, his family, and the American people.
An intentional and cowardly national betrayal at the Geheime Staatspolizei level.
Could there possibly be an internal clandestine FBI cell or secret operation in Washington D.C. exclusively dedicated to the destruction of Donald Trump ?

The IRS has 4,600 guns and 5 million rounds of ammunition. A little more than a year ago, the Social Security Administration put in a request for 174,000 rounds of ".357 Sig 125 grain bonded jacketed hollow-point" bullets. Before that, it was the Department of Agriculture requesting 320,000 rounds. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the National Weather Service have bought 72,000 and 46,000 rounds of.40 caliber jacketed hollow point rounds (respectively). The Social Security Agency one-upped them, ordering over 174,000 hollow point rounds of ammunition. The 2,300 Special Agents at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) are allowed to carry AR-15's, P90 tactical rifles, and other heavy weaponry.

This FBI/DoJ story doesn't pass the smell test. The MSM is showing photos of a toilet with pieces of torn paper in Trumps toilet. How long has it been since they first accused Trump of keeping documents that were supposed to go to the National Archives? At the time, Trump supposedly had flushed them down the toilet. It's been months ago--shortly after the time he left office. The writing on the pieces of paper appears to have been written by a magic marker--almost child-like. The ink was not faded. Was the toilet not flushed for several months? I don't see that happening.
It's being reported that the AG issued the warrant and Wray's FBI executed the warrant.

[REGNUM] Serbia should work hard to internationalize the topic of genocide against Serbs. This was stated by the director of the Museum of Genocide Victims (Belgrade), historian Dejan Ristic .
“Rare peoples to whom history in the 20th century determined such a fate - to survive the genocide. These are Serbs, Jews, Gypsies and Armenians. Therefore, these peoples have a need (but they are also obliged) to pass on their historical experience. They must translate this experience into a universal plane so that this never happens to anyone again,” Ristic told the Tanyug agency.
According to him, the Serbs should make the topic of the genocide of their people in World War II on the territory of the entire Independent Croatian State an international theme.
Recall that according to the data of a special commission of the Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church, only in 1941 and the first half of 1942, 800,000 Serbs were killed by the Croatian Ustaše, 300,000 were expelled to Serbia, 240,000 were converted to Catholicism.
[REGNUM] The risk of a new conflict between breakaway Kosovo and Serbia is high. This was stated by the Prime Minister of the separatist Kosovo Albin Kurti on August 8.
“I would not say that the risk is extremely high, since here (in Kosovo and Metohija - IA REGNUM ) we have a NATO contingent, but in any case it is high. Kosovo is a democracy with autocracy at its borders , ”Kurti said in an interview with the Italian publication Respublika.
According to Kurti, before Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, the risk was low, but then the situation changed.
“If we have a second episode, for example, in Transnistria, then the likelihood of a third hotbed of conflict in the Western Balkans, especially in Kosovo, will increase significantly,” Kurti believes.
Recall that earlier an expert on terrorism and security , Dzhevad Galiyashevich , said that large volumes of weapons and military equipment that European countries donate to Ukraine are being redirected by the United States to separatist Kosovo and Albania.
[BREITBART] Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) claimed in a New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... interview Sunday that she is still a Wyoming Republican even after allying herself with the Democrats on the partisan January 6 Committee, gun control measures, and globalist foreign policy.
"If the cost of standing up for the Constitution is losing the House seat, then that’s a price I’m willing to pay," she said in the interview.
Cheney has no interest in changing her political affiliation, she also told the publication. "I’m a Republican," she said before warning the Republican party "is continuing to drive itself in a ditch." She added, "I think it’s going to take several cycles if it can be healed."
Not everyone agrees with Cheney’s political position. "She’s so in bed with the Democrats, with Pelosi and with all them people," Casper resident Bruce Hitt explained to the Times.
Cheney’s alliance with the establishment extends to the partisan January 6 Committee, which has sought to investigate the January 6 incident without focusing on the alleged FBI informants at the Capitol. Cheney is one of ten Republicans who voted to impeach former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... . If she loses the August 16 primary, only two or three pro-impeachment Republicans will remain in office.
"Can I cuss?" one voter responded to CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... when asked last weekend about Cheney’s role on the partisan January 6 committee. "She’s done us dirty," the voter explained. "Look at how she’s done Trump. I’m a Trump fan."
Cheney’s alliance with Democrats and fixation on Trump caused the Wyoming Republican Party in 2021 to excommunicate their representative from the state in which she is no longer recognized as a Republican. Since then, Rep. Kevin McCarthy ...the GOP house majority whip. He replaces Eric Cantor, who got whupped because his politix are like Kevin McCarthy's... (R-CA), Sen. Ted Cruz; ...US Senator from Texas. Republican contender for president in 2016, his stiff and abrasive manner earned him the title most hated man in the Senate. After a close win over Beto O'Rourke, who tried to out-Lastino him, he grew a beard and let his biting wit shine through. Cruz's comments have been known to leave life-threatening wounds at better than forty feet... (R-TX), and former Wyoming Rep. Barbara Cubin have all endorsed Cheney’s competitor, Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman.
Hageman, a local attorney and America First advocate, is leading in the polls by about 30 points and is predicted to win the highly contested GOP open primary. "The big story is Liz Cheney is going to get beat," Brad Coker, managing director of the polling firm Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy, said, reflecting on a primary poll released in June. "That’s a foregone conclusion."
While it appears "Cheney is ready to lose" on August 16, her obsession with fighting Trump is likely blinding her perception of the Republican party. When the Times asked Cheney if she would support any Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) potential political ambitions, Cheney said she "would find it very difficult." She continued, "I think that Ron DeSantis has lined himself up almost entirely with Donald Trump, and I think that’s very dangerous."
[NEWSWEEK] Agrowing number of Democrats in Wyoming may be registering as Republicans in order to back Representative Liz Cheney in the state's upcoming primary, data suggests.
Cheney, the state's sole representative in the House, has been urging Democrats to switch parties to vote for her in the August 16 primary as she faces a tough re-election battle, with polling showing her trailing behind challenger Harriet Hageman, who has been endorsed by Donald Trump ...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons...... Wyoming Democrats—who are massively outnumbered in the state by Republicans— have received mail from Cheney's campaign with instructions on how to change their party affiliation. Her campaign website also links to a form that allows people to switch parties.

The left puts stuff like this out to CNN so voters will stay home while they rally Don't Ms to vote Republican for Cheney.

It could have been just a glitch, but recently I used the word SIERRA-CHARLIE-ROMEO-ALPHA-PAPA-SIERRA in a story about Russia in Africa and my mention of the Chinese. It got whacked, but when I changed the C to a K, my post went through fine.

Never occurs to her that she is totally out of alignment with the voters and there might be a reason for that. Perhaps she is basing her decisions on bad info.

She always knew she would lose but she can keep her election cash for a certain amount of time so she'll milk the stupid before she goes. She probably already has a book ready to go, gotta release that while the left still loves her...

[RIAFAN] Kyiv, August 8. The Ukrainian army is suffering huge losses at the front, and a significant part of the heavy weapons that were supplied by the West are in need of serious repairs. This is evidenced by the documents of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine leaked to the Network, which were sent to the name of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Army Valery Zaluzhny .
In their reports, the head of the Main Directorate of Moral and Psychological Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Vladislav Klochkov and acting. Head of the Department for Work with NCOs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Staff Sergeant Alexander Yezhakovsky informed his chief about the true state of affairs in the troops.
According to their estimates, since the beginning of the Russian special operation, the Ukrainian Armed Forces of Ukraine have lost at least 191,000 people killed and wounded. At the same time, no records of the missing in the troops are kept at all, and therefore the real numbers of losses may turn out to be many times higher. These estimates are confirmed by the huge number of bodies of dead comrades that Ukrainian soldiers leave in abandoned positions with each successive retreat. At the same time, as Russian fighters note, the condition of many bodies indicates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in principle, do not care about the evacuation of the dead or seriously wounded.
The military inform their superiors that the medical service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot cope with the large flow of the wounded, and therefore a significant part of the wounded soldiers are sent for treatment to European countries.
Against the backdrop of ever-growing losses, the staffing of most units of the Ukrainian army with personnel, despite regular replenishment at the expense of mobilized citizens, remains at the level of 43-48%. At the same time, even they are not always able to provide the most necessary before being sent to the front: the troops experience an acute shortage of small arms and protective equipment. Only every third fighter can be fully equipped.
All this has the most negative effect on the morale and psychological state of the fighters. With enviable regularity, appeals of military personnel are published on the Web, in which they demand to withdraw them from the front line, accusing the commanders of their units of disregard for personnel and even of treason. According to army officials, up to 80% of those who fell into the first wave of mobilization were killed, wounded or deserted. As the quality of the conscripts declines, many of whom have never held a weapon in their hands, the situation will only get worse.
From the published documents, we can conclude that one of the main reasons for such a deplorable state of most units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the shortage of heavy weapons. Many of the artillery systems and installations of the MLRS, which were transferred to the Ukrainian troops by the Western allies, have either been destroyed or are failing due to resource exhaustion. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the Ukrainian army lacks a sufficient number of qualified specialists with experience in handling Western military equipment. As a result, the combat readiness of the systems in the troops remains at an extremely low level, which forces the command to plug the gaps formed in the defense at the expense of poorly trained infantry.
The shortage of consumables and the lack of specialists in Ukraine to repair the delivered weapons leads to the fact that most of the problems that have arisen cannot be eliminated on the territory of the country, and the failed equipment has to be transported to Poland, where it is repaired and maintained.
Although the authenticity of the documents that were published by several Ukrainian Telegram channels cannot be confirmed, the data contained in them is indirectly confirmed both by the statements of the Russian Ministry of Defense and by the information published by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Earlier, the former deputy commander of US forces in Europe , Stephen Twitty , said that the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine could exceed 200 thousand people . He came to such conclusions by comparing the number of mobilized citizens with the actual size of the Ukrainian army.

We sent them FORTY FUCKING BILLION DOLLARS. Every soldier should have gold-plated armor and unlimited ammo. Where'd the fucking money go?
Oh, you mean sending money to the most corrupt country in Europe, with neo-Nazis, means the money is going to be stolen and little will end up with the troops on the line? Oh, if there had only been some warning!
It’s my understanding that ammunition manufacturers have been working flat out for years — since Barack Obama was elected president in 2008, if I recall correctly — in a vain attempt to keep up with the combined demands of A erican citizens and U.S. government departments that ought to have no need for such things. If so, there is no unlimited ammo to be had anywhere, no matter how much someone might have to spend.
[REDSTATE] Last Thursday, FBI Dir. Christopher Wray appeared before the US Senate to ostensibly answer questions about the bureau’s conduct. What followed was a thorough undressing of the corrupt agency while Wray himself scoffed at any sort of accountability.
First, Sen. Cruz's comments have been known to leave life-threatening wounds at better than forty feet... exposed the entrapment that took place regarding the FBI-led Gretchen Whitmer ...Her Excellency, the dictator of Michigan, 2020 Dem VP contender... kidnapping plot. Sen. Josh Hawley also exacted his pound of flesh in questioning. Later, Wray tried to wiggle out of the hearing by claiming to Sen. Chuck Grassley that he had "a plane to catch."
Well, now we know what plane he caught and where it was going, and it sure seems like a scandal. Far from the picture Wray tried to paint of him rushing through a busy international airport to catch a scheduled flight, he actually jumped on his taxpayer-funded private jet, a state-of-the-art Gulfstream 550. Worse, though, was where he went. It doesn’t appear he was on FBI business. Instead, he was taking a vacation.
The New York Post has the report.
Grassley’s staff did not know where Wray was going after the hearing and FBI public affairs did not respond to an email Sunday by press time.
But the luxury FBI Gulfstream Wray uses was recorded on Flightradar24 making the one hour and 12 minute flight later that afternoon to bucolic Saranac Lake in the Adirondacks, which happens to be a favorite summer destination since his childhood, when he used to hike the High Peaks and fish for trout, according to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
There are several things to consider, including the fact that Wray clearly misled Congress on why he had to leave. The idea that a government-controlled FBI jet couldn’t wait an extra few minutes for Republicans to finish their questioning is ludicrous. Wray is nothing if he isn’t manipulative, though, and the way he played things while in the hearing was clearly meant to make it seem as if he were catching a commercial flight. That’s not a "lie," I guess, but it is dang sure dishonest.
Then there are the questions around whether Wray’s flight was even legal. I can’t say as I’m no expert on that area of the law, but I’ve always been under the impression that government officials can’t use government aircraft for personal trips, with the only exception being the President of the United States. If Wray tries to claim that he needed to go to his favorite vacation spot on an FBI jet for "business," that’s scandalous. At the very least, I believe he must reimburse the government. Is he doing that?
This is a story that needs to be dug into by those who have the resources to do so, beginning with the Republican senators that Wray tried to play. The FBI is a dumpster fire, and if I had my way, it’d be defunded and abolished. That’s not going to happen, but holding Wray accountable would be a good start. And the moment a Republican retakes the White House, he must be fired.

Until someone sees a penalty of some kind for lying and misleading and stonewalling congress we'll never see any change. He should immediately have lost his job immediately if not been slapped with charges.
